I remember it as clear as day. The day my master found me, back then I was just a small puny little kitten. At the time I think I was about 6 weeks old. Ya 6 weeks old. I had completed my training to turn from cat, to Neko and Neko to cat. Having 6 weeks be the time kittens left their mother me being put in a small cardboard box with a bunch of small, but warm blankets I was put into an alleyway. I don't know why but rain slowly drizzled as it always did in movies. I wonder if that's why my mother chose this day to cast me out? Well either  way here I am a small almost helpless kitten, sitting in a cardboard box, in an alleyway,while it's raining. Getting hungry I opened my small moth and let out a mewl. Someone walking by seeming  to be the same age as me in human form walked by the ally and heard the mewl. When the Someone  got closer to my box I could see it was a boy with spiky  blond hair and sea blue eyes. The boy looked into the box seeing me. Slowly seeming as though he was trying not to hurt me the boy picked me up.
"Hello little kitten what are you doing out in this rain"
I looked him strait in the eye's and let out a small mewl. The boy asked me a few small questions such as if I had a mom or if this was my home and other things like that. All these questions I answered with a small short  mewl.
"Well little kitten would you like a home?" The boy asked with a smile on his face. I nodded in approval. A little taken aback at first the boy nodded and started to walk out of the ally. Not wanting to leave my wonderful box home I let out a shriek flailing my paws in the direction of the box. The boy stoped and looked at the box then my pleading eyes. Slightly giggling he walked back, put me in the box,picked up the box, and started to walk towards what I was guessing was his house. When we got back to his house, or so say apartment he unlocked the door, not until putting my box on the ground and stepped inside carrying me. I looked around the apartment. I sighed to myself. If this is going to be my master I have a-lot of work to do so he doesn't and won't get sick in this pig pen of a place. My new master put my box in a small corner. Taking me out of the box he grabbed the blankets and when to put them in his dryer. I got up and started to look at absolutely everything and I mean everything. When the young master came out of the laundry room he Saw me sniffing around.
"I think we should get you a name little kitten"
I looked at him surprised. I have never had a name before!
"Hmmm I think I'll call you.....well I actually don't know"he put his hand on his chin "maybe when I go to the academy tomorrow Someone will suggest a name for you" I looked at him with hope full eyes. He gave me a full tour of the house, well that was until my belly rumbled quite loudly. He looked at me as realization hit him. Next thing I know I'm picked up and me and master are running down the street in the pouring rain. We skid to a stop and I look up to see we're at a pet store. He rushes in and leaves me to a groomer. As the groomer washes my dark black fur I see it turn to more of a light gray. I guess you learn something new every day. From the little window in the office like thing I saw the young master running around the store with a few things in his hands. A few more minuets passed and by now I'm pretty sure I look like I'm going to a fashion show for cats. As soon as young master payed he grabbed me and stuck me under his orange jacket to keep me from getting wet again. I guess we just have looked suspicious because someone stopes us.
"Are you stealing something"
"N-no I was just-" To avoid any conFlict I piped my head out of his jacket and mewed. The guys looked at me then let us on our way. As the walk continued it got darker I'm guessing it was about 6:00 or so by the time we get back to his apartment. I watch as he sets up a little mat with two food bowls on top. After he filled the bowls with food and water I watched him run around picking up stuff like clothes and trash. I felt supper bad,it was a Neko job. Well yet again I don't think he even knows I am a Neko, let alone what a Neko was. A loud and quite annoying beep awoke me from my thoughts. I looked up to see master eating some ramen quite quick. I looked up as he started talking again. It almost seemed like he wanted to do a supper long speech but only ended up saying a few words that made me supper happy.
"So
um kitten...do you want to come to the academy tomorrow..."their was a short pause." You could ride on my head or shoulder and that way you won't get hurt if I left you home alone"
I looked at him tears forming in my eyes at this oh so he wonderful offer. I nodded my head again, this time he seemed less surprised but it still shocked him a bit.
"That will be the best!and now Kiba won't be the only one with a cute little pet at the academy!" I didn't know who this Kiba guy was but the thought of me being with him made master supper happy. He looked at me grinning for ear to ear.
"Oh by the way my name is Naruto Uzimaki, but you can just call me Naruto." Next thing I know he's practically yelling "I'm going to become the hokage some day Believe it"
I purred and nodded I did believe him. I believed in him very much.
