Pokemon vs Fire Emblem vs Dragon Ball Super vs SEGA vs Marvel, which time traveller of another future will earn the right to rewrite history in this last battle royale of the year

Toomi: Grovyle, the leaf Pokemon hero of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time,

Megumi: And Lucina, the daughter of Chrom,

Sachi: With Future Trunks, the time travelling Saiyan from a doomed future,

Toomi: Also, Silver the Hedgehog, the telekinetic hedgehog from an apocalyptic future,

Megumi: And lastly, Cable, the time-traveling warrior mutant from Marvel.

Toomi: When the situation in time is far beyond fixing, the only way a catastrophe can be avoided is by travelling back in time.

Megumi: And these guys will do whatever it takes to ensure the people of the past will never suffer a bad future ever again. She's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi.

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Grovyle leaves What if Battles

Toomi: The Time Gears. These are found all around the world of Pokemon, controlling time.

Megumi: And one day in the future, these Time Gears would cause Temporal Tower to collapse, leaving Dialga to freeze..everything.

Sachi: But it was believed by the player, the player's partners, and many others that Grovyle was a evil thief that was trying to stop time. And the villain of the future, Dusknoir, came to the present to try stopping him. However, everyone mistook their roles, believing Dusknoir was a hero and Grovyle was a villain.

Toomi: But then Dusknoir takes the main protagonist into this doomed future, to try killing them, and Grovyle to which when it was revealed that when the player was human, him and Grovyle were working together on getting the Time Gears.

Sachi: But then upon defeating Dusknoir, time was restored, and Dialga warped the player and his/her partner to the normal time. And revealed in Explorers of Sky, Grovyle, Celebi, and Dusknoir teamed up and defeated Dialga, and thanks to Arceus the Alpha Pokemon, they were allowed to live in the good future.

Megumi: Backstory aside, Grovyle is really powerful despite being just the middle evolution of the Treeko line.

Toomi: This is likely due to the PMD logic, that uses logic similar to that of the Pokemon Anime. This is where even Pikachus and Mudkips can defeat legendary Pokemon, while in the actual games, they'd be destroyed normally.

Megumi: If only that worked in online mode. Then I'd perfect my Magikarp sweep.

Sachi: Grovyle's in game moveset is Leaf Blade, the physical grass attack using a blade of grass to attack.

Megumi: Dig, which is where Grovyle goes into the ground, and then comes out for a surprise and powerful attack.

Toomi: Quick Attack, a speedy move that attacks first mostly.

Sachi: And Absorb, where Grovyle takes foe's energy and heals himself.

Toomi: Though he may not look like it, Groyle is actually much much stronger than you think, having match against the Pokepals consisting of Lucario, Eevee, pretty much any ability from their respect Pokemon species.

Megumi: Grovyle has also beaten Primal Dialga, a Pokemon capable of warping, distorting and doing whatever the hell he wants with time. Though Primal Dialga is weaker than normal Dialga and can only control one timeline, but still has the same mastery over said timeline like his normal self would have over all

Toomi: It's also worth to note that Grovyle is pretty smart as well, he solved the mystery of the paralyzed planet, came up with plans to save the world from temporal destruction, and could hide from Dialga and his agents for a very long time

Megumi: Man, never knew a plant Pokemon is that overpowered.

Toomi: However, Grovyle isn't without his flaws, as he has been outsmarted by Dusknoir not once but twice and was caught by him in the past.

Sachi: And Dig is useless against airborne enemies.

Weakness

Got outsmarted by Dusknoir twice.

He was eventually caught by Dusknoir in the past.

Was possessed by Spiritomb and almost had his soul melted away.

Attacks similar to Earthquake are able to harm Grovyle when he uses Dig.

Dig is useless against opponents who are airborne.

Is weak to Fire, Ice, Bug, Flying, and Poison type attacks thanks to his Grass typing.

Toomi: And being a Grass Type Pokemon makes him weak against fire, ice, bug, flying and poison type attacks, with the elements capable of harming his plant based skin.

Sachi: And attacks similar to Earthquake are able to harm Grovyle when he uses Dig

Megumi: But none of that will ever stop Grovyle from proving his existence by saving the world, without caring what happens to him so long as he can fight for a better future.

Grovyle: The important thing is not how long you live..it's what you accomplish with your life. While I live, I want to shine. I want to prove that I exist. If I could do something really important...That would definitely carry on into the future.

Lucina Dolphin Slashes into What if Battles

Toomi: In the future of Fire Emblem, Risen took over, and the evil dragon Grima, and basically killed everyone and destroyed everything.

Megumi: But a group of several heroes of the future, that were the children of many Fire Emblem Awakening characters, banded together to stop them! ..and failed.

Sachi: But with a mask from Gerome the Wyvern rider of the future to hide her Brand of Exalt, holding her hair up to look like the Hero King's, and traveling to the past, Lucina came to the present to stop this. But under the name of the hero king, Marth.

Toomi: And since she couldn't just say she was Lucina yet, she went undercover traveling through the land kiling Risen she brought back, and once even dueled her father, Chrom, to almost death in a tournament.

Sachi: However, on one fateful day where Exalt Emmeryn was going to die by the hands of Validar, Lucina got Chrom, Robin, and the others to stop this. However, a thief cut her mask off, revealing she was a woman.

Megumi: And later protecting her dad from a surprise Risen assassian, she ended up yelling father, which then led her to revealing the truth.

Sachi: So for the rest of the time until Grima was defeated, Lucina joined Chrom and Robin, and the several others, and the fight against Plegia and Valm, and so the Fire Emblem, was on.

Toomi: Lucina is in the Lord class, and wields the Parallel Falchion which makes no sense since it's just the future Falchion.

Megumi: Alongside this she wields a Rapier with her Parallel Falchion. And when becoming the Great Lord class, as she is in Fire Emblem Fates, Lucina can also use spears to her advantage.

Sachi: And in growth rates, her strong points are her health and luck, alongside the somewhat less speed, skill, and strength, and the pretty bad magic, defense, and resistance.

Toomi: In her basic stats, her starting level is 10, HP is 12, strength is 5, magic is 1, skill is 8, speed is 4, luck is 13, defense and resistance 3, and movement spaces 5.

Megumi: And her 3 base skills. Dual Strike, which increases the chance of hitting multiple times..

Toomi: Charm, which increases the accuracy and avoiding skills of Lucina.

Sachi: And passed down from her father, Aether. This gives Lucina two hits, one with Sol, and one with Luna. And both are really powerful hits.

Megumi: That's not all she carries to a fight. She even has a large arsenal of bows, ranging from the Brave Bow to the Legendary Nidhogg to the Astra Bow.

Toomi: Out of all, Her most strongest form attack come in form of a critical strike, Which pull off major damages to anything it hit with enough powerful force.

