Plot: After failing miserably to get Hiroshi to love her, Saiko was very depressed and very desperate to get Hiroshi to love her no matter the cost. She went with Professor E.Gadd's plan to change her into Hiroshi's perfect dream girl without thinking it through. Who knew that this changing her completely will have major side effects....and who knew that this....would be the last time Saiko and Hiroshi will even see eachother....

[Narrator POV]

On the last episode of SMG4 Harem: What-If...?, Saiko has been trying and trying very hard to get Hiroshi to love her, but failing miserably as Hiroshi is seemingly rejecting her by making excuses or trying to get out of awkward situations. Saiko was making Hiroshi very uncomfortable. Saiko, who was very upset, turned towards Professor E.Gadd for help. She was desperate to win his heart. After failing again with the help of E.Gadd, his final plan was to make Saiko into Hiroshi's perfect dream girl, but knowing that the consequences can be dangerous, but Saiko didn't care as she needs to be with Hiroshi, no matter the cost.

Now, after the change as been...successful, let go see on how Hiroshi will deal with this sudden big change of Saiko in this What-If Finale~.

[Third POV]

It was still nighttime in the Mushroom Kingdom as the weather as gotten a bit worse. We can see outside that it was raining hard with a bit of lightning added.

Inside of Hiroshi's new house, we can see that our lazy protagonist was sleeping peacefully in his bed.

Snoring and drooling like a baby as he had a opened pun book on his stomach.

Hiroshi: {Snoring, sleep talking} Zzzz... Chicken....Zzzzz....Pun heh...Zzzz-

Just then, there was a sudden loud bang downstairs, making Hiroshi quickly wake up from the sound.

Hiroshi: {Suddenly awake} Huh...? Wha-? Is my mind playing tricks on me..or did I hear some noise downstairs. I swear to god, there's better not be any rodents.

Hiroshi then got out of his bed, put his pink slippers on and headed downstairs. He also noticed that there was lights coming from the kitchen.

Hiroshi: Who's there? Mario, I swear to god, you better not be digging in my fridge again or I'm gonna....gonna...?

Towards his confusion, Hiroshi saw some candles lit up at the kitchen table with two plates of big delicious chicken burgers.

???: Gonna what?~♡

Hiroshi jumped a bit, hearing a somewhat familiar voice but also different.

Hiroshi: {Turn towards his right} Who...?

???: Why it's just me cutie...your dream girl!~♡

As she came out of this shadows and revealing herself, Hiroshi was shocked to see a giant pink lady...but what shocked him the most...was that he can actually tell on who she is.

Hiroshi: {Shocked as hell} S-Saiko??! Is that you!? I-It can't be!

Saiko: Oh, but it is my little sweet child~♡. Before I was a creepy little devil, your love transformed me into a beautiful angel~♡

As Saiko was talking, Hiroshi, who was creeped out a lot, noticed her scars and cuts all around her body, including her arms, legs, and neck. It was like...someone or maybe something ripped her apart and put her back together again. Hiroshi was definitely very worried about his friend.

Hiroshi: {Very worried} H-Holy sh•t Saiko... W-What have you done to yourself?

Saiko: Done? Why I've done what you wanted all along. I've become a perfect girl for you~. What you...desire~♡, baby.

Hiroshi: W-What? What I desire..? Like maybe a good pun..? {Realization} Wait... Y-You did this, for me?

Suddenly, Saiko started laughing, but not just a regular laugh, a full on crazy laugh.

Saiko: {Psychotic laughter} HeheheHAHAHAHA!!!!

Hiroshi wasn't new to dealing with psychos as he dealt with plenty of those girls in the past, but Saiko definitely takes the cake. Hearing her laughing somehow terrified Hiroshi, making him very uneasy. This was also raising red flags inside of Hiroshi's brain.

Saiko: {Heart eyes, crazy smile} Oh you're so funny, my little darlin'. Of course it's for you! Everything is for you~♡. You're the air I breathe and now you can love me too! {Painful grin} It hurts so much and took everything I had! {Crazy lovesick smile} But I'm better now sweetie. I'm perfect. Your perfect girl!

