Y/N looked through the glass window as they're riding in a big Blimp with Jet sitting in his desk, secretly giving goo goo eyes at her. Let's just say things have been going well as Y/N got along with the Babylon Rogues. They even gifted her with her own Extreme Gear with her favorite color as they called it the Cyber and she really appreciate that.

Other than that, everything is fun as Jet said it. Jet was just about to speak to Y/N when the feet thump loudly on the floor; reaching the door, and abruptly flings it open to reveal Storm

"Hey, boss!"

"Wha--?!"

"Aah!!"

Jet falls out of his seat while Y/N screams and nearly brought out her katana when she sees Storm banging on the desk.

"We've found something!!"

Wave walks up to the side of the door.

"Storm! Not again!"

"Learn to knock next time!!" Y/N growled.

"Sorry!"

Jet gets up.

"What is it this time?!"

"My sensors found something! Something special! We've gotta go and see." Wave suggested.

"Are you sure?" Jet asked, looking interested.

"I sure hope so! Let's go! You too, Y/N!"

"Oh! Well then, what're we waiting for?"

Y/N zooms out to go grab her stuff.

"Hey! No fair!"

Jet runs after her along with Wave and Storm.

Meanwhile, the Hooligans were driving as fast as they can away from the Blimp that was heading straight towards them as soon as Wave informed what she saw. Bark was holding the blue Sol Emerald with Nack driving and Bean being the annoying bird. Suddenly, the missile was brought down to them.

"Ooh! Ooh! They're dropping another one!" Bean excitedly exclaimed.

Looks like they've been hit a couple times by the missiles.

"C'mon, baby! Faster!" Nack exclaimed to his vehicle.

The missile hit the ground behind them, creating an explosion and knocking the Hooligans off their feet.

"WAH-HA-HA-HA-HA! YES! AWESOME!" Bean cheered.

"STOP MESSING UP MY BIKE!" Nack screamed in anger.

They all landed roughly as Nack got up, placing his hat back on.

"...Feather-Brained Idiots... I stole it fair and square..."

He walked over to Bark who's head was stuck in the dirt and took the gem from him and held up in the air.

"Try that again, I dare ya! You'll blow the gem to smithereens!"

But he spoke too soon as he a flash of green, light blue, pink, and yellow coming down towards him.

"Aw, nertz... WAUGH!"

Nack was spun around as the Babylon Rogues stood on their Extreme Gear in their dramatic pose with Y/N wearing a black masked helmet she was also gifted with as the Hooligans didn't recognize her yet.

Jet held up the blue gem.

"Looks like my sensors were right after all!" Wave said with a smirk.

"Yeah-Yeah. You found us something special." Jet rolled his eyes, making Y/N giggle behind the helmet.

He looked down at Nack while Y/N immediately recognized him and scowled, not expecting to see his and his goons' pathetic faces again.

"So why don't you back off like a good boy, or we'll..."

"Jet...?"

Bean jumped onto Jet and hugged him, surprising him.

"Jettison Q. Hawkington! It is you!"

"GAWK! Bean?!"

This got Y/N confused and looked to see Wave and Storm shocked to see Bean.

"And you brought the whole family! Quite the proud pap, ain't'cha, Jettison?"

"That's not my name! Let me go!"

Storm whispered to Wave.

"Uh... I thought the Battle Lord took him out..."

"No such luck."

"Do you... guys know Bean?" Y/N whispered to them.

"Well... kinda..." Wave said, cringing.

"Where's your wallet? I wanna see photos!" Bean said.

Y/N noticed Nack brought out the gun from his bike and aimed it towards Bean and Jet and gasped.

"Jet!! Look out!!"

"...Say 'goodnight,' pigeons."

"None of us are pigeons!" Bean shouted angrily.

"Sniper! Scatter!" Jet exclaimed, hearing Y/N's shout.

Jet, Y/N, and the Babylon Rogues zoomed up in the air to confuse Nack.

"Dang it, Bean!"

"You'll never hit something as fast as me!" Jet smirked as Bean cheered, holding onto his Extreme Gear.

"I've tagged Sonic more than once! You're nothin'!"

He immediately shoots at Jet as Y/N goes to protect him when Storm beat her to it and blocked the gunshot with his Extreme Gear.

"Yow!" Jet yelped.

"I gotcha covered, boss!"

Wave dodged the punch from Bark.

"Quit wrecking my gear! Just grab the gem and let's go!"

