Y/N landed as soon as she got out of the Special Warp Ring and found herself back in her Prime Zone as she sniffed the air.

"Ahh... It feels good to be home. Now, where is New Mobotropolis? Looks like I'm in some sort of forest that's definitely not the Great Forest."

She began to walk through the forest as it's already night time as she look around for anyone or any sign that can help her get back to New Mobotropolis. Y/N was just about to jump up to the tree for a better view to at least find the village when she spotted something sparkling. She looked over to find a cave that just started sparkling like a star. Curious, she zoomed over and started heading into the cave, not noticing the three figures spotted her and began to follow her. Y/N was amazed at the cave as she found herself in a wonderous maze filled with rocks and a waterfall she could see that glows.

She looked down at the rocks that looks slippery from the water as she could see a reflection through it. She removed her wheels from her shoes and placed them behind her back and began to carefully walk across. Y/N then climb up the rock wall that leads to somewhere to the next cave as she did her best not to fall and managed to made it up to the top. She looked back, feeling relieved she didn't fall and went back to exploring. As she head into another cave, she noticed it's getting dark and brought out her ruby to light up the area. Y/N found herself in some sort of mines as she could see the crystals and rocks glowing in the wall as she walk through as if she's in a museum.

"Woah... What's that?"

Y/N stopped. In a floating bubble, there stood a green gem orb called the Nephrite.

Y/N carefully walk over to it and look around for any traps. As soon as she was sure everything was fine, she popped the bubble and caught the gem and held it up to admire it as it brightly reflects like a sun.

"Wow! It's... beautiful."

Suddenly, it began to glow, blinding her like something just awoken until it died down.

"Huh. Odd..."

Y/N then decide it was best to leave, seeing she found some souvenior. She head back to where she came while being more careful. Once she's out and after placing her wheels back on her shoes, she look down at the green gem to admire it again when she heard a familiar voice.

"Well, well, look who we have here."

Y/N looked up and smirked to see Jet as he flew down above her from the top of the cave with his Extreme Gear. Then comes Wave and Storm as they come out from their hiding spot from each side of the cave as they got off of their Extreme Gear.

"Jet, Wave, Storm. What's up?" she greeted.

"Doing great, Y/N. We were just out to treasure hunt when we happen to find you. You have something of ours and we're going to need that gem." Jet said with a grin.

"Sorry, Jet. But I found it fair and square." Y/N said, glaring at him slightly.

"Well, then... I didn't want to do this 'cause I like you, but you leave me no choice. Wave, Storm."

Wave and Storm nodded as they began to approach her. Y/N held the gem close to her as she back away, but suddenly falls off the edge of the cliff with a scream and lands safely in the bushes. She skates off as the Babylon Rogues scale down the cliff in pursuit with their Extreme Gear. Y/N skates through the forest towards the abandoned village, clutching the gem close to her chest. She arrives at the high wall and stops. Behind her, the shadows of the approaching Babylon Rogues.

"Oh, Chaos..." she cursed as she was about to go over the wall with her kangaroo jump from her roller skates.

"Come here!"

Storm pulls Y/N to the ground.

"Sorry, Y/N. But that's ours now."

Wave reaches for the gem. Y/N glared at her, not letting them take it that easily. Y/N uses her kung fu by grabbing her finger and indefinitely flip Wave over. Jet looks shocked. Storm growls and tries to grab Y/N, but she grabs his wrist and lifts him in one hand, flipping him over her head. The down Wave and Storm tries to grab the gem that was on the ground. Y/N juggles the gem with her feet then beckons at them to come at her with a smirk. Storm lunges at Y/N.

"Give me that!"

But she kicks him aside by the face, making him yelp in pain. Wave lunges at Y/N. Y/N jumps over her head, causing Wave to slam against the wall. The two birds turn to Y/N as they tried to snatch the gem away from her when Y/N lift the gem up in the air while dodging the kick that was send by Storm. He ended up accidentally kicking Wave instead as she was send flying.

"Whoops!" he gulped and glared at Y/N. "Give me that gem right now!"

Storm tries to grab the gem as Y/N fastily blocks every swat he throws and then she flips him. Y/N finishes with a flourish, catching the gem in one hand. She then spins herself and cartwheel kicks them, but ended up kicking through the thick abandoned door after they duck from it.

"Great..." she mumbled, feeling her leg stuck.

