Asritha and Raksh were betrothed to each other even before they knew how to read and write to nurture the family bond of two best friends. The time flew and now  Asritha, a classical dancer and Rivaan, a Dermatologist. When they both were settled in their life the family rang the wedding bells and everything was smooth sailing a grand wedding was awaiting them two families paint the town red. But that was ephemeral. Just a month ahead of their wedding Asritha disappeared into thin air delivering a 3-minute-long voice note into Raksh's WhatsApp. The happiness dried away from everyone's face and all were appalled to find the Gujral family's loving and obedient daughter pulling such a stunt. They knew the news will spread like a fire bringing disgrace to both families. That's when one of the relative came up with the pride-saving idea of replacing the elder sister with the younger one.  

Chaitra who had just graduated had a million dreams to chase than to get married in this early adulthood. A full battalion of people ready to verbally and emotionally attack her and her family for her sister's deed. She very well knew that was not the life she will fit into. Stuck between the emotional turmoil of her family and her happiness will she give up the life she dreamt of and live a life she never wanted?

A/n:  This is not actually my idea. It's slightly based on or we can say inspired by the movie "Akashvani". I guess there are a lot of ones here who haven't even heard its name. Alas, the movie is such an emotional and gripping one which showcased the problematic arranged marriage and chauvinist society that too in the early 2010s where arranged marriages were mostly shown as a fairytale.