Jet quickly catch the blue gem.

"If that'll stop your whining! Let's go, Rogues!"

"I'll plug you right between the tail-feathers, you mangy—"

Bean fell onto Nack's gun, blocking his view.

"Excuse me, monstrosity. Do you have the times?"

"Move!"

The Babylon Rogues and Y/N got together as they made funny faces at the Hooligans.

"So long, chumps! Thanks for doing the grunt work fo us!"

"Nah-Nah!!" Y/N made a loser sign with her fingers.

Nack was looking pure angry.

"MRRSFFPPBHT! Bark! You drive!"

Bark immediately drove the bike as Nack aimed the gun at the Babylon Rogues again.

"Keep her steady... steady... Gotcha!"

He shot it towards the gem Jet was holding as it created a ball of fire around it.

"What the—?"

Y/N's eyes widened through the helmet and quickly bubbled herself and the Babylon Rogues as it exploded, creating a flaming circle. The Hooligans were surprised by this as Y/N and the Babylon Rogues collapsed on the ground before Y/N unbubbled them. But they did look a little dizzy from the sudden explosion as the gem lay down before them, looking fine and undamaged. Nack gots out of the bike towards the gem and picks it up.

"Looks like I got four birds with one stone. Ha! And look! It's not even scratched! Gotta love these magical whatcha-macallits!"

Y/N and the Babylon Rogues regained their conscious as they slowly got up. Jet looked up to them with a grin.

"Hey *KOFF!* Good to know..."

He, Y/N, and the Babylon Rogues zoomed away with their Extreme Gears.

"...We'll pick it out of the remains! Auto-pilot! Full bombardment!"

Suddenly, all missiles goes flying down towards the Hooligans.

"No! Not like this! Not like this!" Nack screamed, holding onto his bike.

But for some reason, Bean looks calm and happy.

"Wow! Look at all of them! And a-one! And a-two! And a one-two! All together now..."

Then, all the missiles exploded above their heads instead of hitting the Hooligans, shocking everyone.

"Perfect! Except you on the left! You were a little flat!"

"Did—Did Bean just...?" Wave started.

"How...?" Y/N started.

"Yeah. Just be thankful he's more rogue than Armada!" Jet said.

Nack angrily placed the gem on his head before placing his hat back on, hiding it.

"That tears it! You can backstab me, cheat me, kick me while I'm down, but nobody tries to blow up my bike!"

He and the Hooligans goes to fight the Babylon Rogues as they too got ready for it.

"You want to rumble, you bent-tailed hack? Let's go!"

Before that could happen, three shots were fired right between them stopping their fight. Y/N turned and was in shock to see Team Dark, Amy, Cream, Cheese, and... Blaze?! She hadn't seen her for a while until now.

"MENACE AND MASCULINITY REAFFIRMED." Omega said as his hand gun smoke.

"The Babylon Rogues too? And... who's that other person? This just keeps getting better..." Amy said.

"Who invited these guys?!" Jet exclaimed.

"H-Hey, who's the cute pink hedgehog with 'em...?" Storm asked.

Behind them, Nack looks so done with all of this.

"There's no telling which one of them has the sol emerald..."

Y/N turned her head in confusion. They're here for the Sol Emerald, too? For what?

"Does it really matter?" Rouge asked.

"I guess not. If we team up, we can out-gun, out-hit and out-speed them and end this quickly."

"Nice plan, sweetie!"

Rouge snapped her fingers towards Shadow who's holding Blaze and Omega.

"Team huddle."

Omega and Shadow gathered around Rouge.

"The other two groups are nothing. We stomp the girls while they're overwhelmed and scram with the gem."

"You'd betray them twice in one day?" Shadow questioned.

"Rouge did what?!" Y/N exclaimed in her mind. "What's going on??"

"I'm not letting that gem go! This is our mission, so get over it!"

Shadow went silent as he clearly did not agree to this plan of hers. Looks like Amy and the girls noticed it and clearly heard everything.

"They're going to turn on us, I know it!" Amy gritted her teeth.

"Are you sure?" Cream worriedly asked, covering her mouth along with Cheese.

"There's no doubt." Blaze said, glaring at them.

Y/N didn't like this, seeing the tension around everyone and back away from them.

"Orders, boss?" Storm asked.

Jet placed his goggles on.

"Leave 'em in the dust!"

Bean brought out his bomb.

"I make boom now, yes?"

"Oh yeah. You make lots boom now." Nack said, glaring at them.