Sachi: Keeping with the usual tradition of Fire Emblem characters, she can counter her opponent's attacks, making a quick parry to get back at her opponents, at long distance, her agility lets her evade most attacks since she can dodge lightning bolts with her speed, it's pretty fast!

Megumi: She is fast enough to keep up with the Risens, Skilled enough to defeat Lon'qu in a fight and was even fast enough to dodge lightning

Toomi: And through those abilities and skills, Lucina managed to not only change her fate, but the fate of countless others, she's lead rebellions into battle as their leader, battled her father one-on-one to a standstill, and above all, she ultimately played a major role in the defeat of the resurrected Grima, restoring peace to Ylisse and herself.

Megumi: Now that's a happy ending for a time travelling story.

Toomi: However, despite Lucy's advantages, she still has some problems, she has next to no long-range options in combat, making her battles she fights close-range at best

Sachi: Not only does she lack much ranged attack but not even fully armored. Which can lead her wide open

Toomi: And at times, she's allowed her emotions to get the better of her, such as when she tried to kill Robin, the only guy who could put down Grima for good!

Sachi: Though to her credit, Robin indirectly killed her father, so it's only natural she'd want to avenge her fallen father, even though he wasn't dead at the time.

Megumi: Well, no matter what timeline she's in, or who says she's their waifu, Lucina is one badass chick I'd like to fight alongside on the battlefield, be lucky she doesn't point her sword in your path, otherwise you're in for it!

Lucina: I challenge my fate!

Trunks cuts into What if Battles

Toomi: Around the age of 762, an intense battle between the Super Saiyan Goku and the tyrannical Frieza had resulted in a fortunate victory for Goku and the Earth.

Megumi: Yeah, a battle that took 10 over episodes to finish which results in peace that returns to the universe.

Sachi: However, 3 years after that, Gohan returned home only to find out that Goku is dead.

Megumi: Wait what? Goku's dead? How did he die?

Toomi: Apparently, Goku was killed by a heart disease that was uncurerable at that time, a disease so potent that not even a senzu bean can heal from it.

Megumi: And when the death of Earth's greatest hero wasn't enough, the Red Ribbon Army released two androids where they killed every Z Fighter on Earth and bringing Earth to ruin.

Toomi: It was then when Bulma gave birth to Trunks, the son of Vegeta who grew up not knowing who his father was and after seeing the horrible genocide the androids has commited, Trunks became the student to Gohan, wanting to become strong enough to destroy the androids.

Sachi: Except that Gohan was eventually killed.

Megumi: With no other choice, Bulma then created a time machine where Trunks did everything Kyle Reese from Terminator did, return to the past, kill Frieza and then tell Goku everything that happened in the future and sure enough, history did changed.

Toomi: After meeting his father firsthand, teaming up with the Z Fighters from the past against the androids and an enemy from a distant future named Cell, Trunks eventually went back to the past and destroyed the androids and Cell once and for all

Sachi: Being a human and Saiyan hybrid, Trunks possesses super strength, ki sense, flight and super speed, capable of travelling great distances in short periods of time and dodging light speed attacks.

Megumi: And being a Saiyan means he can turn Super Saiyan though it was difficult at first, he was able to achieve it after grieving over the death of Gohan.

Toomi: Thanks to the training he got from the Hydrobolic Time Chamber, Trunks was able to hone his skills to the point he was strong enough to destroy the future Androids and killing the Cell from his timeline before he could steal his time machine which ends up saving the future.

Sachi: But in order to do that, Trunks requires some skills to do so, having been taught a combination of the Kame-Sennin Ryu which is Goku's fighting style and the Mazoku-Ryuu which is Piccolo's fighting style by Gohan.

Sachi: Trunks then became his timeline's sole protector, defeating Babidi and Dabura when they came to Earth and basically ended the Buu Saga before it even began but that is where he met an even more powerful foe, Goku Black.

Toomi: Though Trunks was able to achieve Super Saiyan 2 during his days, it wasn't enough to defeat this new enemy, so Trunks was forced to return to the past to consult with his parents from the past, Goku, Beerus and Whis.

Sachi: It during his fight with Goku Black and Zamasu, Trunks achieved a new form, Super Saiyan Rage where despite resembling a Super Saiyan transformation, Trunks gained a massive power boost that enables him to take on Goku Black, the same Goku Black who's Super Saiyan Rose form can go toe to toe and even best a Super Saiyan Blue.

Toomi: And with all that training and mentorship he has gained from the Z Fighters from the Past, Trunks has succeeded in killing the Androids easily, sliced up Frieza into pieces, outmatched King Cold completely and even destroyed the Imperfect Cell of his timeline

Sachi: Not only that but he has also pulled out the Z Sword and with the guidance of the Supreme Kai of his future, Trunks killed Dabura and Babidi in battle before destroying Majin Buu. Which in lay man terms, Trunks ended the Buu Saga before it could even begin.

Megumi: Man, there's a timeline where there wasn't two Saiyans wanting to fight strong opponents to mess things up.

Feats

Killed to Androids 17 and 18 without any problems after back to the future.

Killed Future Cell with relative ease.

He made pieces to Mecha Frieza with his sword.

Killed King Cold without any problems.

Pulled out the Z Sword.

Killed Dabura and Babidi.

In his base state, he spars with Super Saiyan Kid Trunks briefly. While Kid Trunks appears to be marked from the battle and exhausted, Future Trunks showed no sign of exhaustion at all.

As Super Saiyan 2, he's on par with Super Saiyan 3 Goku.

He was toe to toe in a fight with Super Saiyan Rose Black Goku using his Super Saiyan 2.

Survived being stabbed by Black's ki sword.

Learned the Mafuba only by seeing it.

He's maybe stronger than SSBGoku and Vegeta during his Arc in Dragon Ball Super.

Defeated Merged Zamasu.

Toomi: And with the hope of the people in the future, Trunks was able to utilize the people's spiritual energy to create a spirit sword which brought in the end of Zamasu's reign of tyranny.

Megumi: Damn, Trunks seems to be the only one in this show to get shit done.

Toomi: But Trunks isn't really without his flaws. Being born in a post apocalyptic world has left Trunks in a traumatical state of mind, having seen his mother, friends and allies getting killed tends to make him less merciful compared to Goku. Which also takes away his Saiyan's heritage motivation of battle in favour of ending any threat without letting them reach their full potential.

Sachi: And Trunks has lost his fair share of battles, having been beaten by the Androids in both Present and Future, killed by Cell in an alternate timeline and in the present

Megumi: And Trunks was even beaten by Goku Black for an entire year.

Weakness

Unlike the Full-Saiyans (Goku, Vegeta, Bardock, etc), Trunks lacks the Saiyan spirit and is less determined due to having human's side of inheritance

And will start loses his motivations and will to fight as he gets older

He was killed by Cell two times

One was in an alternate timeline.

And the other in the past. Being taken off-guard by Perfect Cell beam.

