Percy's POV

I was laying down when I woke up a found myself in a hospital type place. Immediately I sat up and I knew that was a mistake right from the start. Instantly, I fell back down and groaned in pain. But I wasn't going to let a little pain stop me, this time I sat up slowly and looked around to find no one I knew. There were these people all around me in armor looking like they were just killed in battle.
"Kaitlin!" I shouted
As soon as I said that my baby sister comes running in with Annabeth coming in behind her.
"Kaitlin, I doubt your brother is even up he was shot in the chest with an arrow. For all we know he is ...' Annabeth looks at me astonished and I just give her my best smile and wave my fingers at her.
'...dead." Annabeth finishes her sentence.
"Well Annabeth I can assure you that I am in fact not dead so looks like you assumed wrong." I say with as much sass as I could. With that Kaitlin slaps me in the arm
"Ow!" I exclaim
"Well then you shouldn't have had sass with her!" Kaitlin practically yells at me. I stick my tongue out at her and give her the 'remember I can embarrass you so bad' look and she stops. Annabeth sees me give her that look and she giggles. At that moment I noticed how beautiful she looks. I think I might be falling for her.

Kaitlin's POV
When Percy gave me that look I knew that I had better shut up because it could get ugly. But then I saw the way Percy looked at Annabeth and I was just like 'yes I know how to embarrass you know haha' so watch out Percy.
"Kaitlin are you there?" Annabeth asks me with her waving her hand in front of my face.
"Oh yea sorry I was just thinking about stuff." I say.
"Okay well it looks like your brother is well enough to walk so I have to take you two to Chiron because he said it for some special business but it involves me too and I hate not knowing things." Annabeth says as she starts to walk away and Percy and I follow her. Why do I have this feeling that something bad is going to happen?
