" Oliver....Oliver I...."

The sirens got louder and louder. The cops were almost here.

   ' I need to distract him a little bit more. '

   " Oliver...why me? "

   " What? "

   " Why did you do this to me? "

   " Because I love you. I've loved you since the first day I met you. How could it not be you? You understood everything and treated me kindly. The real question here is how could you do this to me!? "

   " What? "

   " You got engaged and even after killing him you found someone else! Now, you're running away. You've broken my heart two times now a third. I'm not gonna let you break my heart again. "

His grip on my wrist got tighter. He pulled me closer and held the back of my neck. The cop cars pulled up and he angled me in front of him. The cops jumped out and pointed their guns at us.

   " Let the girl go! "

   " Over my dead body! "

I could feel him shift behind me. I heard a gunshot and the presence behind me left me a little. The grip on my wrist was still tight but it slacked a little. I turned and looked behind me and saw that he was shot in the throat. I tried to pull my wrist away but he wouldn't let go. His eyes stared at me and his breath was getting shallow.

   " I.....l-love y-y-you..... "

Then the light left his eyes. His head rolled back and laid on the concrete and the blood continued to pour.  His grip on my wrist slacked and fell on to the ground. I felt the cops run to me and point their guns at Oliver's body to shoot in case he didn't die.

   ' You shot him in the throat. He's clearly dead. '

I stood up and moved away from the body. I noticed he had a knife laying beside his open hand. I shivered from the sight. The cops escorted me to the car and they drove me to the police station. I told them everything that happened and they took notes and after it was all over they let me go. I walked out of the police station and called a cab. They took me straight to the hospital. I walked to the front desk and the secretary looked at me.

   " I'm here to see a patient. "

   " Last name? "

   " Chinen. "

   " Yes, he's in room 304. Second floor. "

   " Okay, thank you. "

I walked to the elevator and traveled to the second floor. I walked to the room and opened the door and looked inside. I saw Ryo leaning against the back of the bed flipping through the channels on the TV. I opened the door fully and walked inside. He turned towards me and his eyes widened.

   " Y/n!? "

   " Hey, Ryo. "

   " What are you doing here? Is Olive here? How did you escape? What is going o-"

I walked up to his bed and kissed his mouth and he shut up immediately. I pulled away and smiled at him.

   " I was able to escape with some help from my friends Million and Mikasan. Oliver was shot by the police trying to kidnap me. "

   " Really? "

   " Yes. "

I took a seat on the side of the bed and leaned against the head board. Ryo sat up more and joined me on leaning against the head board. He grabbed my hand and interlocked our fingers together.

   " So, it's over? "

   " It's over. "

( A couple of years later )

   " Y/n! Come over here and try this! "

   " Coming! "

I stood up from my towel and ran to the beach bar that Mikasan was standing at in her swimsuit. She held a cup in her hand.

   " Try it. " She said handing it to me.

I took it and drank some of it. The flavors popped and danced on my tongue.

   " This is delicious. "

   " I know! Here I want it back. "

   " Nope! "

I started running away from Mikasan and away from the bar. I heard her shout my name and start to run after me. I ran until I reached the volleyball court. I saw a head full of blonde hair and I ran to him.

   " Ryo! "

He turned towards me and had a bright smile on his face. The sun was small compared to his bright smile. I ran into his arms and he held me.

   " Mikasan is trying to steal her drink back. Protect me. "

   " Million help me! " He yelled.

Million walked up to me and took the drink from my hand. I was about to reach for it when Ryo grabbed my hand and pulled it back. He picked me up and started walking to the ocean. I squirmed in his grip but he would not let me go. The water was now touching my back and it was cold.

   " Ryo! "

Then he dropped me into the water. I swam back up and when I did I tackled him into the water and pushed him under. He stayed under the water for a little while and I was starting to get concerned until I heard someone break the surface behind me. I turned around and he immediately grabbed me. He held me close to him and leaned his forehead on mine as we laughed.

   " I love you Y/n. "

   " I love you too, Ryo. "
