Two icy cold blooded women goes all out to  see who is the most cruelest of them all

Esdeath

Superhuman Strength, Speed, Durability.

Proficient Assassin.

Ice Manipulation.

Weather Manipulation (Ice storm via Ice Storm Commander-in-Chief).

Extrasensory Perception (Can sense the presence of her adversaries if they carry a shred of murderous intent and has a strong 6th sense).

Aura (Fear, bloodlust).

Afterimage Creation.

Resistance (to Empathic Manipulation and Willpower Manipulation [Unaffected by Scream].

Mind Manipulation (Drank the entire chalice of Demon's Extract and resisted the Danger Beast's attempt to break her mind/ take control of her, while even of a cup of the blood can destroy a human's psyche).

Fire and heat (Her ice can resist being melted by Tatsumi's fire-breath, and completely unaffected by Die Leaguer's Fire Orb).

Demon's Extract

Demon God Manifestation: Demon's Extract is an Imperial Arm created from the lifeblood of a super-class Danger Beast that lived in the Northern parts of the Empire's territories. Kept in a chalice, the Demon's Extract gives the user the power to manipulate and generate ice. But those before Esdeath who drink would go insane within moments of drinking the blood. Only Esdeath's sadistic will quell the voices and made the blood an extension of herself. While the Demon's Extract lacked Trump Cards, Esdeath created her own along with various attacks.

Ice Armor: Esdeath can freeze ice around her body to act as makeshift armor to stop sudden attacks like Akame's Murasame.

Levitated Flight: By wrapping ice around parts of her body and making those pieces float, Esdeath can levitate in the air.

Can fly fast enough to get close to Tatsumi (3rd form Incursio). 

Weissschnabel (White Mouth) - Summons multiple icicles and launches at a single target.

Grauhorn (Grey Horn) - Creates a horn of ice to pierce a target.

Hagelsprung (Hail Pounce) - Creates a giant sphere of ice to crush enemies.

Mahapadma - A technique that freezes time and space for a short period of time.

Ice Cavalry - Creates an army of ice centaur soldiers.

Ice Storm Commander-In-Chief - Esdeath is able to focus her mighty power to create a powerful ice storm capable of covering an entire country with ice and snow. Although she did it relying on the power that she puts into her Ice Cavalry, that took her a few days to create them (Which means that she should be capable of doing it by her own). From what she has said, it replenishes her powers constantly while the storm is active.

Feats

Broken the sanity of Numa Seika.

Though she was newly accustomed to her Imperial Arm powers and yet to explore her full potential, she froze an entire river.

Froze 400,000 people in a single campaign.

Resist mind control (Was completely unaffected by Nyau's Scream Imperial Arm).

Killed a group of humanoid Danger Beasts in a single attack.

Easily fought on Leone, Mine, Tatsumi, Akame and Susanoo all at once.

Killed Night Raid member Susanoo without effort.

Much superior to Tatsumi (Possibly even in 3rd Form Incursio when he was shocked seeing her coming after him until Akame arrives). 

Despite being depowered, Esdeath trounces an enhanced Fought boosted-drug Akame without ever getting tagged once.

Resistant to Illusions

Covered an entire country with deadly ice and snow and it increased her powers (True full max).

Resist to fire attacks. 

Frooze mountain size monsters/beasts.

Beat Fully Formed (Tyrant) Tatsumi to near-death by effortlessly gutted him while using Mahapadma. 

Lasted for seconds before dying from Murasame's poison and surprised Akame

Took on the whole Night Raid with no trouble.

Easily faster than The Speed of Lightning: Susanoo.

Easily dodged Mine's Pumpkin attacks. 

Fast enough to create afterimages.

Reacted and avoided lightning at close distance with ease while fighting Akame. 

Can easily run on walls.

Fought boosted-drug Akame (Stronger than her base form) still without even trying.

Fought Akame (Ennoodzuno form) while was depleted.

As a child she was able to casually carry a giant bird on her shoulder

Superior to Leone, Mine, Tatsumi, Akame, Susanoo

Took a direct blow from Evolved Incursio Tatsumi (She let her emotions get the best of her).

Against Stage 2 Incursio Tatsumi, she keeps him on the defense for the majority of the fight and blocks any strike he does throw, while depowered.

Unaffected by the temperatures of her own ice.

Broke Akame's sword.

Hunted and killed Danger Beasts as a child.

Became the General of the Empire's Army.

Won numerous battles for the Empire.

Master strategist on the battlefield.

Weakness

Bloodlust easily takes control in battle.

Will allow survivors for future battles.

A Mayadere, she is obsessed with Tatsumi and mainly focuses on him, even if killing him which can lead distractions.

Could've finished off Akame and the others when she used Mahapadma and killed Tyrant.

Her powers/energy can get exhausted even with her Ice Storm Commander-In-Chief. 

