Naruto vs Bleach, two female combatants from popular shonen series goes out in the catfight of Shonen Jump.

Toomi: The Holy Shonen Trinity, the big three. Any long time reader of Shonen Jump will recognize these, some of the biggest titles in manga and anime history.

Megumi: And these same fans will never forget the main chicks of these titles as well.

Toomi: Such as Sakura Haruno, the Shinobi of the Hidden Leaf Village,

Megumi: And Rukia Kuchiki, the current captain of the 13th Division. She's Sachi-san, Toomi-san and I'm Megumi-san

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armour and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Sakura sprints into What if Battles

<Cue: Power by Little Mix>

Toomi: Sakura Haruno is a Shinobi of the Hidden Leaf Village and born to the Haruno Clan.

Megumi: But unlike the other members of Team 7, Sakura pretty much grew up with a normal childhood and befriended a girl named Ino Yamanaka.

Sachi: But in the end, the two ended up breaking up thanks to a certain pretty boy by the name of Sasuke Uchiha

Sakura: Duh! I'm the one who's going to be with Sasuke! So stay away from him you hag!

Megumi: But sure enough, Sakura got her wish and she teamed up with Sasuke and Naruto, the boy who she originally hated.

Toomi: As the series goes on, Sakura eventually got to learn that whether she likes or hates them, she's on neither of their level.

Sachi: Coming from a boy who can slice an entire moon into half. Sakura basically has no right to hate him at all.

Toomi: With that, Sakura then resolves to become stronger, training under Tsunade, gaining access to Tsunade's 100 Healings Jutsu and surpassing her.

Megumi: I know what some of you are thinking, how in the world is this bitch able to do anything?

Sachi: To answer that question, Sakura is trained in the basic Taijutsu learned at the Academy in the Hidden Leaf Village. With Tsunade's help, Sakura was able to surpass her master, achieving greater level of power.

Megumi: She has techniques like Cherry Blossom Clash, Full Blossom and Puppet: Spring Punitive Attack.

Toomi: But like many of the ninjas in the Hidden Leaf Village, Sakura knows Ninjutsu as well, specializes mostly in healing jutsu. She also carries weapons like Kunais and shurikens

Toomi: Katsuyu is the personal summon of the fifth hokage Tsunade, capable of healing and spitting acid strong enough to melt boulders with ease.

Megumi: With its Slug Great Division, Katsuyu can divide itself into smaller clones to evade attacks or to serve small-scale functions, and is capable of quickly reforming itself if need be.

Sachi: Furthermore, due to its genetic and physical make up, Katsuyu is extremely resistant to damage, as seen during Pain's Assault. Katsuyu is also able to absorb people into its body, thus protecting them from physical impacts like the large-scale Shinra Tensei using its own high durability.

Megumi: I mean heck, a palm-sized version of Katsuyu even survived the corrosive chakra of Naruto's eight-tailed form and Nagato's Chibaku Tensei.

Toomi: Being extremely skilled in Medical Jutsu, Sakura has shown great skills in healing, capable of healing Naruto, Hinata, Kankuro, Chiyo and countless others.

Megumi: Which is extremely useful when a guy known as Pain attacks.

Sachi: Sakura's chakra enhanced taijutsu is capable of being used to destroy giant stone slabs many times her own size, as well as completely change the appearance of a battlefield by the sheer force used on the ground.

Has the best chakra control of her generation, considered to have surpassed Tsunade.

Helped Chiyo defeat Sasori of the Red Sand.

Saved Naruto, Hinata, Kankuro, Chiyo and countless others via her medical ninjutsu.

Megumi: It's even more absurb that Sakura somehow managed to survive getting stabbed by Madara and even knocked out a Ten-Tail Fission with a single punch. Damn, she's one really tough bitch.

Toomi: I wouldn't exactly call her tough Megumi, by possessing Medium Chakra reserves, her Chakra can be exhausted in the middle of battle, however thanks to possessing the best Chakra control of her generation, this can be postponed greatly.

Sachi: And Sakura is extremely reckless, having the tendency to make errors or bad decisions, which ended up resulting in her needing to be rescued quite often.

Megumi: Let's not forget the sexy Jutsus. No one forgets the sexy Jutsus!

Weakness

Possessing Medium Chakra reserves, her Chakra can be exhausted in the middle of battle, however thanks to possessing the best Chakra control of her generation, this can be postponed greatly.

The affection for Sasuke led to some poor decisions and hesitation on some occasions in the past.

The Three Rules of a medic ninja prevented her from fighting on the frontlines for the first half of her life, until completing the Hundred Healings Mark on her forehead, gaining access to her Mitonic Regeneration: The Hundred Healings.

Failed to destroy Madara's Rinnegan.

Got knocked out by Sasuke twice.

