The next day, Boomer is unscrewing the star globe posts looking upset and grouchy.

"So what if she made Scourge surrender? I don't see why we've got to give the globe posts back to Dr. Kintobor..."

"Aw, shuddup and disconnect it." Buns said through the fixed Omega suit.

Miles smirked at Buns.

"You know, Buns, it was Scourge who wanted you out. With that Omega armor, you could be a real asset to the Suppression Squad."

"Yer a creepy little cuss, y'know that?"

"Just think about it."

Then, Bunnie, Antoine, Amy, Sonic, Sally, Y/N, Rob, and Silver walk out of the Castle Acorn with Buns behind them holding the globe posts.

"See, Sonic? One exciting adventure later, and I'm fine since I was with you!" Amy smiled, hugging Sonic's arm.

"Whatever you say, Amy. Let's go back to Dr. Kintobor's tower and leave this messed up zone."

They made it back to Dr. Kintobor's tower as Sonic and Y/N are talking to Silver.

"Alright then, Silver. Are we cool, or do you want to start another fight?" Sonic asked unamused.

"If you are, I won't hesitate to kill you this time." Y/N said with a smile.

Silver shivered from that smile and quickly went back to his posture.

"No, I need to do more research first. But I will find the traitor among the Freedom Fighters. I'll be back to protect your team."

"And we'll be here to do that in the meanwhile."

Silver enlarged the ring.

"Farewell, Sonic. We will meet again. See you as well, Y/N."

"Have fund with your dystopian future or whatever." Sonic waved.

"See you, Silver." Y/N waved.

Silver then disappeared into the warp ring.

Dr. Kintobor shook hands with Sonic and Y/N.

"It's no problem. It's what we do." Y/N smiled.

"No, sweat, Doc, do you still have him?" Sonic asked.

"Yes, and he's still bound. He hasn't moved nor talk since you brought him to me last night. He's surprisingly calm."

"WEEE!" Amy cheered as she went through the star globe posts, leaving Sonic, Y/N, and Sally last.

"That wraps it up. Rob was sent home, and we're the last three to go back to Freedom HQ." Sally smiled, patting her hands as Bunnie and Antoine went through the warp ring next.

"Not quite, Sal..." Sonic started.

Y/N was holding Scourge by the arm softly as his hands were cuffed and he's looking down to the ground.

"You're the last one to go back. Me and sis are hauling in the Parallel Zone, and then I'm getting some answers."

In the Cosmic Highway, Sonic, Y/N, and Scourge who's still handcuffed are running down the road but some were missing and damaged.

"Man-O-Man... It's been a long time since I ran these roads, but I know they weren't this bad the last time I was here."

"You've been here before? What happened?" Y/N asked, making sure Scourge stay close.

"Back in the day, I'd take the Cosmic Highway to the other zones and not give it a second thought..."

"That's so you... Typical."

Scourge snickered a little.

"Hey! At least I learned my lesson. Anyway, but then I met Zonic and Z/N who looks just like you sis but different. They clued me in to the entire multiverse—whole other worlds in zones all connected by the Cosmic Highway. They told me you and I are destined to protect it all, but I haven't seen them in a long time. I wanted you to meet your other self some time. So once we dump silent Scourge off, I'm grilling them on why they aren't doing their part of the job."

"That's surprising. I wonder where they are right now."

"Only one way to find out."

Suddenly, two people stopped in front of them and brought out blaster from their wrists towards the trio hedgehogs.

"Halt! You are in violation of the Multiverse Lockdown Act!"

"You're under arrest!"

They revealed to be Zector and Zespio in their Zone Cop Armor.

"Hold on, bud! I'm Sonic the Hedgehog! From the Prime Zone! And this is my sister Y/N! And that's Scourge I guess."

"Wow. I'm so thankful that you mentioned me." Scourge rolled his eyes.

"We can't make exceptions, sir. Please don't resist." Zector said.

Y/N stepped forward to Zector and placed his arm down, surprising him and Zespio.

"Then take us to Zonic and Z/N. We want to see them."

