Megumi: And these two Princes are such good examples.

Toomi: Such as Thor, the God of Thunder,

Megumi: And Vegeta, the Prince of all Saiyans, she's Sachi-san, Toomi-san and I'm Megumi-san

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armour and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Thor Ragnaroks into What if Battles

<Cue: Thunder by Imagine Dragons>

Toomi: Thor is known to be the Norse God associated with thunder, lightning, storms, oak trees, strength, the protection of mankind and also hallowing and fertility.

Megumi: And all of that sure makes Thor badass enough to have a comic of his own.

Singer: Cross rainbow bridge of Asgard,

                Where the booming Heavens roar,

                You'll behold in breathless wonder,

                The God of Thunder, Mighty Thor!

Megumi: Truly badass.

Sachi: Thor Odinson is born to Odin and is next in line to be the King of Asgard, which is weird considering how Thor has older brothers like Tyr and Baldur who are somehow not next in line.

Toomi: But due to his arrogance, Odin banished Thor from Asgard down onto Earth, or Midgard as the Norse Gods calls it.

Sachi:  But after learning humility while falling in love with a woman named Jane Foster, Thor regains his godhood and resolves to defend the Nine Realms.

Megumi: And what's the best way to do it? Why joining the Avengers of course?

Toomi: As an Asgardian, Thor possesses superhuman physical attributes such as strength, stamina, speed, durability, and reflexes, and he is an extremely powerful combatant.

Sachi: He is also highly skilled in hand to hand combat with some magical knowledge that includes divine weather manipulation, illusion casting, and power of prayer.

Megumi: But most of it comes his very source of power, Mjonir, which is a really small hammer. I don't get it, how in the world is something so small capable of doing any...

Megumi: Holy shit!

Toomi: Mjonir is an Asgardian weapon that Odin created from Uru and forged in a dying star, the very energies that created it potent enough to destroy a planet. Odin was its original holder before he passed to Thor once he proved himself worthy of his name to wield the weapon.

Sachi: Very few besides Thor can  lift and use it effectively, greatly increasing the user's physical attributes to godly statures while conjuring battle armor and the ability to fly.

Megumi: Furthermore, as a projectile weapon, Mjolnir returns to it's master's hand when beckoned. Mjolnir also enables Thor to control the weather and lightning, allowing him to absorb any energy and return it 100 fold.

Frigga: Oh, sometimes it takes a second.

Megumi: He is also fast enough to take down the likes of Quicksilver, who is faster than the speed of light. And he threw Mjonir across the Milky way and it came back in a minute.

Sachi: Just to note, Milky Way is about 588 Quadrillion miles, and Earth is about halfway between the edge and the centre of the Milky Way, meaning that the farthest reaches of the galaxy, reaches from Earth would be 75 percent of the Milky Way, or 441 Quadrillion Miles.

Toomi: Not to mention, Mjonir travelled twice that distance, leaving us to conclude that Mjonir has travelled 882 quadrillion miles in a single minute. 

Megumi: Damn! And did I mention that Thor has also once lifted the Midgard Serpent which is by the way, a whole lot larger than Earth itself!

Toomi: And if you think that's crazy, wait until you hear about the time he killed Glory, an entity with the power of 10 000 Dark Gods. Which is almost equivalent to several different Pantheons rolled into one.

Megumi: Which is stupid when Thor literally likes throwing it. Oh and contary to popular beliefs, Mjonir is not indestructible.

Since Odin controls the Odin-Force: Odin can easily take away his power.

Megumi: But when Thor brings the hammer down, you better stay clear for you do not mess with the son of Odin.

Thor: Here me Galactus, I am Thor the Thunderer! Son of Odin, Prince of Asgard! But today, above all things, I am an Avenger, and this world is under my protection!

Vegeta Final Flashes into What if Battles

Toomi: Born to the royal Saiyan family on the planet Vegeta, Vegeta is the eldest son to King Vegeta and is destined to be the next ruler of the planet.