Can fall for a Sexy Jutsu designed for female opponents.

Can be reckless in battle, which makes someone to have step in and save her life on multiple occasions.

Never won any battles on her own.

She's the weakest of Team 7 combat-wise.

Toomi: And while Sakura is a decent fighter, she is not only the weakest member in Team 7 but she is also the only member to have never won any notable fights on her own.

Sachi: And plus, her affection for Sasuke led to some poor decisions and hesitation on some occasions in the past.

Megumi: But hey, those poor decisions didn't stop her from marrying Sasuke and having a daughter with him in the end.

Sakura: You...I'm going to catch you! Tear off my limbs...paralyze me with your poison...I'm still going to catch you!

Rukia brings death into What if Battles

Toomi: Approximately 150 years ago,[19] Rukia and her older sister, Hisana, were brought together to Inuzuri, the 78th District of Rukongai, after they died in the Human World.

Megumi: Unable to live there while caring for a child, Hisana abandoned Rukia when she was still a baby. So basically, Rukia grew up on her own for a considerable amount of time.

Sachi: One day, Rukia tripped an adult who was chasing Renji Abarai's group of friends, and urged them to follow her to avoid losing the water they had stolen. And as a result, she joined their group and it was the first time she experienced what is it like to have a family.

Megumi: And during those times, Rukia began displaying spiritual abilities, and ten years later, everyone in their group died. Resulting in both Rukia and Renji wanting to become Shinigamis.

Toomi: As they were gifted with spiritual powers, they entered the Shin'ō Academy with ease, where they struggled to stand out from those from the noble families.

Sachi: But after two months of living there, Rukia was unable to get along with the people there, resulting in Renji deciding to go off into the Human World, thus causing them to part ways. But eventually, Rukia learned how to fit in and eventually, she went into the Human World where she met a certain orange hair guy named Ichigo Kurosaki.

Rukia: You can see me? Rather, you kicked me...

Toomi: As it turns out, Shinigamis are physically invisible to the normal human eye in the human world so by right, nobody would have seen her sneaking in.

Megumi: Except that Ichigo is no ordinary human, because he can see ghosts.

Sachi: And while Rukia was injured during a fight with a Shinigami, she was forced to transfer half of her power into Ichigo, only for him to absorb all of her powers instead.

Toomi: It was from that point of that Rukia began sticking around with Ichigo, mentoring him and fighting alongside him.

Sachi: As a Shinigami, Rukia possesses great strength speed and durability along with superior skills with a sword, being able to reap souls as well in the process.

Toomi: She can also live for quite a long time and she can see and sense spirits as well. 

Megumi: And with Senkaimon, Rukia is also capable of traveling across dimensions as well.

Bakudō #1: Sai: The caster points towards the target and causes the target's hands to lock behind themselves and restrict their movements.

Bakudō #4: Hainawa: A crackling rope of Reishi is launched towards the target which wraps around said target to immobilize them.

Bakudō #9: Geki: As the practitioner draws the symbols of the spell in the air, his/her entire body permeates a red energy, which engulfs the body of the target, causing complete paralysis.

Bakudō #61: Rikujōkōrō: Upon pointing at their target, the caster generates 6 prongs of Reiatsu that close in on the target to immobilize them in place. It restricts all movements.

Hadō #4: Byakurai: High density Reiryoku is gathered on the caster's finger tip and lightning is fired towards the pointed target. The higher the Reiryoku of the caster the greater the puncturing capabilities.

Hadō #33: Sōkatsui: An explosive blue flame is fired from the caster's hand. A simple Hadō; however, the power of the caster is reflected in the explosion.

Hadō #73: Sōren Sōkatsui: A two handed Hadō #33 Sōkatsui with twice the effectiveness.

Toomi: Rukia is mostly skilled in Shunpo, a Shinigami movement technique which allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. As speed is the main factor of the technique, the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps.

Sachi: And there is Shikai, the initial release to a Shinigami's Zanpakutō. It is activated by a command while declaring the name of the Zanpakutō Spirit. It changes the shape of the Zanpakutō and/or granting special abilities.

Megumi: She also has techniques like Sode no Shirayuki, where she can manipulate the ice to be able to freeze her opponents in their spot, whether it's from close or long range. However after training with the Royal Guard in the final arc, Rukia uncovers the true powers of Sode no Shirayuki which is the ability to bring her body temperature below freezing.

Toomi: And as a Bankai, she has a technique known as Hakka no Togame, which increases the area of influence of Rukia's ability to reach the temperature of absolute zero. Upon release, a pillar of cold mist rises up into the air from where Rukia is and covers a wide area in her vicinity, freezing anyone that's caught in the AOE blast.

Rukia: Bankai!