"Get me that sol emerald, boys! Take them all down — No prisoners!" Rouge ordered.

"C'mon, ladies! For Blaze and her world! Don't let anybody stop you!" Amy ordered, which Y/N immediately catch on that as she realize why the sol emerald is so important.

"I don't care who's who! Beat 'em to the finish line and get that treasure, rogues!" Jet ordered.

"I am so tired of this mess! Beat 'em all back, take 'em down, or you don't get paid!" Nack ordered.

All of the teams began a huge fight, leaving Y/N standing there in shock and wondering what she could do. She couldn't believe what was happening as everything is in chaos. She noticed Cream and Cheese are in the air, looking terrified at this sudden turn of events in one day. Y/N flew her Extreme Gear over to them.

"This has gotten out of control! I know mother would not approve of us getting involved." Cream said.

"Chao..." Cheese agreed.

"Poor Miss Rose... She's outnumbered, but still fights so bravely... and we promised Miss Blaze that we'd retrieve her sol emerald to save her world!"

"I can help with that."

Cream and Cheese turned to see Y/N as she removed her helmet to reveal herself, making them gasp.

"Miss Y/N?!"

"Chao?!"

"Hey, Cream, Cheese." Y/N smiled.

Cream and Cheese immediately hugged her.

"Where were you?! We've been worried sick and have been searching all over for you!"

"No worries. I'm okay. Now, let me take care of this mess. You might wanna step back."

Cream and Cheese nodded as Y/N looked over at everyone who kept fighting each other while catching onto the sol emerald that kept getting knocked out of their grasp and send flying. Her ruby began to glow along with her eyes as her quills floated in the air.

"ENOUGH!!!"

She blasted a huge amount of power from the ruby, stopping everyone from fighting as they were knocked down to the ground. They looked up and some were shocked, surprised, and scared to see Y/N as she floated down with a pissed off look on her face, holding her Extreme Gear to the side. She turned to the Hooligans and they flinched.

"Hooligans... I thought... I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOUR PATHETIC FACES EVER AGAIN!!!!"

"GYAH!!! RUN!!!" Nack screamed as he and the Hooligans got onto his bike, dropping the sol emerald as they zoomed away.

"YEAH! YOU BETTER RUN!! YOU COWARDS!!"

"Uh-Oh..." Rouge gulped, not expecting to see her.

Y/N picked up the sol emerald and glared at them as she walk over to the Babylon Rogues.

"Jet, Wave, Storm. Go back to the blimp. There's no need to steal this gem anymore. It's clearly important. I'll be back with you guys."

"But..." Jet started, but he stopped to see her glaring straight at him again. "Fine... Let's go, Rogues..."

Wave and Storm nodded without any complaint as they know not to mess with her, seeing her power as they head back to the blimp like Y/N said. Y/N then turned to her friends as she gave the sol emerald back to Blaze, surprising her.

"All of this was to get that stupid emerald?! No offense, Blaze."

"None taken." Blaze said before Y/N turn back to Team Dark.

"That gem is obviously important to Blaze thanks to Amy and Cream for telling me something that got me to understand what was going on!! What if her world collapse and she has no home to go to?!"

Y/N turned to Rouge who flinched and hid behind Omega.

"Rouge!! You should know better than stealing something that clearly belongs to someone who really need it for something important! I understand your greed for gems, but you can't keep stealing or backstabbing them if you know what's good enough for you!!"

She looked up at Omega who's sweating nervously.

"Omega!! Who cares what Rouge said about this stupid mission from the G.U.N. on taking the sol emerald?! You could've at least think before doing something stupid. All you ever do is fight, blowing things up, and hurt someone! How shallow are you?!"

"I'M NOT SHALLOW. I'M OMEGA. BUT I AM... GREATLY ASHAMED..."

She then turn lastly to Shadow who gulped.

"And you!! I expect something more from you and I'm very disappointed in you! I can't believe you agreed to Rouge and not listen to yourself! How dare you?!"

Shadow's ears drop down as he glance away.

"I... have no excuse. I deeply apologize."

"Geez... Remind me to never mess with her." Blaze whispered to Amy who nodded.

"Noted."

"So clearly you should know that the safety of a world outweighs your guys' mission. Tell your stupid G.U.N. that they owe Blaze for the Chaos Emerald. That emerald is clearly important to her and her people."

