Wings of Fire, or WoF, is a book series chronicling a world filled with dragons and (human) scavengers. Written by Tui T. Sutherland for the young and old, readers experience a world of mixed feelings. 

Most people expect there to be only one type of dragon. Well, fear not, there are seven total tribes of dragons on Pyrrhia, pronounced Pie-rhea. See the map below.

IceWings, MudWings, NightWings, SkyWings, SandWings, SeaWings, and RainWings live on this continent.

Additionally, there are three more tribes on Pantala, pronounced Pan-tall-uh.

LeafWings, SilkWings, and HiveWings all manage to sustain life on this continent. 

The book series, published by Scholastic, contains three arcs with five books each, all battling a different great evil. If you enjoyed Eragon, Warrior Cats, or Tooth and Claw, this fandom is for you.