Megumi: Until a certain space Napoleon Hitler by the name of Frieza arrived and destroy Vegeta.

Sachi: Wait. The son, the planet or the King?

Megumi: Yes.

Toomi: So after Frieza destroyed the planet, the remaining Saiyans who were not present during the destruction were living with the thinking that the planet was destroyed by an asteroid while serving under his whim.

Sachi: Until Vegeta went to Earth and met a Saiyan called Goku who then became his rival and then best friend.

Megumi: And then Vegeta then married Bulma, had a son and daughter and he then became one of the most prominent Z Fighters, defending the Universe from evil threats.

Toomi: Being a Saiyan, Vegeta possesses incredible strength, great martial arts skills, flight, durability, the ability to fire Ki Blast and a zenkai booster, which makes him stronger from recovering from injuries.

Megumi: He also has many moves such as the Galick Gun, the Big Bang attack and his most powerful move of all, the Final Flash.

Sachi: And though Vegeta is powerful with those moves, he has something to bring his power up even further. Behold, the Super Saiyan transformation.

Toomi: It actually does more than change Vegeta's hair colour, as a Super Saiyan, Vegeta's strength and power increases even further, enabling him to go toe to toe with Solar System to Galaxy level foes.

Sachi: But the Super Saiyan transformation isn't Vegeta's only transformation, over the years, he has achieved the ability to transform into a Super Saiyan 2, the Super Saiyan God, the Super Saiyan Blue and finally, Evolution Blue.

Sachi: And when the Hydrobolic Time Chamber got destroyed, Vegeta resisted it's very destruction without any difficulties.

Toomi: And just to note, according to Dragon Ball's lore, the Hydrobolic Time Chamber is actually the same size as the planet Earth itself, meaning Vegeta literally withstood the destruction of the entire planet head on.

Killed Nappa with a single attack.

Stated that he was going to turn Goku and Earth in to ashes with his Galick Gun, but Goku stopped him using his Kamehameha.

Sachi: And the best part is when Vegeta defeated Toppo, a warrior from the 11th Universe who is a candidate of a God of Destruction.

Megumi: Holy shit! It's even way absurb knowing his Final Explosion withstood a Hakai, an attack that literally erases anything from existance.

Toomi: However, despite his feats, Vegeta is sadly one of the most flawed character in the entire series.

Sachi: Indeed, his ego and arrogance has gotten the better of him in many occasions, leaving him to be overpowered by way stronger opponents.

Megumi: And you remembered his Super Saiyan transformations and wonder why we never mention a third? Well, it's because Vegeta just can't turn Super Saiyan 3 for some odd reasons.

Trunks: Use your Super Saiyan Three like Goku did.

Only has so much stamina and ki at once. After a while of intense battling, Vegeta will get too tired to fight.

Killed by Frieza twice.

Cannot turn Super Saiyan 3

Killed himself in a failed attempt to kill Buu. His technique Final Explosion was basically a self-destruction technique. Although this attack doesn't kill him anymore, it still drains him of all of his energy.

Lost to Goku, Android 18, Cell, Beerus, Arale, Jiren and Broly.

Toomi: And though his Final Explosion is his most powerful technique, it is also a self-destruction technique which originally killed him in a failed attempt to defeat Buu. But luckily for him, it doesn't kill him anymore but still drains him of all his energy

Sachi: And like any other Saiyans, Vegeta is very vulnerable to losing stamina in battle as well

Megumi: But after what happens to everybody who crosses Vegeta, you definitely don't mess with the Prince of the Saiyans.

Vegeta: And I'm the real thing, the Almighty Prince Vegeta!

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Up in the azure blue sky, Thor Odinson flies up into the air, looking left and right across the cloud filled sky.

Thor: Hm. Dost thou better take thee time to practice thee hammer?

Thor questions himself as he spins Mjonir around, turning around before flinging his weapon across the air, watching it fly at a blurring speed.

WHOOSH!!!