Storm swings his fist at Y/N who shuts him behind the door after quickly opening it. Wave approaches towards her as Y/N punches Wave away.

"Sorry."

Y/N goes to unstuck herself when Storm approaches from behind the split door. She slams the top half door right at his face, making him collapse on the ground. She fends them off either side of the door as she kicks Wave in the face through the door and then kick Storm right in the nuts and to the face. Wave, who's in front of Y/N rubbing her face turn around to punch her when she opens the door bottom half, tripping her. Y/N grabs the gem that has been dropped to the floor a couple of times, but not a single crack and slams the door bottom half, sending Wave and Storm flying just as they were about to attack her again. She stands up, removing her foot from the door and finds Jet behind her.

"Okay, this is your last warning! Just--"

Y/N slams the door's top half right in the face, making him fall to the ground with a groan.

"Nope!"

She then skates off not before throwing her kunai she took out from the side of her belt towards Jet who opens the split door and flinches to see it coming towards him. But instead, it stabs against the wall beside his head. Jet was shocked and looked back at Y/N who smirked at him.

"See you."

She jumps and flips over the wall, disappearing from him.

"Heh... Not bad, Y/N." Jet grinned, blushing a little.

Y/N rocket skated as fast as she can to get away from the Babylon Rogues when she stopped by the flowing river. She saw some small rocks that could get her across to the other side as she could see that it is not too far. She quickly hid the gem in her pocket and didn't hesitate to jump onto the rocks. She was doing fine as she was about to jump onto the last rock when she accidentally slip and fell into the river with a big splash.

"Oh, come on!!"

Y/N struggled to swim away as she tried to get to the shore, but the river was too strong as it pushed her all the way. She turned and gasped to see a waterfall.

"No no no no no no!! NOOO!!! AHHH!!!"

Y/N screamed as she fell into the end of the waterfall and dove deep into the water and banged her head against the ground, causing her to lose conscious as she began to black out. This didn't go unnoticed by anyone as Y/N's body was floating up until a pair of gloved hands grabbed her and brought her up to the shore. Before she was knocked out, she managed to see a familiar green and yellow blur with a worried look on their face.

The light brightened up the room as soon as Y/N woke up, making her groan. She was about to sit up when she felt a pain.

"Ow... My head."

She touched her head to feel the bandages.

"Good. You're awake."

Y/N turned to find Jet sitting on the bed next to her.

"Jet?"

"Heard you scream and found you by the river and nearly drown. Good thing I saved you from that."

Y/N was surprised that he did that.

"You... saved me?"

He looked away.

"D-Don't get any ideas. I only did it because I didn't want you to get hurt..."

"Jet..."

Before he could say anything, the door opened to reveal Wave with a pair of new bandages with Storm behind her as he was holding a tray.

"Good. You're awake."

"And we brought you some soup."

"How is she?" Jet asked as Wave checked on Y/N's head after removing the bandage through the magnifier glass.

"Doing good. Just got some bad cut from the hard hit of the waterfall. Just rest yourself and you'll be all better."

Wave wrapped a new bandage around Y/N's head, making sure it was tight before Storm placed a tray on Y/N's lap.

"Wow... Thanks."

"Don't mention it. I'm doing it because I like you." Wave said, looking away with a hint of sass.

"Always happy to help." Storm said with a smile.

"Wave, Storm. Leave us." Jet said.

"Meh."

"Yes, sir!"

Wave and Storm walked out of the room before closing the door, leaving Y/N and Jet alone once again.

"Huh. Never knew you guys would care."

"Hey, just because we're treasure thieves doesn't mean we don't care about others. Maybe Sonic."

Y/N giggled and took the scoop of the soup and tasted it.

"Mm. This is good. Thanks again."

"It's kinda what we do. D-Don't get too comfortable." Jet blushed.

"I won't."

"Oh, and you might want this one back."

She turned and was surprised to see him handing her the Nephrite.

"Y-You're giving me back my gem? I thought you want it."

"Just... don't tell Wave and Storm about this. I just... feel bad that's all."

She smiled and took the gem from him and placed it back in her pocket.

"I appreciate it, Jet."

"...Would you... like to stay here for a bit? It will be fun."

Y/N was surprised for a sec and then smiled again.

"Sure. Could use some more adventure before I go back to my home?"

Jet turn away and silently fist pump himself that he's going to spend time with her. He turn back to her with a grin.

"Great."