Mahapadma:

Can only be used once every 24 hours.

Can be nullified by anyone with Ice resistance (Not while her Ice Storm Commander-In-Chief is activated when she used it to kill Tatsumi).

In the cold depths of iceland, Esdeath treks across the white snowy plains, brooding to herself.

A town she had planned to invade was mysteriously frozen over, leaving her to wonder to herself.

Who could have done this?

As Esdeath quietly walks, just then, a woman steps in front of her, standing in her way.

Esdeath looks up to face the newcomer.

The newcomer is a tall young woman with pale blue skin and long blue hair.

She is no other than Killer Frost, the cold-blooded ice woman.

Killer Frost said to Esdeath.

Killer Frost: Stay where you are.

Esdeath questions.

Esdeath: Who are you? Do you have any idea who you are addressing?

Killer Frost scoffs and she retorts arrogantly.

Killer Frost: Huh! I do not care who you think you are. All I know is that you are in my way.

SHHHHHHNNGG!!!!

Ice engulfs around Killer Frost's fists and the ice cold woman said to Esdeath.

Killer Frost: Let's see how you survive the cold.

PHSSSS!!!!

Killer Frost launches an ice blast towards Esdeath.

However, Esdeath smirks and in barely a second, she ducks underneath the attack, swerving skillfully under it.

Esdeath swung her body upwards and she launches several ice shards towards Killer Frost.

SHNNNG!!!!

Killer Frost swung her hands up, creating an ice shield.

CHING!!!!

The ice shards struck uselessly onto the shield and Killer Frost threw a kick.

WHAM!!!!

The ice shield sped towards Esdeath at the speed of lightning, closing in onto her.

However, Esdeath brandishes her sword and she sprints forward before slashing her sword across.

SHNNN!!!!

The ice shield splits into two as Esdeath stood with her arm outstretched.

Esdeath stood up and she questions Killer Frost mockingly.

Esdeath: Is that the best you can do?

Killer Frost sneers and she swung her arms upwards.

Esdeath turns her head down before launching herself upwards.

THOOM!!!!

Esdeath's eyes widens as several ice spikes erects from the ground, narrowingly touching her.

Esdeath turns to face Killer Frost and she launches several ice shards towards Killer Frost.

However, as the ice shards closes in, Killer Frost swung her arm across.

SHING!!!!

The ice shards shatters into smithereens as Killer Frost smirks.

Killer Frost: Your attacks are weak!

PSHHHH!!!!

Killer Frost launches an ice blast towards Esdeath.

Esdeath launches herself into the air, swinging her sword across, deflecting the ice blast aside before flipping in the air.

Thud!

Esdeath lands onto the ground before swinging her arms upwards.

Almost immediately, several ice centaurian creatures rose from the ground.

Intrigue, Killer Frost remarks.

Killer Frost: Interesting. But that won't be enough.

Killer Frost stood back as her Ice Calavary charges forward.

SHING!!!!

Killer Frost launches an ice blast onto the ground, freezing the ground over.

As the Ice Centaurs hooves steps onto the ice, almost immediately, the Centaurs began slipping over the slippery ice, tripping one by one.

BANG!!! CHING!!!!

The sheer impact upon landing onto the ground causes the Ice Centaurs to shatter, breaking into tiny pieces of ice.

Killer Frost then brought her hands up, creating an ice sphere in her palms.

SHING!!!!

Killer Frost laughs as she launches it forward.

Killer Frost: Take this!

Esdeath swerves aside, dodging the attack.

However, without warning, another ice sphere struck Esdeath in her face.

BAM!!!!

Esdeath: Argh!!

Esdeath grunts in agony as she skids across the ground, dazed by the attack.

As Esdeath looks up, her eyes widens as Killer Frost conjures a huge massive club with her ice powers.

SHING!!!!

Esdeath quickly encases herself into an armour made out of ice just as Killer Frost swung her club downwards.

BAM!!!!

Esdeath: Argh!!!

Esdeath grunts in agony as she tumbles back from the attack.

Esdeath places her palms onto the ground before launching herself upwards, backflipping into the air before landing foot first onto the ground.

Thud!

Esdeath pushes herself up as she listens to Killer Frost bragging.

Killer Frost: Look at you! You're really pathetic.

Esdeath smirks and she retorts.

Esdeath: I'm not even using my own potential. 

Killer Frost widens her eyes in shock as Esdeath swung her arms across, launching several ice shards towards Killer Frost.

CHING!! CHING!! CHING!!

Killer Frost swung her arms across, shattering the ice with her hands.

However, all of a sudden, Esdeath swoops forward, travelling across the snowy white ground on an ice bridge.

Before Killer Frost could react, Esdeath launches herself upwards and she throws a kick.

WHAM!!!

Esdeath's foot struck Killer Frost right in the jaw, sending her stumbling back.

