Words: 7748

Jungkook groaned in annoyance when his phone alarm kept on nagging beside his ear. He lazily opened his pinkish eyes and smashed it's stop button.

"Tae, are you in the bathroom?" He shouted when he couldn't find him on the other side of his bed. None answered.

Maybe he left! Jungkook sighed and got up in a sitting position, rubbed his eyes, twisted his neck. Last night memories washed over him, he felt ashamed. He regretted crying in front of his boyfriend. The thought of Taehyung seeing him as a weak person, made him sink on the bed. Everyone in this world suffered at a certain time, but the way he reacted was so childish to him. Somehow he felt relieved that he didn't have to face him now. He needed some space too.

His nose caught the sweet smell of food and his eyes followed his nose to the bedside table where he found his morning gift. It was beautiful; he thought and picked up the rose, inhaled the rosy aroma and smiled.

His maid asked him for breakfast, he denied, telling his food was already prepared. After taking a refreshing shower, he nibbled the corner of his giant cheese sandwich. It was already cold but he could feel the warmth of his lover's love. He closed his eyes to devour the flavors. Delicious!

The notepad was dejectedly lying beside it. He read—   'My cute bunbun, I have never forgotten our single conversation. Your anger, rage, stiffness to your affection, care and sympathy—are all precious to me; I love you the way you are, with all my heart. But it hurts to see you depressed and crying because of pain. My wish to see you smiling, all the time. Can you do that for me? ~Taehyung.'

"Of course, anything for you baby." Jungkook read it again and again until felt an urge to talk with him now.

He dialed his number but it was switched off. Jungkook thought he should go to his house and talk with him personally. But at the same time someone knocked.

Sejin peeped through the slightly parted door. "Sir good morning, it's 9.25 already. We've to leave in 5 minutes."

"Oh, yeah I forgot." He has office. His eyes fell on the table clock, only 5 minutes left and he was still wearing his bathrobe. So quickly he stuffed his mouth with a large portion of omelet and spoke in between chewing, "Wait downstairs, I'll be there soon.

In his office, the workers were still in a holiday mood. They were chatting and sharing their Christmas holiday experiences with each other but as their boss came, they started doing their work immediately.

Jungkook felt so happy seeing their employees after a week. The office became alive again, so was his mood. Taehyung asked him to smile, so unlike other days he maintained a pleasant smile on his face all the time during work.

He called him several times but found his phone was off. Now he became a little bit worried and a tiny bit angry for not calling him once. Was Taehyung angry with him too— he thought but couldn't find a proper reason to justify his thought.

Six more hours he had to wait, until the office hours over. Opening the glass window behind the back on his table, his eyes went far in the city, mind at Taehyung's house. He was missing him more than anything.

Seokjin came with his boyfriend to greet him, "Welcome lover boy. So finally you're in a relationship."

"Is it that impossible?" Jungkook smirked, putting his hands on his grayish black pants' hip pockets. He had a fetish for black clothes but sometimes he alternated with grey, blue and white. Today's colour was greyish black and he was looking more confident in it. He was standing near the table, the Kim couples came near him.

"Of course. First I couldn't believe in my ears. I asked Joonie countless times to confirm. Right Joonie?" Seokjin lightly bumped his shoulder with his boyfriend's and grinned.

Namjoon nodded with a fake seriousness. "Yeah, he's telling the truth. I couldn't believe at first too. We pinched each other to confirm that we're not dreaming." Seokjin busted out laughing.

"You two are really a big tease. I don't know why I'm talking with you two!" Jungkook gave a half hearted amused sneer and shook his head. A wisp of raven hair escaped its gelled hold and fell across his forehead.

"Where's he? Why aren't you taking him back to our company?" Seokjin asked.

"I wanted to. But last night uncle Park threatened me to marry Rose and if I don't do it, he said he'll become a Satan. I think this made Taehyung sad and he left in the morning leaving a note." Jungkook sighed, thinking about the last night. It was his fault to not talk with him clearly about today's office. If Taehyung wanted to rest for a day, he wouldn't complain. He could start from the next day.

Thinking about Rose's father, Seokjin snorted bitterly, "I can't understand this person, seriously. What kind of father pushes his daughter to a committed man?"

"He has his reasons Jin." Namjoon, who had a habit thinking of every person's perspective, explained, "Most of his family members and friends know that they're getting married soon. Now if Jungkook backs off from here, it'll somehow reproduce a lot of questions. And people will laugh behind his back. As I'd seen him, he thinks more of his reputation than his daughter."

Seokjin chucked his boyfriend under his chin, "But who cares about these matters now, huh? Isn't it better to back off before ending their relationship in a court around so many people? It will create more controversies I think."

Jungkook agreed, nodded. "You're right but that man is getting on my nerves. Last night I got a panic attack because of him and I cried in front of Taehyung."

