(No Quirk)
This is as suggested by someone.

...
Shouto leaned on the glass of a nearby clothes shop. He sighed and looked at his own reflection on the glass. He has bags under his eyes and his waxed hair is still intact.
His business is falling slowly and its a very big problem. Especially if his father found out. He straightened up once more and darted his eyes around his mall. For him; all is well. Everything is fine...but why does the people always described it as cursed? True, many employees and civilians had been caught in a very undescribable accident.
Shouto pulled out a piece of paper from his pocket and stared.
Shamanism. He is tinking of consulting a shaman, just to check if the rumors is true. Maybe if this curse is gone, his business will bloom.
He snapped his finger and a bodyguard made its way towards him. "Don't open the mall until I say so. Make this a one day vacation for the employees" he announced. The guard nodded and went its way towards his own business.
Shouto wounded all the way on his black Mercedes and drove towards the address printed on the piece of paper.
The landscape is getting beautiful as he zoomed out of the city. The unbelievable amount of lavender that stretched all the way on the horizon is kind of mesmerizing. He rolled down his window, cherishing the warm air and lavender smell. Soon he entered the premises of a mountain, the roads cracked and unused and the woods look amazing.
He almost moved pass the supposed address. Luckily his GPS beeped loudly as soon as he is near. He pushed the brakes, halting to a stop in front of a trail. Shouto parked the car nearby and went to follow the trail. Sometimes he pulled his phone to take a picture of the beautiful scenery.
Then he finally stopped.
A cabin stood lonely on the middle of the woods. An old man sitting on the porch along with a blonde cat snoring nearby. Shouto approached the man slowly, adjusting his clothes on instinct. The shaman looked up at him as the business man bowed low. "Good afternoon sir" he greeted before he straightened up.
The shaman nodded, "You are cursed young man" he said. Shouto only nodded in response.
"Sit and I will help you" the old man called out.
Shouto did as he said and sat on the porch next to the sleeping cat which he rubbed his hands on. Flicking his ears lightly. "I can see that something is following you. A spirit." The shaman waved his hand on the air, "I will make him visible for you to see" he said.
With a small clap. Shouto's eyes felt warm then cold making his eyes teary. He looked around, only to find a green snake twirled around his arm. "That is one of the spirit of bad luck...it is curse" the shaman called out.
The business man tried to pry it off his arms but his hand only grabbed nothing. "It is nonexistent my boy. Only a curse can break a curse. Thus, take that cat with you"
Shouto turned his head and jolted up when he found a blonde man curled up asleep. Instead of human ears he has cat ear jutting out on his head, twitching. Then a blonde slender tail that was wrapped around his bare leg.
The shaman chuckled. "Meet Katsuki Bakugou. A cursed man. He can take care of your bad luck" with that, the shaman poked the blonde's forehead using his walking stick. The cat man groaned and rolled over, fortunately he has an undergarment wrapped around his waist, covering the private part.
"What?" Shouto's confused face made the shaman laugh.
"Take him home with you. He's been here for almost five years, living as my cat and an assistant" the old man explained, "I can't take care of him anymore. I'm getting old; that's why you take him home as my favor, at the same time he will take care of your bad luck on your business. "All is well"
Shouto sighed and stared at the snake wrapped around his arm, hissing. Its eyes were also green but what caught his attention is its pleading expression. For a short while, he saw a little boy with green hair gripping on his arm, staring at his eyes...
"Why is this curse attached to me anyways?" He asked.
"A curse is something like destiny. You can either alter it to your own will or you let it stick to you. But no one can ever get rid of a natural curse, unless if it is just made by a human being. Unfortunately, yours are cast by a nature god...a lamia, specifically" the shaman smiled.
The confused look of the businessman made the old man laugh once again. "Just deal with it young man, take Katsuki and I'll live with my life...which is barely a year. I want to visit my wife for a while" the shaman smiled.
....
When the magic disappeared, the small green snake around his arm turned invisible and the cat man turned to a normal cat. He sighed as he remembered everything what happened today.
When he finally reached his suite, the sun is already sinking on the horizon. He hesitated to carry the cat for a short while but he only shook his head and grabbed the cat, carrying it all the way on the top of the building.
He opened the door and plopped on the couch then he placed the sleeping cat on his chest. "How can a cute cat even help me solve all my problems?" He whispered as he rubbed his thumb on the cat's forehead.
The sun is slowly going down, down, down, and finally the darkness ascended. His eyes suddenly caught a light emitted by the blonde cat.
Shocked, he only watched.
His body grew larger to the point that his body is above him. His arms and legs stretched like human limbs and his ears and tail grew into proportion. The man he saw just two hours ago, now on top of him. Sleeping on his chest.
A blush crept on Shouto's face. The cat is absolutely cute. Too cute for his own good. But distracting him seemed wrong too. So he simply sighed and curiously played with the man's cat ears.
The man moaned and tucked his ears like a sad cat. Shouto had never seen something or someone that made his heart race like this....its just...weird.
