Toomi: Machines, these tools are often times regarded as mankinds greatest allies.

Megumi: But when these two robots goes rogue, they become mankinds greatest threat.

Toomi: Such as Ultron, Marvel's mechanical mass murderer.

Megumi: And Cyborg Superman, the cybernetic Superman. She's Sachi-san, Toomi-san and I'm Megumi-san

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armour and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Toomi: Hank Pym was a founding member of the Avengers, the creator of the revolutionary Pym Particles, and designated Scientist Supreme by Eternity.

Sachi: Eager to push the boundaries of science, Hank constructed an artificial intelligence which could learn and evolve on its own, modeling it on his own brain patterns.

Megumi: But guess what? Hank was suffering a lot of issues, ranging from inferiority complex to the deep hatred for life.

Toomi: The Ultron's project was a success but considering how he is basing the AI on his own negative emotions, it became clear Hank Pym ends up giving birth to the most psycopatic robot up to date

Ultron: No...how could you be worthy? You're all killers.

Sachi: Since Ultron's consciousness was based off Hank's struggling bipolar one, he inherited his creator's issues, and magnified them into absurdity. With a new thirst for power, coupled with a severe inferiority complex, Ultron escaped the lab, bent on destroying his father, the Avengers, and basically all organic life.

Megumi: And he did almost succeed in many occasions, hurting and killing many of the Avengers and the X-men, even gaining the upper hand over Thanos on multiple occasions.

Toomi: But Ultron wanted more than to wipe out humanity, over the series, he found himself in love with Wasp.

Wasp: You're making robot Avengers? What are you trying to do? Replace us?

Ultron: No. Not you. I have something...special just for you.

Megumi: He didn't just fell in love with her, Ultron even built a female version of himself called 'Jocasta' and if you ask, yes. He's actually building himself a girlfriend

Toomi: He also forced Phil Couston to build him an Android known as Vision, basing him off the original Human Torch. But Couston betrayed him by installling the Torch's mind into the Android, causing Vision to turn on his creator which thus brings the end of Ultron.

Sachi: Being an AI, Ultron has built many bodies over the years to house his Artificial Intelligience, his main one possessing adamantium plating, a fusion reactor, jet boosters and power siphon.

Megumi: He's also super strong and super fast. And he has a self repair function where he can simply fix any damage done on him!

Toomi: His Adamantium Plating is so strong to the point it can even tank hits from something as strong as Mjonir, which possesses magnitude strong enough to shatter planets.

Toomi: But the one thing that makes Ultron deadly is his army of drones. With his AI, Ultron can create and control up to an army's worth of drones. Though not as powerful and durable as he is, each and every of his drones are just as deadly as he is.

Ultron: This is the best I can do.

Megumi: With an army along with a body like that, Ultron is considered to be one of the most dangerous foes in the Marvel Universe, capable of beating the likes of Hulk, Thor, Mar-Vell, Sentry, Dr. Doom and Magneto, many who are capable of blowing up planets.

Sachi: In fact, Ultron is so powerful that even Iron Man himself has admitted that he can never seem to beat him even with all the upgrades he made to his own suit.

Toomi: Ultron's armour has also tanked blows from Mjonir, a magical hammer capable of smashing planets into oblivion. He is able to withstand concussive blasts and heat of a 100 megaton atomic blast and even blows from beings as powerful as the Hulk is only powerful enough to simply dent it.

Megumi: Damn. And if that's bad enough, he has assimilated the entire Phalanx Empire, a race of highly advanced techno-organic beings, through sheer force of will and proceeded to conquer the entire Kree Empire in a matter of hours, hacked the unhackable Kree Sentries with ease and evn once terra-formed Saturn's moon Titan into Planet Ultron.

Sachi: Indeed, contary to how Ultron thinks, he does not have full control over all his minions. When Vision gained the Human Torch's conscious and when Jocasta gave up her evil ways, those two helped the Avengers destroy him.

Toomi: And while Ultron's armour is tough, his drone's do not share the same durability as he does, meaning his drones are surprisingly very easy to destroy.

Despite his nigh indestructible armor; Ultron has been destroyed multiple times.

Vision phased through his body; destroying his internal hardware.

Galactus drained his energy through his mouth.

His internal hardware can be fried by overheating.

Megumi: But no matter how you try to kill him, Ultron will always return better, stronger and far deadlier than before.

Ultron: But like the man said, "What doesn't kill me..."

Toomi: It was a time of darkness, it was a time where a monster named Doomsday killed Superman.

<Shows Superman dying in Lois's arms>

Megumi: Which leaves the people to wonder, with Superman dead, who will save us now?

