It's time for another episode of Melanie reacts to cringe stories. I'm your host, Melanie, and this week we're having a look at this piece of gold from my third grade writing notebook! What do you think, folks?

*insert crickets*

Once upon a time, there was a sweet bunny who's name was Pepper. One night before bed in her house, Pepper sang her favorite song, "I am Pepper, I am Pepper, and I think bunnies are the best animals ever," she sang very very loud.

That immediately reminded me of this for some reason 😂

At midnight, when Pepper was asleep, a large fox walked up to her and said, "A delicious rabbit, perfect for my dinner."

Wait question

How did the fox get in her house??

Pepper finally awoke, and to her suprise, she wasn't at her soft, warm house. Just then, Pepper heard the fox on the telephone, he said "I am having a barbicue at my mansion at 4:15 in four hours, we are having rabbit hot dogs, can you come?"

4:15 in the morning?

Ok then

Pepper was in shock, this must be a new recipe she didn't want to try.

Foxy boi:

Pepper:

"Not so fast," Pepper heard somebunny say,

SOMEBUNNY

ok but I actually love that 😂

"We can't let you turn bunnies into hot dogs that do not taste delicious to us," said that somebunny sternly.

is it just me or does that sentence sound kinda weird? Like I don't know why but it just does 😂

"You can not tell this fox what to do!" The fox screamed.

someone's got anger issues

"If you tell this fox what to do, I will make you into rabbit stew," the fox said.

did anyone else rap that in their head?

*ahem*

and dude like instead of yelling aggressively at the rabbit, why don't you, I don't know, capture it for the barbecue?

As the fox went to collect some juicy berries for the barbicue, that somebunny walked over to Pepper with two bunnies by her side, she said, "Hello, my name is Eleanor

I just realized somebunny pretty much shares a name with my short story MC

and this is Clover, and Sherbert, now quickly, let's get you out of here before that nasty fox comes back."

So, very quickly, the three bunnies helped Pepper out of the foxes mansion.

But all of a sudden, the fox came back!

"What do you think you're doing!" he yelled, and tried to catch them again. Luckily, The bunnies fought him off with there amazing combat skills.

For some reason I really want to watch that fight now 😂

They made it out of there just in the nick of time, just before the guests arrived. The fox screamed as loud as he could, "NOOOO!"

The three bunnies ran through the woods as fast as they could. All of a sudden, out of no where, a landslide started trucking through the forest right towards Pepper and her friends!

*wheezes* TRUCKING

"Oh no!" Clover said. "We need to make it in time!"

They kept running away from the landslide. All of another sudden, they heard a mean laugh and voice that sounded like over a loud speaker!

"You bunnies can't escape now!" The fox said.

you STUPID FOX

"We can make it!" Pepper yelled, and they ran faster.

The kept running and running and running until....

they got hit by the fox's landslide. the end.

They made it! "NOOO!" The fox said again, heading home with a frown.

When Pepper finally got home, she said, "Thank you for saving me Eleanor, Clover, and Sherbert!" Then she asked Eleanor, Clover, and Sherbert: "Do you want to have a sleepover?" Of course they said yes, and they all did a high paw.

Meanwhile, the fox was in his mansion planning his next plan....

so he just canceled the party?
