What is a rock you ask? 

That's simple really. It's something to stand on during the worst of the floods. You can spend years building and rebuilding every time it rains. Because when it rains it pours. So, build that rock as much as you can because if it floods again, that rock might just be swept away, just like you. You'll be lost in the flood forever. There's no stopping it. Because it's inevitable. There's nothing to do. No precautions to take. None what's or ever. I won't say much, but I can say this: Good luck, because once you have that rock.