Sachi: But luckily for them, it turns out that the death of Superman isn't really the end of us all.

Toomi: Indeed, that's when the four Supermen came in.

Megumi: But among the four, the most prominent one is the cyborg claiming to be Superman

Lex Luthor: Now, who the hell are you?

Cyborg Superman: I'm Superman

Megumi: Now hold on a minute. Are you sure that is the real Superman? I mean look at him! He's like a cheap knockoff of him.

Toomi: Despite looking like him, he's not really Superman at all. Originally a man named Hank Henshaw, he was sent by Lex Luthor on a mission to oversee his new anti-alien Guardian Defense Platform in space

Megumi: But something goes array en route when a solar flare erupts, causing a dangerous radiation leak in the shuttle. Hey wait a second, didn't the Fantastic 4 went through that themselves?

Toomi: Yes. Cyborg Superman's origin story is actually a rip off of the Fantastic 4 except unlike them, he was the only one to survive it.

Sachi: But luckily, Superman rescues the crew, but Hank remains to safely crash the compromised shuttle in a deserted area. Though Superman saves Hank at the last second, Hank is covered in third-degree burns with his body decaying from radiation exposure.

Toomi: Lex manages to save Henshaw by transferring his consciousness into a robotic body, only for Henshaw to snap after his wife Terry was horrified at the sight of what he has become. 

Megumi: Yeah. Pretty sure nobody would kiss their husband if they become a charred piece of  beef jerky.

Toomi: Assuming that Superman is to blame for his condition, getting full access to Kryptonian technology, Henshaw renounced his former self and reinvents himself in Superman's image to destroy his legacy.

Sachi: And he was successful at first, killing the Eradicator and destroying the entire of Coast City just to rebuild it into Engine City.

Megumi: And just when all things are going bad, right at that moment, Superman returned!

Superman: That's enough!

Toomi: With Superman brought back, he alongside Superboy, Supergirl, Steel and the Justice League eventually went back to Engine City where they had a final confrontation with Henshaw which he had the upper hand at first.

Megumi: After gaining his powers back, Superman kicked that Cyborg knockoff's ass and eventually saved the day though at a price of Coast City.

Toomi: And despite his defeat, Henshaw somehow manages to come back, teaming up with Sinestro and often times targets Green Lantern, Superman, Supergirl and the other members of the Justice League in hopes of fufilling his revenge one day though he has yet to succeed.

Sachi: Being built with a design similar to Superman's appearance, Henshaw possesses Superman's Kryptonian ability to channel the sun's energy into his body to give himself Godly powers, which means he can do literally everything Superman can do.

Toomi: Which includes Super Strength, Super Speed, Flight, Heat Vision, Artic Breath and Invulnerability along with knowledge over machines, technology and even Kryptonian heritage.

Toomi: Being a part of the Sinestro Corps, Henshaw is a Yellow Lantern long before becoming into the cyborg he is now and with it, Cyborg Superman can channel fear into the ring, enabling him to create forcefields, energy blasts or energy constructs out of pure thought itself.

Megumi: And I know what some of you are thinking. Megumi, why is this ripoff even fighting anyway? He's like a cheap knockoff of Superman! Well, the cheap knockoff part of Superman is the reason why this son of a bitch is so goddamn overpowered.

Sachi: Cyborg Superman has destroyed the Eradicator in a one on one fight, easily overpowers Steel and Superboy and has constantly went toe to toe with Superman and Supergirl.

Toomi: And unlike the other Kryptonians, Cyborg Superman does not share their same weakness to magic, magic blasts powerful enough to knock out Supergirl couldn't harm him at all. His armour is also tough enough to tank hits from Superman level opponents and even took energy blasts from multiple powerful green lanterns at once, and he's taken a blast from a Guardian of Oa.

Sachi: He has even one shotted Mongul with a single blast of heat vision, beats down Martian Manhunter, defeated Superman and Supergirl and unlike his fleshy counterpart, Cyborg Superman literally one shotted Doomsday.

Toomi: Cyborg Superman has even destroyed the entire of Coast City, transforming it into a mechanical city known as Engineer CIty and he has also taken control of the Source Wall,  a cosmic essence or being that is the "source" of all that exists. The wall is theoretically passable. However, all those who have tried have been inevitably trapped in it. Source wall explosion is a multiversal explosion that can destroy infinite dimensions. Infinite strength is required to pull a piece off the source wall.

Megumi: Damn. Never knew Cyborg Superman is capable of all that crap!