Hiroshi felt sick towards his stomach, his face turning a bit green with some sweat going down his face. Seeing Saiko like this...wasn't right. To him, it's like this timeline is f••king up already.

Hiroshi: {A bit green in the face} Ugh...I feel so sick. I-I never wanted this. Y-You look...You look so crazy, Saiko! More crazier than before!

Saiko: {Insane smile, heart eyes} CRAZY?! HEHEHAHAHA!!!

Saiko laughed even hard and more crazier. All the red flags has gone up inside of Hiroshi. Hiroshi was starting to become a bit scared as he took a step back from Saiko.

Hiroshi: {Terrified, took a step back} 'S-Saiko....she just lost it..!'

Saiko then grabbed her head, trying to be sane enough. She was definitely losing it.

Saiko: {A bit broken, losing it} N-No no no, I-I'm better now. I'm an angel. I'm finally beautiful. {Looks at Hiroshi in her broken state} You...need to love me NOW!

Any normal person would run away, but Hiroshi didn't. Saiko needed help from him and his friends. Her relationship with Hiroshi isn't healthy at all and she needs serious help, she needs to be cure. Hiroshi then gently and slowly holded out his hand towards her.

Hiroshi: {A bit terrified, weakly smiles} S-Saiko...please, you need serious help. {Slowly holds out his hand} Let me-

Before Hiroshi can get another word out, in a fit of rage, Saiko aggressively grabbed Hiroshi's right wrist and started to squeeze it very hard. She squeezed it so hard that you can see the pain in Hiroshi's as you can hear bones cracking.

Saiko: {Snapped} YOU NEED TO LOVE ME NOW!!

Hiroshi: {In extreme pain, tears falling} AHH! S-SAIKO! YOU'RE HURTING ME!! GET OFF ME, PLEASE!!!

It hurted so much that tears started to fall from Hiroshi's eyes. Usually, Hiroshi can handle this pain, but Jesus Christ, it was hurting like hell. It wasn't helping that blood was leaking of his wrist. However, Saiko wasn't having it any of this as she kept crushing Hiroshi's wrist harder and harder.

Saiko: {Tears falling, snapped} STOP FIGHTING ME! IT WAS ALL FOR YOU, DARLING! HE TWISTED ME AND HURT ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN! THE PROGRESS WOULD'VE BROKEN ME, BUT IT WAS ALL WORTH IT SO WE CAN BE TOGETHER!

Hiroshi: {Still in extreme pain, snapped} GET THE HELL AWAY FROM ME, FREAK!!

That comment made Saiko step back in shock as she let go of Hiroshi as she also felt hurt from the remark. She was also shocked to see that Hiroshi left eye was glowing blue as he summoned a Gaster Blaster right in front of Saiko's face, that was slowly charging up.

However, that didn't bothered Saiko on now knowing how Hiroshi has an ability like that. She was more focused seeing Hiroshi weakly glaring at her with his blue left eye, tears falling from his eyes in pain while holding his now broken and bleeding right wrist that he couldn't feel anymore. He also took a few steps back away from Saiko.

Hiroshi: {In extreme pain, weakly glares, tears falling} Y-You're a f••king MONSTER, Saiko! You're f••kin' insane, you crazy ass b••ch!

Hurt by this insult, Saiko tried to talk to him.

Saiko: {Hurt, forcefully smiles} D-Don't say that! Please my darling...

Hiroshi: I'm NOT you're darling!

Hiroshi started to take a few steps away from Saiko, not even looking at her as he continues.

Hiroshi: {In pain, angry & hurt} I-I actually really liked you, Saiko. Maybe I could've love you if given enough time.

Hiroshi then turned around to face her, still glaring at her with tears.

Hiroshi: But now, I don't want ANYTHING to do with you!! Get this through your sick, twisted, f••kin' head! You and me are NEVER EVER going to be together!

Hearing this from Hiroshi's mouth, from such anger, disappointment, and above all, sadness. Hiroshi was hurt, but Saiko had it worse as she can feel her whole world shattered, literally.

She was....completely heart broken. She couldn't believe on what Hiroshi just said, even now knowing that Hiroshi said that he liked her...and she ruined it. She was letting all of this sink in.

Saiko: {Broken & hurt} ....N-Never...be... together....?

