Connor's POV

*Ding ding*

When I got there, (F/N) was nowhere spotted.

I came too early, I got too excited... heck, she probably won't com-

*Ding Ding

I look up and see (F/N) walk in the cafe. She scanned the room and looked your way.
Then, my metal heart started to race and my hands started to shake. I tried to ignore all of these things my body was doing and focusing on (F/N).

She sat at the empty seat that was right in front of me.

"Hey, Connor!" She said while smiling. It makes my insides start to get warm.

"Hey (F/N)." There was a moment of silence.

I get so nervous by the presence of (F/N), I just blurted something out.

"I.. heard that you asked Hank about me." She looks up at me with wide eyes.

Damn it, I said something wrong

"Oh, yeah." She scratches the back of her head, with a slight tint of pink on her face.

"What do you want to know about me?" I ask

"Well, I wanted to ask..." (F/N) takes a moment to think of a question. "Why did they make you look so goofy?"

"They? Do you mean CyberLife?" She shakes her head 'yes'.

"CyberLife androids are designed to work harmoniously with humans. Both my appearance and voice were specifically designed to help facilitate my integration."I answered

"Well, they definitely got the looks right. If you were to interrogate me, I would definitely tell the truth." She said with a playful smirk on her face.

"Then tell me..." I start to say

Your POV

"...do you like me?" He asked

My heart started to pound really fast out of my chest. I can literally hear it pounding. He could probably hear it too. Heck, he could probably scan me and see that my heart is pumping in a inhuman speed. Oh my fucking god, I think my face is melting off. WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO ME CONNOR?!

I frantically try to change the subject.

"Um, I h-heard that their ice latte was really good. I-it's getting a little h-hot in this cafe, don't y-you think? Hahaha..." Connor looks at me, waiting for an answer.

"Hello! Welcome to (name of your favorite cafe)! Is this your first time coming here?" A waitress said

"Yes, it is," I replied. Thank god, I just got saved by this waitress. I would've melted into a puddle if she wasn't here. Bless her soul.

"Great! Today, there's a limited time offer for couples that come to our cafe today. Each couple will be able to get an extra large drink of their choice."

"H-huh?! I'm sorry, we aren't d-dating..." I stuttered.

"Oh really? I assumed that you guys were together since you guys look so cute together!" She says."But, it's fine if you guys aren't dating. Our offer still stands."

"What's the catch?" Connor asked.

The waitress had a little smirk on her face. "Well, the catch is that you guys have to take a picture of both of you drinking out of the drink of your choice together."

"Oh, it's not that b-bad." I say. I look over at Connor for approval.

He smiles at me and says, "Sure, we can do that. (F/N), you said that you want to try the iced latte right?" I nod at Connor. He then turns around to the waitress. "Can we get an ice latte?"

"Yes, of course. Do you guys want any food?"

"Hmm... I'll get toasted cream cheese bagel, please." I tell her. She turns to Connor. "And you?"

"The same as well." He replies.

"Alright, I'll get your things now." She smiles at us and walks away.

The waitress' POV

Actually, I'm not a waitress. I am the owner of this shop. I saw them laughing and they looked so cute together! You see, the "offer" was actually made on the spot. Oh my god, this is going to me so cuteeeee!

I used a heart shaped bowl and filled it up with the iced latte. Of course, the straw will be 'Y' shaped 😈😈.

Then, I get their food and bring it to them. Time to be Cupid 😏😏.

"Here's your food and drink guys! And now for the picture..." I get an old-school Polaroid camera and point it at them.

"Ok, now drink out of it. Oh, and hold hands too!" I add.

The girl looks at me with wide eyes.

"H-hold hands? I don't think it's necessary to.." She trails off

"Oh honey, it will look better if you guys do so!" I tell her.

The android smiles at her and takes her hand. His touch makes the girl's face turn pink.

"Now say cheese!"

O.M.G. I AM HOLDING HANDS WITH CONNORRRRRRRRRRRR! IS THIS WHAT HEAVEN MUST FEEL LIKE?!

Connor's POV

Your POV

After the waitress finally takes the pictures, she let us go and eat. It wasn't annoying, but it was too embarrassing for me!

As I grab the bagel and eat it, I see Connor from the corner of my eye just staring at it.

"(F/N), this has too much fat. I don't recommend eating it." He tells me with concern.

"It's fine Connor, just eat it! Wait, can androids eat food? Can you taste it?" I asked

"Yeah, but we don't need to eat though." He says as he brings the bagel close to his mouth.
As he opens his mouth and takes a bite out of it, some of the cream cheese get on his face.

Aww... that's so cute.

"Connor, you got some cream cheese on your face!" I tell him while I try to hide my laugh.
He takes a napkin and wipes it in the wrong area.

"No Connor, it's here." I point at my face where the cream cheese would be located on his.

But then he fails once again. I'm dying of laughter on the inside.

"Here, let me help you." I offered. I took my napkin, lean a little bit towards him and wipe it off of his face.

"There you g-" I say before I get stopped by a kiss on the cheek.

At first, I get confused because something was on my cheek, but I realized that Connor has placed his lips on my cheek.

My whole body stopped what it's doing and my cheeks start to melt.

He looks with a surprised look on his face and quickly backs down.

"I-I'm sorry, I did that by accident. My body did that out of nowhere.." His LED was flashing yellow.

"It's ok! Everyone makes mistakes!" I say while I try to control myself from getting into an "I'm sorry" loop.

"I promise that it will never happen again, ok?" He says. It kind of breaks my heart just by hearing that since the kiss did feel nice. I want him to do it again.

"A kiss on the cheek is not a taboo thing, Connor. Actually, it's quite normal for people who greet each other. Of course, it depends on your religion and all." I look into his eyes. "So, only kiss someone you are passionate about, ok?" He nods and gives me an angelic smile.