"You somehow reminded me of Z/N..." Zespio said.

"Thank you, ma'am." Zector said.

"Shouldn't you guys be, y'know, sideways?" Sonic asked.

Zector enlarged the warp ring.

"Spatial rules are a bit more lax here. We're entering the No Zone now, so prepare for your own spatial adjusting."

They went through the warp ring and are now in the No Zone something that made Sonic and Y/N shocked.

"This is the No Zone?!" Sonic exclaimed.

"Wow... That's... a little disturbing. Are you guys in the middle of the war?" Y/N asked.

"You could say that." Zector said.

"What happened? The place is in ruins!"

"Seems pretty fine if you asked me..." Scourge muttered, making Y/N elbowed him. "Hey!"

Just then, alarms and explosions were heard and they looked down to see the robot was exploded into pieces with two familiar zone cops as it appears to be Zonic and Z/N. The one that caused all of this is a familiar bat but much more different with pink eyes and pink wings.

"See ya, losers! I'm outta here!"

Sonic recognized that bat and growled in distate.

"Roxy!"

Y/N and Scourge turned to him in confusion.

"Who?"

"Rouge's twin sister. She's been trying to steal all the Chaos Emeralds for the attention she deserve. She even tried to find you sis so she could destroy you since you're so prettier than her as she said so herself and thinks you're in her way and that you steal all attention from boys."

"Yikes..." Scourge cringed and muttered silently. "Though, Y/N is pretty..."

"All of that to make herself noticed and get attention she wants? What an idiot..." Y/N deadpanned.

Sonic nodded and continued.

"Luckily, Rouge stopped her from making things worse but Roxy wouldn't listen and was still trying to find ways to destroy you so I decided to take her to this place where she won't bother us."

"Is she that psycho?"

"More like she's obsessed about being pretty and wanted to be loved."

Then, Roxy started to bomb out the entire city. They quickly went down to meet Zonic and Z/N.

"As if we haven't had enough trouble! All points converse on the Central Precinct! Roxy is the priority target!" Zonic yelled, running after the bat.

"No, your priority is bringing me some doodad to get me and sis upright here. Then, you're going to give me some answers about what happened here!" Sonic suggested.

Zonic nodded.

"You must be Z/N. Nice to meet you." Y/N said.

"And you're Sonic's sister, Y/N. Same to you. You look pretty than me." Z/N said, looking at her.

"Thanks."

Y/N turned to Scourge who quickly dodged the incoming bombs.

"Stay close, Scourge."

Scourge nodded and they went for cover as Roxy kept bombing the No Zone until her eyes landed on Y/N.

"Y/N! Finally! I've been waiting!"

"Shoot..."

Y/N backflipped away from Roxy as she attempt to claw her. Z/N and Zespio quickly come and help Y/N fight Roxy.

"You really hate me that much? I don't even know you!" Y/N questioned, blocking the kick with her fist.

"Because everyone loved you more than me! Especially, my sister who I looked up to! She never mentioned me to you because you stole her heart! You even stole my love Shadow!" Roxy growled.

"What?"

But Roxy didn't give her a chance to ask and swung her fist towards her with her steel spiked knuckle duster she had hidden beneath her gloves. Y/N quickly duck from it and grabbed her by the wings and flung her towards Z/N who was about to zap her with her taser. Roxy with her quick thinking slapped the taser away and made her fall against the edge. Zespio quickly came to her rescue and wrapped his arm around her waist and brought her back up.

"Thanks, babe."

"Anything for you, Z/N." Zespio smiled.

"Babe?" Y/N asked in confusion.

"Zespio's my boyfriend."

"B-Boyfriend?!" Y/N's face turned pink in shock.

"He's the best. You should date your Espio in the Prime Zone." Z/N said, tracing her finger underneath Zespio's chin with a smile.

Y/N nearly faint from the spot.

"I-I'm not ready for that yet! M-Maybe later!"

Z/N and Zespio chuckled at how funny she is. Roxy rolled her eyes and was about to attack Y/N from behind when Scourge tackled her to the ground.

