Meggy wakes up after a night of cuddling with her boyfriend Y/N. As she let out a yawn and wakes up, she went to go kiss you, but there was no sign of you in bed. So she ended up kissing the pillow instead.

Meggy: Huh?

This confused Meggy, there's no way Y/N would leave her in bed like this. So she gets up to see what's going on.

Heading downstairs, Meggy saw Beta and Tari chatting on the couch.

Beta: And so they just started to arrest the man.

Tari: Really?

Beta: Yeah, so that's when I'm like, okay, I should get a different job, who would wanna take care of a handicapped alligator that ate an entire can of weed?

Tari: Wow..

Meggy: Hey guys.

Tari and Beta turn to see Meggy.

Beta: Hey Little Orange!

Tari: Morning Meggy!

Meggy: Yeah, hey..have you seen Y/N?

The two were confused.

Beta: He's not in bed?

Meggy:..If he was in bed then I wouldn't be asking, now would I?..

Beta: Okay, okay...then no, I haven't seen him.

Tari: Me neither. Do you think he's ok?

Meggy: God I hope so..

Beta: Knowing this story, he's either kidnapped or he snuck out..either way, I hope he's still able to kick someone's dick inside out. Or! It could be that he went to the bathroom and never left it! That Taco Bell last night didn't sit right with everybody..

Meggy then felt her stomach, not liking the fact she had a Taco Bell Salad Bowl.

Meggy:...Uh..thanks Beta..

Beta: Anytime..

Meggy ran off to find him on where they usually hang out at, only to find Desti.

Desti: Heya Megs, you look wired up. What's gotten into you?

Meggy: Is Y/N here?..

Desti: Uh, no. Why?

Meggy: Well I woke up this morning, and he wasn't there..

Desti: Well, maybe he went to the bathroom and never left..

Meggy: What's with you and Beta with bathrooms?

Desti: Have you eaten those enchiladas last night? They were explosive! That's the last time we eat at Taco Bell..

Meggy:..Thanks for that image Desti..but I gotta go..

She makes it to the boxing ring to see if he was here.

Meggy: Joe? Have you seen Y/N?..

Glass Joe gets off the bench and shrugged, putting headgear over his head.

Glass Joe: Non, je ne l'ai pas fait, désolé.

Meggy sighs and thinks, then turns to the guy before saying.

Meggy: Okay, thanks Joe..

She left to find where else he could be..

Meggy then knocks on Bethany's door, hoping for an answer.

Beth: Coming! Hang on, I gotta kill this roach in my room..

Meggy waits patiently, hearing Bethany scream as the roach flew from being sprayed.

Meggy: Uh, Beth?..you ok?..

Beth: Everything's fine..I'm coming..

She walks up to the door, on edge about the flying insect.

Beth: Hey Meggy! How's it going?

Meggy: Heya Bethy, did Y/N happen to come by?

Beth: Hm, nope. I don't remember seeing him lately.

Meggy: You sure? No one entered my room while I was gone?

Beth: Well, besides Bob..god knows what he wanted in there..

Meggy grew suspicious and sighs out of annoyance.

Meggy: Once I find Y/N, I'm gonna put my boot up Bob's ovaries..

Beth: Ouch! That sounds both disturbing and satisfying..but I wish you luck Meggy, I'm sure he's around here somewhere!

Meggy: Thanks Bethany, I'll see you around.

She leaves the door and goes off to find out wherever it is a Y/N likes to be.

She searches more and more, for what felt like days, to weeks, even to a whole month! But nothing. Eventually she was forced to rest thanks to her friends interference.

SMG4: Sorry Meggy, but..you're going crazy over this..

Meggy: Well aren't you worried about him?!

SMG4: I never said I wasn't! Trust me, I am! I really am! It worries me more that authorities have been searched from head to toe in the Mushroom Kingdom!

Meggy: Well there has to be some sort of way to find him!

4 thinks for a moment then brought up an idea.

SMG4: Well..the gauntlet might be able to tell us..

Meggy perks up from hearing that..

Meggy: Yes, that can work..where is it?!

SMG4: But I don't think it'd be wise..since, you know how Zirax is with his equipment..

Meggy: Well he can help us..come on!

Zirax was fixing up a robot head.

Zirax: Hm. The visors off..

Just as he was about to fix that up, he was interrupted by Meggy barging in.

Meggy: Zirax!

Zirax: Meggy..what's important?..

He says bluntly as he turns to her.

Meggy: Y/N's gone, can you possibly track him?..

Zirax: Gone?..What do you mean gone?..

Meggy: Like, no one knows where he is! I've asked, but nothing..please, you're my only hope!

Zirax: I'll see what I can do..

Meggy: Oh thank you!..

She says, hugging him. Zirax stood there and returns the hug awkwardly.

Zirax: No problem..

She lets him go and he does his work.

Zirax: Track Y/N L/N..

The computer recognizes the name and began its work. Zirax types away and eventually finds one result of a Y/N L/N..

Zirax: I found one result..

Meggy gets a spark of hope and jumps up.

Meggy: Really? Where?!

Zirax: It says here, he's at the park, seems to have been there for a while now.

Meggy instantly takes off the moment he listed the location.

Zirax: Meggy- Ah...she's gone..

Meggy finds herself in the park, passing by some of the scenery, the flowing trees, the birds singing, to even the peaceful river. All was beautiful, but Meggy had no time to relax, she had her priorities set.

Meggy: I can enjoy the scenery later..

Then she made it to where Y/N was supposed to be, but found no one..

Meggy: Y/N?..

She looks around, but no sign of him.

Meggy: Where is he?..Zirax said he was right here!

Then she saw a crack in a tree, a black void like thing that caused someone to emerge..

Meggy: What the...?

She steps back and looks to see someone..

Meggy: W-Who are you?!

The man stands up, brushing off his shoulders with one arm...

?: What the..?! Is He here?!

Meggy: Is who here?..

?: That death machine! He..he could be anywhere!

Meggy: No..I don't recall seeing a "death machine", besides Tinker, but he's a friend..

?: I..I see..

Meggy: What..happened to your arm?..

?: He took it off me..

Meggy: Oh god...that's terrible!

?: Yeah, it is..

Meggy: Well, hey, have you seen my boyfriend? He has e/c eyes, h/c hair (Or if your Y/N is bald, Scalp), and he's not hard to miss...

?: Can't say that I have..sorry...

Meggy: Damn...

?: I..could try and help tho..least I could do..

Meggy: That, would be great, thank you..

...............

Meanwhile in the void, something was there, it was always there....

A bright red eye lights up with a white X in the middle...

?: I will find you...