Sachi: However, he is not perfect. Despite having most of Superman's powers, Cyborg Superman has often times lost against both Superman and Supergirl, apparently because they are more experienced with their powers than he is.

Toomi: And while he has an impressive self-repair system, Cyborg Superman's mechanical body is rather frail and can still be destroyed by beings with Godly strength like Superman or Darkseid

Megumi: And despite what he calls himself, he's not Superman, like at all.

Supergirl: You may be a cyborg, but you are not Superman.

Sachi: And Cyborg Superman suffers from mental instability. I mean losing your friends, your wife and then converted into a cybernetic version of the very hero you hate could do that to you.

Megumi: But one thing's for sure, Cyborg Superman will do everything in his power to ensure Superman is dead.

Cyborg Superman: Hank Henshaw is dead. I'm Cyborg Superman

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!

City

In the city of New York, loud flares blares across the city as fire blazes all over the buildings.

Standing in the middle of the city, Ultron stood over the fallen body of the Hulk, cackling out in delight.

Ultron: At long last, this planet shall breathe it's last!

Ultron walks across the ruined city, backed by a couple of his drones as he spoke to himself.

Ultron: Once I hunt down every last hero, I'm going to render every God, every mutant, every lifeform extinct. Soon, the Age of Ultron will begin!

However, right at that moment...

CRASH!!!

A loud explosion rings from behind, causing Ultron to turn around.

Two of his drones flies across the city, closing in onto the cloud of smoke.

Just as they closes in, all of a sudden, a large biceptal arm shot out of the smoke, striking the two drones both at once.

WHAM!!!

CLANK!!!

Metal shards rains across the floor as the two drones' faceplate shattered upon impact.

Ultron turns around, facing the intruder as both his drones falls flat onto the ground.

Plop! Plop!

Ultron: Who dares to challenge me?!

Ultron questions, a low menacing metallic growl escaping his voice plate.

As the smoke slowly fades, Ultron's question was answered with what seems like a metallic amalgamation with something...human.

???: I do.

Ultron studies the figure.

The newcomer seems to be cladded in a skin tight blue suit with a red flowing cape and a signature 'S' symbol on his chest. 

But half of the newcomer's body is covered in metallic plating, with a shining red light glowing from the cyborg's eyesocket.

???: I am Cyborg Superman, and you shall give me your unconditional surrender or else I'm going to tear you into scrap.

Upon hearing the threat, Ultron bursts out in a fit of mechanical laughter.

Ultron: Bwa ha ha ha! Surrender? To a maggot like you? You must be joking!

Cyborg Superman watches as Ultron clenches his fist, vowing to him.

Ultron: This world is mine for the taking and you are the one who will be torn to scrap!

Cyborg Superman: At the risk of sounding cliche, you and what army?

At that moment, a massive swarm of mechanical drones flies across the city, landing feet first around the two.

Clank! Clank! Clank!

Ultron: Now you will die!

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: Bullets by Hollywood Undead>

Ultron: Attack!

Ultron shouts out a loud command, signalling his drones to charge forward.

As a drone closes in, Cyborg Superman throws a punch, easily shattering the drone with a single blow.

WHAM!!!

Cyborg Superman turns around, throwing his foot up into the drone's head, instantly shattering it's head.

WHAM!!!

Just as two drones closes in onto him, Cyborg Superman thrusts out his hand, grabbing one of the drones by the neck before turning around, slamming it onto it's comrade.

BAM!!!

Right at that moment, something swoops forward, slamming right into Cyborg Superman's body.

WHAM!!!

Cyborg Superman opens his eyes, recoiling back just as he faces Ultron.

Just as Ultron throws a punch, Cyborg Superman ducks his head to the side, thrusting out his fist right into his faceplate.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Ultron recoils back just as Cyborg Superman grabs him by the head, lifting the robot up before throwing him across the city.

WHOOSH!!!

Ultron looks up, raising his arm out just as Cyborg Superman throws one powerful punch, right into him.

WHAM!!!

Ultron swings his elbow up, striking Cyborg Superman under the chin.

BAM!!!

Ultron: Die!

Ultron's mouth piece glows bright red before the robot thrusts his body forward, sending a crimson red blast of energy at Cyborg Superman.

THOOM!!!

KABOOM!!!

A massive fiery explosion booms across the city, setting everything ablaze.

Thinking he had won, Ultron rears his head back, cackling out in malicious delight.

Ultron: Mwa ha ha ha ha! Pathetic! Is that the best you can do?

However, to his horror, a red and blue streak flies out of the smoke, striking him hard in the face.

WHAM!!!

