Toomi: When it come to power and ability, these two lady's are near top of their world

Megumi: And plus they're pretty sexy too. She's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi.

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Tatsumaki Twists into What if Battles

<Cue: Rocking Doll by Rocking Doll>

Toomi: In a world filled with monsters and villains which threaten the survival of humanity on a daily basis, it's a stroke of luck that mankind has its fair share of saviors in the form of superheroes.

Megumi:  And some of these heroes are so powerful, they can crush all the baddies without even laying a finger on em'.

Sachi: These are espers, superhumans who possess powerful psychic abilities with one of them being a girl named Tatsumaki.

Tatsumaki: Runt?! How dare you?!

Toomi: Tatsumaki's psychic abilities were extraordinary, even at a young age. So much so, she was taken from her family to be detained and studied at a research facility. She was seven years old.

Megumi: So, not the best childhood, obviously. Lucky for her, she got out thanks to a surprise rescue by some Superman copycat named Blast.

Sachi:  Blast's rescue changed Tatsumaki's life forever, and he left her with one very important lesson: "When the time comes, don't expect someone to save you".

Megumi: That's kinda harsh. He is supposed to be a superhero, right?

Toomi: Whether it be she was inspired by his heroism or torn by his contradiction, Tatsumaki decided to take up hero work for herself. Thus, she took up the mantle, "Tornado of Terror".

Megumi: Yeah, I know what you're thinking, "Doesn't that sound more like a supervillain name?" And you might mistake her for one too, 'cause she's... kind of a brat.

Sachi: Well, she is the best at what she does and she knows it. So, she often seems arrogant and rude. With her psychokinesis, she often floats above her opponents, looking down on them literally and figuratively.

Toomi: Being the second-ranked S-Class hero, Tatsumaki is phenomenally powerful. She is one of the most powerful heroes and the most powerful espers alive. Fubuki describes her as a monster much like Sweet Mask, who himself chooses not to advance from A-Class to S-Class to not allow weaklings to rank up.

Megumi:  Her favorite thing to do is throw rocks at people. Big rocks, small rocks, rocks from outer space, doesn't matter. If it's vaguely rock-shaped, it's flyin' at ya. But she doesn't discriminate; she's also fine throwing other things like trains, schools, people, even a giant octopus.

Sachi: Not only that, but she can alter the direction of gravity, create town-spanning barriers, twist up a human body, cause magnitude 8 level earthquakes, and spin up enormous whirlwinds. Fitting for her namesake.

Toomi: Anyway, manipulating objects and organisms is only part of her skillset. Tatsumaki's power truly shines when it comes to precision. She even has some level of control over a person's chi, or, as it's known in traditional Chinese culture, vital life force. If she can overpower her opponent, she can use their own chi to disable or even kill them.

Megumi: Against other espers, Lady Tornado can block their psychic-ness whenever she wants, so long as they're a weaker esper than her, which basically means everyone. One-Punch Man, meet the One-Thought Woman

Sachi: She's also very fast too. Capable of reacting against the bombardment from Boros' ship and even repel the exploding shurikens from Speed-o'-Sound Sonic with ease.

Megumi: Hell, she even killed a dinosaur by bringing down a meteor on it.

Toomi: While that move is non-canon to the original source, there are canon sources to support the anime feat. There was one time she lifted an underground hideout into the air.

Sachi: Now, Tatsumaki is psychokinetically lifting the entire hideout, which was previously stated to reach over fifteen hundred meters deep. As for the city, the world of One-Punch Man is based on real-life locations in Tokyo. So at the very least, we could compare Z-City to a smaller district like Ginza, which consists of about two hundred fifteen acres. With the size of an average building in that district in mind, and thus scaling the building to the hideout and then to Ginza, we found that Tatsumaki must be lifting over three billion tons of rock.

Toomi: She's tough enough to survive an attack that's 300 times the Earth's gravity, which probably explains why she could push through crazy g-forces while flying and fighting against the One-Punch Man himself: Saitama. By looking at the distance they flew in such a short timeframe, they were likely moving more than 36 times the speed of sound.

