"Kingggggg...." said LilyBlizz in the most exasperated tone she could ever pull off without even trying. "No more runninggg.. Pleasee....."

She was now resting her head on one of the tables in the mess hall as dinner was finished prepared by yours truly.. Saizou.

"Lily, you should really eat after the entire afternoon of cardio exercises..." UnlikelyKing told her.

"Saizou cooked it though! He could've slipped in some kind of toxicant into my food...!" LilyBlizz said in a panicky tone.

"You know Saizou wouldn't do that... Well I think," she replied. "Let's just not be so anxious here.."

LilyBlizz slightly nudged the plate away from herself, giving it a cautious look as she did so.

"I feel highly skeptical about this dish...." she murmured slowly.

The mage nudged the plate back to LilyBlizz and smiled softly. On the otherhand, the archer pouted and stared anxiously at the plate of food, drilling holes into it mentally.

"Trust me, it's safe," she urged LilyBlizz once more.

The girl sighed and decided to eat it in the end.

"If I get poisoned-- and die-- in the process.. Tell everyone I loved them.." she told her friend dramatically, earning a laugh.

She eventually finished her dinner with UnlikelyKing giving her a look of approval. Soon after, the girl began to groan and curl up in place.

"It's poisonedddddd. You can't lie to meee......!" she exclaimed.

"Oh, quit exaggerating, Lily," UnlikelyKing giggled. "I know it's not.."

"Er.... Are you okay, Lily...?" Leo asked awkwardly as he passed by.

The girls looked over to see the Second Prince of Nohr right behind them with a book in his hand. It was suddenly awkward between the three. LilyBlizz suddenly shot back up right in her seat from the fetus position on the chair, completely embarrassed to the core.

"I'm okay...!" she exclaimed, her face completely burning.

"She's not having a good day today. That's all," UnlikelyKing told the prince.

Leo nodded understandingly and smiled at the two; his eyes were focused on one person and to the other as he smiled. He seemed to be off.... Appearance-wise that is.

"Leo, where's your headband?" UnlikelyKing questioned.

It seemed as though she noticed the absence of the black accessory the prince always had on him as well.

"Hm? Oh, that?" he chuckled. "I lent it over to Xander awhile ago when he had a shift in the smithy."

LilyBlizz blinked for she did remember something different about Xander's appearance as well during the lecture she received.

"Ah.... No wonder his hair was slicked back.... He was wearing your headband..." she muttered thoughtfully. "Hehehe... Should be another task to mess with him...."

The prince didn't catch her last sentence and rose a brow curiously, his brown orbs lowering a bit to show confusion.

"Excuse me?" he asked.

"Nothing."

Giggling, UnlikelyKing shook her head quietly and gleamed.

"Don't worry about her. She's still in daydream mode," she excused.

"But I don't-"

UnlikelyKing stretched her arms above her head, purposefully slapping LilyBlizz in the face with her giant blue sleeves.

"Mmf!"

She immediately stopped talking and UnlikelyKing quickly turned around to "make sure" she was okay. Leo only watched quietly.

"I'm sorry..!" she said, her eyes flicking to Leo swiftly.

LilyBlizz was confused at first, but shook her head once she caught on-- they shouldn't be talking about the list with others.

"No, no, it's fine..!" replied the archer.

She then rubbed her face a little and smiled brightly. The prince slowly step away and smiled.

"At least you're feeling alright. I thought something was wrong when you curled up as if pain overcame your body.." he commented. "I should get going now."

The girls waved at the prince as he left the mess hall with his book in hand.

"So what's next on the list..? This should be done tomorrow though, it's almost time for lights out for us," UnlikelyKing said quietly.

LilyBlizz looked at her blankly and remembered she was bearing the scroll at the moment. She then slightly pulled the list out from her obi and looked at it.

"Ah, right..." she said. "Let's go back to your room first..."

UnlikelyKing nodded in agreement as they stood up to put away their dirty dishes before they left. Looking around, LilyBlizz nervously left and avoided both the high princes and their retainers as she left. Nobody seemed to notice them leave quietly, thank the gods.

Upon entering UnlikelyKing's room, LilyBlizz felt more at ease and relaxed her unknowingly tense muscles. The room was identical to hers in structure of the bamboo made frames and materials of the interior.

"Okay, the list, Lily?"

LilyBlizz pulled the scroll back out and handed it over to UnlikelyKing tiredly.

"I don't think I need to tell you that you passed...." she murmured, pouting a little.

UnlikelyKing laughed brightly as she opened the scroll back up to see what was next on the agenda for her friend.

"What a work out today....." LilyBlizz groaned as she stretched out her limbs.

She knew she was going to be terribly sore the next day especially since her muscles were already burning up at the very moment.

"I don't want to run anymore... Is the running over..?"

UnlikelyKing gave her a sympathetic look as she turned the list over to her friend and shook her head. LilyBlizz looked at the third task and sighed. Playing Hide 'n Seek with Kaze and try to win him at least once? What the heck were they thinking?

"I think we were crazy the night we wrote this...." sighed the archer. "Win him AT LEAST ONCE? I can't even last a second...!"

"It doesn't hurt to try," UnlikelyKing giggled. "Nor is it impossible to win."

"I'm going to sleep....!" LilyBlizz exclaimed, showing a frowny pouty face to the mage.

UnlikelyKing smiled and gave her short black hair a ruffle before dropping her hand back down.

"You'll be fine. Now go rest up."

