This is one week after the 'incident' 

Lloyd's POV

It's my fault they're dead. It's my fault that Nya lost her family. It's my fault all my fault.

"Hey Lloyd," My mother said with a soft expression," How have you been doing in here?" 

"Fine just thinking that's all" I said

"Well you're doing a lot better than Nya that's for sure" She said with a saddened tone

" What do you mean," I asked ," Oh"

"She hasn't been eating a lot lately and I'm getting a little worried for her" She answered

" I couldn't really blame her, she did just lose the only family she has known" I murmured

"Could you just bring her some dinner please," My mother asked kindly handing me a dinner plate with a sandwich," I want you to talk some sense into her"

"Alright," I said," Where is she?"

"In Jay's old room" she said

I walked down the hall to the apartment where Jay and Nya lived in or better yet used to live in. Nya hasn't been the same since I told her about our friends death. She lost a lot on that ship. Her brother, best friends, her sensei, and more importantly her boyfriend. She thinks they could still be alive, but I don't think she wants to let things go. I open the door to Jay's room all the light were turned off, only a window open over the city, and a crying water ninja in the corner.

I walked over to her and asked," Hey you okay?"

No answer 

"Nya I know this have been tough on you it has been for all of us, but you need to start eating it's not healthy" I told her

"Lloyd" She whispers

"Yes" I asked 

" I miss them " She said and new tears started to form in her eyes

I sat next to her in the corner and tried to comfort her as much as possible. I notice that she was messing with her ring finger a lot, so I asked, " What's with your finger?"

She pulled off her glove reveling a diamond ring with different shades of blues

" He proposed to you didn't he" I asked and she nodded

" That was what we were going to tell all of y'all when we met up, but then we had all of this drama of the princess and the mask that we didn't want to bring it up yet" She said

" I'm so sorry" I said

" It wasn't your fault, you weren't the one who crushed the ship" She said

" But I was the one who watched" I answered 

" You got to stop blaming yourself Lloyd. Don't act like Kai." She snapped back

I watched how she snapped about that. It seemed so unlike her, but I don't blame her. More tears came from her eyes and I didn't know what to do.

" I still don't think they're dead Lloyd," She said, " I can feel their energy around us like they're in different realms just not in this one."

"What are we going to do now?" I asked 

"We need to protect the city of Ninjago we just can't leave in the hands of Garmadon and the princess hag." Nya declared

"I know bu-" I was interrupted by my mother running into the room screaming, " You guys need to see this" 

Both me and Nya nodded and ran into the living room where the t.v was playing the news. My Father was on the screen talking.

"People of Ninjago, I have come to make a truce with you if you want to keep your lives then you will listen to what I have to say," Garmadon said, " I want you to capture these two ninjas called Lloyd and Nya. These people have done harsh thing to me I my past. The boy took all my power from me and made me weak while the girl was the one who destroyed me in the first place. If you bring me these fugitives then I will spear your city." And then the t.v turned off

"You two need to get out of the city before he finds you" My mother said

"But what about the people?" Nya asked 

" They will only want to bring you to Garmadon," She answered," I will make a group here to protect the people while you two escape."

We then heard a loud boom in the building and saw that everyone was on a rampage. Misako went to the fireplace a pulled down a lever opening a secret passage way.

" You need to leave now!" She screamed pushing Nya and I to the fire place

"But what about you?" Nya asked

"Just Go" 

"BUt-"

"GO"

I grabbed Nya by the wrist and pulled her to the passage way and all we could hear were the chants ' capture the ninjas' 'save us' and ' kill them'.