Possibly without knowing it has ruined several timelines

Ki has limits.

Transformations drain his power. Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan Rage Form are exceptions.

Toomi: But Trunks biggest flaw is his time travel has ended up changing many timelines, changing courses of things that will happen to possibly never happen. Like when Trunks went back to warn Goku of the Androids, it created the appearance of Androids 16, 19 and even Dr. Gero turning himself into an Android which never happened in his timeline along with Cell appearing from another future who time travelled back to absorb the Androids of this timeline.

Sachi: Which really switches things for the better, it's scary when you realise that Goku dying from a heart disease is how things are originally supposed to go but Trunks changed everything.

Megumi: But one things to say, Trunks is one badass sword wielding Saiyan to have ever lived!

Trunks: You hate the fact that you're powerless to stop me. That you're completely outmatched. Well imagine feeling the way do now all the time like the people of this planet do. Fools; how did you think my master Gohan felt when you ganged up on him in the rain and he had no way out? Well now it's your turn, I hope you enjoy it.

Silver travels back in time for a What if Battle

<Cue: Never Had a Dream Come True by S Club 7>

Toomi: Silver was born in Crisis City (technically Soleanna) 200 years in the future, he did state that the future was like this before he was born.

Megumi: So being born from an apocalyptic future, Silver the Hedgehog was sent back in time back by Mephiles to supposedly save his future. To do this, he had to eliminate the Iblis Trigger who unleashed Iblis, the thing causing destruction in his future.

Sachi: This Iblis Trigger was none other than Sonic the Hedgehog, or least, that's what Mephiles said

Toomi: And after finding Sonic, the two confronted in a fight.

Megumi: Now, I know what some of you might be thinking, that Sonic being the strongest Hedgehog means Silver would lose right? Well...turns out, when you got Psychokinesis, Sonic is surprisingly easy to put down.

Toomi: For those who don't know, Psychokinesis is a form of telekinesis Silver have. Using this power, Silver can lift several cars at once and fly. Using items, Silver can also do other things with this ability. Using the Heart of Wind, Silver can teleport short distances using Teleport Dash. And with the Shock Bracelet, Silver can perform the Psychoshock, an attack that stuns enemies and enables him to grab them. But we will get to more of his abilities later.

Megumi: Silver manages to find out Mephiles tricked him to kill Sonic, so that Elise will cry and break the curse and free Iblis so he could bond with Iblis again. Yeah, long story.

Sachi: Well, either way, Mephiles succeeded and manage to transform to Solaris. Being a creature that exists in the past, present and future, it can't just be defeated by someone alone. Enter the Super forms.

Toomi: When Silver harness the power of the seven Chaos Emeralds, he turns into Super Silver. To which he then defeats Solaris, Sonic and Elise traveled back in time and distinguished Solaris when he was just a small flame, which means Sonic 06 never happened and Sonic Rivals their first canon meeting.

Megumi: Wait... if that game never happened, and-

Toomi: Megumi, don't think to hard about it. Trust me.

Megumi: Alright.

Toomi: Silver is a more than capable fighter. And thanks to a relatively unique arsenal of psychic attacks, he was able to catch the heroes and villains of Sonic's regular timeline off guard.

Sachi: Silver can also use standard psychic abilities to create force fields. These are off both electric and fiery design but can keep out projectiles and physical attacks alike. He can also teleport short distances as well, and is relatively quick on his feet. Obviously not quite as fast as a Sonic, Shadow or Infinite, but still faster than most.

Megumi: And like any other Hedgehogs, he is capable of Homing Attacks and Spin Dashes, but he can also levitate naturally, which grants him a much wider scope of the battlefield.

Toomi: Silver can also use the Psycho Smash to shove enemies and items back with a strong telekinetic blast. This can paralyse foes as well, and can be often followed with a stronger attack on the now exposed target. If Silver allows himself to charge the attack properly, he can launch the target great distances.

Megumi: The Psycho Shock. This attack is a pretty badass trick. With the power of the Shock Bracelet, Silver can use his telekinesis to place a hand on the ground, and channel his strength through it. This in turn lets him grip and paralyse enemies in the area. This, again, serves as a move that more sets up a follow through attack. But when those follow up attacks can consist of rag dolling and crushing your foe, I don't think it's too much of an issue.

Toomi: But when the going gets tough, when Silver harness the power of the seven Chaos Emeralds, he turns into Super Silver where his powers increases by a thousand times, granting him near invincibility, Stronger Psychokenisis and can project a shield of PK that halts any and every projectile that has been shot at him, effectively having a strong defense as well as a potential offense should he deal with any ranged fighters

Sachi: Silver possesses incredible level of skills, having fought both Sonic and Shadow to a standstill.

Toomi: He has also defeated Iblis and Ifrit with help, is tied with Jet the Hawk as Sonic's youngest rival, helped to defeat Solaris, saved the future from a sure apocalypse

Megumi: And though he attempted to crush Sonic with a large ball of debris, Sonic tricked him into having it fall on top of him instead and Silver survived without harm.

Feats

Traveled 200 Years Back From the Future as well as can travel back to the Future

Defeated Solaris, w/ help from Sonic and Shadow in their Super forms

Can fly at over mach 2 speeds

With the Teleport Dash, he's had descriptions of being able to briefly fly at light speeds through warping space

Fought both Sonic and Shadow to standstills

Held his own against Enerjak, a being who could sink continents and throw islands for casual sport

Defeated the Ifrit as well as Iblis, both of whom are giant fire monsters who were able to cause significant damage to the planet's surface

With his psychokinesis, he was able to gather large quantities of debris and wreckage and form it all into a massive ball with which he chucked at Sonic in an attempt to mow him down and crush him with it, but he ultimately ended up being the one crushed under all the debris and managed to survive no less

This ball looks to be primarily conposed of rock or concrete, with the metal objects along the outer shell holding the shape together

The estimated value for the total mass of this ball is a bit of a variable, but it's no doubt likely several dozens of tons at minimum with a possible maximum of sonewhere in the thousands of tons, and this thing also kept up with Sonic, so the kinetic energy could yield impressive results

Toomi: And after defeating Enerjak, Silver became one of the field leaders in the Secret Freedom Fighters leading them alongside Sonic

Megumi: You know, the guy who's defeated Sonic, the Freedom Fighters, G.U.N., and the Eggman Empire all at once? Yeah, that guy is OP. Oh, and Silver beat him by himself.

Toomi: Unfortunately, that doesn't all come for free. Silver's psychokinesis still has limits, and as such he can't use it forever.

Sachi: If he grabs too many objects at once, he may have to throw it all in order to pick up new objects.

Megumi: And he says," It's no use!" like so much! Like oh my God, couldn't SEGA give him more lines than that?!