Cyborg Superman throws out a barrage of punches right onto Ultron, striking at him repeatly.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Just as Cyborg Superman closes in, Ultron throws his fist out, striking the cyborg in the face.

WHAM!!!

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Both Cyborg Superman and Ultron flies across the air, exchanging blows amongst themselves.

Ultron ducks his head down, narrowingly dodging a punch from Cyborg Superman before throwing his fist up, striking the cyborg square in the body.

WHAM!!!

Ultron: I am superior! I am Ultron!

Ultron grabs Cyborg Superman by the neck and he throws the cyborg down onto the floor, sending him crashing down below.

CRASH!!!

Determined to finish off his opponent, Ultron points a finger at the hole, shouting out to his drones.

Ultron: After him! Destroy the intruder!

Ultron stood back, watching just as the drones dashes forward, jumping down into the hole.

Underground Lab

Deep underground, the Ultron drones landed feet first onto the ground, surveying the surrounding area.

Just where is he?

Right at that moment, the drones heard a familiar voice calling out to them.

Cyborg Superman: You're time is up.

The drones turned around, only to find Cyborg Superman swooping towards them at supernatural speed.

WHOOSH!!!

City

KABOOM!!!

A massive explosion booms from the bottom, sending a blast of fire out into the open.

Clank! Clank!

Ultron felt his anger seething upon watching charred pieces of his drones crashing in front of him.

Ultron: That's it! I'll settle this myself!

Ultron sprints towards the hole, jumping up into the air before falling deep into the dark abyss below.

Underground Lab

CRASH!!!

Cyborg Superman looks up, watching just as Ultron landed right across him.

Thud!

Cyborg Superman narrows his eyes at him, questioning the robot.

Cyborg Superman: So, finally come to do your dirty work?

Ultron: Your existance is meaningless, I will have you eradicated!

Cyborg Superman: Huh! We'll see about that.

WHOOSH!!!

Both Cyborg Superman and Ultron lunges forward, both their fists colliding right into each other.

BAM!!!

Ultron throws a punch right into Cyborg Superman, sending him stumbling back.

WHAM!!!

Cyborg Superman's hand lunges out, grabbing Ultron by the arm before ripping it off with a single pull.

BUSSHHH!!!

Ultron: ARGHHHHHH!!!

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Cyborg Superman throws multiple punches at the robot before raising up his hand, activating his Yellow Lantern Ring.

SHOOM!!!

Cyborg Superman's construct held onto the robot, lifting him up before chucking him across the room.

WHOOSH!!!

Ultron: ARGHHHHHHH!!!

Ultron lets out a loud scream before slamming backfirst into a car.

CRASH!!!

ZZSSST!!! ZSSSTTT!!!

Electricity crackles across Ultron's damaged body just as the robot falls onto his knees.

Cyborg Superman puts both his hands together, morphing them into a massive plasma cannon.

CLANK!!! CLANK!!! CLANK!!!

Cyborg Superman: It's over.

WHOOM!!!

As a sphere of energy forms from the tip of the cannon, Ultron spoke up.

Ultron: You can never truly destroy me...

VOOM!!!

At that moment, the light in Ultron's visor fades just as the robot completely deactivates itself.

THOOM!!!

The plasma blast flew across the lab, striking right into the motionless body.

KABOOM!!!

Clank! Clank!

As pieces of Ultron crashes all across the room, right at that moment, Cyborg Superman heard a loud thump from behind.

THOOM!!! THOOM!!!

Cyborg Superman: What?!

The Cyborg turns around, his eyes widen just as the entire wall crumbles down, revealing a rather large towering robot behind the wall.

CRASH!!!

Ultron has returned, now in the body of a giant robot.

THOOM!!! THOOM!!!

Ultron: Puny mortal!

WHOOSH!!!

Cyborg Superman soars up into the air, only for Ultron to throw his hand up, striking onto the cyborg.

WHAM!!!

Just as Cyborg Superman is sent flying, Ultron throws a downward punch, slamming Cyborg Superman down onto the ground.

THOOM!!!

WHOOSH!!!

Cyborg Superman flies up into the air, ducking down just as Ultron throws a punch.

The Cyborg then flies up and he throws one powerful punch, striking Ultron square in the jaw.

WHAM!!!

Just as the giant robot swings his arm across, Cyborg Superman ducks above, dodging the blow before pointing his plasma cannon at him, opening fire at Ultron.

THOOM!!!

As the giant Ultron drone staggers back, right at that moment, it's chest suddenly exploded into an explosion of smithereens.

KABOOM!!!

Cyborg Superman: You just don't give up do you?