Megumi: Which is awesome, but she still didn't win the fight.

Toomi: It was actually a rather humbling experience for her, finally realizing that perhaps she isn't the most powerful person alive.

Sachi: I mean, all espers have limits, including Tatsumaki. Their psychic power drains them of energy, so they can get worn out to a point where they can't do their psycho magic for a while.

Megumi: And she hates being called a brat.

Sachi: And should an esper like Tatsumaki suffer a serious head injury, their powers become more difficult to use.

Megumi: Yet at the end of the day, the idea that anyone could even hope to match the Tornado of Terror's pure psychic power seems laughable.

Tatsumaki: You disgust me. Get lost!

Merlin Infinites into What if Battles

Toomi: Merlin was born in Belialuin, the capital of the wizards, which remained neutral in the conflict between the Goddess Clan and the Demon Clan.

Megumi: As a miraculous child born with infinite magic, the news soon spread in the realms of the goddesses and the demons and both parties tried to put the girl on their side to tip the balance of the war in their favor.

Sachi: The people of Belialuin opposed this, claiming that both the girl and her power were their property. However, against the wishes of her people, Merlin decided to negotiate with the gods of both clans, the Supreme Deity and the Demon King, and said she would follow the one who gave her the best blessing.

Toomi: The Demon King gave her all the knowledge of the dark secret arts of Demon Realm and made her immune to the brainwashing and possession abilities of the goddesses while the Supreme Deity gave her protection against dark curses and Commandments

Megumi: But Merlin somehow managed to deceive both gods to renege on them by accepting both blessings to which pissed the two gods off to the point they cursed Belialuin with fog and death for a thousand days and destroying it with fire and lightning.

Toomi: But if you ask, yes. Merlin survived.

Sachi: At some point in her youth, she met Meliodas and Elizabeth's original incarnation, becoming very close to the latter and considered her like a sister where she acts as the founding members of the Seven Deadly Sins and it was she who, guided by the vision of king Bartra, identified the other five members, while Meliodas himself recruited them.

Megumi: Merlin's greatest asset in battle lies in her knowledge and intelligence, using strategies to render her opponents helpless without engaging them directly

Toomi: The greatest example of this lies in her battle against Chandler and Cusack, where she utilized a thorough strategy to simultaneously weaken the masters and prevent any counterattack through an innovative combination of elemental magic augmented by invisibility, homing and resistance weakening spells facilitated indefinitely through Infinity.

Megumi: Which in lay man terms, if her opponents don't have weak points, she create the weak points to use against them.

Sachi: Infinity is an ability that allows Merlin to stop the time of her spells, causing them to last for eternity. The ability is so powerful that many label it as 'cheating'.

Toomi: There is Magic Cancel that allows Merlin to cancel any magic that has been cast on an individual. It was shown to cancel the effects of one of her own magical items

Megumi: Merlin is demonstrably the most intelligent character in the series so far, at least in terms of book smarts. She has invented at least 174 different magical items and she has amassed countless years of knowledge thanks to stopping her own time so long ago.

Sachi: She also had a Cursed Engagement Ring which is a  ring that can't be removed which links two people together. When the one in control says the password "Lemada" the one wearing the ring experiences pain like they're being stabbed through with spears all over their body. Every time the curse activates a dark bruise spreads a little further over the wearer's body. When it covers them completely they die.

Toomi:  As the most powerful mage in Britannia, she is able to continuously cast powerful spells without issue. Along with her ability, "Infinity", she is able to make even the most costly spells last for as long as she wishes without any effort on her part.

Megumi: Which is shocking considering the fact her true form looks like a kid.

Toomi: Megumi! Not in front of the kids!

Megumi: Oh sorry.

Merlin: Fool uh...Come on, plenty. Let's get rid of Arthur's resentment.

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Standing alone on a small hill in a lush green field, Merlin stares at the horizon, minding her own business.

