It had been 2 days since Clarke found wells' body just outside the wall.He had been stabbed by grounders.

I didn't know wells very well and I had only really talked to him that first day we arrived,which was only a little more than a week ago but so much has happened.Clarke has been taking his death the hardest she hasn't really talked to anyone but Finn since it happened,I think they like each other.

I've been sharing a tent with Bellamy every night but we don't talk much during the day.I'm not sure what we are.

"hey girly what are you up to?" fox says coming up beside me

"not much" I reply.

there wasn't really anything to do now that the wall was built.some guys went hunting and others started to build weapons in case the grounders returned.

"hows lover boy?" she asked with a smirk

"well if you're referring to Bellamy I don't know because I haven't seen him all day,he left the tent before I woke up"

I feel a tap on my shoulder and I turn around.

"speak of the devil" fox says with a wink "have fun" she whispers in my ear before skipping away

"you were talking about me?" Bellamy says with a huge smirk plastered on his face

My whole face turns bright red

"come with me" he say intertwining his hand with mine

we take off into the forest and walk for about ten minutes before I ask

"where are we going?"

"you'll see,were almost there"

we walk a few more minutes before arriving at a small pond with a little waterfall.

"this is beautiful"

He throws off his shirt and starts to unbutton his jeans.

"what are you doing?" I gasp

"were going swimming" he says walking over to me and lifting my shirt over my head.

"there's no giant snakes in this water right?" I say peering into it while removing my pants

"no" he says chuckling and hopping into the water me following close behind. the water went up to out shoulders.

he leans in and starts to trail kisses down my neck.

his hands are placed on my bum and mine are wrapped around his torso.he unclips my bra and throws it onto the river bank.his lips gently massage mine.

but before we could get any further Finn interrupts us.

"Bellamy,Ella we need you back at camp" he says startling us.

"Finn what the hell" I shout covering my self with my hands,Bellamy trying to block me by standing in front of my body.

"come back to camp! now" he says again urgency in his voice.

we wait till Finn is out of sight to get out of the small pond.

"we'll finish this later" he says while were getting dressed.

on our way back to camp I start to shiver from being wet.Bellamy wraps his arm around me and pulls me close as we walk.

we arrive back at camp and Finn pulls me and Bellamy into a tent where we see Clarke,Octavia and Jasper all discussing something.

"whats going on?" I ask

"it wasn't a grounder that killed wells" Clarke says with her teeth gritted

"what how do you know?"

"Jasper found his fingers next to a knife made from drop ship metal" Octavia says glancing at the nervous looking jasper

"well its not like we can just go out there and ask who the murderer is so I say we just keep it to our selves" Bellamy says to Clarke

"look JM is carved into it.John Murphy" Clarke says pointing to the carving

"Clarke just leave it" Bellamy says trying to convince her

"no the people have a right to know" she says before pushing through us and out into the camp.

we all run out after her but she got to Murphy before we could stop her.

"you son of a bitch" she screams while shoving him

"whats your problem princess?" he says back with a smirk not aware of what we know

"you killed wells" she screams in his face "how could you"

"the grounders killed wells not me" he defends while looking over at Bellamy

"they found your knife with his fingers." Bellamy says

"I didn't do it" Murphy says again

"I say we float him" someone in the crowd yells

"no revenge isn't justice we have t-" Clarke starts but is cut off when someone shoves Murphy to the ground.I quickly pull her out of the way of the the group.

everyone starts to kick and hit Murphy is rolled down a small his and lands in front of a tree.someone quickly finds rope and throws it over a tree branch tying the other end in a noose and put its around Murphy's neck.someone else binds his hands.He is standing on a crate the only thing keeping him alive.

Clarke is still screaming but she is being held back by a few of the boys.

"Ella should do it" Connors suddenly shouts.I look up at Bellamy and he gives me a slight nod.

I walk forward and ignore Clarke pleads for me to stop.

One small kick sends the crate flying and Murphy drops struggling for air but all of a sudden I hear a little girl scream.

"stop,Murphy didn't kill wells I did" Charlotte screams

"Oh my god" Finn says while grabbing a hatchet and cutting hum down

a few people un bind Murphy's hands and take the rope from around his neck.

Bellamy swiftly takes Charlottes hand and pulls her into a near by tent.with me,Clarke and Finn follow closely behind.