In Archie and even in the Shadow boss fight in Sonic the Hedgehog (2006), his psychokinesis has been able to be broken out of, and it can be assumed anyone with enough will and strength can replicate these feats due to being stronger than Silver's grasp

His powers require rings to remain charged. Otherwise, he'll grow very tired

However, this didn't seem to affect him very much

Exemplified by how he leaves himself open for attack when levitating multiple objects or after throwing them in Sonic Generations

Several power-ups aren't natural abilities of his and he hasn't shown to keep them on person, meaning they could potentially not even be natural forms of equipment

Inexperienced with his Super form, as well as canonically having no knowledge that he can assume the form along with requiring the seven Chaos Eneralds to perform the transformation, which he is practically never seen with

Toomi: Silver also isn't the best close-combat fighter, but his biggest weakness is his naivety. Smarter opponents CAN trick him and his arrogance, while helpful to his psychokinesis, also eliminates most of his ability to create strategies.

Sachi: And plus he is inexperienced with his Super Forms which if he uses it for too long, he can revert back to his base form, though he has the Ring Time to extend his time limit to allow him to fight in his Super Form longer.

Toomi: Our convoluted story begins with the supervillain Mister Sinister who wanted to kill another supervillain named Apocalypse, decided to create his very own ultimate mutant.

Megumi: So he decided to, um... breed the X-Men Scott Summers and Jean Grey. Alright weirdo, I mean, they're already in a relationship.

Sachi: Except with one little problem, by the time Sinister was ready, Jean is kind of dead.

Megumi: But it's not really a problem as Mr. Sinister just cloned Jean, got the new her in bed with Cyclops, and bam! Out popped Nathan Summers, Marvel's ultimate baby!

Toomi: But since this is comic books and all, Jean eventually came back to life which causes Scott to dump her clone, get together with her where the two raised Nate together.

Sachi: But their happy ever after didn't last long when Nate was kidnapped by, ironically, Apocalypse. Apocalypse infected Nate with a techno-organic virus, a liquid metal that converts organic tissue into cold, unfeeling steel.

Toomi: After his mother died trying to sacrifice him, Nathan was infected by Apocalypse with the Techno-Organic Virus, which was set to kill him until his father sent him into the future for treatment.

Megumi: Except there wasn't one, because the future world was ruled by, of course, Apocalypse. So now, poor Nate's got an incurable robot virus, and is stranded in a post-apocalyptic Apocalypse future.

Toomi: It's not all that bad. As the techno-organic virus took over Nathan's body, it enhanced his strength, speed, and endurance. Most notably, he gained a powerful metal arm, and a cybernetic eye that can see in infrared, track objects two miles away, and fire lasers.

Megumi: And if any part of his robo-self is damaged, he can just put it back together

Sachi: Literally rearranging his DNA to do so, which... is impossible. Across the seventy trillion cells in an average human body, there are over two hundred thousand pairs of DNA. But somehow, over the course of a day, Cable could comprehend and manipulate each and every one.

Megumi: Yeah, that's why I said "hardcore". Without that dumb virus dickin' him over, he's lifted a giant metal island into the sky, broke the Silver Surfer's board, and could even move planets.

Jumping out of his time machine, Trunks looks around, his eyes widens in surprise.

Trunks: What?

At the same time, Grovyle looks back and forth in confusion after stepping out of his portal.

Lucina asks herself as she emerges from her portal.

Lucina: What is going on here?

Silver appears out of his portal as he widens his eyes in shock, exclaiming out.

Silver: Wait a second, this isn't the right past I'm supposed to go.

Cable appears next to the group as he stares at his teleporter, raising his eyebrow.

Cable: This just gets weirder and weirder.

All five combatants faces each other as Grovyle spoke out.

Grovyle: I don't have time for this. Stay out of my way.

Lucina: Where's Risen? Have you done anything to him?

Trunks: You guys must be androids! I won't let you stand in my way!

Silver: Trying to stop me? You all are going down.

Cable: The future is at stake here! So move now!

The combatants readies themselves before lunging forward, ready to fight.

Announcer: Fight!

The impact of blows sends every combatant flying back before everyone regained their composure, beginning their battle.

CLANG!!!

Trunks blocks a blow by Grovyle before delivering a kick, sending the Grass Pokemon flying.

WHAM!!!

As Grovyle is sent flying, Lucina jumps down, cutting into Trunks.

SLASH!!!

Then Silver appears behind her, lifting her up with his telekinesis before chucking her far away.

Lucina: WHOOAAAA!!!

As Lucina is sent flying, Cable rushes forward before throwing an uppercut, sending Silver flying up into the air.

BAM!!!

Grovyle then lauches forward, kicking into Cable.

WHAM!!!

Cable grits his teeth as he was sent crashing back first into a car.

CRASH!!!

Grovyle then turns around, watching just as Lucina faces him, saying.

Lucina: I'll cut you like the weed you are.

Grovyle: You are young and rash child. I would not suggest such foolishness.

Lucina then lunges forward, swinging her sword to which Grovyle blocks with his blade.

CLANK!!!

Grovyle unleashes several Bullet Seeds at Lucina who rolls across the floor, dodging the projectiles before pulling out her bow, shooting several arrows at the Leaf Pokemon.

Twip! Twip! Twip!

Grovyle raises up his arms, blocking the projectiles only for a flash of thunder to strike onto him, sending him flying back.

CRACK!!! THOOM!!!

Grovyle pushes himself up, launching a blast of light at Lucina who then activates her shield, blocking the attack before swinging her sword at him.

While both Lucina and Grovyle are locked in battle, behind them, Trunks swings his sword down, only for Cable to raise up his metal arm, blocking the sword, causing it to chip, shocking Trunks.

Trunks: What?

Cable then grabs onto Trunks, slamming him face first onto the ground.

THOOM!!!

With his eyes glowing red, Cable charges up his arm with a powerful surge of energy before throwing a punch, sending Trunks flying.

BAM!!!

At the same time, Silver flies across the air, striking into Trunks several times.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Silver then fires a blast of energy, to which Trunks instantly teleports himself to safety, causing it to hit Lucina instead.

THOOM!!!

Lucina: AAAHHHHH!!!

As Lucina drops onto the floor, Cable fires his gun at Grovyle.

BANG!!!

Grovyle falls back in agony before jumping up, watching as Trunks and Silver joins in the trio.

Grovyle began charging up his Energy Ball while Lucina prepares her thunder magic Arcthunder.

Cable pulls out a large cannon, taking aim as he charges it up while Silver puts his hand out, conjuring a large sphere of energy.

Trunks then moves his hands around swiftly before putting it out, all five combatants charging up a powerful energy attack before opening fire, creating a massive explosion in the process.

KABOOOM!!!

As the dust clear, Lucina lowers her shield as she drops down onto her knee, attempting to heal herself.

Right at that moment, Grovyle jumps out and he lunges forward, prompting Lucina to throw her silver lance at the Pokemon who dodges it.

Lucina raises up her sword, blocking an attack from Grovyle before facing him again.