As Mjonir is flying across the sky, right at that moment, a figure suddenly pops right out of nowhere.

ZZNT!!!

Floating in thin air stood a short figure cladded in a blue bodysuit and a white body armour, his raven black spiky hair standing long and straight.

He is Vegeta, the Prince of the Saiyans.

As Vegeta is just folding his arms, right at that exact moment, Mjonir slams him hard in the back of the head, causing him to scream out in agony.

BANG!!!

Vegeta: ARGHHHHH!!!

Angered by the attack, Vegeta turns around, watching just as Thor raises up his hand, catching Mjonir right back into his palm.

Vegeta: How dare you?! You dare strike the great Vegeta!

Thor: I apologize for thee error noble one.

Thor said to Vegeta apologetically, only to receive a scoff from the latter.

Vegeta: Ha! No point apologizing to me. If you truly are sorry, I suggest you bow to me.

Thor: Thor bows to no one!

CRACK!!! THOOM!!!

Thunder crackles from the sky just as Vegeta raises up his hands, screaming back in anger.

Vegeta: In that case come fight me! I won't hold back!

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: Sunshine Girl by Apink>

WHOOSH!!!

Both Thor and Vegeta flies across the air, their fist colliding just as the two throws a punch.

BAM!!!

A powerful shockwave booms across the sky, pushing away the clouds just as Thor slams his elbow forward, striking into Vegeta.

BAM!!!

Vegeta: ARGHHHHH!!!

Vegeta turns around, swerving his body back just as Thor swings Mjonir across, throwing his feet upwards.

As Thor shifts his head back to dodge the attack, Vegeta swings his feet downwards, striking into Thor.

WHAM!!!

Vegeta: Take this!

Vegeta flies forward, throwing multiple punches right into Thor's torso.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

As Thor stumbles back, Vegeta lunges forward, slamming his elbow into the God of Thunder.

BAM!!!

Vegeta thrusts his arms out, sending a powerful ki blast right at Thor.

PIUUUU!!!

However, right at that moment, Thor throws Mjonir across the sky, watching just as Mjonir clashes right into the Ki blast.

To Vegeta's horror, the hammer flies right through the Ki blast, heading right towards him.

Vegeta: What?!

Before Vegeta could even react, the tip of Mjonir slams the Prince square in the cheek, sending him flying across the air.

WHAM!!!

As Vegeta wipes the blood from his mouth, Mjonir swerves around, flying back before striking Vegeta again in the back of his head.

WHAM!!!

Vegeta: ARGHHHHH!!!

WHOOSH!!!

Thor grabs onto Mjonir, flying forward before grabbing onto Vegeta, lifting the Saiyan up into the air before throwing his down from the sky.

As Vegeta is sent tumbling down from the sky, Thor dives down in pursuit.

White snowy ground

In the white snowy forest, the peaceful tranquility of the ice cold area is interrupted by the sound of an explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Pushing himself from the ground, Vegeta glowers in fury as he screams out.

Vegeta: Why that disrespectful little brat! HAAAHHHHHHH!!!

A bright golden aura glows around Vegeta's body as his irises flashes from black to green, his hair turning from raven black to golden yellow.

WHOOSH!!!

Vegeta has transformed into a Super Saiyan!

Right as Thor flies down from the sky, at that exact moment, Vegeta dives forward, throwing a kick square into the Thunder God's torso.

BAM!!!

Thor: URAGHHHH!!!

Thor screams out in agony, crashing backfirst through the array of trees.

CRASH!!!

WHOOSH!!!

Vegeta flies across the air, flying at what seems to be the speed of a freighter train just as Thor stood up, raising up Mjonir just as Vegeta throws a punch, narrowingly blocking the blow.

THOOM!!!

Thor swings Mjonir upwards, striking into Vegeta.

WHAM!!!

Vegeta backflips across the snowy floor before lunging forward, the two Princes exchanging blows across the forest.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Vegeta raises up his arms, blocking just as Thor swings Mjonir across, striking right into him.