"Oh, c'mon, Y/N. I don't just walk away from a gem." Rouge said, making Shadow and Omega gape at her like she was nuts.

"You will let this go, or I will make you." Y/N darkly said, gripping onto the handle of her katana and showing her that she's serious.

Behind her was Omega holding onto Cream who's about to burst into tears and Cheese on his shoulders as he's on her side too along with Shadow.

"WE WILL MAKE YOU." Omega corrected. "I WILL NOT MAKE THE TINY BUNNY CRY."

"You better listen to her. She's right, you know." Shadow stated.

"You wouldn't hurt a pretty bat, would you?"

"Try me."

Rouge and Y/N had a staring contest, daring each other to blink for about a minute later before Rouge eventually backed down seeing that there's no use of arguing with her even further.

"Fine. But I'm not a 'good loser.'"

"Duly noted, Rouge. Oh, and next time..."

Omega, Shadow, and Rouge looked at her, wondering what she's going to say next before she yelled.

"IF YOU DARE HURT ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR ANYBODY FOR SOME STUPID MISSION THE G.U.N. TOLD YOU TO, I'LL DESTROY YOU!!!"

They sweat dropped in fright as they hastily nodded. Y/N calmed down, taking a deep breath before smiling at them.

"Great. All's well that ends well."

She patted Shadow's and Rouge's head, making them blush a little.

"It was nice seeing you again, though. Bye!!"

"Yeah... Bye, Y/N." Rouge waved.

"Okay, Cream, off the robot now." Amy said.

"Aw... Goodbye, Mr.s Robot." Cream frowned.

"GOODBYE, FUZZY, SOFT-COLORED FEMALES."

Omega then turned to Blaze and he was looking nervous for some reason.

"AND... ER... BLAZE?"

Blaze raised her eyebrow with a smirk.

"Yes?"

"YOUR BURN THINGS VERY WELL. I-MUST-GO-NOW-GOODBYE!"

Then, Team Dark left as they bid them goodbye as Shadow gave Y/N a smile which she smile back.

"So Shadow helped me after all. Perhaps he isn't so bad." Blaze said.

"He's no Sonic, but he'll do in a pinch." Amy added.

"Well, you better get to know him. He's not that bad. Only if he didn't do something stupid today..." Y/N said.

Amy hugged Y/N.

"Y/N!! Thank goodness you're okay! You have no idea how worried we are! Even Sonic was even more worried than everyone else! He couldn't stop asking everyone on where you are!"

"He did? Wow..."

Amy then let go as Blaze walk over to them and shook hands with her.

"Thank you, Amy. Sonic and Tails spoke of the heroism of the Freedom Fighters, and you've proved every word of it true."

"My pleasure, Blaze. We'll have to kick butt together again some day!"

Cream jumped onto Blaze and hugged her.

"I'll miss you, Blaze! Come visit us soon!"

"Ha-Ha! As soon as my quest is over, you two will be the first to hear from me."

Blaze then turn to Y/N.

"Even you, Y/N. Thanks again for helping me get the emerald back. I really appreciate it. You always know what's good and what's bad."

"It's what I do. And my pleasure."

"I hope we meet again soon. I'm still in on that meditation."

"Sure. See you, Blaze."

Blaze brought out two of the sol emeralds as they turn grey with a ball of fire around them.

"Now to see if I can get home without running afoul of the Zone Cops..."

A tornado of fire appeared around Blaze, blinding them as she disappeared along with the flames.

"That's interesting." Y/N said.

"You coming with us? The Freedom Fighters are looking forward to see you again. Kirby misses you too." Cream asked.

"I'd love to, but I've got some adventures I like to go to with the Babylon Rogues for a while. Tell them I said hi and that I'm okay."

Amy pouted in disappointment but smiled.

"I understand. I'll let them know."

"Thanks, Amy, Cream, Cheese. See you guys soon!!"

Y/N hugged them before jumping onto her Extreme Gear and zoomed off towards the blimp, holding onto her black helmet. Once she heads back, she sees Jet standing there.

"You've been waiting for me?"

"Yes. But not for the gem. Kinda knew you'd give it back to someone."

Y/N smiled and pecked him on the cheek, making his face turn pink.

"That's nice of you. Thanks."

She then walked away, leaving him in his daydream. But it was quickly cut off when Storm came over to him with a smug look on his face.

"Looks like boss got a crush~"

Jet snapped his head towards him.

"Shut up! Get the engines started! We're moving!"

"Y-Yes sir!!"