She then points her sword at Grovyle, preparing for another attack.

However, right at that moment, lunges forward, using Bullet Seed to attacks her with a flurry of slashes before delivering one fatal slash.

SLASH!!!

At that moment, Lucina's head falls onto the floor as Grovyle stood victorious.

KO!

At that moment, Grovyle heard someone shout out.

Silver: It's no use!

Grovyle turns, only for Silver to slam headfirst into him.

BAM!!!

While Silver and Grovlye are locked in battle, Cable and Trunks are exchanging blows amongst themselves.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Trunks throws a punch, striking Cable in the face.

WHAM!!!

Cable retaliates by throwing a downwards punch into Trunks.

WHAM!!!

As Trunks stumbles back, Cable pulls out his gun, firing several shots onto Trunks before throwing a grenade onto him, causing it to explode upon impact.

Trunks: WHOOAAAA!!!

As Trunks is sent flying, Cable dashes forward before jumping up, slamming both feet into Trunks, kicking him into a portal.

<Cue: Doctor Who Theme>

Inside the time wave, The 13th Doctor is piloting her Tardis when right at that moment, Trunks flies past the Tardis, shocking the Doctor in the process.

The Doctor watches Trunks disappear into a portal before questioning out to herself.

The Doctor: What in the blazes is going on?

City, Future

<Cue: Flat Zone Super Smash Bros Melee>

In a city in the far future, the DeLorean DMC-12 time machine is flying in the air when out of the blue, Trunks fell out of the portal, bouncing off the time machine, startling both Doc Brown and Marty Mcfly inside it.

Doc Brown: Great Scott!

Trunks lands on another flying car, pushing himself up before looking around, shocked at the time and place he is in.

Trunks stares at Cable in shock before he exclaims out.

Trunks: Did you just punched me into next week? Like a million next weeks?

Cable: Shows over pal.

Cable lunges forward, pulling up his fist as he prepares to throw a punch.

However, right at that moment, just as Cable is about to hit his target, right at that moment, Trunks raises up his hand, stopping Cable in mid punch.

Pak!

Cable: What?!

Cable stares at Trunks, his eyes widens in shock as Trunks hair began flowing upwards, a golden aura envelops around his body as Trunks lets out a loud scream.

Trunks: HAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!

BUSSSHHHHHHH!!!

Cable barely had time to react, his attention fixed onto the overwhelming aura of his opponent before he felt Trunk's fist collides into his cheek, sending him flying.

BAM!!!

Cable: ARGHHHHHHHHH!!!

Cable screams out in agony as he was sent crashing through several buildings in the process.

At the same time, Batman Beyond and Spider-Man 2099 are hanging by the side of a building when right at that moment, Cable crashes right out of the buidling, slamming into the two.

WHAM!!!

Batman Beyond and Spider-Man 2099: AAAHHHHHHHH!!!

Both Spider-Man 2099 and Batman Beyond screams out in agony as the two were sent tumbling down, crashing onto a car below.

CRASH!!!

Beside them, Samurai Jack stares at them in shock before turning his attention towards Cable, who is pushing himself up.

Shaking his head, Cable looks up, watching as Trunks lowers himself down except this time, he looks different.

This time, Trunks's hair is now golden, his eyes now emerald green and his body now enveloped completely in an overwhelming golden aura.

Trunks has transformed into a Super Saiyan!

Trunks clenches his fist, gritting his teeth as he growls.

Trunks: Now, it's time to finish this!

Cable: Yeah, let's end this!

Cable then grabs onto a car belonging to George Jetson before flinging it onto Trunks, who destroys it with a single ki blast

PIU!!! KABOOM!!!

WHOOSH!!!

Trunks swoops down, closing in just as Cable jumps up, the two preparing to fight.

City, Present

Back in the present, Grovyle swings his claw, slashing right into Silver.

SLASH!!!

Silver drops the leaf Pokemon before looking up, opening a portal.

WHOOM!!!

Using his telekinesis, Silver lifts Grovyle up before swinging his arm out, throwing the Pokemon into the portal before flying after him.

Time Wave

<Cue: Legends of Tomorrow Main Theme>

Flying through the Time Wave is The Waverider where the Time Master Rip Hunter is piloting it.

Right, at that moment, Grovyle bounces off the Waverider, hitting the ship causing it to shake.

CLANK!!!

Rip: Bollocks!

Rip curses as he looks up, watching Silver the Hedgehog fly past before disappearing.

Jungle, Cretaceous era

<Cue: I Want Crazy by Hunter Hayes>

In the Cretaceous era, both Senku Ishigami and Kohaku are running frantically, attempting to excape pursuit from a large purple Tyrannosaurus Rex.

T-Rex: ROOOOARRRRR!!!

The purple Tyrannosaurus Rex halt before it suddenly began to speak.

Megatron: Megatron, Terrorize!

However, before the Tyrannosaurus Rex could undergo his transformation, right at that moment, Grovyle pops out of the portal, crashing into him.

CRASH!!!

The impact of the fall knocks out Megatron though Grovyle pushes himself up to recover.

Grovyle looks, staring at both Senku and Kohaku who then turns away and run, running past a Nethethal named Spear and his Tyrannosaurus Rex associate named Fang , whom the latter simply looks at them.

Grovlye pushes himself up as he watches Silver fly out of the portal.

Silver then points his hand, firing a blast of energy down onto him.

PIU!!!

Grovyle jumps up, dodging the attack though it leaves him open to an attack from behind.

BUSH!!!

Right at that moment, a large Tyrannosaurus Rex pops up from before letting out a loud roar.

Tyrannosaurus Rex: ROOOOARRRRR!!!

Just as the dinosaur began lowering it's jaw down onto Grovyle, the Pokemon reacts by swinging out his claw, instantly slicing it's jaw into half.

SLASH!!!

Tyrannosaurus Rex: GROOOAAAANN...

The dinosaur lets out a final groan before collapsing onto the floor, dead.

As Grovyle lands feet first onto the ground, right at that moment, he suddenly felt himself paralysed on the spot.

Using his paralysis to hold his opponent still, Silver began spinning himself into a ball, homing in onto Grovyle.

Grovyle could only struggle to break himself free from Silver's grasp just as Silver slams into the Pokemon, instantly causing his body to go off in a bloody explosion.

SPLOSH!!!

The head of Grovyle lands in front of Fred Flintstone's house, shocking the caveman as Silver opens up a portal, flying into it before disappearing.

WHOOM!!!

City, Future

Cable activates his shield, barely blocking a punch from Trunks before he pulls out a cannon, opening fire onto the Saiyan.

THOOM!!!

Trunks: ARRGHHHHHH!!!

As Trunks is sent flying from the attack, Cable declares out to him.

Cable: Now, that's an amazing power over there, but what happens if you don't have it anymore?

Cable then began using his telekinesis onto Trunks, the Saiyan gritting his teeth as he heard an overwhelming wave of voices in his mind, urging him to power down.