WHAM!!!

Vegeta then throws an upward punch, striking Thor square in the cheek.

WHAM!!!

CRACK!!! THOOM!!!

Thunder cracks from the sky just as Thor swings Mjonir down onto Vegeta, sending a powerful blast of lightning down onto him.

CRACK!!! THOOM!!!

Vegeta: ARGHHHHHH!!!

Thor: Feel Heaven's Wrath!

Thor points Mjonir at Vegeta, sending a powerful blast of lightnign right at him.

BZZZSSTTTT!!!

At that exact moment, Vegeta's eyes began glowing blue before he lets out a loud scream, causing the thunder to go off in a massive explosion.

Vegeta: HHHAAAAHHHH!!!

BOOM!!!

Thor: By Odin's Mustache!

Thor exclaims out as he watches Vegeta's entire aura switches from golden to blue, his hair now in a shade of a light blue colour.

Vegeta has transformed into a Super Saiyan Blue!

Vegeta points a thumb at himself, smirking as he questions Thor.

Vegeta: Well? What do you think? This is power of the Gods?

Thor: What does thou mean? Thou merely changed his hair colour.

Vegeta: Oh if that's what you think then you are truly in a world of pain.

WHOOSH!!!

Thor jumps back just as Vegeta throws a punch, forcing him to swing his knee upwards, striking him in the chest.

BAM!!!

However, Vegeta's mouth twists into a smirk as he throws his arm out, striking Thor in the torso.

BAM!!!

Thor: HUARGHHHH!!!

Thor coughs out in agony, feeling a devastating blow ring across his body.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Vegeta strikes at Thor repeatly before grabbing him by the cape, throwing Thor across the air.

Vegeta: Drop dead!

Thor: YAHHHHHH!!!

As Thor is sent flying through the air, Vegeta points his hand at him and he screams out.

Vegeta: Big Bang attack!

THOOM!!!

Vegeta fires a powerful ki blast right at Thor, causing the Thunder God to go off in a fiery explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Vegeta stood back, folding his arms as he cackles out maliciously.

Vegeta: Wah ha ha ha! What do you think maggot? This is the true power of the Gods.

Thor: I say thee nay!

Vegeta: What?!

Before Vegeta could even react, something flies out of the smoke at a blurring speed, slamming Vegeta square in the face.

THOOM!!!

Vegeta: YAHHHHH!!!

Vegeta screams out in agony, falling down into the snow.

As Vegeta wipes the blood from his nose, Thor catches Mjonir with his palm, staring down at Vegeta as he says.

Thor: You lie mortal. Such power is nothing compared to the likes of the Highfather.

Vegeta: That's not even my full power.

Vegeta pushes himself up, gritting his teeth as he screams out.

Vegeta: You have truly pushed me! Now you shall feel my true power! YAAHHHH!!!

BUUSHHHHH!!!

Thor: By Asgard!

Thor exclaims as he his eyes widens, watching just as Vegeta's muscles began growing, his hari switching into a darker shade of hue. 

Thor takes a step back, clutching Mjonir tightly as he could feel the overpowering power of Vegeta.

Vegeta has transformed into his Evolution Blue transformation!

Vegeta: Now you will know the true limit of my power!

WHOOSH!!!

Just as Vegeta lunges forward, Thor lets out a loud scream, causing a powerful surge of lightning to crackle around him.

CRACK!!! THOOM!!!

Now engulfed in his Warrior's Madness, Thor flies up into the air, speeding right towards Vegeta.

Both Thor and Vegeta clashes right into each other, causing a massive explosion across the radius.

THOOM!!!

BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!!

The ground shook and the trees falls as both Thor and Vegeta throws blow after blow, neither warriors willing to give their opponent the upper hand.

BAM!!!

Vegeta throws a powerful punch right into Thor's cheek.

THOOM!!!

Thor throws a powerful punch right into Vegeta's cheek.

BAM!!!

