Lawyer Kong sits there on the phone with a client, looking over his documents.

Lawyer Kong: Yeah..I'll do this another time, but for now, I already have some other things to do.

He talks to his client some more. He puts his work aside and looks out the window.

Lawyer Kong: Look, I need to get going now, we'll get the stage set at the Splatoon arena, make sure he gets it right..okay, Bye.

He hangs up and continued to look out the window, then a guard came in.

Guard: Hey Sir.

Lawyer Kong: Yes?

Guard: Its a success, Y/N's memory has been wiped clean.

Lawyer Kong: That's good news, any bad news?

Guard: No.

Lawyer Kong: Even better, now go check on the others. I want them to be able to fight today before the tournament starts.

Guard: Alright sir.

He leaves as Lawyer Kong laughs evilly.

You follow the boxer to the others.

Zelda: Greetings Y/N, how did the chat go?

Zelda was dumbfounded.

Little Mac: I'm afraid not, his mind is a little fuzzy as the guard said. I'm kinda confused and concerned for him..did Sandman or Nick knock you down?!

Joker: So, remember when new fighters were introduced? And where they take you?

Joker: So, if we were to head to the scene they're going to be shooting for Y/N's new game, we could get him to snap out of it, he lived in Mushroom Kingdom Castle, right Mario?

Mario: Yeah, Y/N lives with us at the castle!

Joker: So then we bring him there and let him know who he really is.

Everyone thinks about it for a long period of time and soon agreed to the plan.

Chrom: Better plan than any.

Dark Samus: Let's do it..

Joker: Good, Lawyer Kong will be taking Y/N to the scene in the next couple of days, so everyone get rested up well. We're getting our Y/N back..

Meggy and Will came back to the castle, exhausted from training.

Meggy: Thanks again Will..I really needed that.

Will: Will is always happy to help friend.

She giggled a bit.

Meggy: Come on, let's go see what the others are up to..

They enter and see their friends making sure Tari's okay.

Meggy: What happened here?..

SMG4: Tari flipped out over the new DLC for smash ultimate..

Waluigi: And they didn't even bother to chose me!!!

She then stared at Waluigi.

Waluigi: I dunno.

Meggy shakes her head and turns back to SMG4.

Meggy: What was the DLC?

She curiously asked.

SMG4: Well, it was-

Tari: Y/N!! Y/N! Is the- Is the new DLC!!!

She gasped out.

Beta: CALM DOWN!

Tari: But-

Beta: YOU CALM THE FUCK DOWN!

Beta: IT WAS A MISINPUT-

Skully smacked him.

Skully: No.

Beta: But-

Meggy: Wow! That's great! I'm happy that he's the new DLC, that just gives me someone to main later on.

Belle: Yeah? We'll have to duel sometime.

Meggy: Sounds great. So, when does he come back?

SMG4: I'm not sure. I texted him, and I have yet to receive a response from him.

Meggy: He must be busy then, not to worry..I can wait.

She anxiously chuckled, she was truly fighting the urge to hunt you down and hug and kiss you all over. She really misses you.

Meggy: I'm gonna go lay down..

She heads upstairs with a sigh.

Saiko: Poor Meggy..

Skully: Yeah..I can imagine what she's going through..stress, anxiety, depression and isolation..she really misses Y/N. God knows when he's coming back.

-Many Days Later-

The Nintendo Characters saw as Y/N was being taken to the scenes. As they wanted to test his moves on a map, so they thought Inkopolis was a good way to start off their project. Fox kept a little speaker under Lawyer Kong's desk to listen to the conversation. He takes the recording to the others to show them after the Lawyer left and so did the guards.

Beyonetta: Any luck?

Fox: I've got the recordings from Lawyer Kong and where they're taking him.

Samus: Oh, where would that be?

Fox: Inkopolis.

Mr. Game & Watch: ***********

Hero: An overrated game.

Inkling Girl: *Shocked inkling noises*

Hero: But where in Inkopolis? It's a huge city.

Fox: The Town Square, maybe the inkling can help us.

The Inkling girl puts a thumbs up.

Fox: Great! So let's get started..

The Other Side

A specific white inkling went over to the other side as she got a text from the Inkling Girl, she agreed to follow along and see what she needed. They had a long conversation. She spilled the beans and told the white inkling what was happening, concerning the inkling, she thanked the inkling girl and travelled back, promising to help, but she needed to warn the others before that..

The Scene starts as Bethany was running through the desert, in a hurry, running past Pokey.

She exits the desert and makes it to the castle.

Ramming open the doors, she tripped and rolled into the couch, panting and sweating from so much running.

Tari: Whoa! Bethy? Are you ok?..

Beth: Y/-N..Is...

She struggled to get her breath.

Tari: Beth, remember, take deep breaths and let them out before you give yourself a heart attack, trust me, I've been there.

Beth inhales and exhales, calming down and getting back on her train of thought.

Tari: Now, what was it that you wanted to tell me?

Beth: It's Y/N! He's acting strange, and we need to help him!

This got the attention to the others that overheard.

Beta: What?! Where the hell did you hear that from?

Beth: I have communications with someone in the Nintendo headquarters, they told me what happened..

SMG4: Are you sure? This seems kinda sketchy..

Beth: I've known this person since childhood..she would never lie.

Tari: Who's she?

Beth: The inkling girl from Smash Ultimate or from Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Everyone then gathered around.

Saiko: So she's telling the truth, something happened to Y/N?!

Beth nodded, Saiko grabbed her hammer and glared.

Saiko: Let's go..we gotta get him back..

Beta: I happily agree..

He said pulling out his scythe.

SMG4: Well then..let's go get our best friend back..

Skully: Wait, we need Meggy.

Will: She went to room.

Bob: LeTs JuSt-

Then the door swings open, everyone looks over in awe at Meggy who was giving a determined smile with a bandana on her forehead as she was holding two inkzookas.

Troy: Whoa..damn..

Belle: You can say that again..wow..

Meggy: So..are we getting Y/N back, or what?..

SMG4 smiled.

SMG4: Well then, what are we waiting for? Let's go!

Skully: With you all till the end.

Now both Nintendo and Non-Nintendo are siding with each other to finally get Y/N back, once and for all...