"bring the girl out Bellamy" Murphy yells

"if you guys have any ideas speak up now" Bellamy says to us but we all stay silent

"oh so now you keep your mouth shut"Bellamy says to Clarke

"this is her fault not mine" Clarke says gesturing to me

"I was just giving the people what they wanted,if you would have kept your mouth shut like Bellamy said none of this would have happened" I spit at her

"Me and Ella will try to calm him down,Clarke,Finn come up with a plan of what to do with her"

as soon as we walk out of the tent Murphy starts to yell.

"where is she Bellamy?"

"its over Murphy just stop" Bellamy says trying to calm him down

"who here wanted to see the real murderer hung up?" Murphy shouted at the crowd

only a few other boys and one girl raised there hand.

"oh so your all okay hanging me for nothing but when this bitch confesses you want to let her walk." he spits at them

"Murphy just give it up,lets go back to camp" I say trying to calm him down

"alright,fine" he says

Bellamy turns around to walk back to camp when Murphy picks up a log and hits him over the head with it knocking him out cold on the ground.

Octavia lunges at Murphy but jasper pulls her back and tries to handle it himself only to get knocked down when Murphy punches him in the face.

I leaned down to check on Bellamy when Murphy grabs my forearm and pulls me up.

"your coming with us" he says tightening his grip on me and dragging me along with him and the few who chose to go after Charlotte.

it got dark quickly and I was getting tired of being dragged through the forest while they yelled trying to coax Charlotte out of where ever she was hiding.

"Charlotte,come out we wont hurt you" one boy yelled

"yea Charlotte we just want to talk" Murphy encouraged

we hear a rustling of leaves and see two shadows,followed by a girls screaming.

"Charlotte run" i scream trying to warn her that we were close

"shut up" Murphy says to me turning my around to face him

"no" i spit at him

he releases me from his grip but before i could go anywhere he slaps me across the face.his hand is back on my forearm gripping me even tighter then before.

"shut your mouth" he yells at me

i whimper as he shoves me to keep walking.

we finally catch up to the shadows and I gasp when I realize it was Bellamy with Charlotte.My stomach drops when i see that there at the edge of a cliff and Murphy has them cornered.

"let her go Murphy" Bellamy yells at him

"give us Charlotte and she wont get hurt " he says raising a blade to my throat

Charlotte starts to walk forward but Bellamy holds her back

"Charlotte no" i say to her

"I cant let anyone get hurt because of me" she says,sorrow in her eyes

Charlotte starts to back up. My eyes widen when i realize what shes about to do

"Charlotte" i scream as she jumps off the cliff disappearing into the darkness

Clarke who was behind me with Finn rushes over to the edge of the cliff and crouches down sobbing.

Murphy releases me and starts ti back up but Bellamy lunges at him knocking him to the ground hitting him in the face over and over.

"Bellamy stop" Clarke screams rushing over "you'll kill him"

"he deserves to die" Bellamy says still hitting him

"no we don't decide who lives and dies" she says grabbing his arm stopping him from throwing punches

"then who does? and so help me god if you say the people" Bellamy says annoyed

"no for now we do." she says gesturing to me,Bellamy and Finn

"and what do we do with him?" i ask quietly pointing to Murphy who was on the ground bleeding

"we banish him" she says coldly

Bellamy grabs Murphy by his shirt "if i ever see you near camp again we'll be back here,got it?"

Murphy nodded quickly

"and as for you guys" he says looking at the few who helped Murphy "you can come back to camp or stay with him to die"

everyone including Clarke and Finn head back to camp.

I look down at my hand and realize the I must have grabbed the knife Murphy had against my throat when he let my arm go.

I gave him one last glance before dropping the knife at his side and walking away with Bellamy.

as soon as we arrived back at camp Octavia came rushing over.

"thank god you guys are okay" i heard the screaming but jasper wouldn't let me leave" she says glaring at jasper who now had a black eye.

Bellamy sent a thankful nod his way,jasper returning one back.Octavia wrapped her arms around both us of.

"what happened with Murphy?" she says letting go

"we wont be seeing him again" Bellamy says with a stone cold look on his face

"oh okay" she says with a puzzled look on her face "well I'm just glad you guys are alright" she says before walking away jasper followed close behind

"lets go to bed,its been a long day" Bellamy says turning to walk to his tent, me following

I hopped into the bed and cuddled up next to Bellamy falling asleep to the sound of his heart beat and his gentle breath.