LilyBlizz sighed and nodded a little before gathering up the cloth that surrounded her feet carefully. It looked like her now unkempt kimono was beginning to give way and expose her body underneath, but that wasn't going to happen anytime soon with the help of her belt.

"Good night, King.." she said, yawning.

"G'night, Lily."

The morning sun rose up to reveal the bright blue sky at about seven o' clock in the morning. LilyBlizz woke up early that day due to the heavy aching pain she felt in all her leg muscles just pounding against her skin continuously.

"Ugh....." she groaned, turning onto her stomach. "Ow, ow, ow... Gods, now I have to run again..?"

The room was quiet with the exceptions of a few birds chirping nearby her window; the sun was shining softly against the covers of the paneled windows.

"Lily? Are you up?"

The muffled sound of UnlikelyKing's voice suddenly broke in the quiet atmosphere of her room, causing her to look at the door to see who it was. UnlikelyKing slid the door open, welcoming herself in with a gentle smile. It seemed as though she didn't get ready for the day either just yet.

"Amazing, being an early bird today?" the girl laughed, brushing her bangs out of her face.

"Unintentionally, yes.." she told her, just laying there. "My legs are sore..."

UnlikelyKing giggled and knelt down next to her, helping her get up onto her feet carefully. The girl just kept groaning in discomfort as she stood.

"Ahhhhh.....!! It's soreeee!!" she complained.

"It'll get better, Lily," UnlikelyKing giggled, messing up her hair playfully.

The two then eventually went off to go get themselves cleaned up-- UnlikelyKing needing to go back to her room first-- and went for some breakfast.

"I'm pretty sure both Ryoma and Xander are angry at me along with Saizou..." LilyBlizz muttered with a disappointed pout. "Fantastic... Fabulous... Very fantabulous..."

"Well if you act that way, maybe," UnlikelyKing replied, giving her a worried look. "Brighten up! No one hear likes to see you all fretful and stuff. They don't either."

"I'm sorry.."

She smiled a little as UnlikelyKing dragged her off and entered the mess hall, but then she grew anxious once her eyes caught onto Saizou who stood next to his lord with a straight face.

"Gods he scares me.." LilyBlizz said with a shudder.

"It's a good thing we chose Kaze instead of Saizou for this next one.." muttered her friend.

"Let's eat quickly.. I don't want to be in his range of sight right now.." LilyBlizz said awkwardly, walking off to get a tray of food.

Not long after they finished eating, the girls quickly found the green haired ninja and ran up to him. Well, UnlikelyKing decided it was best for her to hide.

"Kazeeeee...." LilyBlizz called, slightly tugging on his clothes.

The man looked over and down at the girl, smiling a bit to see her.

"Did you need something?" he asked in response.

UnlikelyKing smiled as she urged her friend to continue from afar. LilyBlizz gulped, trying to get rid of the lump that formed uncomfortably in her throat.

"I want to play Hide n' Seek today. Are you free?"

Blinking, the ninja gave her an uncertain look. Even if he had free time he would always use it up on more work and training, but at the same time he didn't want to reject her request. He really was free for the day.

"I.... suppose it wouldn't hurt to.." Kaze replied.

The girl beamed and jumped around for a bit, giggling for joy-- and her success for asking-- as he smiled and gently patted her head.

"I'll hide and you look for me as always!" the girl said. "I'm probably going to lose within a second each time I hide, but whatever!"

The man chuckled as she ran off, giving her backside a sympathetic look when she left. The man then began counting to himself quietly as he waited.

"He's going to find me wherever I hide..." LilyBlizz mumbled, panting as she ran.

Eventually, she settled in the most obscured place she could look for within the time limit and hid.

UnlikelyKing just watched from a distance and kept away from the two. Kaze probably already knew she was there to watch anyways.

Just as said before, the man found the archer within a few seconds which caused her to groan and look for a new spot. He only smiled as he watched the competitive girl disappear again.

"I wonder how long she would keep this going until she gives up...." he told himself with a sigh before moving again. "I'm coming to get you again if you're near."

Of course she wasn't near or he'd get her within less than a second.

The girl was now hiding again trying to lower her breathing so that she wasn't caught, but that still didn't work.

"Found you, Lily," he chuckled as he pulled her out of the spot.

"Aw..."

Extra:

Hours later, the girl was still running around tiredly and hiding from the green ninja, but each time she hid she was found.

"Boo," he said, suddenly swinging upside down from a branch above hers.

She flinched and yelped as she looked at him with wide eyes, holding onto the tree so that she didn't fall off.

"Man... It is impossible to win against you in this.." she told him once she calmed down.

He chuckled as he got onto her branch and ruffled her hair a bit.

"Ninja training," he said, picking her up like a child to get off the tree. "It's not easy, but it does hone your skills to a certain point. It's getting late already and you've been running for hours.. Let's get you some food and rest."

"Huh?"

The girl looked around and noticed that her surroundings did get darker and even redder before. It suprised her that the game even lasted that long with her legs still aching from soreness. Did she even eat lunch? She pondered a bit as Kaze carried her back; oddly enough to her, he was not as tired as she was.

"Kaze? Did we even eat lunch? I forgot."

"Yes, we did."

"Oh."

UnlikelyKing, on the otherhand, already ate her meals and smiled as she wrote down on the list.

"I guess it was near to impossible for us right now..." she said, writing down a "fail" next to the third task. "She needs rest tomorrow... Maybe we'll skip out a day.."
