It's already been more than 5 hours since the guys got on the bus. The childrens were hungry and scared.

They were forced to be quite. Neither they could rant about being hungry nor could they cry due to hunger.

After observing the conversation between the guys I was almost sure that they weren't after us. They weren't the member of mafia nor Chester.

It seemed like they have been planning for this abduction for a long time.

They started checking everyone's bag to see if they got any phone with them. They are throwing it outside if they finds one.

I took both pendrive and my phone and put it inside my socks. That was the best idea I could come up with at that short time. And thankfully they didn't check my socks.

They made the bus stop behind some bamboo trees which were enough to cover the whole bus.

Just at the exit of bus, the mini van that was following the bus all long was parked. One of the man got out.

Another man announced, " Starting from the youngest make a queue and hop into the mini van."

They told to hop in . Probably cause they didn't want to leave everyone's foot print there .

The childrens were puzzled. They were scared to go. Which is the most obvious thing to be at a moment like this.

Suddenly Cole, the student who helped us get into the bus raised his voice and said," Excuse me sir, the childrens are afraid. I would like to volunteer to go first. Is that okay?"

The guy nodded his head and said, "Hurry!"

Before Cole walked out he whispered, "Get yourself out of here, Run."

Saying that he walked  straight out of the bus, his face held forward in a steady gaze and shouted from outside. "Guys, come on. It's quite spacious. Even the gummy bears can fit in."

That lame joke somehow put a smile in the childrens face and they got the courage to walk out.

Aiden whispered in my ears, " Should we run?"

I paused for a while and replied, "No, I ain't leaving them alone."

Aiden said, " Well we die either way. If we run then they won't take long enough to shoot us dead. Again if they finds out that we aren't the student of this school. Then I don't know the next step they will take."

We were the last person to get into the van, I looked at Aiden and gestured," let's go."

We had no choice. Moreover I didn't want to leave these innocent childrens alone who were trapped in a little space tho they were supposed to be with their family, smiling and playing joyfully.

The luck wasn't surely on our side.

As I went inside the van, the guys locked the door from behind making a loud sound and  hurried to start the van. The van became dark. I was unable to see anything. The space was really cramped.It was suffocating.

A little girl sat beside me whom i couldn't see clearly . She was panting heavily and her heart beat erratically. I held her hand and told, "It's going to be alright."

Cole asked, "Why didn't you guys leave?"

I couldn't see him but the sound was coming from the left side.

Aiden who was sitting next to me replied, " Thanks for the concern but there was no way to escape."

Cole said in a slow tone , "I feel guilty."

He said that he feels guilty. Maybe I know the reason.
As he helped us get in the bus ,he was taking all the blame on himself for being abducted.

"Shut up, Bro. It has nothing to do with you. You helped us and that's all we know." Aiden stated.

"Yea" Cole replied which wasn't clear.

After almost some hour they stopped the car. I hooped out and landed on ground. As I stood, gazing at the dilapidated house. I shivered, as though, ice had replaced my spine. The cold air enveloped the entire body. The multiple layer of clothing could not protect against the deathly cold. The walkway leading up to house were cracked. Weeds and dandelions poked out from these cracks. Red roses grown wildly in thick batches by the gate. Vines formed a twisted maze upon the side of house, reaching their tentacles towards the roof. The house's walls showed black decay by neglect. Splotches of original paint hinted at the house former prosperity. Cobwebs covered the corners of the doors, tiny black spiders threading towards their prey. The house was a living nightmare. It looked nothing more than a haunted house.

I thought we will be kept hostage in that scary house but the reality was worse.

They told us to follow them without making a single noise.

The path was desolate. Silences prevailed until we reached our destination, behind the haunted house. They opened a door which takes place beneath the surface of the  ground taking us to a secret chamber.

They pushed us to go inside. Cole climbed down the old cracked and gloomy staircase which leads us to the secret chamber. I followed him down.

As I reached under the ground which was about 10 feets below I noticed that I was covered with Dust and cobwebs. There were sheets on furniture, broken tables and chairs. lamps were lit. broken glass were scattered on the floor. spiders,roaches were running here and there. There were rust on every furniture.

It seemed like the place wasn't used by anyone for hundreds of years.

After all the children were inside. The driver came down with a bag full of some foods and water which weren't sufficient for everyone in the room.
The bag was given by those kidnappers.

They made sure that we don't die starving.

Just after the bus driver got in they sealed the door. Even it was shivering cold out side
The atmosphere inside the room was humid and moist. Tho it was small. The childrens were hungry so they began to eat the food and drink water .

"We have to find a way out." Aiden said while investigating the whole room.

I nodded.

"The childrens parents must be worried." The driver said while he walked towards us.

Cole added, "They might have already called the police."

As I looked at the bus driver I noticed his face was covered with bruises.

I asked, "Are you okay, Mister?"

He faked a smiled and replied, "Yes, dear."

I took a bottle of water and handed it to the bus driver. "Take some rest."

