Okay I've to prank call the mayor of Angeles.
So I was in the middle of the call when Father came inside giving me a glare and storm towards me. I hang up and drop the phone.
"Maxon Calix Schreave what are you doing in here?" Father asked angrily. Ah oh I'm in so much trouble and I know what Father will do.
"Nothing." I lie. Hoping he won't ask about me using the phone.
He look at me not buying excuse at all.
"Maxon get out and go to your room. I've work to do."
I nodded and said, "yes Father."
I ran out of the room and went to mine. When I got back America asked. "Maxon did you did the dare?"
"Yes. I was in the middle of the phone call when Father came back. And he wasn't happy and said 'go back to my room'. So I didn't get the chance to finish."
"Did you hang up?" She asked. Hoping we didn't got caught.
"Yeah I did." I assure her. And she let a breath. I didn't know she was holding.
So we stop playing truth or dare and talk about life.
After a few hours later I received a knock on my bedroom door.
I turn to face America and said. "I don't the visitor is Father. But I want you to go hide in my closet until the person leaves."
America went in my closet and Father came in not waiting for a answer.
"What did you do. That ruin my relationship with the mayor of Angeles." Father roar and stop in front of my desk. Where I was sitting there looking innocent.
"I don't know what you talking about Father."
"You know what I'm talking about don't act innocent with me."
"I was prank calling him."
"MAXON!"
"I'm sorry Father." I almost met that. But another part of me don't he deserve it.
"I'll do with you later. You little brat." He spat and left me. Then America came out.
"I'll leave. Sorry I got you in trouble Maxon."
"It's okay. Not a big deal." I shrugged and burry my face in my hands crying.
America didn't say anything and left.
I hate Father so much at the moment. I don't get I was just having some fun and he have to make a big deal out of it.
I guess that part of Father's nature. He loves to ruin my life.