Vegeta slams his elbow into Thor's nose.

THOOM!!!

Thor swings Mjonir upwards, striking Vegeta under the chin.

PIU!!! BOOM!!!

Vegeta fires a ki blast right at Thor.

CRACK!!! THOOM!!!

Thor fires a blast of lightning onto Vegeta.

Thor: This ends here!

Thor roars out as he raises Mjonir upwards, preparing to finish Vegeta off.

However, right as Thor swings Mjonir downwards, Vegeta thrusts his arm out, catching Thor right in the wrist.

Grip!

Thor: Huh?!

Vegeta: Yes. This ends here!

WHAM!!!

Vegeta throws a single powerful punch, sending Thor flying into the sky.

Vegeta: Take this! YAAHHHHHH!!!

Vegeta thrusts his arms out, letting out a loud scream as his entire body began emitting a powerful sphere of energy.

WHOOOM!!!

Thor halts in midair before looking down, his eyes widens in horror just as Vegeta thrusts his arms out, causing the entire radius to go off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Thor: YAAHHHHHHHHH!!!

Thor screams out in agony, feeling the powerful magnitude of the blast striking right through his body, causing his entire body to explode.

KABOOM!!!

As the dust clears, Vegeta pushes himself out of the snow, his bare body exposed from the damage the Final Explosion had done to his clothes.

Vegeta: Is...is it over?

Vegeta questions himself.

As if to answer his question, something bursts from the snow, causing Vegeta to widen his eyes in shock.

Vegeta: What?!

Vegeta felt his jaws drop, watching just as Thor weakly pushes himself out of the crater, his clothes and armour torn from the explosion.

Thor: Such...such power. Never...doust thou expect to be...injured like this...but...

Thor raises his arm up, lifting Mjonir over his head before declaring out.

Thor: Thor does not give up!

WHOOSH!!!

Thor throws Mjonir across, prompting Vegeta to drop down onto the floor, narrowingly dodging the projectile.

As Mjonir is sent flying from the distance, Vegeta pushes himself up, clenching his fist as he grunts out, causing his entire body to emit a dark blue aura.

WHOOSH!!!

Vegeta has transformed back into his Evolution Blue transformation!

Thor: What?!

Vegeta: Not this time!

WHOOSH!!!

Vegeta swoops across the air, throwing a single punch right into Thor's cheek.

WHAM!!!

Thor: ARGHHHHH!!!

As Thor drops face down into the snow, Vegeta stood over him, laughing out.

Vegeta: Ha! What's wrong? Where is that Godly power you were showing me? 

Vegeta then points his palm down onto Thor, a small sphere of ki formulating within his palm as he says.

Vegeta: It's over.

Thor: I say...

Before Vegeta could react, Thor pushes himself off the ground, throwing a downward punch right into Vegeta as he concludes his sentence.

Thor: THEE NAY!!!

CRACK!!!

Vegeta: ARGHHHHH!!!

Vegeta screams out as he falls into the snow, pushing himself up just as Thor puts out his hand.

As if on cue, Mjonir swoops swiftly across the air, landing right into the palms of Thor.

CRACK!!! THOOM!!!

With Mjonir back in his hand, Thor's entire body crackles in lightning as he stood facing Vegeta, now back in full strength.

Vegeta: I will teach you the true power of the Saiyan no amount of training will prepare you for!

Vegeta puts his palms together, screaming out.

Vegeta: FINAL FLASH!!!

THOOM!!!

Vegeta fires a powerful blast of ki right at Thor, prompting the God of Thunder to fire a powerful blast of lighting at the Final Flash, screaming out.

Thor: Never shall the God of Thunder relent!

CRACK!!! THOOM!!!

Both powerful blasts strikes into each other, the sheer impact of the collision causing the entire area to go off in a fiery explosion, sending Vegeta flying back.

KABOOM!!!

Vegeta: YAAHHHH!!!

As Vegeta halts in the air, right at that moment, a flash of lightning flies across the air, striking right into the Prince of the Saiyans.