"Don't even try."

"Get off me, you green freak!"

Zonic runs out of the cover towards Roxy and Scourge.

"You're worn ragged, Roxy! You can't keep this up forever!" Zonic said, pointing his blaster from his wrist at her.

Roxy elbowed Scourge in the gut and charged Zonic.

"Never! I won't stop until Y/N is finished and I'll be able to finally have some boys to love me!"

Sonic quickly came to the rescue and knocked Roxy off with his spin dash.

"Denied!"

"AUGH!"

Zonic threw the golden collar towards Roxy's neck as it clamped onto it. Roxy collapsed on the ground and gripped onto the collar.

"HRK! W-WHAT'S THIS?!"

"Um...?" Sonic asked.

"A Control Collar. It'll keep her abilities in check without hurting her."

Y/N helped Scourge up.

"You okay?"

"Yeah. I'm fine, baby."

Y/N blushed at the nickname and muttered thanks for the save back there.

"You're next, too, Scourge. You're also a threat." Zonic said, walking over to him and clipped the Control Collar around Scourge's neck.

"Ow! This feels heavy!"

"Is that really necessary?" Y/N asked, worried for Scourge.

"Don't worry. He'll be fine." Z/N assured her.

"Sweet! So when are you coming to take Eggman away?" Sonic asked.

"I'm not." Zonic said.

"I'm afraid we can't, Sonic." Z/N said.

"Wrong answer. The real Robotnik died. The one me and sis are dealing with right now came from another zone, so he's your problem!"

"Your 'Eggman' shares an identical past to Robotnik-Prime up until a certain point. He's essentially the same man, and he's needed for your zone's stability."

"Needed?!"

"There's a bigger picture here, Sonic. Sonic-Prime has to fight a Robotnik, and this one is the best candidate to fill in."

Zonic gestured to Scourge as he took him by the arm behind his back while Z/N took Roxy away with Zespio.

"Then why did we have to bring Scourge to you?" Sonic asked.

"What more do you want from me?! We've been under siege! Besides, Scourge's mutation has made him something of a wild card in the cosmic scheme of things."

"Hey, at least I realize my mistake." Scourge protested.

"Enough. Officer Zector will see you home."

"See you, Scourge." Y/N said sadly.

"Hey, I'm not going to be gone that long. I'll find some ways for someone to bail me out of the jail. See you later, N/N."

Scourge leaned in and kissed Y/N before he was pulled away by Zonic.

"Gah! Again?!" Y/N shrieked, covering her mouth.

He chuckled in amusement.

"Still cute as ever. I may be beat this time, Blue, but I'm not through yet. We're still enemies. We'll meet again."

"And I'll be ready." Sonic vowed as Y/N nodded in agreement.

"I'm sorry, Sonic. But you and Y/N are on your own." Zonic said before he took Scourge away.

Sonic and Y/N walked into their home after Zector guided them back to their Prime Zone. Y/N decided to come and visit her parents.

"Yo! We're home!"

Bernadette hugged both Sonic and Y/N.

"There's my beautiful children! I don't know if I'll ever get used to you two saving the world every day."

"Not that we want you to stop." Jules said.

"Pooteetah!"

Y/N looked over to see Kirby who's on Jules' head.

"Kirby!"

Kirby jumped over and landed on Y/N's head and began to move around her, tickling her everywhere.

"Okay, okay! I miss you too!"

Kirby went up to her face and hugged her there. Y/N patted him fondly. The hedgehog family sat on the couch together.

"It's still kind of weird coming home to you guys. Not like I mind." Sonic said.

"I'm fine with it." Y/N said.

"But we're together now, and that's all that matters." Bernadette said.

"That's what happens when a tyrannical madman conquers the world and ruins everyone's lives." Jules added. "So Scourge is safely locked away?"

"Yep." Sonic and Y/N nodded.

"Do you get a minute of rest now?" Bernadette asked.

"Just one. Then me and sis are hoping to finish one more fight..."

"I know what you mean bro." Y/N sighed, knowing she can't take a break from it.
