Senketsu is a Kamui, a being of pure Life-Fibers in the form of a girl's school uniform that Isshin createed from Ryuko's DNA. As a Kamui's composition is 100% Life-Fibers, able to absorb Life-Fibers from a defeated opponent's destroyed uniform, Senketsu requires blood to be active and for Ryuko to use his powers in Life Fibers Synchronize mode and the combat-oriented modes. Because of their similar DNA and mutual trust, Ryuko's symbiosis with Senketsu enhances her natural physical abilities to great levels of strength and speed.

Gears

Scissors Blade

A weapon designed by Isshin to weapon to destroy Life Fibers. While Ryuko started off with one half of the scissors, she regains the other half and uses the weapon at its full power.

Feats

She tanks attacks from Mako with her fight club uniform without any serious injuries. Mako is capable of this strength

Effortlessly swats several one star Goku uniform students, who are all capable of superhuman feats and said uniforms can also be made to be tougher than steel.

Very dexterous with her scissor blade

Tanks a strike from a 2 star Goku uniform user. It should be noted that there is a massive power climb between stars.

Takes a LOT of punishment from Satsuki with Junketsu

Much faster than she was earlier on. Even at this point in the series, she is capable of triple digit mach speeds (Massively Hypersonic).

Defeated each member Satsuki's elite four at least once, all of whom are the most powerful fighting force (barring Satsuki) that Satsuki has to offer

Made large craters in her first fight with Satsuki and generated shockwaves

Resisted Mind Stitching and should be resistant to Mind Control.

Defeated Ragyo while they were fighting in Space

Near the end of the series, she can move and fight at quadruple digit mach speeds. Possibly higher, but it should be in the quadruple digit machs at the least.

As a human/Life fiber being, while able to heal from any fatal injury, Ryuki can be killed if her heart is destroyed

As she can be headstrong and impulsive, which was exploited when she was defeated by on their first battle

Murasame

Between after leaving the Elite Seven and joining Night Raid, Akame acquires the Imperial Arm known as One-Cut Killer: Murasame. Murasame is a katana known for being coated in an immensely deadly poison that kills whoever it cuts within seconds with no known antidote. But the blade is ineffective against Armor and Biological-type Imperials, machines, and animated corpses. Murasame also possess a Trump Card called Ennoodzuno (or Little War Horn) that boosts the user's physical abilities greatly, but Akame prefers to use it as a last resort. The reason is that the trump requires one of two painful methods to activate it: killing someone dear to her or subjecting herself to the blade's poison to resist it effects while accepting responsibility for her actions.

Colosseum

In the battle damaged colosseum, the entire stadium stood crumbled as the foundation of the structure has a massive crack on the wall.

Green moss grows over the walls just as Leone studies the colosseum.

Leone: Dang Mine, never knew how much damage a Thunder God and a huge Green Monster could do to a colosseum like this.

Mine: Me neither, just how powerful are they?

Satsuki turns to Ira and she asks him.

Satsuki: So what do you think Ira? Can this colosseum be used?

Ira studies the damaged structure of the colosseum and he nods.

Ira: Sure thing boss, luckily, those guys didn't damage the entire arena that badly.

Mine sighs and she remarks.

Mine: Thank God. I wouldn't want to go up against those two.

Nonon: Me neither.

Nonon shudders just as the sheer thought of being forced to fight against Hulk or Thor sends a shiver down her spine.

Akame and Ryuko walks forward and Leone shifts over to FrostWing, asking.

Leone: So FrostWing, who do you think would win?

FrostWing thought for a while and he answers.

FrostWing: Well, that's a tough one. Both of them are really strong and they won't go down that easily. So I don't know.

Esdeath walks past him and she said to Leone.

Esdeath: You dumb kitty, why not wait till after the fight, since after all....

Esdeath began to mimic Ryu's voice as she concludes her sentence.

Esdeath: The answer lies in the heart of battle.

FrostWing nods and he said.

FrostWing: Very well Esdeath. But I think Ryuko would win.

Mine: No way! Akame would win.

Mine protests.

Leone agrees.

Leone: Yeah. Akame's murasame would kill anything with one cut.

Nui chuckles shook her head.

Nui: No way you two, my sis would win.

Ira shook his head.

Ira: After hearing what they said, I think their friend really have this.

Leone slams her fist onto her palm and she exclaims out excitingly.

Leone: Alright! Here's the bet! The loser will have to fight Superman 

Nonon: Deal.

The group began taking up a post it paper as they began writing down their votes.

As FrostWing is writing, he turns to Esdeath and he asks.

FrostWing: Hm? Aren't you gonna vote Esdeath?

Esdeath waves her hand and she said.

Esdeath: Nah. I wouldn't want to get involve in such immature behavior.

FrostWing shurgs and he said.

FrostWing: Alright, if you say so.

Just as soon as everyone completed their votes, the group folds their papers into half and they slip it into a box.

Just as everyone finished voting, Leone smirks as she shifts herself closer to Satsuki, saying.

Leone: I hope you have dental coverage once Supes beats your ass!

Satsuki calmly smiles and she retorts.

