It was at that moment when it felt as if time stopped, their gazes are locked directly on Taehyung with a hint of shock and sadness. This wasn't supposed to happen, they thought, it wasn't supposed to be him.

Tiger, that was their codename towards him. They met him back before they even formed the mafia, and he was the very sole reason why they have become hurt. It was a ridiculous codename, but they saw how he moved when his sight is locked on the target. His movements swaying like a predator, careful eyes observing every move of his prey. He's a predator, stalking its prey.

"Taehyung... Is that mask... Is that yours?" Hoseok hypnotizingly raised his arms and pointed at the mask with the same colors as the one that he remembered back then. The color of the osiria rose, a fleeting reminder that he was the reason behind everything.

"This?" Dread filled Hoseok, his body going still out of shock as the next words come out of his lips. Taehyung's lips. "It's mine. It's been mine since like a long time ago." The ringing is loud in his ears, he couldn't hear anything as his vision became blurred.

He couldn't function at all that properly. Everything around him is just a meaningless blur. His hands coming up to cover his mouth, a choked sob leaving him. He couldn't hear what they're saying, but he's sure that the other members are just as shocked.

It just wasn't fair. Taehyung? All this time? Were they played? But why would he do it, again? Would he leave just like before? Leave them with nothing but pain in their hearts?

"What do you mean you don't get it?" He heard Jungkook's voice echoing at the building, he could make out the underlying hurt as he spoke. "You already hurt us, so why come back? Are you going to leave again like before but with a different identity? What is wrong with you?" He is starting to crack at every question that he spats out. His hands tightly clenched into a fist.

As they look towards Taehyung, they could see the realization set in like he just connected all the dots. Yet, there was something in his expression that confuses them.

"I-" Taehyung started, "I don't remember any of you." It was as if cold water is splashed onto them, the shock spilling out of their faces. What did he mean by that? There is absolutely no way that he couldn't remember...

"You can't remember?" Yoongi stepped up, clutching a handful of Taehyung's shirt. "Or you chose not to remember?" Taehyung stared wide-eyed at Yoongi, his hands coming up to grab Yoongi's wrist.

"I can't remember." Taehyung gritted out, his jaw clenching but the slight shake in his eyes tells them otherwise. "I don't remember knowing any of you." He pushed Yoongi away.

"Just... Just stop lying to yourself." Jimin vocalized, his eyes closed shut, taking a deep breath before he opened his eyes and looked at Taehyung. "Stop lying to yourself." Frustration filled Taehyung, he ran a hand through his hair and looked away.

"I told you, I don't-" It wasn't what they expected. Not at all when Jimin rushed up towards Taehyung and pushed him harshly down on the ground, he straddled Taehyung with his left hand clutching Taehyung's shirt and the other hand raised up in a fist.

"Jimin..." Namjoon stepped forward, but before he could try and stop Jimin, the boy started shouting at Taehyung.

"I know you remember!" Jimin yelled, "You can't just forget us! You promised... You fucking promised that you will never forget us!"

"Jimin-"

"I fucking hate you!" Jimin finally crashed, his whole frame shaking as the sob racked out of his body. "I hate you, I hate you!" He hit Taehyung's chest, not enough to hurt but he kept repeating the action. "I hate you, I hate you..."

"Jimin, it's okay." Seokjin raced forward, pulling Jimin away from Taehyung and wrapping an arm around him. He let Jimin bury his head on his chest. "It's going to be okay." He could feel a lump on his throat, tears threatening to leave his eyes.

"Taehyung." Namjoon finally called out, crouching down next to Taehyung. "Tell us the truth."

"I told you. I don't remember. I can't remember." Taehyung whispered, "If I did, I would have left and I wouldn't have told you that I'm V, now would I?" He raised his eyes, scanning each and every one of their faces.

"It's just not possible." Jungkook said quietly, "You? Not remembering? It doesn't sound convincing."

"That's because I'm not trying to convince any of you!" He let out a sound of frustration, his head tilting back as he rolls his eyes. This was slowly getting on his nerves. Why can't they just believe him? "Maybe... Maybe I wasn't the person you fell in love with."

"Not to break the moment." A voice spoke out, their heads turning towards Jeonghan, "But we can take it from here. You guys... can talk your hearts out somewhere else..."

"He means," Seungcheol butted in, giving Jeonghan a glance. "Minho might wake up and we aren't one hundred percent sure if all the enemies have been eliminated." Namjoon nodded, standing up. He ushers the members and gestured to start walking back to the mansion.

"Taehyung." A hand came into view, his gaze lifting up to meet Namjoon's eyes. "We won't leave you behind, you know that right?" His heart stuttered, this wasn't how he is supposed to feel. He should be angry at them, frustrated. Yet, as he reached out to take Namjoon's hands into his. Every emotion he felt flew away. He just knew that they're familiar, that they were someone Taehyung used to confide in.

