ok this is more for advice but HELP ME!

theres this boy in my grade who almost everyone likes and i dont for a few key reasons

-he unironically does the Nazi salute

-has stated Joseph stalin is his idol

-wants to join the KKK and has convinced three others to do the same

- made the squinty eye thing to a new chinese girl

-DRESSED UP AS FUCKING HITLER- a

soooo should i tell my dean of students or should i just leave it be??