Sachi: Being a liutenant, Rukia certainly is one formidable warrior, capable of taking down Di Roy Rinker, who is a Fraccion level Arrancar.

Megumi: She is also comparable to Renji, defeat a Resurrección Aaroniero and Kaien Shiba and even survived getting impaled from Kaien's Shikai

Sachi: And Rukia is especially noted for her proficiency in the use of Kido, which proved invaluable in her fight against the 9th Espada.

Toomi: However, Rukia is not invinsible. she has lost in the Battle of Reigai and she was defeated by Reigai-Rukia Kuchiki & Reigai-Nemu Kurotsuchi

Sachi: And she even lost her powers temporarily after Ichigo absorbed it to take down a Hollow.

Megumi: And for someone who looks tough, Rukia has a severe weakness for cute things.

Rukia: Don't...think you can...tempt me with these things!

Sachi: And like other Shinigamis, Rukia can still be harmed by other Shinigami weapons and Hollows as well.

Megumi: But once Rukia will always prove to the others that there is an absolutely good reason why she deserves to be the Captain of the 13th Division.

Rukia: Dance. Sode no Shirayuki!

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!

Hidden Leaf Village, 3 am

It is 3 am in the Hidden Leaf Village. 

By that time, many would already be asleep in their beds, especially Sakura Haruno.

However, that is also the perfect time for hollows to roam the village, searching for fresh souls to feast.

Just as the Hollow turns it's head, right at that moment...

SLASH!!!

A loud sound of cutting flesh cuts right across the air, causing the Hollow's head to crash loudly onto the ground.

BAM!!!

Inside a house, Sakura snaps her eyes open, grumbling out in annoyance.

Sakura: Oh my God!

Sakura pushes herself out of bed, storming out of her house, only to find a rather short and petite figure cladded in black.

The girl is no other than Rukia, the current Captain of the 13th Division.

Annoyed, Sakura shouts at the Shinigami.

Sakura: Hey you! Can't you see I'm trying to sleep here?!

Rukia: Can't you see I'm trying to fight a Hollow miss?

Rukia questions, only to be rebuted by Sakura.

Sakura: Hollow? What Hollow?! All I see is someone making such a racket in the middle of the night!

Angered, Rukia draws her sword, facing Sakura before declaring out.

Rukia: Look miss, I'm just trying to take down the Hollows. Can you please just go back to sleep?

Sakura: Not unless I shut you up!

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: Sign by FLOW>

Sakura throws several kunais across the air, forcing Rukia to raise her blade, deflecting the projectiles with a single swing.

CLANG!!! CLANG!!! CLANG!!!

Sakura pulls out another Kunai and she lunges forward, swinging the blade at Rukia.

CLANG!!! 

Rukia parries the blow with a single swing of her sword before thrusting her leg out, striking Sakura square in the gut.

BAM!!!

Sakura: ARGHHHHHH!!!

Sakura bounces back, pulling out several needles before throwing them at Rukia.

Rukia sprints forward, easily dodging the needles before jumping up into the air.

As she swings her blade down, Sakura rolls across the floor before thrusting her leg out, striking Rukia by the back.

WHAM!!!

Rukia: NARGHHHH!!!

Rukia lands back, facing Sakura just as she said. 

Sakura: Those needles are riddled with poison. If any of them touches you, you're dead.

Rukia raises up her hand, finding a single needle struck within her flesh. But instead of react, Rukia simply grab the tip of the needle with her finger, pulling it out of her skin before tossing it onto the floor.

Rukia: I don't know what you are trying to achieve but poisons don't work on me.

Sakura narrows her eyes, lunging forward before pulling out her sword.

CLANG!!!

Rukia swings her arms back, sending Sakura crashing back before swinging her blade across, cutting into Sakura.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

Sakura: ARGHHHHH!!!

Sakura screams out in agony, dropping down onto her knees just as blood splurts from her wound.

Rukia: You're finished!

Rukia lunges forward, raising her sword upwards.

However, right at that moment, Sakura's wounds completely closes up, her eyes snaps open just as the Shinigami closes in.

Sakura ducks underneath Rukia's blade and she shouts.

Sakura: Cherry Blossom Clash!

THOOM!!!

Rukia: ARGHHHH!!!

Just as Rukia is sent flying up, Sakura strikes at her repeatly.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Sakura: Cherry Blossom Clash!

WHAM!!!

Sakura throws another powerful strike onto Rukia, sending the Shinigami crashing backfirst onto the ground.

Rukia jumps up and she launches herself up into the air at lightning quick speed, slicing right into Sakura's body.

SLASH!!!

Sakura: ARGHHHHH!!!

Rukia: Dance. Sode no Shirayuki!

Rukia waves her sword across in a graceful flowing motion before lunging forward, shoving her blade into Sakura's body.