"Don't worry. If he loves you, then he'll never judge you." Seokjin assured him by putting a hand on his shoulder.

Namjoon joined, did the same gesture on his other side, "That's right. It won't be a big problem. Just meet him in the evening and talk with him."

Jungkook was feeling good after this positive conversation with his hyungs but a small speck of uneasiness was still on his mind, "Actually I don't know what to say to him. He might found me so stupid. I just couldn't stop being a weirdo last night."

Seokjin smiled brightly at the younger boy, eyes lighting up with excitement. He found a perfect student. His wish to become a teacher was finally going to fulfill. "Don't worry bro, I'll teach you some tricks to impress your boyfriend. You just have to follow my lead." The CEO visibley snorted, his boyfriend bit his lip to prevent himself from laughing, making Seokjin pout. Good students were really hard to get these days—he yelled, "Why? Aren't you trusting me? I have more experience than you? Ask Joonie."

"Oh really?" Jungkook raised his brows.

Seokjin was going to scold him but his secretary interrupted.

"Sir, Jung Hoseok came. He wants to meet you now." Sejin informed.

"Jung Hoseok?" Namjoon's eyes got bigger. Sejin said yes. "We told him to call us! Jungkook, I think it's a positive sign that he came here personally."

"Oh right. Take him in our meeting room. I'm going right there." Jungkook told his secretary and turned to his assistant, "Hyung, I'm heading there first. You've to come too."

"Yup. Going." Namjoon came closer to his boyfriend and readjusted his tie, voice gentle, "I'll catch you later baby. You take some rest, ok?" Seokjin giggled like a little kid giving soft smooches on his boyfriend's lips, making the CEO dumbfounded.

"Didn't I tell you before, romance is not allowed in this office?" Jungkook had to say this, after all he was the strict boss there. "Gosh, you guys have no shame. Go get a room first!" He rolled his eyes and quickly moved to the meeting room with his reddened ears.

But the couple didn't bulge, they continued their making out session. After a good couple of minutes, Namjoon pulled out his mouth, hands were still on his back, caressing, "Baby, can I go now? Jungkook is alone there."

"Only if you promise me to make it up at night." Seokjin tapped on the tip of his nose.

"I promise." Namjoon kissed on his cheek and ran towards his boss. An office with two two bosses, was actually like walking on the thin ice. If anything went wrong, one would cut his salary, another would cut his throat.

"So we meet again." Hoseok shook his hand, a firm handshake at that, and gave him a meek smile.

"You came here to meet me." Jungkook returned the smile and they all sat.

"That's right. I came here with a new agreement paper." Hoseok beckoned his female secretary, who opened a briefcase and pulled out a bunch of unfolded papers. He himself gave it to Jungkook, "Have a look."

Jungkook's dark chocolate eyes enlarged looking at the paper. "What! You're giving me twenty five percent more?" His head snapped up at the other guy, "But why?"

"Because I found your proposal interesting." Hoseok tilted his head, spoke casually, "But you know I have a very high standard, I usually don't deal with local brands but as your car has a name in this industry, I'm giving you this opportunity. Don't ever try to make this fail."

"Failing you means failing myself, why would I do that?"

"That's right." Hoseok waited until Jungkook read the papers thoroughly. "But it'll be impossible for me to continue the agreement  after five years if our guests refuse to ride your car."

"I don't think that would happen." Jungkook's expression was unfriendly, though, very perceptive and sharp. He made eye contact with his assistant, Namjoon gave him a nod then he signed the agreement, paper by paper.

"Good." Hoseok signed under his signature and gave him a copy of this agreement, "So we're partners now."

They shook hands in a very unfriendly, unaffectionate sort of way. "Hmm, seems like we are."

"See you soon." Hoseok glared at him a little longer and marched outside.

After getting into his car, he took some time to savour the beauty of the man who was waiting for him inside. His face was down, sunkissed as his side of the car window was slightly parted. His hair looked different in the sun. Hoseok beamed at him, "Hey, did I make you wait long?"

"No. What did he say?" The man asked, searching the answer in his eyes, like he'd waited for it for a long time.

"Just usual business talks." Hoseok shrugged as he answered.

But this short reply didn't satisfy the other boy, "Oh." His eyes became dull as he looked past his side of the car window, "Was he looking upset? "

"Upset? No. He was looking just fine." Hoseok spoke and told the driver to take this car at Gangnam pov, where Taehyung lived.

"Oh, good then." Taehyung sighed, rested his head on the seat, eyes closed as it was hard for him to keep them open. So according to Hoseok, Jungkook was happy—this was just what he wanted.

"I don't know why you're thinking about him so much. The Jungkook I knew, was like this from forever. He only knows his profit." Hoseok waited for a reaction from him, his bright black eyes were curious and he stared at Taehyung.

Taehyung sighed. "Can we please not talk about this? I don't want to hear any negative things related to him." He rubbed his eyes as it was burning inside, last night he couldn't sleep at all.