Satsuki: Better sharpen those claws kitty, cause you're gonna need every thing you have if you want to kill Superman.

Everyone sat down on the spectator seats just as Akame and Ryuko stood ten feet away from each other, their scissor blade and Murasame in hand.

Both stood apart from each other, neither moving a muscle.

Akame held up Murasame and she asks.

Akame: Ready?

Ryuko held up her scissorblade and she smirks.

Ryuko: Ready as you will ever be.

Both pushes their feet across the ground before launching themselves forward.

WHOOSH!!!

Just as the two closes in, Ryuko and Akame swung their blades across, causing a loud clanging sound.

CLANG!!!

Ryuko flies up and she swung her scissor blade down, only for Akame to swing her sword across, parrying the blow.

CLANG!!!

Everyone held their breath as Akame and Ryuko jumps across the arena, their blades moving at a lightning quick speed blur.

CLANG!!! CLANG!!! CLANG!!!

CLANG!!!

Both Akame and Ryuko narrows their eyes just as their blades collided right into each others.

WHOOSH!!! 

The two girls jumps back and they lands feet first on the ground, holding up their swords.

As Ryuko faces her opponent, Senketsu's eye shifts up and he said to her.

Senketsu: Man. She's tougher than she looks. We be careful Ryuko.

Ryuko: I don't need orders Senketsu.

WHOOSH!!!!

Ryuko sprints forward with Senketsu muttering to himself.

Senketsu: I wasn't ordering you to do anything.

Ryuko: ARGHHHHHH!!!!

Ryuko screams out as she swings down her scissor blade, slashing wildly at Akame.

Akame jumps backwards, blocking the blows with Murasame.

CLANG!!! CLANG!!! CLANG!!!

Akame narrows her eyes and she throws out a kick.

WHAM!!!

Ryuko: ARGHHH!!!

Akame raises up her blade and she swung it across, swinging right for her neck.

However, at that moment....

CLANG!!!

Akame: What?!

Akame's eyes widens in shock as she found a red and black entity stretching it's head out, stopping the blow with only it's body.

As Akame brought her hand back, Senketsu said to her.

Senketsu: There is no way I'm gonna let you kill my host.

Akame held up Murasame and she said to him.

Akame: Murasame won't kill you parasite. But I only need one clean cut on your host.

Ryuko sneers and she said to Akame.

Ryuko: Sorry bitch, but you won't even get that chance.

Akame: Enough.

Akame narrows her eyes and she lunges forward, swinging Murasame at her.

However, at that moment.

SHOOMMM!!!

Akame: Wait what?!

Akame halts in her tracks as Ryuko flies up, her attire now different than before.

Unlike her school uniform attire, Ryuko is now cladded in a rather skimpy outfit resembling a swimsuit.

Ryuko narrows her eyes and she said to Akame.

Ryuko: You're so screwed!

WHOOSH!!!

Ryuko swoops downwards and just as she closes in onto Akame, a loud cutting sound slices through the air.

SLASH!!!

Akame: ARGHHH!!!!

Akame screams out just as blood spills from her wound.

SPLOSH!!!

Akame turns back just as Ryuko swung down her scissor blade.

Ryuko: Take this!

CLANG!!!

Akame narrows her eyes and she spun across the floor, slamming the tip of her hilt into Ryuko's body.

WHUM!!!

Ryuko: Ngn!

Akame then jumps forward and she swings Murasame at Ryuko.

Ryuko looks up and she spun her scissor blade around, parrying every blow thrown by Akame.

CLANG!!! CLANG!!! CLANG!!!

Akame felt sweat beading down her forehead as she thought to herself.

Akame: What is this?! She isn't wearing much but.....I can't even find an opening on her.

Just as Akame swung Murasame down, Ryuko brought up her scissor blade, stopping the attack.

Before Akame could even react, Ryuko swung up her weapon, pushing Akame back.

CLANG!!!

Akame: AHHHH!!!

Ryuko swings her scissor blade across, slicing right into Akame.

SLASH!!!!

Akame: ARGHHHHHH!!!!

Akame screams out as she was sent flying back.

Spectator seat

As the group watches Akame tumbling back, Nonon cheers out.

Nonon: Keep it up Ryuko! You're doing great!

Nervous, Leone clenches her fist and she shouts out to Akame.

Leone: C'mon Akame! Get up!

Arena

SHOK!!!

Akame slams the tip of Murasame onto the ground and she wraps her hands around the hilt, pushing herself up.

Ryuko looks down and she said to her.

Ryuko: Give up. You can't win.

Akame: Huff! Huff!

As Akame pushes herself up, she thought to herself.

Akame: There's no way I can beat her like this. I have no choice now.

Akame then shifts her palm across the blade of Murasame and she shifts it downwards.

Slit!

Akame: Ngn!

Akame grunts as she felt the blade cutting right into her hand.

Just as the cut opens, Akame screams out in agony as she felt the poison flowing through her blood system.

Akame: AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Confused, Ryuko raises an eye brow and she asks.

Ryuko: Okay. Just what's going on?

WHOOSH!!!