PHSSS!!!

Killer Frost: AHHH!!!!

Esdeath launches an ice blast towards Killer Frost, striking her in the chest.

Esdeath brandishes her sword and she swung it across Killer Frost.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!!! SLASH!!!!

Killer Frost: Argh!!!

Killer Frost grunts as Esdeath slashes her sword across her body.

However, Killer Frost swung her palm across, slapping Esdeath right across her cheek.

SLAP!!!

Esdeath swung herself back, bringing herself closer towards Killer Frost before throwing up a kick.

WHAM!!!!

Killer Frost grits her teeth as she was sent flying backwards from the attack.

However, Killer Frost backflips across the air before landing onto the cliff above Esdeath

Thud!

Esdeath looks up as Killer Frost shouts.

Killer Frost: You really wish to die?! Very well, I will end you immediately!

Killer Frost swung her arms up and without warning, a strong gust of wind billows across the area.

WHOOSH!!!!

Esdeath: Argh!!

Esdeath brought up her arms, shielding herself as she felt the wind blowing her back.

Killer Frost: Ha ha ha ha ha!!

Killer Frost brought her hands up, conjuring several huge ice spheres.

As Esdeath looks up, Killer Frost smirks at her before launching them downwards.

Killer Frost: Die!

The ice spheres began flying downwards, speeding towards Esdeath at lightning quick speed.

As the ice spheres closes in, Esdeath narrows her eyes as she faces the speeding projectiles.

All of a sudden.....everything froze in midair, stopping right in it's tracks!

Esdeath quickly launches herself upwards, flying through the ice shards.

In a matter of seconds....

WHOOM!!!!

Time suddenly continues and suddenly....Esdeath vanishes without a trace!

Killer Frost widens her eyes in shock.

Killer Frost: What?!

Killer Frost's head flips back and forth, searching frantically for her opponent.

As Killer Frost backs away, just then, she heard a loud voice from above saying.

???: Hey.

Killer Frost looks up and her eyes widens in horror.

Esdeath is up in the air, staring down at her.

At the same time, Esdeath's hand is raised up, conjuring a huge massive sphere of ice.

Horrified, Killer Frost protests in disbelief.

Killer Frost: Impossible! It can't be!

Esdeath smirks as she swung her arm downwards, sending the ice sphere flying towards Killer Frost.

Killer Frost stares at the sphere, her eyes wide in horror before launching herself upwards, dodging the attack.

As Killer Frost is up in the air, all of a sudden....

PSHHHHHH!!!!!

Killer Frost: AHHHHH!!!!!

An ice blast struck Killer Frost right in the chest, causing her to scream in pain.

SHNNNNN!!!!

Ice began encasing around Killer Frost's body, freezing her entirely.

As Killer Frost widens her eyes in horror, Esdeath launches herself downwards, sneering as she loudly declares.

Esdeath: You're finished!

BANG!!!!!

Ice crystals rains across the air as Esdeath falls forward, with a sword in her hand.

Esdeath's mouth twisted into a grin as she lands right onto the ground.

Thud!

Pitter Patter! Pitter Patter!

Esdeath looks up as she watches the sky raining down ice shards, smirking as she said.

Esdeath: That's what you get for messing with me. Now if you excuse me...

Esdeath turns towards the right, concluding her sentence as she walks along the snow.

Esdeath: I've got a date to attend to.

Later

Esdeath halts right in front of an igloo and a smile spreads across her face.

Esdeath: This is it! There's the place.

Esdeath bends forward as steps into the igloo.

As she closes into the interior of the igloo, Esdeath moves her body upwards and she questions.

Esdeath: FrostWing?

FrostWing and General Sharun turns to face Esdeath and FrostWing greets her.

FrostWing: Oh hello Esdeath, really glad to see you here.

Esdeath felt her cheeks redden as she stares at FrostWing's face.

FrostWing has never looked more handsome than ever.

Esdeath turns to face General Sharun and she addresses her.

Esdeath: Nice to see you here General Sharun, did Morgan gave you some time off?

General Sharun nods and she answers.

Sharun: Indeed. After another successful mission, Morgan gave me and Liutenant Mizor some time off so I decided to go and meet up with FrostWing.

Esdeath then shifts herself into bed and she questions FrostWing in a seductive manner.

Esdeath: Well FrostWing, let me show you my appreciation for the last battle we ever had.

FrostWing smiles as he edges himself into bed.

At the same time, General Sharun squeezes herself into bed and she said.

Sharun: Let's begin FrostWing.

FrostWing felts his cheeks redden as Esdeath edges her face closer towards the candle before exhaling out a gust of wind.

HOO!!!

The light fades, turning the entire igloo into darkness and before FrostWing knew it, he felt someone planting a kiss right into his cheeks.

This is going to be one eventful night
