Plot: Something was definitely wrong with Hiroshi on the way he was acting. Both Bob and Boopkins went over to his house that night, but never returned. The gang went ahead to check on Hiroshi, only to find a secret passage leading downstairs...and finding a lot of bloody corpses, including Boopkins. Now, finding out that Hiroshi, or rather, Insanity!Sans was the one responsible for all the murders, the team decided it was time to bring Hiroshi to justice. However...they will all soon realized....that this fight will be their last...

[Narrator POV]

On the last episode of SMG4 Harem: What-If...?, Hiroshi has been acting rather strange for the past few months when he was sorta around the Smg4 crew. However, he has been disappearing a lot, more than ever as many many many slaughters has been throughout the entire kingdom. Men, women, elders....even children were killed by a heartless killer. Nobody was safe from them. Saiko was being very suspicious of Hiroshi, considering that in this timeline, she doesn't fall in love with him immediately, only seeing him as another weirdo. Hiroshi was starting to become more and more strange...more unstable in a way and this was catching the attention of a few people of gang. Those few people are mostly Saiko, Luigi, Meggy, and even Smg4. Meggy asked if Hiroshi was alright, only to respond in a dried voice, saying he was alright....just traumatized after "accidentally" crushing Boopkins little arm badly.

However, Saiko's suspicions increases when both Bob and Boopkins didn't return that night and they were now missing as a week went by. This has started to worry the gang as they didn't answer any calls. Saiko suggested that they all go to Hiroshi's house to mostly get some answers.

When they got there, the crew found a hidden stairway leading down to a secret room. When they got there, they were left horrified to see the dead corpses of their friends....even other victims, including his little sister. Now, they know that it was all Hiroshi's doing. He was the one responsible for all the murders happening.

Now, the entire main Smg4 crew must fight against Hiroshi, or rather now Insanity!Sans and bring him to justice. However....unknown to them...that this battle....will be only one-sided and they will soon underestimate Hiroshi's true power....

[Third POV]

It was....a horrible and terrifying day in the Mushroom Kingdom. Why? Because now, the entire main Smg4 crew now found out that their friend is behind all the murders. Scene switched to the smg4 crew and Insanity in the secret basement. Insanity was staring at his new victims with his insane, crazy and twisted expression, not changing any time soon as he was holding his baby sister's bloody skull.

Nobody said a word as most of them were glaring at Sans with utter hatred and disgust, while the others...were terrified. Tari was the first one to speak.

Tari: {Extremely terrified, in tears} S-Sans...please....t-this isn't you....p-please just stop this madness...!

This only made Sans laughed his insanity off, making Saiko and Meggy on guard as the others scared stiff.

Insanity!Sans: {Calms his laughter down} Heh...really...? You want me..to stop? No can do~. The killing...the rush! I need more of it. I am loving this so much! I can't stop at all. What's...the fun in all of that...? Also...fresh meat shouldn't talk~.

With the snap of his fingers, the area around the became black and white, confusing everyone on what just happened. Sans was also in black and white as he was ready to let this blood bath begin.

Saiko: {In pure rage} What the hell did you do, you freak?!

Insanity!Sans: Oh...me? Nothing really. I haven't really used this type of ability in a..........very long time. However...you guys get special treatment.....~

Saiko and Meggy was on guard. Smg4 was on guard as well, but was terrified. Tari, Mario and Luigi were more terrified than ever as Bowser was shaking a bit.

Insanity!Sans: Heh....heh~. Here's some advice~. I'm the maniac that you should've run away from~. Now................ S H A L L W E P L A Y...!

(Play Song!)

[Insanity!Sans blocks the way...]

Meggy was the first the charge in at Sans, as Saiko was following behind, holding her giant hammer. The others didn't move as they were too scared. Sans remained the same as he summoned sharp bloody bones at both Saiko and Meggy. The 2 girls eyes widen as they barely dodged, well, Saiko got a scratch on her shoulder as Meggy got a scratch on her leg. The others that were behind them got lucky as the bones missed them by a centimeter.

They both grunted in pain as blood was leaking out of them. Saiko gritted her teeth.

Saiko: {In shocked, gritted teeth in pain} How the hell....? Tch, great! This freak can summon bones!

Meggy: {Holds her leg in a bit of pain} Ngh! How..?!

Insanity!Sans: It's called magic...something that I've been also keeping a secret from you until now~. Let's continue....shall we?

