Dedication (chapter 4)
3rd person POV
Tibby Devin was the only thing on Mickey's mind, she loved the boy, more than anyone else could know.
Mickey was finally drifting off to sleep for what felt like the first time in months.
She hadn't slept much during looking for Ethan and Tibby, but she was close to finding them, only a few more weeks.
She'd found the black and white tree, the place that led them into the black and white.
She had been able to talk more with Ethan, which helped her a lot in her journey to find them, along with finding her other friends, she missed her other friends, Lexi, Mike, Marcus, Bucket, Cody and little Rachel, they were the biggest reason she was doing all this.
She wanted to make everything up to them, to hang out with them again and help them with powers for those who needed it.
She'd had a visit from Pox that day, which was always fun, he was a fun person to be around, cracking jokes and making her smile, Pox was a good person, she didn't want him getting hurt in her mission to find the others.
Mickey heard the apartment door close, her dad was finally home,it took him long enough, she had missed him today, she usually missed her dad, her dad was pretty much her best friend by now.
"Micks, I'm home" Mike Jones called from the living room, setting down his bag before walking to Mickey's room, opening the door slowly.
Mickey's lamp was still on, Mickey was sitting up now, reading one of her books as her dad walked in, sitting next to her.
Mickey leaned into her dad's chest like every night, gently flipping the pages while her dad talked about his day.
Mike kissed her head gently "how's the studying going, anything new?" Mickey had told her dad about the black and white months ago, he understood it all and helped her look for it.
Mickey shook her head, black curls falling over her shoulders as she read, gently flipping the pages "there isn't anything new, Ethan has given me more info today but that's about it" Mickey told him, she and Ethan had ended their conversation a couple hours ago when Mickey said she was tired, which meant she was getting any new information at that moment.
"How's he doing?" Mike asked, looking over Mickey's notes, there was full sentences now.
"He's doing good, he said he misses Lex and Hannah" Mickey smiled a little.
"Hopefully we'll see them soon" Mike smiles down at his daughter.
"Yeah, Hopefully" Mickey put her book away.

Hope you guys enjoyed, this is probably going to be a really short book.
Also I didn't know what to do in this chapter, so I put Mike in because I love him.