CRACK!!! THOOM!!!

Vegeta: ARGHHHHHHH!!!

Vegeta lets out a scream of agony as his entire body twists and convulves, going out in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

As the dust clears, Thor stood over the melting and crumbling white forest, declaring out.

Thor: The Odin son triumphs!

KO!

Megumi: Wait what?! I swear I thought this is gonna be an easy win for Vegeta.

Toomi: Franky, many people who don't read any Thor comics would think that but surprisingly, this is one really close match.

Sachi: As promised, we have a really good explanation to it.

Toomi: Now, Vegeta certainly is fast, being able to react against light speed ki blasts and movements from more recent combatants who are way faster than Goku at the time he crossed Snake Way, but let's not forget that Thor has also reacted against the likes of Quicksilver and Mjonir itself has flown across the Milky Way in less than a minute, meaning that in terms of speed, both Vegeta and Thor are surprisingly evenly matched in that category.

Sachi: And as for power, Vegeta is certainly powerful enough to defeat the likes of Toppo and even go toe to toe with Beerus, Thor fought against enemies of a whole different level.

Megumi: Let's not forget that the Skyfathers in Marvel are multiversal level and possibly higher, meaning in both Dragon Ball and Marvel terms, Skyfathers are Marvel's equivalent to the Gods of Destruction and Thor fought Glory who is literally 10 000 Gods of those level!

Toomi: And to top it off, Vegeta though has been considered to be Goku's second, is surprisingly not even comparable to him, especially since he lost against Jiren who is comparable against Goku in his Ultra Instinct form.

Sachi: And though Thor certainly cannot achieve Ultra Instinct, his Odinforce power alone is more than enough for him to match against Phoenix Force and even a hungry Galactus, with these two possessing destructive capabilities that can potentially wipe out the multiverse.

Megumi: And knowing how big the Marvel's multiverse is compared to Dragon Ball's one, yeah, Ultra Instinct or even the Hakai is nowhere comparable to those kind of power

Toomi: But do not forget that Vegeta has also trained all his life, with his recent training involves lifting over billions of kilograms and even undergoing training through gravity many times of Earth, while Thor also trained since he was a boy, learning through sparring sessions and even his battles against many of the villains in the Marvel universe.

Sachi: And that does put Vegeta and Thor really really close in terms of combat.

Megumi: But luckily for Vegeta, he doesn't possess the one weakness that Thor has, a reliance for a power source.

Toomi: Since many of Thor's powers comes from Mjonir itself, there has been occasions where Thor has been reduced to a mortal without it which does put him at a really big disadvantage against stronger opponents.

Sachi: However, in the really crappy Jason Aaron stories, Unworthy Thor has been shown to go toe to toe with Gorr the God Butcher, with their battles even mentioned to be shaking the planets around them which does prove that even without the hammer, Thor is still a really decent fighter.

Toomi: And the biggest game changer is their level power. Now, considering how Vegeta has managed to harm the likes of Beerus and Jiren, held his own against the physically stronger Broly and even bested Toppo, it does proves that Vegeta is certainly at a level with the Gods.

Sachi: More like Herald level, Thor while is considered to be a herald tier warrior, has dealt against the like of Glory, Galactus, the Phoenix Force, and even Zelia, who possesses far greater powers than Odin himself, meaning that Thor actually scales above his own power and even to Celestial level beings.

Toomi: And since Celestials are powerful enough to influence the events happening in Marvel, create life and destroy Multiverses, and comparing it to the Gods of Destructions destroying  Universes, we can conclude that in terms of scaling, Thor really takes this by the long run.

Sachi: I agree, their level of power is not even close.

Toomi: Possessing even greater power over Vegeta, this is what makes Thor the true victor of this battle

Megumi: Looks like Thor just Rune-d Vegeta's life. That's not Norse!

Sachi: The winner is Thor

Thor: Surely they shall write songs about such a battle!