"Sure. I don't want to talk about him either." Hoseok turned his gaze off him, unable to hide a twinge of jealousy. It was hard to see his man defending another man in front of him.

It was just past dawn when Taehyung went to Wentech's office come residence and met Hoseok in the early morning. Hoseok was happy to see him like he'd won the Nobel Prize but Taehyung firmly told him his conditions before their marriage. It was a lot, but still Hoseok was happy.

The car was tearing along the Seoul-Gangnam highway at an incredible speed. The taller man opened his eyes after a while, "Drop me near my house."

"Let me go with you." Hoseok calmly spoke, "I want to meet your family. I want to talk with your mom actually."

"Now?"

"Why not? The sooner, the better. I want to organize our wedding ceremony soon."

Taehyung panicked, his face went pale, "She doesn't know about my sexuality."

Hoseok didn't know that, he put a hand under his chin, "Oh I see. Should I meet her later?"

"No it's ok. You can come now." He sighed sadly and looked out the window. It was the truth of his life and he no longer wanted to hide it from the person who gave him this life. He knew it very well this could make his mother hate him. "But don't let her know you're a billionaire. It's better to tell her a lie at this point. She doesn't like rich people."

Hoseok frowned in confusion, "I've no problem with that but we can't hide it forever. When my grandpa will come to visit your family, he will tell them obviously."

"I know that." Taehyung knew it might cause a big misunderstanding later, but he also knew if Hoseok told his mother his actual identity, his mother wouldn't even talk with him properly and wouldn't accept their marriage. The thought of Jungkook getting depressed again because of his company, made his heart shrink. He knew Hoseok could cancel their agreement at any time, that was how he arranged his papers and Taehyung was sure this would break his Jungkook more.

As soon as the door of his house opened, his sister made a Kpop fangirl face and screamed, "Oh my God, Hobi oppa!"

"You remember me?" Hoseok amusingly simpered.

Her face glowing as she beamed from ear to ear. "Yea, I-how can we forget you? You're my hero." She pulled a loose strand of her hair and curled it around her finger, "I mean our."

"Umm I see." Hoseok pressed his lips, his dimples appeared at this gesture, making the whipped girl coo at him.

"Mom, look, who's here." She said when her mother came out of her room. She was taking an afternoon nap but Dahyun's scream made her awake. She blinked at the guest while her daughter introduced him, "He's oppa's friend Hobi, I told you that day."

"That day? You always talk about him." Haesook heard his name more than a thousand times from her daughter. But her honest statement made her daughter blush and their guest confused.

Dahyun explained the cause, "It's because he was looking so cool while fighting with those bad guys. Mom, you didn't see his karate chops, it was so awesome and unbelievable like we were watching an action movie. And his back kick, oh my God, it was so hot!"

Taehyung frowned, what was wrong with this girl!

"Stop it girl. Let him come in first." Her mother pulled her by her arm and welcomed their guest with a warm smile. "Please come in."

Hoseok cleared his throat before speaking with his would-be mother-in-law. First impression is the last impression- that what he knew. He bowed 90°, "Hello Mrs Kim. I'm Jung Hoseok, Taehyung's friend."

"Mom, he's the one who sent us the parcel." Taehyung spoke after a very long time. His voice was low, lower than his actual deep tone.

His mother put a hand on his mouth as she felt surprised yet happy. "Really? How? I mean so kind of you."

Dahyun's eyes glowed with tenderness. "Hobi oppa, you're an angel."

Hoseok couldn't help smiling, "That's what my mom used to call me."

"Your mom must be very proud." She felt proud too.

"Hmm." Hoseok roamed his eyes to their house. It was small, very small but homely. Who needs a big palace when you can find peace inside a hut; he thought.

"Son, I don't know how and why you spent so much of your money for all of these things but I can't repay you soon." Their mother spoke as all of them sat around their dining table. He didn't have a fancy couch, never needed one.

"It's ok aunty, I don't need that money." Hoseok spilled but suddenly got alerted when Taehyung made a low noise inside his throat.

"What? How much do you earn?" Haesook never saw any person denying to accept money before. She rested her hands on the table and smiled a little to soften her sharp words. "Please don't get offended, I just want to know. As you see we're poor. And my son got a rich friend, who helped us for nothing, it's just so unusual. I don't know what to say but we're not habituated with taking expensive gifts like this."

"I get it." Hoseok scratched his neck looking at Taehyung and loosened his tie. He thanked God that he left his blazer inside his car, otherwise he would feel more sweaty. "I have a small hotel business. It's going pretty well. So don't worry about the money."

"But still-"

Hoseok cut her words, "Actually I have a purpose behind it. I want to ask you for something."

Dahyun got excited, "Please ask anything. My mom is really very kind."

"Can you let me speak?" Her mother almost yelled, then looked at her son's friend with curious eyes, "Tell me what do you want Hoseok."