A massive black aura surrounds Akame just as she stood up, her eyes now blood red as black markings flows across her skin.

Akame has entered the stage of Ennodzuno!

Ryuko grits her teeth and she swoops downwards, flying towards Akame.

WHOOSH!!!

However, at a blink of an eye, Akame launches herself upwards, flying past Ryuko at supernatural speed.

WHOOSH!!!

Ryuko: What?!

Ryuko halts in her tracks, her eyes wide in sheer horror and shock.

What just happened?

Akame spun around and she throws out her legs, striking Ryuko hard in the back.

WHAM!!!

Ryuko: ARGHHHH!!!!

Angered by the attack, Ryuko held her scissor blade and she spun around, screaming out.

Ryuko: Damn you!

WHOOSH!!!

However, to her horror, Ryuko felt her blade sliding past Akame's body, not even touching anything.

Confused, Ryuko stood up and she looks around.

Senketsu: Where did she go?

Ryuko: I don't know.

As Ryuko turns her head back and forth, all of a sudden, she felt something sharp slide through her arm.

SLASH!!!

Ryuko: Ngn!

Ryuko'e eyes widens just as she felt Akame's presence close to her, hearing the words.

Akame: It's over.

Spectator seat

Upon watching Akame cutting right across Ryuko's arm, both Mine and Leone cheers out in delight.

Mine and Leone: YES!!!

Arena

Ryuko: ARGHHHHHH!!!!!

Ryuko screams out in agony as she felt the deadly Murasame poison flowing through her arm.

Realizing the situation, Senketsu urges Ryuko.

Senketsu: Ryuko quick! Cut your arm off!

Ryuko: Cut off my arm?! Are you insane?!

Senketsu: Just do it!

Ryuko grits her teeth as she raises up her scissor blade, slicing it right across her arm.

SLASH!!!!

Ryuko: ARGHHHHH!!!!

Ryuko screams out just as her arm detaches itself off her socket, falling right onto the floor.

Plop!

As she grits her teeth in pain, Ryuko forces a smirk and she said to Akame.

Ryuko: Heh heh! Looks like your little trick failed.

Ryuko stood back as Senketsu's tendrils slides out, forming a shape across her arm.

SLOSH!!!

Akame: What?!

Akame watches in shock just as a new arm began forming above Ryuko's arm socket, regenerating from the damage.

Once the regeneration process is completed, Ryuko clenches her newly grown hand and her mouth twists into a smile.

Ryuko: You're so screwed!

WHOOSH!!!!

Both Ryuko and Akame lunges forward, flying across the ground.

As the two closes in, Ryuko swung her scissor blade across just as Akame swung Murasame across.

CLANG!!!

A loud clanging sound could be heard and both Ryuko and Akame stood five feet away from each other, their arms outstretched.

Spectator seat

Everyone held their breath as they stare at the two figures below, neither making any sudden movements.

Arena

After what seems like forever, a small red drop of blood falls down, splashing right into the ground below.

SPLASH!!!

And at that moment....

SLASH!!!

Akame: ARGHHHHHH!!!!

Akame screams out in agony as she falls face down onto the ground, blood spilling out of her wound.

SPLOSH!!!!

Plop!

As Akame collapses onto the floor, Ryuko looks back at her fallen opponent and she declares.

Ryuko: I win.

Spectator seat

As Ryuko stood in her place, Nui, FrostWing, Nonon and Szu cheers out in delight.

Nui: Alright!

FrostWing: Way to go Ryuko!

However, Leone and Mine watches with their jaws dropped, shocked at the results.

Mine: How......Murasame should have killed her right there. It should have....

Satsuki shifts herself closer to Leone, Mine, Ira and Hoka and she smirks as she reminds them smugly.

Satsuki: Heh heh! Looks like you four have a little date with blue boy.

Upon hearing it, the foursome's jaws drops just as Mine curses.

Mine: Shit!

Ira: We're screwed.

Later

As Leone, Mine, Ira and Hoka prepared for their battle with Superman, FrostWing looks at them and he asks Satsuki.

FrostWing: Pardon me for asking Satsuki, but is it possible for me to go in their place?

However, Satsuki instantly turns down his request.

Satsuki: Sorry FrostWing but we already had a deal. 

FrostWing: Sigh, fine.

FrostWing turns to the four and he calls out.

FrostWing: Good luck guys.

Right when FrostWing turns to talk to both Nui and Esdeath, Ryuko now cladded in her normal black school uniform walks up to Akame and she compliments her.

Ryuko: Uh hey there. You did really great in that fight.

Akame smiles back and she returns the compliment.

Akame: You did great as well.

Ryuko rubs the back of her head and she apologizes.

Ryuko: You know, sorry about the cursing and swearing. It's just my way of fighting.

Akame shrugs off the apology and she said.

Akame: Hey, all is forgiven. 

Ryuko then offers her a hand and she ask.

Ryuko: So, wanna get some ice-cream?

Akame smiles as she took Ryuko's hand, nodding in agreement.

Akame: It would be my pleasure.

Ryuko then pulls Akame up just as they walk towards the remaining members of the group for their celebratory treat.