Trunks: ARGHHHHH!!! Ugn! No!

Trunks grunts as he began switching his form back and forth, attempting to resist Cable's mind tricks.

Cable then pulls out a gun, pointing it at Trunk's head before saying to him.

Cable: Say goodnight punk.

BANG!!!

Right as Cable opens fire, Trunks, puts out his hand, blocking the bullet.

Cable: What?!

Trunks smirks as he unleashes a powerful burst of Super Saiyan aura, sending Cable flying back.

BUSSSHHHH!!!

Cable: YAAAHHHHHH!!!

Cable screams out as he crashes back first onto a mailbox.

CRASH!!!

Pushing himself up, Cable pulls out blaster, only to realise that Trunks is nowhere to be seen.

Cable: What?!

As Cable searches frantically for Trunks, Trunks stood on top of a building, moving his hands around rapidly before pointing them down onto the mutant, screaming out.

Trunks: Hey you!

Cable turns around, his eyes widens in horror as Trunks fires a blast of ki down onto him, forcing Cable to launch himself up into the air, narrowingly dodging the ki blast.

BOOM!!!

As Cable flies up into the air, it was there when Trunks is up above him, holding his sword up high as he swings it down.

SLASH!!!

Cable could only watch in shock, staring at Trunks before he felt his vision began to split. Wait, split?

Cable's entire body splits into two halves before Trunks swings his sword across, cutting into Cable repeatly.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

With Cable now sliced into pieces, Trunks lifts up his hand, charging up a ki blast before pointing it at what remains of his opponent, firing it.

PIU!!! THOOM!!!

With his opponent eliminated, Trunks picks up a time traveling device dropped from Cable before activating it, jumping back into the portal to return back to the present.

WHOOM!!!

As the Phonebooth is travelling though the time wave, both Bill and Ted watches from insides of the machine as both Trunks and Silver flies through the time wave before disappearing into a portal.

WHOOM!!!

Both Bill and Ted stares at each other, their faces filled with shock and awe as they remark out.

Bill: Whoa.

Ted: Cool.

City, 1984

<Cue: Terminator Theme>

In the year 1984, there was a sudden crackling of electricity before it explodes in an explosion of light.

BOOM!!!

As the light slowly fades, what stood in it's place is a tall and muscular naked man.

But that man is not a man, but rather, a Terminator sent from the future to find Sarah Connor.

The Terminator stood before saying

Terminator: Hasta la Vista, Baby.

Right at that moment, there was a flash of lights before Trunks swoops down, slicing the Terminator into two with his sword.

SLASH!!!

Terminator: Fuck you dickwad!

That was all the Terminator could muster before it collapses onto the ground, deactivating upon impact.

Trunks stares down at the now destroyed Terminator before spitting out in disgust.

Trunks: Darned Androids.

<Cue: Sweet Dreams by Eurythmics, Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart>

Right at that moment, a portal opened before Silver jumps out, facing Trunks.

With the other three combatants eliminated, both Trunks and Silver faces each other, the winner could now only be decided between the two.

Trunks: Give me everything you've got

WHOOSH!!!

Both Silver and Trunks closes in onto each other, their fists collides as they each throws a punch.

BAM!!!

Silver uses his telekinesis to lift Trunks into the air before slamming him three times into the ground.

THOOM!!! THOOM!!! THOOM!!!

Silver then lifts up a car before throwing it into Trunks, sending him flying.

CRASH!!!

The car however, instantly splits into two before a ki blast flies across the air, exploding upon hitting Silver.

KABOOM!!!

However, as it turns out, Silver has created a forcefield, protecting him from the ki blast.

Trunks lands on the ground, clenching his fist as he lets out a loud scream.

Trunks: HAAAHHHHH!!!

BUSSSHHHH!!!

Silver: What?!

Silver exclaims out in shock as he stares at Trunks, who is now a Super Saiyan.

Trunks smirks as he asks.

Trunks: Surprised?

Silver however, replied with words Trunks never thought he would hear.

Silver: No. I actually have something similar to that.

Silver then pulls out his Chaos Emeralds, causing them to float around him before his entire body begin engulfing itself in a bright flash of light.

FLASH!!!

Trunks: What the?

Trunks stares in shock as he watches the light slowly dims, revealing Silver the Hedgehog except this time, something is different.

Unlike before, Silver is now engulfed completely in a bright overwhelming golden aura, his silver colored fur now gold in colour.

Silver has transformed into Super Silver!

Althoughs shocked at Silver's sudden transformation, Trunks finds the hedgehog's transformation a little too familiar.

Trunks; Wait, you're a Super Saiyan too?!

Silver raises an eyebrow as he retorts.

Silver: Super Saiyan? What in the world is that?

Trunks points at his hair and he explains.

Trunks: This! This is a Super Saiyan transformation.

Silver: Look, I honestly don't know how you can transform like that without the Chaos Emeralds, but I can assure you I am not a whatever you said I am.

Trunks: Anyway, that's besides the point. Now since we can apparently turn super, why not let's put our power to the test?

Silver: Gladly.

WHOOSH!!!

Silver uses his telekinesis to lift up several debris before sending them hurling towards Trunks.

Trunks draws his sword, slicing through the hail of debris before disappearing .

ZSSST!!!

Trunks then reappears behind Silver before swinging his leg out, delivering a hard kick from behind.

WHAM!!!

As Silver in sent flying, Trunks flies up, preparing to finish Silver off with his sword.

Trunks: You're done!

However, right as Trunks brings his sword down, Silver simply raises up hi arm, blocking the attack.

But his arm didn't just block the attack from the sword, upon impact, the sword shatters, shocking Trunks.

Trunks: What?!

Silver: It's no use!

BAM!!!

Silver throws a hard punch, sending Trunks flying up.

Silver began curling up into a ball, using his homing ability to strike Trunks with a flurry of hits.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Trunks flies back, narowingly dodging a blow from Silver before thrusting his hands out, attacking the Hedgehog with a barrage of ki blasts.

PIU!!! PIU!!! PIU!!!

Silver thrusts his hands out, firing several blasts of energy back at Trunks.

PIU!!! PIU!!! PIU!!!

KABOOM!!! KABOOM!!!

Explosions booms across the air as the two are locked in a battle of energy blasts, neither of them seeming to gain the upper hand.

As Trunks continues to fire more ki blasts, suddenly, something struck him from behind, causing him to scream out in agony.

Trunks: ARGHHHHHH!!!!

The impact sends Trunks falling forward, headfirst into the onslaught of energy blasts.

THOOM!!! THOOM!!!

Trunks: ARGHHHHH!!!

Trunks screams out in agony before falling flat onto the ground.

Silver: It's no use!

Silver then flies forward, attacking Trunks with a flurry of kicks and punches.

WHAM BAM!!! POW!!!

