We arrived at home and Onyx climbed out of the car slowly,flinching when I extended a hand to help her.I drew my hand back and simply observed as she looked around frantically searching for her bag.

 "I've got it kid"Techno said,in the most gentle voice id ever heard him use.Even so,she jumped and span,trying to find out were the hoglin hybrid was as he slowly moved into her line of sight,holding the bag out.It looked slightly unzipped but she paid no attention to it,snatching it from technos hands and slinging it over her shoulder,her tail swinging slightly in a defensive manner.

" hey wil?can you show her were she sleeps?and get her to write her boundaries for me"

 "'Kay dad!"

 Wilbur went to the front door and unlocked it,leading her inside.

 "What's up tech?" I asked as he stood staring at something in his hand.

"This was in her bag Phil,we need to keep an eye on her"he said as he opened his hand slightly,revealing a sharpener blade.I nodded,hoping it hadn't triggered him as I asked if I could touch him to get the blade.He nodded and smiled at me.I sighed in relief as he dropped it into my hand. "Dad,"

" yeah tech? "

"I-i don't trust myself tonight,can I sleep downstairs with you tonight?"

" if that's what you want tech then yes.Of course we can. "

He began to walk up to the house as I locked the car.I hurried to catch up with him,using my wings to help give a bit of extra speed.

 "Need your wings now dad?Becoming an old man eh?"

 I laughed.

 " c'mon tech,let's to make dinner"