Aiden added, "Yes, don't worry. We will come up with a plan."

While walking I realised I have my phone with me.
I whispered "Aiden, I have my phone with me."

Aiden explained in a very low voice, " You can't take your phone out as we don't know whether they have set any camera or microphone. We might be in more danger then."

I nodded.

Suddenly I thought of a plan but it seemed quite awkward As well yet I called Aiden and told him the plan.

He smirked and said," Your brain is growing up due to my influence, I see. "

I laughed.

Cole and the bus driver looked at us as if we are some kind joker of a circus.

I would totally understand the reason behind that reaction.
Who laughs during such situation. Well, we do.

Aiden whispered the plan to Cole and the bus driver.

They told the childrens that we will be playing a game. The ones who were little older got suspicious when we announced that.

As they were about to interrogate.
Cole told them with a smile, "Have faith."

They made a circle facing  the opposite side, holding hands around me. They were moving round and round, while I hurriedly took out my phone praying that the network will be available while sitting in between the circle they made .

I switched the phone open.

As I said earlier 'luck isn't on our side today.'

But somehow my phone showed a location of a road. I told that to Cole. He said that it's a place outside their main town.

Even tho there was no network I still sent a text to '111' that we have been abducted along with the location hoping that it might reach them if by any chance my phone gets signal of network .

I again kept the phone inside my socks. And they were freed to relax by breaking the circle .

I told them about the network.

Aiden went up the staircase to check if there was any possibility to open the door but it seemed like they placed something really heavy above the door .

The childrens were told to rest to regain their energy. 

12 hours went by.
Suddenly things started going downhill fast.
All the food was gone and worst of all, the ventilation system stopped working and the chamber started to full up with hot air.

Aiden declared  "Our time is running out."

Cole pointed to the roof of the chamber. The ground began to shake. It was as if everything was falling apart. The roof was caving in .

The children got scared and started screaming and crying.

Aiden shouted, "It's might fall apart anytime. We have no other option but to dig and break the door .

Aiden and the bus driver went up . They pushed the the door with shovel which was inside the chamber .

They tried for a long time one by one to break through even tho they were  dehydrated and starving .

Everyone was unable to breath properly and started to loose the hope to survive .

At last they were able to break the door but that wasn't the end . Above the door there were many boxes which might have used to hide the door .
Aiden came down letting the bus driver to take the lead .

He tried for 20 minutes and at last he was able to break through.

We were free .

One by one we got out of the chamber . It was almost 12 o'clock.
The sun was above our head . All of us walked out of that place in the scorching heat .

We ran and ran hoping that those guys won't catch us.
Soon I heard my phone ringing .
I took it out of my sock.

I answered the call , it was the police .

They might have got my text .

I explained the whole thing while running .

They assured me that they are near and are coming soon for rescue.

I announced loudly , "We are free guys. The police are coming to save us."

After almost ten min of running the police arrived .

We were taken to the town police station. They gave us some fruits to eat and drinks to satisfy our thirst .

They asked us questions about what happened.

All the parents came to receive their children.
Everyone was happy to return back safely to their parents .

The police and the parents thanked us , Cole and the bus driver for returning their child safely to them .

"Feels good to be praised, right?" Aiden asked while taking a sip of soda .

"For me , yes . Praises aren't a new thing for you mister famous . " I told him as I take a bite out of the apple .

"Well." Aiden gasped .

" speechless , huh ?" I asked laughing.

Cole came up to us with his parents and requested, " Stay the night at my house. I will show you the right bus tommorow to go to the next town ."

After completing the sentence cole giggled .

Aiden and I looked at each other and replied together "We would love to!"

Cole smiled as he proposed ,"Let's go."

We were happy to get the invitation as we don't have enough money to pay for a room .

We went to his house . Got freshed and eat some yummy food to our heart content  as we were starving .

It was almost time to sleep .
I took out my phone from the charger and called my Mom.

"WHERE WERE YOU ? YOU ALMOST GAVE ME A HEART ATACK . IT'S BEEN MORE THAN A DAY SINCE YOU CALLED ."Mom started shouting as soon as she answered the phone .

"Calm down , Mom ." I told her as I sighed

"You want me to calm down . Give me explanation,  right now !" Mom insisted

I replied ," My phone was dead . It was out of charge . And I didn't bring my charger. "

Mom again asked with doubts ," What about Aiden 's phone ?"

" She threw my phone out of the train's window , auntie ." Aiden shouted from a distance who was hearing the whole conversation.  As I set the call on loud speaker .

"What did you do ?" Mom was on fire .

"No , I didn't.  Bye Mom need to go ." I said while hurriedly hanging up the call

"Make sure to call -" before she could finish I hung up .

Aiden laughed rolling on the bed .

"You monster !" I exclaimed.

Suddenly Cole came inside the room and locked the door .

His face was full of worries . As if something bad has happened .

We looked at his with confusion.

"Some strange guys came looking for a guy and a girl." Cole declared .