Silver then holds Trunks up with his telekinesis and he throws Trunks through several buildings, smashing him through walls after walls.

CRASH!!! CRASH!!! CRASH!!!

Silver then reappears in front of Trunks, curling into a ball before slamming the Saiyan hard in the gut.

BAM!!!

Trunks: ARGHHHH!!!

Trunks screams out in agony as Silver slams him hard into the ground, creating a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Silver: Take that.

Silver says as he lowers himself down, staring at Trunks who is now down on the ground.

It seems like victory has been secured in Silver's favour.

Though all seems hopeless, Trunks however is not willing to give up.

Silver: Hm?

Silver looks down, watching as Trunks weakly pushes himself up, gritting his teeth as he growls.

Trunks pulls out his damaged sword, pointing it at Silver as he loudly declares out.

Trunks: It doesn't matter who I'm up against! I won't lose!

Trunks unleashing a powerful burst of aura as his sword began glowing blue, surprising Trunks.

Trunks: What?

Trunks stares at the aura around his sword, surprised at the overwhelming power within it, acting similar to the Spirit Bomb, no...more like a Spirit Sword.

Trunks watches as the Spirit Sword began absorbing the energy of several other characters around.

Trunks faces Silver, loudly screaming at the Hedgehog.

Trunks: This time, I'll end this right here!

BUSSSHHHH!!!

Both Trunks and Silver engulfs each other in their own super aura before closing in onto each other, now ready to finish this battle once and for all.

Silver throws a punch, only for Trunks to catch him in midpunch, but something about Trunks seems really different.

Unlike before, Trunks's eyes are now wite, his Super Saiyan aura now glowing with a hint of blue in it.

Trunks has transformed into his Super Saiyan Rage form!

Silver: It's no use!

Silver shouts as he attempts to punch Trunks with his other hand only for the Saiyan to retaliate with a powerful uppercut.

WHAM!!!

Trunks: That's enough!

As Silver in sent flying upwards, Trunks swings his sword across the hedgehog, cutting into him.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

Trunks then thrusts his hand out, launching a powerful blast of ki right into Silver.

THOOM!!!

Silver: ARGHHHHH!!!!

Silver screams out in agony as he falls flat onto the ground.

Trunks lands feet first on the ground, seething in rage as he closes in, his Spirit Sword cutting through the flying debris as Silver attempts to hold foff his assailant with his telekinesis.

Silver: Stay back!

Silver lifts up a huge building and he throws it down on Trunks, slamming into him

Trunks: ARGHHHHH!!!

Trunks screams out in agony as the building crashes down onto him.

CRASH!!!

Silver then began forming a powerful ball of energy before throwing it down, watching as it slams down into the building, seemingly killing Trunks in the process.

THOOM!!!

Panting, Silver lowers himself down as he exhales out in relief.

Silver: Whew. It's over.

Famous last words.

Right at that moment, the ball of energy began lifting up, shocking Silver.

Silver: What?!

<Cue: Circle of Life by LEBO M.>

Silver watches in horror as the massive ball of energy began floating upwards, rising up.

Trunks continues lifting up the ball of energy, smirking as the sphere began go off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

<Cue: Thanks a Billion by Tiffany Alvord, listen from 2:07-2:51>

Silver jumps up, barely dodging the explosion when right at that moment, Trunks pops up from the smoke, flying straight towards him.

WHOOSH!!!

Silver: Huh?

Silver looks down, watching in sheer horror as Trunks brings his Spirit Sword up, letting out a loud bloodcurling scream as he plunges the blade straight into Silver.

SHOK!!!

Silver: ARGHHHH!!!!

Silver screams out in agony, blood splurting from his wound as Trunks brings his sword upwards, slicing Silver groin first into half.

SLURCH!!!

Silver felt his entire body splits into two before Trunks removes his sword, watching just as the hedgehog's entire body went off in a fiery explosion.

KABOOM!!!

As the explosion dies down, Trunks lowers himself onto the ground, exhaling out as he fells the anger disappears within him, everting back into his base form.

The spirit sword slowly disappears as Trunks picks up Cable's teleportation device, activating it to bring himself back to the present.

Present

Back in the present, Trunks puts down the device as a sudden feeling of deja vu suddenly hits him.

Trunks: Hold on a second, those guys...

Trunks remembers Grovyle decapitating Lucina and him killing Silver along with Cable and the others talking about trying to save the past and it suddenly dawns on him.

Trunks: Aw crap baskets, those guys aren't androids! They were living beings trying to change the past as well!

A feeling of guilt overwhelms Trunks as he spoke to himself.

Trunks: What was I thinking? Those guys are like me, they hailed from a doomed future and they came here to prevent that from happening and it seems like I have robbed their own friends and family of that last hope! Stupid!

As Trunks contemplates his guilty act, an idea suddenly struck on him, causing him to exclaim out.

Trunks: Wait, that's it! I'll just use the Dragon Balls to bring them back to life! Guess I'll better get started then.

Trunks then takes off into the air, beginning his search for the Dragon Balls.

Starbucks, 1 hour later

<Cue: Beautiful Day by Jamie Grace>

Seated outside of a Starbucks, Grovyle, Lucina, Silver and Cable sat together as Cable said to Trunks.

Cable: You know kid, thanks for bringing us back to life.

Trunks: It's no problem. I mean it's my mistake on assuming you were Androids. It's only fair I helped you with this world's Dragon Balls.

Silver then adds.

Silver: Dragon Balls huh? It reminds me of some spiky hair guy Sonic fought long ago. You kinda look like him too.

Trunks: Spiky hair huh, interesting.

Trunks sips his coffee as he thinks to himself.

Trunks: Spiky hair? He must be talking about Goku right?

Lucina then asks.

Lucina: Wow, is there something on today? The seats beside us seems packed with people.

Lucina directs the four to the table on the left where Ultraman Zero, Glenfire, Mirror Knight, Jean-Bot and Jean-Nine are playing cards.

She then directs them to the right where Adora, Catra, Bow, Glimmer and Swift Wind are happily chatting over some coffee and pastry.

Cable shrugs as he says.

Cable: No idea. Been receiving news from Deadpool that something big is going to be happening. And we are all going to be a part of it.

Grovyle: What do you think it is going to be?

Lucina then spoke,

Lucina: I do not know, but whatever it is, we will be ready for it. Together.

Everyone nods in agreement as Silver sat back, saying to the four.

Silver: You know, for once, let's try not to worry about the future and just instead enjoy whatever happens now.

Grovyle: Hm?

Silver: I mean we have been so focused on saving the future we sometimes tend to forget the things we could enjoy now, in this time line. So for now, let's just relax for once and do something fun.

Lucina: You know, that's not a bad idea actually.

Cable: That hedgehog's got a point.

Trunks: Then it's settled then. There's a theme park just across the road, anyone wanna go there?

Grovyle: Count me in!

Lucina: Alright!