He doesn't remember anything, that's for sure. He doesn't know exactly know why he doesn't remember, however, he just knew that he fell in love with them at some point in his life and they... they returned the same sentiments.

It took a whole few minutes of awkward, suffocating silence and tension of a car ride before they arrived at the mansion. They silently piled up inside of the leaving room, Taehyung noticed that they all moved away from him.

"Okay, we are here to civilize and chat like normal adults," Namjoon spoke up, glaring at each of them to act nice. "Please, for the love of God. Don't start with shouting."

"Now that we have settled. Taehyung, tell us what you remember." Seokjin got straight to the point.

"Where should I start?" Taehyung asked, "I could vaguely remember some moments back when I was in my teen's but I couldn't remember anything before that."

"When was it..." Jungkook could be heard muttering under his breath, "5 years ago, when the six of us are gathered in some shabby room we used to live in." Taehyung blinked, eyes losing their focus as he tries to remember.

Their shoes echoed at the abandoned tunnel, the rocks underneath them crunching while taking lead. They emerged from the light, following the train tracks. They were making their way home, it wasn't big enough to make space for all of them but it was sufficient.

They're not going to lie, they have been causing trouble for a while. They were so used to hiding at shabby places where they're all hanging out. It was one of these days where they had just outrun the police due to their vandalizing. On some days, they party too hard that they cause unnecessary troubles around the neighborhood—blame their low tolerance for drinking. Or some days, they feel like burning some buildings—they were that reckless but they made sure that the civilians are not harmed.

"That was fun." Yoongi jumped down on one of the couches, his hand holding one lighter.

"Infires man!" Jungkook yelled, crashing towards Yoongi.

"Get off me." Yoongi groaned, kicking his legs, and eventually pushed Jungkook off of him. "That was not fun." He gave Jungkook an unimpressed gaze.

"Okay, calm down children." Seokjin sat down on one of the couches, Namjoon and Jimin lying down beside him as Hoseok decided that the floor is a much cooler place to be in.

"Jungkook-ah, get your hyung a drink." Yoongi ushered Jungkook.

"Fine." Jungkook huffed, standing up to make his way towards the cooler that is sitting at the corner of the room, there was a curtain near it and it seems like it's a bit inflated. "Hm?" Jungkook stepped towards the curtain, noticing some movements.

"WHAT THE FUCK?!"

"Language!" Seokjin yelled back, "What's wrong with him?"

"I'll go check." Yoongi swung his foot down on the ground, "I hope that brat didn't hit his head again." He walked towards the corner of the room, the curtain now hiding whatever Jungkook saw.

"Okay, tell me why you're- who the fuck are you?" Both Jungkook and Yoongi stared at the masked boy, their faces twisting into confusion before Yoongi finally snapped out of his daze and dashed towards the masked boy.

"Hyung!" Jungkook yelled as the masked boy kick a foot on Yoongi's stomach before the latter could even touch him. The boy seems to be panicking, stepping aside to run away from the room.

"What's even- hey! What the hell did you do to our hyung?!" Jimin shouted, blocking the only way for the trespasser to get out of. "Tell me who you are!" By now, everyone's eyes are on the masked boy.

"Nothing you need to know of." He coldly spoke, sending a punch towards Jimin before reaching out to the closed door.

"Oh no, you don't!" Seokjin raced forward and tackled the boy to the ground, his hands threatening to remove the mask but before he could do so, the boy raised his hands up in surrender.

"Okay! You got me, don't remove my mask." Yoongi was still groaning, his hand clutching his stomach and with the help of Jungkook, he had been guided back to the couch. "I am in no motive to hurt any of you."

"Oh yeah? You just kicked me in the fucking stomach and socked Jimin on the face! What do you mean by no motive to hurt any of us?!" Yoongi hissed, grunting when he moved to lay down.

"It was instincts! I didn't know someone would be here! Nonetheless, a group of... of delinquents!"

"Tell us the reason why you are here." Namjoon stood up and that caused the boy to raise his head towards him. "Then we won't remove your mask."

"I was being chased." He spoke, exhaustion dripping out of his tone. "I need somewhere to hide then I can get my revenge on them."

"Revenge on them?"

"Mafias, one of the jerks trying to sabotage our plan in taking over another mafia. I only ran because there were too many of them that have weapons and guns, how could I even beat that?" He explained, only further getting interested at the sudden mention of mafias.

"Mafias?"

"Yes, you fools." He tsked, "You're just a bunch of troublemakers, of course, none of you would know that."

"No, we'll help you." From behind the mask, they saw shock pass through the boy's eyes. "We have nothing to do anyways."

"We'll really help a boy who kicked Yoongi-hyung in the stomach and punched Jimin-hyung?" Jungkook dissed out, a frown curling on his lips. "That doesn't sound plausible. Let's do it."
