What if Captain America had a brother?(MCU)

Synopsis:

We all know the story of Captain America, a man known as Steve Rogers was suffered with numerous health issues, turned into a Super Soldier and fought in WW2 before he fell asleep into the ice for 70 years until he was found by SHIELD. He would go on to lead the Avengers, Earth Mightiest Heroes to fight numerous threats before facing the big bad known as Thanos. After Thanos' final defeat, Steve return the Infinity Stones of each timeline before he stayed in the Past to be his beloved Peggy Carter while passing his Shield to Sam Wilson as the new Captain America.

However while Steve had a retirement happy life with Peggy, the timeline he left was in chaos due of incursions of the multiverse created by both Loki(Loki series) and Wanda(Multiverse of Madness) while on the same time, his legacy of Captain America was almost stained when John Walker killed a Flag Smasher with the Star Shield that covered in blood before it was retrieved back to Sam. Steve's decision to stay in the Past was controversial that made the timeline messed up.

But what if in another universe similar to their but this time, what if Steve had a younger brother?

Jacen Rogers wanted to join the US Army but like his brother Steve, he too was rejected due of similar health issues. Luckily, both him and Steve were chosen by Dr. Erskine to be part of the Project Rebirth. Both of them became a Super Soldiers and became the Star Spangled duo where Steve became "Captain America" and Jacen became "Patriot". Soon, the two would lead the fight against the forces of evil such as Hydra in WW2.

How will Jacen Rogers' story forever change the entire MCU timeline?

My Thoughts:

This is an idea that no one try before. Imagine if Steve Rogers/Captain America had a younger brother and became the Patriot. In the original comics, Patriot was an underrated character appeared during the infamous Captain America's Hail Hydra aftermath and his alter ego was Elijah "Eli" Bradley. He would later joined the Young Avengers in the later comics.

In the MCU, the Patriot made an appearance as the Korean War veteran and Super Soldier Isaiah Bradley who was treated harshly and was imprisoned by the government after he saved multiple men due of racial discrimination still on high at that time. He is also the grandfather of Elijah Bradley who also a possible to become the new Patriot in the future.

So this is my attempt version of the Patriot where Steve's OC younger brother would play as the Patriot.