Silver: Let's do this.

Cable: Why not?

With that, the five began leaving the cafe and making their way towards the theme park.

Prehistoric Earth

At a human village where the early humans are celebrating their victory, swinging the parts of Quikstrike and Inferno as ornaments and instruments, Waspinator sat on his throne that the early humans bestowed upon him, happy at last.

Waspinator: Ah, Waspinator happy at last.

Countryside

At the far countryside, Kara Danvers, Winn, J'onn J'onnz, Lena Luthor and many others cheers out as Alex kisses her newly wed wife, Kelly Olsen.

Unknown cottage

At an unknown part of the world, both Violet Evergarden and Gilbert Bougainvillea are sitting together, smiling as they are happily reunited.

Highway

Driving in a sports car acorss the highway, Amy Bradshaw and Lucy Diamond, the forbidden lovers from different worlds, are happily reunited as they drive away from what used to be their home.

Hell

Inside of Hell, in a room resembling a therapy office, Lucifer listens as a man name Reese spoke to him.

Reese: I don't understand. Every time I go through my hell loop, I keep making the same mistakes.

Lucifer: Well, that's because you're avoiding your guilt, Reese. You need to confront it. You all do.

Reese: I... I don't know. I'm telling you, no matter how hard I try, it feels like I'm destined to make the wrong choice.

Lucifer: Ah. The old "fate versus free will" debate. My favorite. But you see, fate is just a result of the choices that you make.

Reese: Hmmm.

Reese ponders for a moment before asking Lucifer

Reese: Do you really think it's possible to change?

Lucifer: Of course. I mean, look at me. For millennia, I was down here, stuck in my own hell loop of sorts, thinking I deserved to be in charge of people's punishment. And then even when I left, I found myself in a cycle of selfishness and violence, debauchery, s*x... Yeah, I mean, clearly it wasn't all bad, but the point is that with the right guidance and the right help, I was able to change, to grow. To... find true meaning in life.

Reese: I wish I could just... take it all back. Everything that I did on Earth.

Lucifer nods empathetically,

Lucifer: I hear you. I felt that way too. I wished I could do everything differently, but then, I wouldn't be the devil I am right now, sitting across from you, right here, would I?

Reese shakes his head, saying to the Devil.

Reese: I don't know. Maybe I'm just a lost cause.

Lucifer: Nonsense, Reese. And certainly not on my watch. Because if the devil can be redeemed, then anyone can.

Vincent Le Mac then leans in to Reese, offering him.

Vincent: And if you can't, uh, I can just shoot you in the face. Put you out of your misery, no? Huh?

Lucifer: No, Vincent. Nobody will be shooting anyone in the face. Clearly, you're going to need a little more time.

Vincent simply shrugs just as there was a knock on the door, prompting Lucifer to exclaim out.

Lucifer: Ah! That'll be the donuts.

As Lucifer walks to the door, he adds to Vincent.

Lucifer: And the pastries for you Vincent.

Vincent: Ah, c'est bon.

Lucifer opens the door, his face switches to that of shock as he stares at a face he has not seen in years.

Lucifer: Hello Detective.

Lucifer greets as he stares back at his wife, Chloe Decker.

Chloe smiles as she says to him.

Chloe: I thought you could use a partner.

Lucifer and Chloe smiles as Chloe walks into the room before the two began planting each other in a kiss, finally reunited in the afterworld.

Unknown location

Hanging around a rocky area, Grovyle, Lucina, Trunks, Silver and Cable stares down from the top as Cable asks everyone.

Cable: Alright, who's ready?

Lucina: Ready as we will ever be.

Lucina spoke as the the five stares down at a large colosseum below them.

Whatever it may be, the five are determined to put an end to this and survive.

Megumi: Damn, fights like these never cease to amaze me.

Toomi: This certainly was one interesting match to say as every combatant has a power to counter each others ability but sad to say, one wasn't so lucky.

Sachi: Let's start with the weakest among them. Lucina's skills with her sword is certainly great that she can go toe to toe against Grovyle, Cable or Trunks in mere hand to hand combat alone but power wise, she gets completely dominated by everyone else.

Megumi: I mean literally everyone else has went toe to toe and defeated enemies that could blow up a planet, Lucina has never done anything like that, much less display any planet busting feats.

Toomi: Which covers her up but now let's talk about Grovyle. While Grovyle being able to take on Dialgia is pretty impressive to say the least, in terms of speed and strength, he is completely outmatched by Silver.

Sachi: Silver though is not as fast as Sonic, is shown to be able to keep up with him, soemthing that possesses speed that Grovyle has shown nothing like that in his game

Megumi: And though Cable's technology, techno-virus and mutant poweress is more than capable of dealing with Trunks' Saiyan abilities, and his telekinesis is powerful enough to potentially kill Trunks, that is really nothing compared to his Super Saiyan transformation.

Toomi: While Cable's feats of moving planets is impressive enough to match a planetary powers of a Super Saiyan, Trunks has dealt with lots of enemies that threatens not just a plentat, but whole universes as well.

Toomi: Even if you want to bring up the Silver Surfer battle, take note that Cable has never actually defeated Silver Surfer in battle, especially when Silver Surfer went all out, Cable was defeated in the end

Sachi: Which just leaves us with our final two combatants , Trunks and Silver.

Toomi: Though Trunks' Super Saiyan form is impressive, it does not have the same kind of durability Silver's Super Form having, with Trunks having been beaten by beings weaker than Enerjak and Solaris.

Megumi: Except Trunks has something that Silver is not immune to, The Spirit Sword.

Sachi: With it's power to cut down a being that can trenscend time and space itself, Trunks actually holds the power to kill reality warpers, especially since Silver actually needed help to defeat Solaris who Silver could not even beat on his own.

Toomi: SO in the end, having dominated everyone through strength, power, spirit and transformation, Trunks has what it takes to defeat the four other time travellers to secure himself the victory of this fight.

Megumi: Looks like this was one battle done in a nick of time.

Toomi: Alright, since it's the last day of the year, you guys know the drill.

Sachi: Alright, our usual routine of announcing the winner together.

Megumi: Let's go!

Toomi: Alright. Now on a count of three. 1...2...3...

Sachi: Though we were unable to complete our original plan to finish the book this year, the good news is that we are extending the ending to next year to finish the last 68 fights.

Megumi: But I gotta say, 2021 sure is one crazy year to say.

Toomi: Indeed Megumi, the 6th Jan riot, Covid-19, the Asian Hate Crime, Climate Change, the Israel and Palestine conflict, the Taliban take over, and the Death of Chris Ayers, nothing seems really positive this year.

Sachi: But I am willing to hope that 2022 will be better.

Megumi: Really wonder how are you so optimistic though? I'm willing to bet money that 2022 will be worse.

Sachi: It's always better to look at the optimistic side of things. At least the Covid-19 situation is way better than last year.

Megumi: Good point.