However, right at that moment, Merlin sensed something moving towards her at supernatural speed, forcing her to jump up in order to dodge it.

THOOM!!!

Merlin looks down, smirking as she notices a large dinosaur like creature smashing head first into the hill.

Merlin: Heh. Cute.

Merlin then swings her hand out, creating a massive whirlwind that sends the creature flying.

As the creature is sent flying up into the air, unknown to Merlin, Tatsumaki lands feet first on the other side, mumbling to herself.

Tatsumaki: I'm bored. What should I...

Before Tatsumaki could even react, right at that moment, the creature crashes right next to her, causing her to scream out in shock.

Tatsumaki: YEEEEK!!!

Tatsumaki spun around, noticing Merlin standing behind her before shouting out.

Tatsumaki: Hey!

Merlin looks at Tatsumaki with a playful smirk as she says.

Merlin: Oops!

Tatsumaki: What's the big idea huh Punk?! Are you trying to kill me?

Merlin laughs as she mocks.

Merlin: Ha ha ha ha! Come on, can't take a joke can you brat?

Upon hearing that, Tatsumaki felt her blood boil as she growls.

Tatsumaki: Brat?! I'll show you who's the brat!

Merlin's smirk falter as she notices Tatsumaki's body emitting a light green aura, the girl flying up as she raises her hands up.

CRUNCH!!! CRUNCH!!!

Several boulders began lifting up into the air as Tatsumaki declares out.

Tatsumaki: Let's see who's the brat now!

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: Don't Stop by Tanaka Alice>

Tatsumaki thrusts her hand down, sending chunks of rocks raining down on Merlin who instantly jumps back, narrowingly dodging the flying projectiles.

CRASH!!!

As Tatsumaki sends another rock flying towards Merlin, Merlin points her hand out, creating a massive ice shield that shields her from the projectile.

SHING!!!

Merlin then uses Infinity, instantly freezing time around her.

Utilizing her power to her advantage, Merlin began flying up towards Tatsumaki, her hands erupts in a burst of flames as she closes in onto the psychic.

FWOOM!!!

Merlin then throws one explosive blast right onto Tatsumaki right as time itself continues, combusting right at that spot as the impact sends her flying.

BOOM!!!

Tatsumaki: AAAAHHHHH!!!

Tatsumaki screams out in agony as Merlin smirks, gloating out.

Merlin: Come on, is that the best you can do.

Tatsumaki halts in the air as she scoffs back.

Tatsumaki: Humph! This isn't the best I can do.

Tatsumaki then lifts her hands up, causing several mountains to fly up into the sky, shocking Merlin.

CRUNCH!!!

Merlin: What?!

Merlin stares up in shock and horror as Tatsumaki points her hands, sending the mountains crashing down onto the Sin of Gluttony.

CRASH!!!

As the mountains crumbles beneath her, Merlin reappears in the air, barely dodging the mountains only for Tatsumaki to swoop down, slamming into her.

BAM!!!

Merlin: ARGHHHHHH!!!

Tatsumaki then uses her telekinesis to push Merlin up into the air before holding her up, swinging her around before throwing her down into a plateau.

CRASH!!!

Tatsumaki looks down as Merlin pushes herself up, her clothes torn and her body covered in scars.

Despite how grave the situation may look however, Merlin points her hand out as she fires a blast of magic right onto Tatsumaki.

THOOM!!!

Tatsumaki swoops down, creating a psychic barrier around herself as she pushes through Merlin's attack, closing in onto her.

Merlin grits her teeth, realising that her opponent is far stronger than she thought as she grunts.

Merlin: Dammit! She's stronger than I anticipated. Looks like I will have to step it up a notch.

Merlin then thrusts her hands out, sending a blast of electricity up onto Tatsumaki before flying up into the air.

Tatsumaki lifts up a rock, blocking the blast of electricity only for Merlin to close in onto her.

Tatsumaki: Huh?

