summary : The team were sent to investigate the old Cadmus base in Oregon after Batman receiving an information of old cloning project from Guardian. There they make a shocking discovery it seem Superman wasn't the only one who has a clone.

Ps : take place after 'The ultimate enemy' from DP but his family and friends died.

The team sat in silence through the flight to Oregon, they were sent to investigate the Cadmus' old secret base. The Bio ship land silently in the wood, the sky was dark and the star shone bright through the absence of the moon.

"Miss Martian link us up." Aqualab ordered.

'Mental link establish.' MIss Martian replied. With that they start their mission, searching for the base's entrance. Kidflash zipped around the wood and the other went searching. After few minute he came running back.

'Dude, there's nothing around here but leaves and tree.' He said . 'Are you sure we're in the right place?' 

'According to the coordinate,' Robin said typing into his holo-glove. 'It should be right in front of us.'

Kidflash kicked a pebble away, it hit something and went GONK. 'What the heck?' He knocked on the tree with his knuckle and heard the metal sound again. 'Guys I think I found something.'

Superboy walk toward him and  teared the metal plate disguise open reavealing ladder trailing down deep in the darkness. One by one they entered the base.

Inside the underground was an abandoned lab, the place was dusty and full of cobweb. The floor was messy and litter with notes and stain of unknow substance. In middle of the room was a broken glsss pod with few tubes hangibg inside of it. Artemis shivered when she spot a rat' skeleton. 'Man, this place give me the creep.' 

'Eh, I've seen worse.' Replied Robin as he went through the notes.

'What could posi-you know what, nevermind.' She stop by an overturned table spotting a sticky note writng with red ink. 'Project White Raven' was written on it with a few number.

Her train of though were interrupted by a cheer from Robin. 'Guys, I got the computer to power up!'  She walk to him looking at the screen as he went through it.

A recording came up and team watched it play out. It was the lab in the old day, few people in lab coat walking back and forth, but what got there attention were a pod in middle of the lab. In there was a young boy his raven black hair was flowing in the unknown liquid, lower half of his face was covered by an oxygen maske, his eyes were close, it seem like he was in deep sleep. Somewhere out of the camera ranch someone spoke.

"Day 237, the clone's now physically age 5 years old. Within 2 more years it'll be a full adult." Speak a man voice. Superboy narrow his eyes when the young boy was referred as an 'it'. The voice continue. "To day we will start the process injecting the meta serum." Robin took a mental note to that. "It will give the clone some healing factors and slight enhance to strength."

The recording then changed the boy now seem to be around eight years old. "Day 263, today we has brought him out temporary. It programing seem to be going well, and within the next few week we'll be using Genomorph to start giving it the childhood memories."

Suddenly the recording glitch before it changed. The lab was bathed by red light, alarm blaring, the pod was broken and smoke coming out of it. Coming out was now a boy around the age of 10. A guy try to take him down but was thrown away. Another sciencetist shot a stun gun at the boy causing him to scream but he did not go down. The boy tear the wire off of him before he run off slaming the door open and escaped. Then the the camera gone black.

The team all staring shocked at the screen. Robin then download the information into a flashdrive. After that they went back to the bio ship in silence.

"Who do you think was cloned?" Kidflash asked after they have took off, breaking the silence.

"No idea, he was still a kid and the only feature we saw was that he has black hair." Robin replied.

"Could he be Superman's?" Miss Martian asked.

"But if he was Superman's then why would they need this 'Meta-serum'?" Said Aqualad.

"I think he might be Batman's." Artemis suggest.

"What?! No way." Kidflash said in disbeleif earning a glare from the archer.

"Um, Kf. I think she might right." Robin said after he went through the info again.

"Huh, why?"

"They call it project White Raven and he was supposed to be replacing Batman."

Danny walk through the city of crime Gotham, keeping his head low, his hands tucked in the hoodie pocket, his face was covered by his hair and the hood.

It has been 6 months now since the incident. After waking up in the hospital and hearing the news about his family death Vlad has visited him once, and the fruitloop actualy sound sincerely sorry about it. He didn't if he would take him in or not but Danny didn't stick around long enough to find out. After a week he was completely heal and that's when he run.

he stop in his track when he heard a sound of glass shattering coming from the bank. 'Seriously.' He thought to himself. 'Robbing a bank in middle of daylight. How cliché.' He saw Scarecrow exiting the building which is now covered fear gas.

He turn back and walked away from the scene as fast as he could. 'Batman would be here soon anyway.' He thought ignoring the manic laugh from the villain. 

'He will take care of it.' he ignore the shouting of the polices and the siren.

'Someone will-' A cry of fear from the civilians around the area 

'Damn it.' He sprinted back pulling the fallen victims up and drag them away from the gas, he make sure to stay away from the villain and the police sight as well. Then he ran of in to an alley way, hiding.

"Interesting." Come a voice behind him. The guy have green hair, paled white skin, purple suit with clown get up. Yep definitely Joker.

"W-What do you want." Danny said taking a step back from the clown until his back meet a wall.

"What do I want? Well nothing in particular now." He said smiling widely stepping toward Danny. "But you just reminded me of someone I know." 

He tilted his head side way as if recalling something. "Ah-hah! I know now." He peered down at his face. "I knew I saw those blue eyes anywhere. You look just like Brucey bear when he was a wee little boy."

'Well that was unexpected.'

So it turn out Joker knew Bruce Wayne when he was a kid. Not the weirdest thing he heard. So anyway now he was being held as a 'witness' to Joker's party, in other word he become one of the hostages to bait out Batman. He was tied down to a wooden chair in a long table, apart from him there was another three teens. A red hair girl, a blonde girl with ponytail, a black hair guy. They all wearing the same school uniforms, Gotham academy.

Danny was startled out of his thought when the door slam open revealing Superman junior? And a green skin girl. Her eyes glowed for a moment and the rope were ripped of them.

"Follow us." She said then lead them out of the building. Danny could see the clown villain tied up in the police car. The other teens were lead to the ambulance for check up. He was about to dissapered when the green skin girl lay a hand on his shoulder.

"Sorry about this." She said confusing him then her eyes glow and his world went black.

"The DNA match 100 percent." Robin said to the team. It been a few days after the investigation when they stumble upon the young teen. After bringing him to the cave under Bat's order they were left in the dark so Robin hacked into the camera of the Justice leauge meeting room.

Wally give a low whistled. "So he's really is Batman's clone."

"Well duh, Kid obvious."

"What now?" Meghan asked. "What will happen to him?"

"The verdict is up to the league." Kaldur replied.