Saiko looked back at the others and started yelling.

Saiko: {Annoyed} God dammit, you dumbasses!! Hurry up and attack this freak!

With a bit more courage, Smg4 charged towards Sans, as well as Mario, Luigi and Bowser. Tari couldn't do it...she was consumed with fear. Mario began throwing fireballs as Sans, who easily dodge them. Next Smg4 tried to attack, Keyword: Tried, but Sans easily holded him in place with his telekinesis and threw him into the wall. However, Sans wasn't done as the next thing horrified everyone.

Bones, bloody sharp bones came out the wall and stabbed Smg4 from behind, having blood drip from his lifeless body as the sharp bones stabbed everywhere on his body. His head, arms, body, legs, you name it.

[Smg4 is now dead...]

Yep, Smg4 was now dead as the gang screamed and Sans just loved his new beautiful masterpiece.

Insanity!Sans: Hehe....what a beautiful masterpiece I made~.

Saiko yelled as her rage and sadness was through the roof as she charged blindly at Sans, but it was futile as a big sharp bloody bone came up from the ground and stabbed Saiko through her chest. Blood splashed at the ground as Saiko let her hammer go and fell on the ground...dead.

Insanity!Sans: Heh...That b•tch was so annoying anyways. Now...who's next..?

Sadly, Luigi was next as he charged in towards Sans as Mario tried calling him back. Sans, with his insanity expression not changing, backhanded Luigi so hard that he had blood from his mouth and nose as he crashed onto the ground. Then, Sans summoned his Insanity Blaster, a Gaster Blaster that's infused with the evil power of his insanity. Since Sans was losing his insanity so much, his own Gaster Blaster took a dramatic change as well....and he loves it.

Sans was charging his Insanity Blaster towards the hurt Luigi, who struggled to get up. As Sans was charging up his attack, Bowser was coming in to get the drop on him, but without looking, with such insane speed, Sans swiped his arm towards Bowser in a blade motion. Next thing you know, blood came gushing out of Bowser's neck as his head fell off, having blood spray all over Sans.

Insanity!Sans: {Twitches a bit} Heh...what a nice bath~.

[Bowser is now Dead...]

As Mario saw that his Brother was about to be obliterated, Mario quickly rushed towards his aid. Unknown to him, Sans grinned wider as he aimed his blaster towards Mario and fired it. Luigi saw this as everything was in slow motion. Luigi quickly got up and...pushed Mario out the way as the blast swalled Luigi whole. Mario's eyes widen as tears fall from his eyes.

Mario: {Tears falling} LUIGI!!! NOO!!!

The last thing Mario saw....was his sad smile as Luigi worded out, "I love you, bro!". Luigi just been dusted into nothing. Mario lost the will to fight as he fell on his knees and stared at the floor as more tears kept falling.

[Luigi is now dead...]

Mario: {Heartbroken, tears falling} No...no.....no....no...Luigi......

Sans then walked over to Mario, keeping the same expression.

Insanity!Sans: Heh....Don't worry, paisano~....You'll get to join your little brother soon~.

And that's what Sans did. He summoned many sharp bloody bones that stabbed Mario from the ground. Meggy screamed as she saw her friends, one by one, perish in front of her eyes. She couldn't do anything as she cried. She couldn't move either because earlier in the fight, Sans stabbed Meggy's arms and legs with sharp bones to the ground.

[Mario is now dead...]

Insanity!Sans: Don't worry, my little squid~. I didn't forget about you~...

Sans then summoned another Insanity Blaster and finished off Meggy.

[Meggy is now dead...]

Now, it was just Tari left, who was covering herself into a ball in pure and utter fear. Sans started to walk towards her...but suddenly stopped.

Sans smiled faltered a bit before returning as his insanity smile grew wider as he turned around.

Insanity!Sans: {Twitches a bit} Heh~...Well, I didn't know that you'd survive....Saiko~.

Yep, Sans was right because behind him, Saiko was indeed alive. She was using her hammer as support as her legs feels incredibly weak, blood pouring out her wound, and her hair is down.

Saiko: {Breathing heavily, tired & hurt} Ngh!....you....ungrateful monster! You don't deserve to be put away...! You deserve to die...by my hammer! And I'll make sure of that!!!

With strength she didn't know she had, Saiko charged in at Sans once again as Sans let this happen. Saiko swinged her giant hammer but missed as Sans dodged.