Before Tatsumaki could comprehend what has happened, Merlin slips on one of her Cursed Engagement Rings into her before swinging her leg out, sending Tatsumaki flying with a kick.

WHAM!!!

Tatsumaki halts in the air but right at that moment, the Esper felt a sharp pain in her body.

Tatsumaki: Hghnn!!! AAAHHHHHHH!!!

Tatsumaki screams out in agony as she clutches onto her body, feeling what feels like hundreds of spears piercing through her.

Merlin: Ah ha ha ha ha ha! Not so tough now are you?

Merlin mocks only for Tatsumaki to seethe through the pain, putting her hand out as she grabs onto the magician with her telekinesis.

WHOOM!!!

Merlin: Hgnn!!!

Merlin grunts in pain as she felt a massive weight press down onto her, forcing her down onto her knees.

Both fighters began using their mental powers against each other, the trauma in their nervous systems as blood splurts out from their noses

Merlin pushes herself up as she limps towards Tatsumaki, drawing out her staff as she declares out.

Merlin: You sure are tough. But this time, it's over for you!

Famous last words.

Right at that moment, Merlin felt herself freeze in place, causing her to exclaim out.

Merlin: What?

Merlin looks down as Tatsumaki has her hand outstretched, smirking as she whispers out.

Tatsumaki: Sorry, you lose.

With one powerful push, a sonic boom explodes as Merlin was sent flying at an incredible amount of force, smashing through several mountains in the process.

CRASH!!! CRASH!!! CRASH!!!

With Merlin gone, Tatsumaki regains herself, wiping the blood off her nose as she flies up, in hot pursuit after Merlin.

WHOOSH!!!

Tatsumaki then flies in the air, noticing Merlin crashing back first into a mountain before collapsing onto the ground, prompting her to thrust her hand out.

Up in space, a meteorite began flying down into the planet's atmosphere, flying past Tatsumaki as it closes in onto Merlin.

Merlin, bleeding out and her clothes torn, bones broken as she struggles to lift herself up, shouting out.

Merlin: No! I still can...

However, Merlin couldn't finish her sentence just as the meteorite crashes down onto her, creating a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

As the explosion dies down, Tatsumaki stares down at the crater on the floor before scoffing out.

Tatsumaki: Hmmph! That should teach you a lesson.

KO!

Megumi: Damn...I don't know what to say about that.

Toomi: Having many years of experience fighting in battles and observing others in battle, Merlin held a strategic and experience advantage over Tatsumaki, being capable of dodging and even countering Tatsumaki's raw power.

Megumi: In fact considering the fact that Merlin could even deal against the likes of Escanor and Meliodas, she has her magic weapons and her cubes which if she used correctly, she might even kill the Terrible Tornado.

Toomi: That is if it could even work on her at all.

Sachi: Firstly, Merlin's Cancel ability enables her to counter magic in a way to give herself an unfair advantage over any opponent except that Tatsumaki is not using magic so Merlin's Cancel ability wouldn't have any effect on her.

Megumi: And there is raw power. Merlin though powerful has yet to display feats past continent level while Tatsumaki brought a whole meteor down onto Earth which makes her at least planet level.

Toomi: Then there is the time Tatsumaki which as we established, lifted the entire hideout, which was previously stated to reach over fifteen hundred meters deep, bigger than anything Merlin has ever lifted or destroyed.

Sachi: And there is a fact that despite her power, Merlin has never done much one on one fighting with any powerful opponents, preferring to observe the fights which heavily contrasts to Tatsumaki preferring to take on any opponent in battle.

Megumi: And the fact she could stop Boros' ship bombardment and even twisted Fused Psykos without even going all out.

Toomi: So though Merlin's magic, weapons and experience is a strategic advantage to use against enemies like Tatsumaki, sadly such qualities are nothing against Tatsumaki's raw power.

Megumi: But she does have the 'esper-ience' she needed to take down Merlin.

Sachi: The winner is Tatsumaki

Tatsumaki: How about another 300 000 000 year nap?
