I open Maxon's door and saw him on his bed sobbing quietly burying his face in his pillows. What did Clark son did to him.
I walk in the room and sat on the edge of the bed.
"Maxon sweetie," I said and he turn to look at me and I continue, "what happen?"
"Me and America were playing truth or dare. And America asked me with once I prefer and I said 'dare' and she told me to prank call the mayor of Angles so I went too Father's office to call him on Father's work phone. Then I was in the middle of the call when Father came in, I didn't know what to do. So I hang up then Father ask what I'm doing in his office and I said 'nothing'. He told me to go to my room. Two hours later he came in to yell at me." Maxon Explain and bury his face in pillows sobbing quietly.
"Maxon want me to talk to your father?" I offer.
"Go away, and don't tell Father!" He spat.
I nodded and left his room quietly.
I don't know what the matter with him. But its my fault for signing up for the Selection. I did have some regret for marrying Clarkson. But I want to provide Maxon's better life. If I didn't got Selected and I provide Maxon a horrible life as a Four in Honduragua.