He licked his dried lips and spoke with confidence, "I want your son. I love him and we want to marry each other."

"What?" Haesook forgot blinking for a moment.

"What? You like my oppa?" If we said Dahyun was surprised, it would be an understatement. The one person she thought was cool and the one she used to daydream about, was suddenly confessing his love for her brother. It was ironically unexpected.

"Yes." Hoseok confirmed by nodding his head.

"But how!" Her mom asked and Dahyun made a constipated face, forgetting that her crush was also looking at her.

Jung Hoseok was going to answer him but Taehyung spoke this time. "Mom, I'm like this. I'm- I'm a gay." His voice cracked when he asked, "Do you hate me now?"

Haesook shook her head in surprise but collected her thoughts immediately as she saw her son on the verge of crying, "No. No, my son. I can't hate you. You three are all I have. How can I not love you?"

"Don't you worry about our neighbors and relatives?"

"No." His mother strongly denied. "I only care about you. If you want to marry him, I should support you. I just want to see you happy my child."

Taehyung felt much relieved, but he didn't expect coming out of the closet could be this easy. He closed his eyes for a moment, sighed in relief, "Thank you mom. I never thought you're going to support me like this. What about you Dahyun-ah? Are you ashamed of your oppa now?"

Coming out of a daze, Dahyun shook her head abruptly, "What are you saying? I never will, I just know you're good, a lot better than me."

"Thank you Dahyun-ah." He smiled softly at her.

Dahyun huffed comically to make the atmosphere lighter, "Why are you saying thank you like this? I'm a 21 century girl. How can you think of me as an old grandma? Gosh! Oppa, you're so stupid."

"You're really a very good person, Dahyun-ssi." Hoseok smiled brightly seeing Taehyung's silent grin.

Dahyun got all shy shy again, "Not more than you Hoseok-ssi."

Their mother pulled her daughter's hand, "Dahyun-ah, come with me in the kitchen." Her tone became tender as she spoke with their guest, "Please wait for some tea dear."

Dahyun pouted, seeing her mother's duality and followed her in the kitchen.

"Your family is really nice." Hoseok said.

Taehyung hummed.

"I'm waiting to meet Sunoo."

"No." Taehyung firmly told him, "He usually comes late at night. Coaching classes. So it will be better if you go after the tea." He just wanted to get rid of this man quickly.

Hoseok remembered, "Ah I forgot. Computer science right?"

"You stalked us?" Taehyung was surprised but at the same time he wasn't. Of course he did stalk them, otherwise how could he come to know about their family problems.

"Just a little." Hoseok smiled.

Taehyung just sighed, asked directly. "When are you leaving?"

"After the tea. By the way I'm not leaving alone. You're coming with me."

Taehyung made an annoyed noise, "Why? I don't want to." He rubbed his hands on his temples to ease his ache. He hadn't slept for two nights back to back and hadn't eaten anything since the morning. Jungkook, Jungkook, was all he was thinking about where this billionaire's heir was giving him some unwanted attention which was making him irked.

"We've a party to attend." Hoseok said.

"I don't want to go anywhere."

"Come on Taehyung, you'll soon be a Jung family's member and parties are so normal for us."

"Not interested." Taehyung crossed his arms and turned to the other direction, clearly showing his distaste.

"Then I'm definitely not leaving from here before meeting Sunoo." Hoseok mimicked his tone and posture and looked to the other side.

Taehyung agreed at the end. Not because he wanted to, but he failed to make this man go away from his family. Hoseok was a stalker and a blackmailer. It was impossible for him to see him as his friend again.

But before going to the party, that weird blackmailer thought of torturing him to test the last bit of his patience.

He took him to a posh salon and ordered the employees to do many torturous experiments on him, like manicure, pedicure, facial, hair colour-perming and lastly back massage which he never did before. At one point he felt so irritated that he angrily munched the thin slices of cucumber which they were putting on his eyes for a decade.

Hoseok seemed habituated with these kinds of tortures. He was relaxing most of the time, seldom smiling. He even told Taehyung that there was an another level of torture named waxing would be arranged for him if they had enough time before the party.

As soon as the sky became dusky, Hoseok's car entered the main gate of a Korean traditional castle-like house, which was more of a mansion that had Taehyung's jaw hanging for a while. But seeing the main host from afar, he panicked internally.

"Hoseok-ssi, why didn't you tell me, it's Mr Park Hosung's party?"

"It doesn't matter Taehyung. All posh parties are the same. Come, I'm going to introduce you with my high class guests. Some of them are really popular, you might have seen them on television."

"But I don't want to be here. I want to go home. Please send me home now." Taehyung's eyes search for his car. He was ready to go home by bus but that area he didn't know very well.

"Relax baby, this is just a party. Everyone here is enjoying their own. No one will notice us if we don't go and meet them." Hoseok held his hand and lightly pressed to assure him.

