"hey guys! welcome to what's your damage, the newest broadway.com vlog coming at you from heathers the musical! my name is mair reynolds and I play veronica sawyer, " mair said, her voice slipping into a clearly fake overly-perked alternate that rang throughout the dressing room.

"and i'm rosie o'neil, and I play heather mcnamara!" rosie added with a smile. her voice held the same perkiness that mair's had, but it was obvious that hers' was not intentional.

the two girls leaned against their dressing table, both in full costume. rosie's bright yellow costume complimented her 'sunshine-y' personality perfectly. she smiled brightly as she looked into the camera, not attempting to hide her joy and excitement. mair knew that rosie was going to be a crowd favorite in this vlog, her personality was practically infectious. rosie was a sunny day, and who doesn't enjoy a sunny day?

mair on the other hand was the exact opposite. her mother always said that she was an 'acquired taste', which was a nice way of saying that mair was a rough person to get along with. but together, the two complimented each other perfectly. the pair were a golden retriever and a black cat but somehow they worked together.

"today's vlog is a special vlog" mair teased with a wink, flipping her black wig off her shoulder. "ro, would you like to tell them why?"

"oh miss reynolds, it would be an honor" rosie replied dramatically before taking an over exaggerated deep breath "it's opening night!"

mair chimed in with a laugh, "happy opening night bitches!"

"can you say bitches on broadway.com?" rosie turned to her best friend, a concerned expression present on her face.

"I guess we'll find out.." mair teased with the smallest smirk creeping across her face.

"benjamin tyler cook what are you doing?!" kaitlyn's voice, a mix of concern and exasperation echoed throughout backstage. josh, along with the other boys who were gathered around laughed. ben gave a small salute and waved down from up on the catwalk.

"josh dared ben to crawl up and see if he could do a russian on the catwalk without falling off," sky explained to kaitlyn calmy.
"you did what?!" kaitlyn screamed, swatting josh's arm, "you're going to kill him! make him come down! "

"no way!" nick quickly responded, turning to kaitlyn, "he hasn't even done it yet!"
"okay fine whatever, but hurry up it's almost half hour," kaitlyn gave in, nervously wrapping her arms across her chest. chaz put his arm around her shoulder and gave her a reassuring squeeze, "he'll be fine kait."

"HEAR THAT BENJI?!" josh shouted up to the catwalk, "IT'S NOW OR NEVER!"

ben flashed a thumbs up before launching into a perfect russian and landing safely on the catwalk. the others boys cheered as ben took countless bows and even a few curtsies, eating up the extra attention. kaitlyn led out a huge breath she didn't know she was holding before calling up to ben, "okay spider-man! well done, now get back down here with the rest of us normal folk!"
"yes mom," ben sighed in fake annoyance, starting his descent down the rickety old ladder.

kaitlyn gave josh a punch on the arm as the other boys started to clear out, "one of these days you're gonna kill him, then i'm gonna kill you." josh just flashed her a winning smile, "you love me kait," kait rolled her eyes before breaking out into a smile herself, "sure." chaz gave josh a wink before he and kaitlyn left as well, leaving only demarius and josh to wait for ben to get back on the ground.

"HEY JOSHIE!" ben screamed at the top of his lungs . josh turned his head just in time to see ben jumping off of the ladder, and before he knew it, josh was lying on the ground, with ben on top of him laughing maliciously. "you guys are literally five year olds," demarius laughed, shaking his head ever so slightly as he helped his best friends get up.

"yes, and? " ben raised an eyebrow, keeping a straight face.
"well i mean besides the fact that i'm sure most girls don't want to date a guy that reminds them of a toddler..."
josh punched benji in the arm, "he's got a point bro."
ben frowned and then stretched his arms to reach across the shoulders of his friends ," i might act like a child, but that does not lessen the fact that i am a complete babe magnet. now cmon, we've got a show to get ready for."

"since this is is our very first vlog here on broadway.com we decided we should tell you a bit about ourselves.." mair told the camera with a small smile on her face. "ro and i go way back.. and by way back i mean the horror that is high school."

" we met in a workshop for our high school theatre department a week before freshman year started." rosie added.

"i hated rosie."

"and i hated you."

"how cute." mair responded, jokingly rolling her eyes at her best friend. "and then during rehearsal rosie realized that i was way better than she thought i was and she decided to be my friend."

"which now seems like a mistake.." rosie teased "we bonded over our love for broadway and how attractive the whole cast of newsies was."

"and still is. i'd pay good money to go on one date with anyone from the newsies cast." mair admitted, sighing at the mere thought of a whole cast of beautiful men singing and dancing.

"knock, knock." a voice cut off mair's thoughts as she turned towards the dressing room door to see who was walking in.

"ladies and gentlemen, my love interest, mr jared mcryan!" mair gestured to the handsome young man who had walked into her and rosie's dressing room.

"well hello there broadway.com!" jared pulled up a chair from the corner of the room and sat in between rosie and mair.

"jared is not only the opening jd in the broadway cast of heathers.. but he was the original jd in the off broadway version too," rosie told the audience, looking vaguely starstruck.

"yes, why don't we just tell all the fans how old i am," jared said with a laugh, running a hand through his perfect brown hair.

"so jared," mair said, leaning towards him slightly, "is there anything you'd like to tell our beautiful audience?"

jared gave mair a sexy half smile before turning to the camera "uh, only do drugs if your friends tell you to, always use protection.." mair snorted and then punched him in the arm, raising her eyebrows. "I MEAN," jared cleared his throat, " all of you should come see us kick..butt in heathers the musical at the winter garden theatre starting tonight, september 21st!"
"and even if you can't come and see the show, you should definitely check out our vlog!" rosie added with a sheepish smile and a wink.
"oh definitely!" mair agreed with a giggle, giving a side glance to jared in the chair next to hers.

"as much as i'd love to stay and chat girls, it is nearing the time and i need to warm up, so i must get going" jared said, getting up from his chair. "i expect i will be seeing you soon broadway.com.." and with that he left the room.

"mr. jared mcryan everyone! " mair said with a smile.
"you know," rosie remarked with a grimace, "jared is right, it is nearly time to go on, we might need to close this vlog."
"you're right, " mair agreed, "i do believe this had been a fun first vlog of what's your damage here at heathers on broadway !"
"goodnight broadway.com," rosie smiled at her best friend, "and i hope you joined this first installment of what's your damage!"
