Despite having super strength; Croc is relatively one of the weaker superhumans within DC. Bane has overpowered Croc multiple times.

His mutations are so unnatural that it can sometimes harms him. His reptilian features have sometimes started to decay

Knocks down a tree with one swing of his tail and slams the same tree to prevent it from crushing his son

Tanks an explosion that decimated an entire building (twice)

Had his throat torn out and kicked off the top of a several story building by Black Cat, landed in the streets below with nothing to soften the fall and all it did was make him more upset than hurt

With his more developed telepathy, he made Spiderman himself run away in fear through his primal instincts

Weakness

When exposed to the cold for more than a few minutes his strength and agility are reduced and he becomes inactive

Though since he is half human its mostly physiological and can be overcome with enough willpower

While he possess the mind of a world renowned scientist he doesn't really have Connors' intellect

He either has the most primitive mindset or has near genius intelligence, though not to Connors' level

Connors transforms into the Lizard when in a high amount of stress

In the Everglade swamp, Dr. Curt Connors was doing some research in his lab.

Dr. Connors: Hm. Maybe if I put in the right elements, I would be able to make a brand new concoction to genetically replace my arm automatically without that reptilian incident this time.

Out of his swamp lab, Killer Croc lurks through the murky water, looking for a something to eat.

Skit!

Just then, Killer Croc heard a sound, causing him to look up.

As he stares right into the lab window, Killer Croc growls and he jumps upwards, crashing right through the window.

CRASH!!!

Fortunately for Connors, he got out of the way the minute he heard the rushing noise and if the source behind it was coming after him. 

Unfotunately, the concotion he was working on splashed right onto his arm.

SPLASH!!!!

Connor: ARGHHHHHH!!!

SPLOCH!!!

To his surprise, Connor's arm socket suddenly sprouted a new arm.

Connors: Wow, that was an unexpected surpr...

Before Connors could finish his sentence though, he goes through a painful transformation.

SHRRRIIPPPP!!!

Connors: AAGH, WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME THIS TIME? I-I-...

Connor screams out in pain as he felt his muscles grow and expand, his features becoming more and more reptilian by the minute.

Killer Croc looks up and his eyes widens in curiosity just as a large reptilian creature licks his lips with his long serpentine tongue.

Lizard: I'm finally back, and now to get my revenge on Spider-Man!

Connor has transformed into the Lizard!

Lizard: My, what a perfect looking specimen, a perfect addition to my reptile army.

Lizard tries to use his reptilian telepathy on Killer Croc, but to no avail.

Lizard: What's this? No reptile has broken through my telepathy before.

Killer Croc: 'You wish you'd control me punk, cause despite the fact that I call myself the Killer Croc and I have a scaly appearance of one, I'm more freakish human than you think!'

Lizard: 'Fine, if you are not with us, you're against us!'

Lizard lunges forward, swinging his claw right at Killer Croc.

SLASH!!!

Killer Croc easily blocks the attack with his arm before swinging his tail across, striking Lizard by the back.

WHAM!!!

Killer Croc smirks and he growls menacingly.

Killer Croc: Looks like I'm having a Lizard for dinner!

Lizard: There's more to me than meets the eye!

Lizard swings his tail back, striking Killer Croc by the side.

WHAM!!!

Killer Croc: ARGHHHHH!!!!

Lizard jumps right into Killer Croc, sinking his teeth right into Killer Croc's neck.

CHOMP!!!

Killer Croc: ROAARRRRR!!!

Killer Croc grabs Lizard and he slams him backfirst onto the ground.

BAM!!!

Killer Croc: ROAARRRR!!!

Killer Croc opens his jaws and he bites down onto the Lizard's tail.

CHOMP!!!

However, to his surprise, Killer Croc found the tail lodged in his jaw, but Lizard is nowhere to be seen.

Killer Croc: Wha?

Before Killer Croc could even react, he felt something cut against his leg.

SLASH!!!

Killer Croc: ARGHHHHHH!!!!

Killer Croc spun around, only to find the Lizard crawling against a tree, his tail slowly growing back.

Lizard: Try and catch me if you dare, fool!

Killer Croc: 'You bet I will, coward!'

Killer Croc sprints across the forest, giving chase just as the Lizard crawls through the canopies, escaping the crocodile's grasp.

After running for what seems like an eternity, Killer Croc stops right in his tracks, panting in exhaustion.

Realizing his chance, Lizard jumps down and he swung his claw across.

SLASH!!!!

Killer Croc: MRAWWWW!!!

WHAM!!!

Killer Croc throws a punch, striking Lizard right in the cheek.

CHOMP!!!

Lizard: ROAARRRRR!!!

Killer Croc sinks his fangs into the Lizard and he swung his head back, throwing Lizard into a tree.

However, instead of crashing onto the thick wooden trunk, Lizard spun around and he grasped onto the tree.

Killer Croc: I'm gonna kill you!

Killer Croc sprints forward, opening up his jaws just as he closes in.

Lizard swerves to the side, dodging just as Killer Croc snaps his jaws, biting right into the tree trunk.

SNAP!!!

Lizard jumps down and he swung his claw across Killer Croc's neck.

SLASH!!!

Killer Croc: ROARRRR!!!

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

Lizard jumps around the mutated crocodile, slashing his opponent repeatly with his claws.

Killer Croc: NARGGHHHHH!!!!

Killer Croc roars out in agony and he collapses onto the floor, severely weakened by the attack.

Thud!

Lizard lands onto the ground and he growls.

Lizard: You're mine!

Lizard lunges outwards and he pounces onto the weakened Killer Croc.

The reptilian doctor opens his jaws and without wasting any time, he sank his teeth right into Killer Croc's neck.

CHOMP!!!

Plop!

Killer Croc's head drops onto the floor, rolling just as his entire decapitated body falls onto the forest floor.

Thump!

Victorious, Lizard sat on top of Killer Croc's body, licking his claws as he hisses to himself.

Lizard: Mm. Jurassic Pork.

KO!