Insanity!Sans: {Dodging} Is...that all..? Your movements are....so easy to read. You are losing...a lot of precious blood~.

Saiko: {Getting angrier by the second, keeps swinging} Grr!!! Then hold still and this will be all over!!!

Insanity!Sans: Heh~ okay~.

As Sans stopped, he let Saiko get a good hard swing towards Sans right arm, breaking it in half.

Saiko: {Smirked} Hah! Take that, you freak!

However...Sans didn't even scream or acknowledge the pain. With his expression unchanged, Sans easily snapped his broken arm back in place, shocking Saiko greatly.

Insanity!Sans: Now...my turn~.

With such speed, Sans smashed Saiko's skull with his dead sister's skull, making her bleed from the mouth and nose. Next he grabbed her head and slammed it towards the ground plenty of times, cracking the floor beneath them. Saiko screamed in pain as she never felt this type of pain before and it hurts. However, Sans wasn't done as he let go of his sister's skull, used his right hand to squeezed Saiko's neck very tightly as he used his left hand to grab Saiko's upper jaw and.....

He ripped Saiko's half jaw off. Fatality.

[Saiko is now dead...]

Sans was enjoying this so much, but he wasn't done yet. Next...it was Tari~.

(Stop Music!)

Insanity!Sans: Come out...come out, little sheep~. You're next Tari.

In pure fear, shaking like a leaf as tears were still falling, Tari came out of hiding. She can see that all of her friends...are now dead. She just couldn't believe it....but she just...had to try to make Sans stop.

Tari: {Shaking in pure fear, tears falling} P-Please....please Sans....just stop this...! I-I know...this isn't you...I-I know...that there is still good in you...y-you can do better...y-you....you can change..! IT'S NOT TOO LATE!!! {Sniffs} P-Please..........I-I don't want to hurt you......please stop this madness...stop this nightmare....I-I actually like you....more than a friend...but I was too shy to admit it. Please....no more of this killing....I know you can change...Sans....

Tari then slowly lifted up her right hand, still shaking violently as she tried to put on a smile, with tears still falling.

Tari: {Sniffs} Because....because I still...believe in you....

Insanity!Sans: ....

Sans didn't say anything as he went over to Tari...and grabbed her hand with his right arm. This made Tari think that Sans....was back....but...

Drip....

That wasn't the case as a big bloody sharp bone came from the ground and stabbed Tari through the stomach. Lots of blood from Tari was leaking onto the floor as Sans chuckled.

Insanity!Sans: Tsk...Tsk....Tsk. Poor little Tari~. Did you....really think that talking to me will change my ways...? You almost sounded like how Blue would do when he's against enemies. Here's the thing, Tari....I never liked any of you. You guys...were always in the way of my plans. Also, doing a Genocide against the whole world...sounds way more fun, than accepting you horrible love....now, goodbye~.

And suddenly, Tari's whole body exploded as her blood and guts fell all over Sans. What happened was when Sans summoned a sharp bone through Tari's her stomach, a small blue ball of light traveled through the bone into her body and a matter of seconds, it was set off like a bomb. That's when happened when you work on...assassination techniques.

Anyways, Sans finally looked around on his masterpiece of his work. All his..."friend's" bodies were all dead on the ground. Sans started to shake a bit as he head was facing the floor. However, he wasn't about to cry on what he did......

He started laughing his entire insanity off...of feeling....alive~♡.

Insanity!Sans: Heh....hehehe....HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!

He...has...never...been...so...alive! The killing....the screams...the blood rush... the excitement....he needed more, he can't stop as this was just the beginning.

After he calmed down his laughter a bit...he finally looked at the readers with his insane expression, holding up his little sister's skull.

(Extra)

It's been...exactly 5 hours since the Mushroom Kingdom fell. No survivors has survived Sans entire genocide. There was blood, gore, giant bones sticking everywhere, destroyed swat teams and military teams vehicles, lots and lots of corpses, and the city was on fire, destroyed, and falling apart.

You, the reader, are seeing this right. The massive destruction that Sans did to the city. It's just a ghost town now. Just then, a few figures landed down onto the ground.