Taehyung snapped his hand back, glared, "Don't call me baby or any other pet names. I don't like it. You should always remember why I've agreed to marry you." He started tapping his foot in hope of decreasing blood pressure.

Hoseok remembered it very well, but it burned his heart the way this guy reminded him. "Taehyung, Listen, I'm going to meet an important man here. He's an artist, came here all the way from Italy to draw Korean landscapes. This is my main purpose of coming here. Please just wait for an hour, as soon as I finish talking with him, we'll go together. Ok?"

Taehyung thought for a moment, Mr Park seemed busy and there were thousands of guests. And Jungkook wasn't obviously coming here so he could stay here a little longer.

"Only one hour." Taehyung raised his index finger, Hoseok agreed.

"Yes. Just an hour."

Jungkook's phone buzzed when he was struggling to swift his car within the heavy traffic of Gangnam pov. He was on the way to his boyfriend's house, smiling pleasantly occasionally as he was affectionately asked by his lover. He even bought a heart shaped chocolate box and a big bouquet of red roses for him, which was radiating its sweet aroma inside his car.

The caller ID was known, making him smile more. "Hyung, hey."

Seokjin shouted from the other side. "Jungkook where are you?"

Jungkook pitched his voice to match the older man as he could hear some jazzy music playing in the background. "I'm going to Tae's home. I told you before."

"No listen, my mom forced me to come here at Park's party and I just saw him here." Seokjin toned down his voice.

A momentary pause, "What? What's he doing there?" Jungkook ignored the green signal and stayed on the line. "Are you sure, it's him?"

"Yes it's him but I have no idea why he's here. By the way he's looking different."

"Different?" Jungkook frowned. He just saw him last night, how could a person become different overnight!

"Aren't you coming here?" Seokjin asked when he didn't hear anything from the other side, "Park is going to announce your wedding with Rose."

"No. I don't want to." Jungkook got annoyed as the cars in his back started to honk at him. "But what's Taehyung doing there?"

"Should I talk with him? He seems like a different person." Seokjin's confused voice made the younger man more curious.

"It's ok, I'm coming, just keep an eye on him." Jungkook started the engine and took an U turn.

"My eyes are fixed on him. Just come here quickly." Seokjin's voice echoed inside his ears  as he accelerated.

It took him approximately half an hour to reach the party. He drove as fast as he could. Not seeing his lover all day piled an urge inside him to meet him sooner.

"Hyung, where's he?" Jungkook asked as he located Seokjin first. Seokjin was lazily sitting just beside the entrance, waiting for the younger guy with a slim glass of golden champagne. "There." He pointed at the man whom he was secretly babysitting for a while.

As soon as Jungkook's eyes followed the older man's eyes, his heart began to palpitate. His boy was looking breathtaking in a three piece black suit with a white shirt and matching black tie. But the main attraction was the colour of his hair, it turned into golden blonde. His honey toned rich skin was shining under that golden glow.

"Why are you smiling?" Seokjin asked, as he noticed their boss's whipped grin over the golden boy.

"He's looking so good. God actually." Jungkook murmured amusingly, feeling proud to get a man like him in his life.

It was obvious that most of the eyes around him were on his man. But he was looking at the ground, a melancholic feeling of irritation had settled on his face. Jungkook took a step forward but Seokjin's words made him steeled.

"He's here with Jung Hoseok."

Jungkook snapped his head at him, "You're kidding me right?"

Seokjin sighed faintly. Twirling the last sip of liquor in his glass, he pouted, "I wish I would."

Jungkook didn't waste a second when his eyes traveled to the man standing beside his boy, Jung Hoseok! He walked fast, "Tae, what are you doing here? What are you doing here with him? Why didn't you call me once today? I was so worried."

Taehyung seemed like he'd seen a ghost. His lips quivered, face became paler and his hands shaked visibly.

"Jungkook we met again." Hoseok came to them.

Jungkook craned his eyes to the person, whom he wasn't expecting with Taehyung. "Taehyung! Come with me." Jungkook pulled his cold hands. Taehyung slowly stood. Teary eyes were still on the floor.

"Hey, don't touch him." Hoseok held his other hand and tugged, eyes sharp, challenging, "He's mine now. My boy."

"What?" Jungkook tightened his grip on Taehyung's hands, "Tae, what is he saying?"

Hoseok answered with a low growl. "Jungkook, don't make a scene here and don't force him. He's no longer your boyfriend."

Jungkook ignored him and looked at his boyfriend, "What's happening Tae? Why was your phone switched off all day? And what is this person talking about? Can you tell me?" He searched for a proper answer in his eyes but Taehyung refused to make eye contact.

"Taehyung agreed to marry me. Can you hear me Jeon? He's no longer your boyfriend anymore. Leave him."

"We need to talk." Jungkook muttered under his breath and stood between them, blocking his rival from his lover, threatened with a low growl, "Don't provoke me Hoseok. Stay out of our personal matter."

