A lot of people probably know about this place, it's mentioned frequently in role plays stories and is even a character in my original character list.

Hellbound Manor is a place in an alternate dimension. It was created by Doom who decided to put the excess magic that her vessel couldn't handle to the side, surprisingly after the magic had been solidified into a ruby Crystal and buried in the ground by a complicated piece of magic between her and her brother nightmare. The lands around them begin to change dividing into different habitats that spanned as far as the eye could see, a small Victorian style house rose out of the ground.

Doom got a idea she decided to make it a sanctuary, four beasts and creatures alike. And she decided she told herself a pack a cult a family since she couldn't have her own children, she asked nightmare to be her King and he said he would need to think about it. They Christianed the bed of the single master bedroom that night,  but in the morning nightmare refused he didn't want to be tied to one place he wasn't ready to settle down yet especially not with his psychotic sister and her Army of concubines.
He left, leaving Doom angry and bitter she moved on picking up Strays and acquaintances building a powerful group. In some worlds they took over the world and changed things, in others they were simply powerful influential members of the government and creature Society.

But let's get one fact straight, Hellbound Manor the place That Grew From a simple Cottage into a massive sprawling mansion and is slowly developing into a castle.  is not simply a place to live, it is saturated in magic from the artifacts to books to the people living there.
It is filled with emotions and energy, it's seen tragedy and miracles, it is sapient and sentient and Incredibly knowledgeable and Powerful in a way.

Doom can tap into that magic and knowledge and manipulate the entire world it's rests on, since it is based off of her magic but it has spiraled into its very own being.
It watches over it changes and it protects, conveniently appearing service animals tea and self fighting fires its all the manor. What makes the place a horrifying Maze of nightmares to Intruders, also makes it a beautiful sprawling homely Paradise to those who live within its borders.

You never fight a bear in their own cave, the same thing applies here, but here the cave has just as many teeth and eyes as the bear.