In the first image, we have Katherine Yasha, a.k.a Milky the Bunny (Me). She is...or was the Master of Hiroshi and thought him mostly everything to be so powerful. She's very very powerful in her own ways, mastering different types of martial arts and abilities. She's 25 years old. The second image is is Chaos Kuren the Hedgehog, a 26 year old power Hedgehog with Saiyan-like transformations. He is very powerful, becoming a respectful rival towards Milky. The third image is Shantae, Milky's student and the same age as Hiroshi, training in differen types of magic. Milky found her trapped in a lamp and actually adopted and raised her like her own.

The fourth image is Skully Ribbons, a super soldier and powerful in his own way. He's a pretty chilled guy once you get to know him. He is a dolphin, a one of a kind. His weapons are mostly plasma related guns. Last but not least, in the final image, we have Chomper. He's a shark and a damn powerhouse to be reckon with. He is very power as he did gave Milky a run for her money the last time. He's like the Hulk, a Nomu, and All Might in terms of power and speed. He also have special abilities that grants him even more power and speed.

The crew were in horror, looking at the city. They were...too late as they couldn't see or sense any survivors.

Milky: {Heartbroken, tears falling} No......we're too late.....

Shantae: {Tears falling} All those people....

Chomper: {Extremely furious, smashes his fist together} DAMMIT!!! WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS DISASTER!? Once I get my claws on that bastard, I'm gonna devour them!!

Chaos squeezed his fists so hard that blood started to leak. He also felt his power rising in anger.

Chaos: {Livid, power level rising} Grr!! They will pay for their crimes!!

Skully, on the other hand, was using his scouter to scan the remaining area to see if they are any survivors. Just then, his scanner picked up someone, a person that is coming towards them. Skully brought out his Plasma laser machine gun.

Skully: {Takes out his weapon} Everyone! Someone is coming towards us...and they're heading in fast!

This alerted the others as they got ready. As the figure got closer, it turns out it was Sans, having dried blood and guts on him as his clothes were damaged. He grinned at his new playmates, juggling his little sister's skull with one hand.

Insanity!Sans: Hehe~....Some new playmates came to give me...a challenge~

Milky felt...that her heart stopped and dropped. She couldn't believe it. Hiroshi, her prized student...a son figure to her...did all this slaughter...even his own flesh and blood. Milky's fist squeezed so hard that blood started leaking from her hands, tears leaking from her eyes as she started yelling at him.

Milky: {Hurt, upset} Why...? WHY DID YOU DO THIS, HIROSHI!? WHY DID YOU SLAUGHTER ALL THIS PEOPLE!!? WHY DID YOU KILL EVERYONE IN THIS KINGDOM?!

Shantae: {Shocked} T-That's...Hiroshi..? A-And he did....all of this?

Insanity!Sans: Heh...why? Cause I can..! The fun has only just begun as a matter of fact~. Also, it's "Sans" to you....or just call me "Insanity!Sans"~ Hehe!

Milky: {Furious, tears falling} Y-You.....You!

Just then, Chaos put a hand on Milky's shoulder, shaking his head as he glared full of hate towards Sans.

Chaos: He is not your student anymore.... He...is not human.

Chomper and Skully then stepped forward. Chomper was buffing up as a purple aura surrounded him with purple electricity as you see the veins on his body. His eyes were glowing purple as he stared at Sans with the intent to kill. He wasn't gonna hold back. Skully's special power suit and plasma laser machine gun glowed blue as he aimed at Sans, ready to kill.

Skully: {Aims, glares with hatred} Stand down, you MONSTER! And your death will he quick and painless!

FP!Chomper: {Extremely livid} All those damn innocent people gone!! And for what?! For fun?! For every innocent soul in this kingdom, I'll promise you...YOU WILL DIE BY MY OWN 2 CLAWS!!!

Sans didn't say anything. Just stared at his next victims with his insane crazy expression. Shantae activated her magical abilities and got into fighting stance. Milky wiped her tears and glared at Sans. Sans was long gone...and a monster was born. For all the innocent people he killed, she'll be sure that Sans will suffer greatly....and finally...he can maybe find peace.

Chaos stepped forward as he yelled and went straight into his 2nd form, his Hyper form. Meet Hyper!Chaos.

Chaos was definitely gonna take this seriously. Milky should too, as she also powered up in her base form.

Sans' smiled widen even further, as he was finally gonna have a challenge.

Insanity!Sans: Hehe.....let the fun part....begin~

They all charged at eachother with insane speeds, the good guys yelling put a battle cry, as the single bad guy, just smiled as their fist collided, making a very huge explosion around the entire destroyed kingdom......as the the screen went dark......