SHOK!!!

Blood splurts from Sakura's wound just as the Ninja coughs out crimson red blood.

Sakura: HUARGHHHH!!!

Rukia jumps back, twirling her blade before saying to Sakura.

Rukia: Is that the best you can do?

Struggling to rise, Sakura pushes herself up, putting her hands close to each other before screaming out.

Sakura: Summoning Jutsu!

POOF!!!

A giant cloud forms right in front of Rukia, causing the Shinigami to widen her eyes in shock.

Rukia: What...what the hell is that?

Looming over the Shinigami, a massive slug-like creature rears her head, speaking to Sakura.

Katsuyu: Oh Lady Sakura, did that young lady hurt you?

Sakura: Yes Lady Katsuyu, that's the one.

Rukia: Oh you got to be kidding me!

Katsuyu lowers her head, spewing acidic liquid down onto Rukia.

SPLURCH!!!

Rukia jumps back, watching in horror just as the acid began corroding the ground.

PSSHHHHHH!!!

Katsuyu's entire body began splitting up, her gigantic blobulous body reducing into several smaller slugs.

Just as the slugs closes in, Rukia swings her blade across, cleanly slice each of them into half.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

One of the slugs spews a splash of acid right into Rukia's back, causing her to scream out in agony.

SPLASH!!!

Rukia: ARGHHHHH!!!

Sakura: It's over!

Sakura launches herself off Katsuyu, pulling out her kunai before closing in onto Rukia.

However, right at that moment, Rukia's eyes snaps open.

Rukia: Bankai!

FLASH!!!

A blinding bright light shines all over the town, causing Sakura to cover her eyes in agony.

Sakura: ARGHHHHH!!!

Thud!

Sakura lands footfirst right across the Shinigami, slowly looking up at her.

Rukia stood still on the rocky hard ground except this time, her hair and kimono are all snow white in colour.

Rukia has entered the state of Bankai!

Sakura: What...what is this?!

Sakura pulls out a shuriken and she throws it at Rukia, only for the projectile to instantly freeze upon making contact with her skin.

SHING!!!

Several Katsuyu slugs shifts towards Rukia, only for their bodies to instantly freeze upon making contact with her.

SHING!!! SHING!!!

Sakura narrows her eyes, declaring out to Rukia.

Sakura: No! I won't lose to the likes of you!

WHOOSH!!!

Sakura lunges forward, throwing a single punch square into Rukia's face.

BAM!!!

But to her horror, not only did the punch barely faze Rukia, but Sakura felt a blistering cold sensation running up her hands.

Sakura pulls her hand back in a full recoil, but before she could react, Sakura felt her entire body freezing completely, turning her full living body into nothing but a standing ice sculpture.

Rukia spins her sword back, standing in place just as she spreads her palms out, emitting a small blue flame within her hand.

FWOOSH!!!

Rukia: Hadō #33: Sōkatsui!

Rukai thrusts her hand out, throwing the blue blazing ball of flame right into Sakura.

Upon colliding with Sakura' frozen body, the blue fire immediately went off in a massive fiery explosion, it's blazing lights briefly turning night into day.

KABOOM!!!

As the flames continues to spread, Rukia simply walk right through the inferno, the extreme coldness emitting from her body slowly dessimates the fire as she reverts back into her raven black appearance.

Rukia then swings her sword across, before disappearing back into the Soul Society.

KO!

Megumi: Whoo! Nothing like a nice cool chill to put a bitch back to sleep.

Toomi: Sakura's healing factor sure is a great factor in the fight but Rukia outclasses Sakura in almost all categories.

Sachi: Indeed, Rukia is strong enough to become a Captain of her own division and has fought on par with people as strong as Renji and Ichigo while Sakura has yet to win a battle against any notable combatant on her own.

Megumi: And while Sakura is a decent fighter, Rukia has defeated the likes of As Nodt who according to Yhwach, one has to have equal or greater reiatsu to do, which is something that Sakura has never accomplished since she has gotten knocked out by lesser opponents before.

Toomi: It's also worth to note that with Shunpo, Shinigamis like Rukia are capable of moving faster than the speed of light, which is something that Sakura has never shown to do in the series.

Sachi: And while Katsuyu is a great help, the powers of the summoners can still be countered by powers of a much greater scale and unfortunately for her, Bankai is one of them.

Megumi: I mean anything that touches Rukia in that form literally freezes completely. 

Toomi: With the raw power, strength, skill and speed advantage along with the coldness of Rukia's Bankai, all it takes is a single touch from Sakura to end this fight completely.

Megumi: Looks like Sakura is just chillin' out in this frosty night

Sachi: The winner is Rukia Kuchiki

Rukia: People are able to hold onto hope, since death is that which cannot be seen.