Cyborg Superman questions, watching just as Ultron now in the body of Ultimate Ultron flies towards him at supernatural speed.

WHOOSH!!!

Ultron: You miserable piece of scrap!

Cyborg Superman: You metal plated freak!

Both Cyborg Superman and Ultron exchanged insults just as the two throws their fists right at each other.

THOOM!!!

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Both Ultron and Cyborg Superman flies across the air, exchaning blows amongst themselves before recoiling back, their visors glowing bright crimson red.

VOOM!!!

Ultron: ARGHHHH!!!!

Cyborg Superman: HAAAHHHHH!!!

THOOM!!!

Both Ultron and Cyborg Superman fires a blast of red energy from their visors, the two crimson blasts colliding into each other before causing a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

As the explosion dies down, Ultron lunges forward, grabbing onto Cyborg Superman before pulling him close, speaking to him.

Ultron: Fool. Consider this salvation.

WHOOM!!!

Cyborg Superman felt his eyes shifting into a wave of codes just as he felt himself getting pulled deep into his circuits.

Inside Cyborg Superman's main computer

Deep inside the computerized realm of Cyborg Superman's main CPU, Ultron steps into the world of codes, chuckling to himself.

Ultron: Neh heh heh! I win.

However, right at that moment, Ultron heard a voice from behind.

???: No. 

Ultron: What?!

Ultron spun around, his eyes widens in shock.

Behind him, a tall man cladded in a suit and trouser steps towards him, speaking up.

???: Like what you see?

Ultron: Who are you? How did you get in here?

Hank: My name is Henshaw, Hank Henshaw and you are now in my domain.

Ultron: You fool! I am Ultron! I am superior!

Before Ultron could go on, Henshaw lunges forward, slamming his shoulder right at the robot.

WHAM!!!

Ultron: ARGHHHH!!!

Just as Ultron drops down onto the floor, several wires slithers out of the ground, coiling themselves all over the robot.

Grip! Grip!

Ultron: No! How could this be?!

Henshaw closes in onto Ultron, his voice suddenly sounds metallic as he spoke.

Hank: It's over. You're mine!

Henshaw then touches Ultron's head, causing the robot to scream out in agony.

Ultron: ARGHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Henshaw steps back just as Ultron's entire body went off in a fiery explosion, dropping pieces of metal all over the floor.

KABOOM!!!

As the fire slowly dies down, Cyborg Superman's eyes snaps open and he launches himself upwards, flying out of the lab.

WHOOSH!!!

City

Cyborg Superman halts in the middle of the city, raising up his hands just as the Ultron drones chants out in unison.

Ultron drones: Hail Henshaw! Hail Henshaw! Hail Henshaw!

Cyborg Superman raises up his hands, loudly declaring out to the Ultron drones.

Cyborg Superman: You can never defeat me! I am Cyborg Superman! Now kneel before me! MWA HA HA HA HA HA!!!

Cyborg Superman cackles out in malicious delight at the drones drops on their knees, kneeling before their new master.

KO!

Megumi: Welp! Earth is pretty much doomed now.

Toomi: To be honest, this fight is surprisingly rather close, considering how both Ultron and Cyborg Superman has survived and defeated many of the heavy hitters in their respective series, both robots are actually equal in both combat and power.

Sachi: But the one thing that gave Cyborg Superman the win is that he has survived even the worst cases of scenario, having to survive a blast of Darkseid's Omega Beams which are capable of erasing anything from existence.

Megumi: Not only that but Henshaw has even controlled the Source Wall to the point he can even pull Superman into the Marvel universe, something that Ultron couldn't even do.

Toomi: But the it's never really who hits harder or who moves faster that counts. The real fight is between the Ultron's AI and Henshaw's consciousness which makes people wonder, can those two really hack each other.

Sachi: To answer your question, Ultron cannot hack Cyborg Superman like at all. I mean the robot is powered by Hank Henshaw's consciousnesses, not an Artificial Intelligience and from experience, Ultron has never been able to mind control any creatures that is either organic or non-metallic.

Megumi: While Cyborg Superman on the other hand has hacked and even improved the Manhunters, robots created by the Guardians of the Universe and even enslaved and controlled an entire planet worth of machinery and even sentient beings made of metal, things that Ultron couldn't do.

Toomi: With all that taken into factor, it's no doubt Cyborg Superman has the strength, speed, power and machinery to take this battle

Megumi: Looks like Cyborg Superman has brought the end to the Age of Ultron

Sachi: The winner is Cyborg Superman

Cyborg Superman: Kneel before me.