"Jungkook!" Hoseok snarled.

Taehyung pulled his arm from Hoseok's grip, "Hoseok-ssi, please give us some minutes to talk. Please."

Hoseok stared softly at him and gave him a nod. "Ok."

Jungkook took him to a big room inside, which Parks called their playing room. There were more than twenty kinds of indoor games placed all over that big hallroom. Jungkook closed the door, still holding his hand hard, reluctant to let go, "Taehyung, I don't trust him, but I trust you. Tell me what's going on."

Taehyung took a long breath. It was getting harder for him to breathe. This was the moment he was trying to avoid all day. Now there was no escape, he had to face him. "Jungkook, I want to break up with you."

"What?" Jungkook yelled loudly. His sharp voice echoed through the walls. "Tell me honestly, are you trying to prank me? Or just playing hard to get?"

"No! I'm telling you the truth. Jung Hoseok proposed to me and I said yes." Taehyung told him the truth, but this truth was hurting him hell.

"Make it make sense Tae, you just met him two days ago and now you're ready to marry a stranger? You're lying right?" Jungkook was sure there was something fishy.

"No, I met him two more times before. We were friends. He's not a random stranger. And I agreed to marry him because he loves me."

Jungkook huffed, still thinking this might be a boyfriend prank but when a lone tear escaped from the other boy's eyes, his expression stiffened, "You did what? Why? Why didn't you ask me before that?" Jungkook shook his hand hard, making his veins almost popping out of his skin but he didn't take his hand away. He was willing to take everything Jungkook offered to him.

Taehyung wiped the saltiness from his eyes and firmly glared at him. "It's my life, why would I ask you everything?"

"Because you're committed to me. You belong to me. Only me." Jungkook yelled, pushing his hand away, Taehyung didn't even flinch.

"I belong to nobody Jungkook. You're wrong." Taehyung mumbled, grimacing at the burn that left in his wrist.

"Ok fine, I won't claim you but tell me at least what I did wrong!" Jungkook's words came out harsh, finally losing his patience and it was becoming impossible for him to talk calmly. "Tell me, am I not a good partner? Am I not taking care of you well? In which field I'm lacking? Open your mouth God dammit!"

The nightmare was becoming real, Taehyung feared to hurt him more but last night's memories made his heart stiff. "You're perfect Jungkook. If anyone lacks anything, it's me. I'm selfish. I wanted to become rich. I agreed to Hoseok because he has tons of money, unlike you who's still in an uncertainty of what will happen in the future."

"You can't be that person I loved."

"Maybe you didn't recognize me properly." Taehyung tried to act nonchalantly like nothing was wrong, but internally he was shaking.

Jungkook sighed, he held both of his hands into his, looking into his eyes pleadingly, "Taehyung please tell me honestly, did he force you?"

"No."

Jungkook pressed his palms and shook, "Then what about that cheesy note you left at my bedside? You said you love me."

"That's true. I love you." Taehyung said, looking at him, then lowered his gaze, "But I want to marry him. I'm doing this because of me and my family." And you…

Anger flared up inside Jungkook. He was on the verge of yelling at him, but somehow toned down his temper. "Are you out of your mind? You love me and going to marry him? Just give me a proper reason before breaking up with me. You've no idea but you're going to engage with a person who used to bully weaker people in our college. Even if he was your friend, he was an arrogant bastard before."

"You were no better." Taehyung watched his profile, drinking his agony with an aching heart. He knew his next words would hurt him but he thought it was better for him to get hurt now, instead of the rest of his life, "You used to neglect people's emotions and treated them like shits. Did you forget what you did with me and my family?"

Jungkook closed his eyes, trying to bundle his anger, "I know I was an asshole but I had my reasons. I was a lone child. I had no idea about people and their emotions. After my parents' death I finally realized what pain is. After hurting you for no reason, I realized how bad hurting someone is. I've changed Taehyung, you just can't leave me for my past self."

"If you can change, he can too. He's not a bully anymore." Taehyung calmly spoke.

"So what?" He yelled loudly. "He's not me. Nobody can love you more than me."

Taehyung knew it very well, he gulped and took out his last excuse, "Jungkook, I want security more than love. What's our future? Can you marry me now? Answer me honestly." He knew the answer, he knew him very well.

"I can't marry you now and you know the reason right. I've to fulfill his father's dream first, before making any vital life decisions."

"Ok, just give me an exact date so that I can think about my future with you." Taehyung fisted his hands to collect some willpower to stay strong. He could hear the younger man was pushing himself to answer him, his husky voice wrapped around the words—

"I can't give you any hope. Not now."

"I knew it. That's why I took this decision. At least he is offering his hand to me now." Said Taehyung calmly.

"Do you like him?" Jungkook was looking at him with pained eyes. He was looking so gorgeous but he dressed up for another man, not him, it fueled his anger.