Hiroshi then deactivated his left eye as his Gaster Blaster disappeared.

Hiroshi: {Not looking at her, still in pain} I-I won't tell anyone about this night. I'll keep it a secret and figure out some type of lie if t-the gang saw my injury, which I hate lying in the first place. But know this Saiko, you will never ever talk to me, look at me or come near me ever again! {Glares with full hate} Be lucky enough that I didn't end your damn life myself.

As Hiroshi was walking away from Saiko, holding his broken wrist, Saiko fell on knees as she was crying her eyes out.

Saiko: {Broken, crying} B-But...I...I've done everything for you....I've tried to be perfect...{Begging, reaches out} NO! DON'T LEAVE ME, PLEASE!!!

Unknown to Hiroshi, Saiko grabbed out her giant hammer, completely snapped at her heartbreak.

Saiko: {Brings out her hammer} YOU CAN'T GO!! You need to...{heartbroken eyes, 100% crazy} STAY WITH YOUR PERFECT DREAM GIRL!!!

When Hiroshi slowly turned around...it was already too late to do something as Hiroshi's eyes shrunken in horror.

Next thing you know, Saiko hitted Hiroshi so hard in the face that it made him crash onto the ground in unbelievable pain....but that didn't made Saiko stop as she kept smashing Hiroshi in the head with her hammer....over and over and over and over again. Blood was getting all over the floor, the walls and furniture, even her hammer was getting covered in blood.

Saiko: {Smashing/Killing Hiroshi with her hammer} STAY! STAY! STAY! STAY! STAY! STAY! STAYYYYYYY!

After the thunder struck again, we can see Saiko was breathing heavily, still having that crazy ass smile.

Saiko: Y-You're always so hard to get, so hard...and now you stay with ME!

After sniffing again, wiping her tears and not having that crazy look in her eye, she suddenly realized what she had done.

(Play Music!)

Saiko gasped in horror as her eyes shrunken at the horrifying effect that happened, the effect she done. Hiroshi...wasn't recognizable anymore or moving at all or even breathing. He...doesn't have a face anymore as it was smashed into a bloody pulp, literally and completely. Hiroshi...was dead and Saiko...was the one who killed him.

Tears was falling hard from her eyes as she dropped her hammer towards the ground. She also noticed that she was covered in blood, his blood.

Saiko: {Gasps in horror, tears falling} S-Sansy?

Saiko then got her knees and tried to wake up Hiroshi's dead corpse by trying to gently shake him.

Saiko: {Gently shakes Hiroshi's dead corpse, voice cracking} P-Please...wake up. {Tears falling, broken} No...No no no. {Hugs Hiroshi's dead corpse close to her} W-What have I done? I've n-never mean to hurt you h-honey. I-I only wanted you to love me....N-Nobody will forgive me...T-They'll hate me....

In the corner of her eye, Saiko saw a sharp kitchen knife that was conveniently there and decided to do one thing. Saiko slowly laid Hiroshi's dead corpse back down as she went over and grabbed the knife.

Saiko: {Looking at the knife, depressed} I-I'm so sorry Sansy....I'm so sorry that I killed you....you were the only person that made me smile and happy...and now that you are gone.....there's no reason to live anymore....

Saiko then raised the knife towards her heart...tears falling down harder as she yelled out once more-

Saiko: {Crying} I LOVE YOU SANS!!

-before jabbing the knife straight through her own heart, falling towards the ground next to Hiroshi....dead as well. When Saiko died next to Hiroshi, we can see that her hand landed on his hand, holding onto eachother.

(Extra)

It's been a week since the gang heard from Saiko or Hiroshi as they were starting to get worried. Smg4 and the gang went towards Hiroshi's house to see if he's doing alright since he hasn't stepped outside. However, once they got in, everyone screamed in horror to see.... a new Saiko dead with a knife still jabbed in her heart. They also see blood everywhere. The gang were in tears as they also couldn't find Hiroshi anywhere, only seeing his pj's next to Ssiko....

The reason why Hiroshi isn't dead next to Saiko....is because...there is only a big pile of dust next to her...

....Hiroshi's dust.

The gang only thought....that Hiroshi went missing.