"Y-yes." But only as a friend…

"Liar." Jungkook said looking away. He could feel how horribly his chest was aching, like someone had just ripped his heart out. "You tricked me. Uncle Park was right. You really are a gold digger."

Taehyung's head felt lighter, Jungkook's words were so bitter, ugly and impossibly true. "You're right. I'm a shameless bitch. I chased you for money. So it'll be better if you forget me and concentrate on your company."

Jungkook muttered, chewing his every word, "I will. But I can never forget you. You'll forever be an ugly grease stain on my forehead. Whenever I'll see the mirror, I will curse you with all my might." He passed him a signature hate glare before going out of the room.

"Jungkook, I'm sorry." Taehyung whispered, but there was none to hear him. He felt so small inside of this big room, big house, big world and mostly because of his guilt.

Jungkook was raged to go out but stopped by the last person he wanted to encounter right that moment. He huffed in annoyance.

"Jungkook, I was waiting for you. I'm just going to announce your and my angel's wedding." Mr Park was standing on his way to the exit, blocking his only way to escape.

Rose approached after him with a huge rosy smile. She was looking like Cinderella in a fluffy sky blue off shoulder gown. "Jungkook I knew, you'll come. I'm so happy to see you."

"I think we should declare their wedding now dear. Our guests are waiting." Mrs Park said.

Jungkook was amused to see this family's unity. All of them were thinking about the wedding. Three of them were the same, like copy paste. He held Rose's hand and said in a low tone. "I want to say something important to her. Please excuse us for a moment."

Making the Park couple startled, he took her upstairs in front of everyone. Rose wasn't complaining, Jungkook was doing exactly what she'd wished; giving his full attention to her. Maybe he was going to confess his love and say sorry to her. She held his hand tightly, just couldn't wait to kiss him for the first time.

[A/N: We'll listen to Jungkook's 'important' conversation with Rose in the next chapter. For now, let's concentrate on our crybaby Taehyung.]

Taehyung stepped out and found that the party was still alive, his teary eyes searched for Hoseok but found Jungkook, who was holding Rose's hand like a couple and heading upstairs with an unreadable expression. At the same moment an ear piercing thunder cracked outside. His heart thumped in his chest, empty inside howled pathetically. Several thoughts congested in his mind. So Jungkook was going to marry Rose now?—noo...an inaudible scream left as he saw the shy smile on Rose's face like he'd just proposed to her.

He ran through the crowd, without looking back, without looking for the man who was waiting outside for him. He wished to turn back the time, so that he could go back to his boring life again. Where there wasn't any office, any Hoseok or Jungkook.

Meanwhile Hoseok became restless when he couldn't find Taehyung anywhere. He was eying the room where Jungkook took him. But to attend a very important call, he had to go in an attached balcony for a moment. After coming back to the party, he searched for him almost everywhere but failed to find his traces.

It was raining outside. The weather became more crisp because of it. Hoseok regretted letting him go with Jungkook. Trusting Jungkook was next to impossible for him, what if he harmed his man physically! The idea was making him more anxious.

After a quick thinking, he stepped outside of the building. Cold raindrops fell all over him, it didn't take much time to get fully drenched. The lawn was huge, so was the garden beside it. After a couple of minutes of searching, he found him in the garden.

Taehyung was under a big oak tree, curling into a ball, forcefully embracing his knees, shivering as the cold rain shower continually fell from the tree branches.

"Taehyung, what are you doing here?"

"I lost everything." Taehyung uttered, shaking.

"What?" Hoseok frowned.

Taehyung mourned, "I thought if I step out, he doesn't have to marry her. He would be free from any unwanted strings. But I was wrong. I saw them holding hands like a couple. They were smiling. I lost his trust, his love. I lost him!"

Hoseok tried to pull him up, "You're wet and may catch cold. Just come with me."

Taehyung's hands fisted again, shouted, "Please leave me alone. I don't want to talk with anyone. Please go. I can go home by myself."

Hoseok let him cry for some moments, not caring about himself. He was also crying but didn't know how to shed tears. His mother used to tell him; 'by itself, crying always ends. Sadness, pain change to something else, when we let them.' So the thought of Taehyung would change for him one day, didn't let his hope die. "It's getting colder Taehyung." He reminded him.

Taehyung spoke in between his sobs, "Hoseok-ssi please go. I'm not a child. I can take care of myself."

"But you're acting like a child." Hoseok murmured firmly. When Taehyung didn't respond. He sighed. "Enough with this drama. You're coming with me. Now!" He forcefully made him stand and dragged him to the parking lot.

Like every time, it was Dahyun's duty to open the door. "I'm coming, wait." She shouted as the doorbell rang repeatedly. "Oh my gosh! What happened to oppa? Hobi oppa what happened?" She got amused when she found two of these men completely rain drenched, shivering because of cold.

"We just got into the rain. Nothing serious." Hoseok replied. He was still holding Taehyung's arm tightly.

"Oppa, your hair-" Dahyun covered his mouth with a hand. "It changed?"

Taehyung coughed vigorously. Water dripping from his blonde hair like raindrops, he closed his eyes as it was becoming hard for him to keep awake. He felt completely exhausted.

"Omo! You two are alright?" His mom came quickly.

"Yes aunty, I forgot to take an umbrella and it was raining suddenly. I was going to take him to my house but he kept on asking me to bring him here." Hoseok grinned faintly. Second impression was also important.

"Oh hyung, why are you trembling?" Sunoo came and held his brother from the other side as Taehyung was going to fall on his knees. Sunoo's dry clothes were consuming the extra water from his brother's wet clothes, but he ignored it and held him up tightly.

"You're Sunoo right?" Hoseok asked the younger boy. He nodded. "Ah, good. Can you please take him inside. I think he needs sleep and rest."

"Yeah. Hyung, hold on a little longer." In slow steps, Sunoo took him inside their bedroom. His mother followed them, worrying.

Dahyun smiled awkwardly, "Aren't you coming in?"

"Not now. Take care of him then, I'm leaving now." He was going to turn, but halted when a powerful 'Achoo' left from his mouth.

"Hobi oppa, are you alright?" Dahyun came closer to him.

Hoseok smiled awkwardly, "Yeah, I'm fine. Achoo!!"

That's it!

"I think you should come inside and take some rest." Dahyun suggested.

Hoseok shook his head, "No need, I'm go-" Another sneeze came out to confirm how good he was feeling.

Dahyun put her small hand on his wide forehead, "Oh, you're burning!"

"It's ok."

"No. It's not ok." She held his arm like the way he was holding his brother and tugged, the shy tenderness from her voice was replaced with a guardian-like firmness. "You've to come with me."

"Where are you taking me? Hey wait." Hoseok slightly protested as she dragged him upstairs like the way he dragged his brother just some moments ago. It was like the role had switched.

"You're under care of nurse Dahyun now. Don't make a noise. This nurse is really very strict." She said when they came inside a rooftop room. The room was smaller than his bathroom, filled with girly stuff and a single bed with a pink bedcover.

Dahyun noticed his wet clothes first, she was going to open his necktie, Hoseok opposed, "Hey! What are you doing?" It wasn't like any girl had ever opened his ties but this girl was different; he was going to become his sister in law soon. Hoseok pulled away from her.

"You have to remove these." She ordered. Hoseok removed his jacket, then vest and looked at her. She rolled her finger and said, "Open your shirt. And your pants too."

"What? How can I open my clothes in front of you?" Hoseok cleared his throat and looked away. He was feeling so cold and his wet clothes were getting unbearable with every minute. He thought of going home but dizziness stirred.

"Don't worry, I'm turning around. I've no intention of seeing you naked." She opened her closet and pulled out a new blanket, "Take this and wrap it around yourself."

"Can you just go out for a minute?"

She turned to him, face glowing, "Why? Are you scared of girls?"

The guy snorted smugly, "No. But I think I'm scared of you."

"Ok I'm going down stairs." She left and came back after ten minutes, holding a lukewarm glass of milk, "Drink it up."

Hoseok groaned under the blanket, his eyes were closed, the nausea aggravated by the smell of milk. "I don't want to. Can I sleep now?"

"No." She strictly said, "Drink it first with paracetamol then you can sleep."

"Alright alright." Hoseok sighed and drank. He was unfamiliar with these kinds of treatments but somehow he was feeling good. Her soft yet hard stare, her cute chocolate smile, her talkative nature with loads of curiosity in her eyes and her tiny warm hand when she touched his forehead; was all so homely, so warm. She was similar to his late mother, the only special woman in his life.

"Sleep well." She said while switching the dimer light.

"Are you going to stay here?" Hoseok asked gently.

Dahyun shrugged, "It's my room. I've to stay here." She sat beside her little reading table, turned the table lamp on and opened the bookmarked page of a thick book. "Thank you for the books Hobi oppa. Good night."

"Umm! Night." Words were getting inaudible, eyes heavy. It didn't take much time to zone out on her bed.

_________

I have three things to say. Firstly I'm sorry that I couldn't post this chapter sooner. I was busy and will be busy for some days. Please wait for the next chapter, which is going to be their make up chapter. Everything will be sunny again.

Secondly this story has come to an end. Only 2+1epilogue= 3 chapters are left. So I'm thinking of writing a fantasy story next. I've thought of two themes. Please help me to choose between them:

1- Alien+human au, where Tae will be an alien who has some superpowers and Jungkook human.

2- Royal werewolf au, where Jungkook will be an alpha prince and Taehyung omega.

Please pick one before Sunday. I'm going to post the first chapter soon.

Thirdly Taekook married, bye.
