Toomi: Superheroes usually have a code against killing, no matter how bad or how evil the villain is.

Megumi: But vigilantes on the other hand, just loves killing the shit out of any bad guy.

Toomi: Such as Frank Castle, the Punisher,

Megumi: And Jason Todd, now known as the Red Hood, she's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi.

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle.

The Punisher punishes What if Battles

<Cue: Who Taught You How To Hate by Disturbed>

Toomi: Frank Castle is what you all know as a war veteran who has served four years in the military fighting the Vietnam War.

Sachi: After leaving the military, Frank then went on to live a normal life with his family.

Megumi: Until some time later, Frank's family were brutally murdered by a crime gang, turning him into a vengeful criminal hating anti-hero that just wants to wage war against the criminal underworld. 

Sachi: And thus, the Punisher is born.

Toomi: Being a former soldier of the military, Punisher is trained in hand to hand combat, peak human conditioning, endurance and even high stamina. 

Megumi: He's also an excellent marksman, has a high pain tolerance, very creative knowledge of torture methods and he's also resourceful enough to use anything as a weapon to kill his enemies.

Sachi: And speaking of weapons, Punisher is also armed to the teeth with weapons ranging from pistols to rifles to shotguns, grenade launchers, knives  and a bulletproof vest.

Toomi: Those weapons have often times helped Punisher accomplish many incredible feats, many which involves him killing a large number of people in a short amount of time. Especially since being a war veteran certainly did gave him years of experience.

Megumi: He's also able to go toe with martial artists like Moon Knight, Daredevil, Captain America, Spiderman and Wolverine, defeated Deadpool and even held his own against Black Widow.

Sachi: He's also fast enough to react against bullets and even keep up with Spiderman and Daredevil who as we mentioned in our battle Ruby Rose vs Spiderman, is fast enough to dodge Cyclops's Optic Beams which moves faster than the speed of light.

Toomi: Castle's most impressive feat is that he's so dangerous to the point that not even S.H.I.E.L.D can find him or even protect anyone from him. Especially the one time he could even threaten Nick Fury with a gun right after beating down the guards protecting him.

Regularly defeats hordes of other human gunmen.

This includes fighting hordes of Viet Cong during the Vietnam War. 

Included a gang of 42 in one sitting.

Thrown off 8 attackers at once.

Consistently shown to be able to lift individuals with one hand.

Sachi: And another thing to note about Punisher is his high level of pain tolerance, being able to take a range of cuts, gunshots, punches and even having his foot drilled in and can still keep coming.

Megumi: Not to mention, he even shot Wolverine right in the dick! Ha!

Toomi: However, as tough and unpredictable Punisher is, he's not invincible. Even with his weapons and bulletproof vest, Punisher is still 100 percent human, having no superhuman speed or strength.

Sachi: And Punisher has also been defeated by people stronger than him, like Kingpin beating him down, Daredevil defeating him in hand to hand combat and Thor knocking him out with a single punch.

Weakness

100% human with no actual superpowers.

While his chest is normally armored; his limbs and face rarely are so.

Killed by Daken and the Ultimate universe Punisher.

Died from gunshot wounds against the Black Dawn (though he devastated the group).

Was almost killed by the Kingpin twice

Toomi: But Frank's greatest weakness is the guilt of not being able to save his family, till up to this day, the haunting of his family's death is what motivates him to kill, kill and kill.

Sachi: And is he ever sorry for it? No. Ghost Rider even tried using the Penance Stare on him, only for Punisher to quell it by simply saying," I regret nothing."

Megumi: Which determines one thing, no matter how evil or how corrupt a scumbag is, nobody can escape the wrath of the Punisher.

Punisher: Your honor, may I say something?

Lawyer: You may.

Punisher: You know those...uh...those people? The ones I put down, the people I killed? I want you to know that I'd do it all again. This is a circus, all right? It's a charade, it's an act. It's bullshit about how crazy I am.

Lawyer: Language.

Punisher: I ain't crazy! I'm not crazy. Okay? I know what I did. I know who I am. And I do not need your help. I'm smack-dab in the middle of my right goddamn mind, and any scumbag, any...any lowlife, any maggot piece of shit that I put down, I did it...because I like it!

Lawyer: Order!

Punisher: Hell, I loved it! I'm sittin' here, I'm...I'm just itching...I'm just itching to do it again. And you think...what, you think you're gonna send me to a nuthouse? Some doctor, they're gonna get me to stop doing what I want to do? Well, that ain't happening! Not on my watch! You people, you call me the Punisher, ain't that right? The big bad Punisher. HERE I AM!!!

Lawyer: Baillife! Remove the witness.

Punisher: You want it, you got it! I am the Punisher! I'm right here! You want it, I'll give it to you! And anyone who came here today to hear me whine, to hear me beg? Well you can kiss my ass! Do you hear me?! I'm guilty! Come on, please judge! I'm guilty, you hear me! I'm guilty! I'm guilty! I'll kill every one of em'! I'll kill every single one of em'!

Red Hood gunblazes into What if Battles

Toomi: I'm sure you all know of Batman and Robin, the Dynamic Duo who teams up to stop crime in all of Gotham.

Megumi: But one of these days, the Robin eventually has to leave the nest and become a superhero. Man, what a Dick. Get it? Dick Grayson a Dick?

Sachi:...Not funny Megumi

Toomi: Anyway, after Dick Grayson left, Batman eventually found a boy by the name of Jason Todd who was trying to steal his tyres.

Megumi: And so once again, Batman adopted another kid and made him a new Robin.

Dick: So you're his new Robin eh?

Jason: In the flesh.

Sachi: However, despite being talented and skilled, Jason is rather impulsive, arrogant and possesses an explosive temper, going too far during his crusades.

Toomi: And this recklessness would result in him being captured and killed by the Joker.

Joker: Hey, I never asked. What's the big secret? Who is the big, bad Bat? His name. Tell me.

Jason: Of course sir, it's...

<Before Jason could finish, Joker suddenly spun around and he opens fire, ending Jason's life right there>

Megumi: Damn. Little Robin's been through so much.

Toomi: However, Jason was resurrected thanks to the Lazarus Pit and after knowing that Batman has never thought of looking for him or even avenging him, Jason went under a new identity as the Red Hood, a gun wielding vigilante determined to kill Batman.

Red Hood: Ready to dance with the devil?

Batman: Think I haven't planned for this?

Red Hood: Let's see you bleed.

Sachi: But eventually, Red Hood then reconciled with the bat-family and has formed the "Dark Trinity" together with his new allies Bizarro and Artemis.

Toomi: Being a Robin under Batman, Jason was taught a large number of martial arts involving those like Ninjutsu, Krav Maga, Judo, Boxing, All-Caste and many more. And his training with the League of Assassins further enhances his combat skills.

Megumi: And being under Batman means that the kid is also really smart, able to perform acrobatics and even high pain tolerance.

Sachi: And as the Red Hood, he carries a range of weapons ranging from dual handguns, shurikens, bolas, knives, grenades and a bulletproof vest which is also a taser.

Toomi: But Red Hood's most important feature is his helmet, which protects his head from gunfire, gas and knives. It also has a a built-in radio transmitter, starlite night vision lenses, built-in breathalyzer and built-in explosives which Jason can detonate

Sachi: Red Hood is even able to dodge alien bullets to the point that even Supergirl, who like we mentioned in Miss America vs Supergirl, can fly fast enough to keep up with the Flash, is actually impressed of his speed.

Toomi: And speaking of Supergirl, Red Hood has even broke out of her grip once, something that she mentions that no human is strong enough to do.

Orchestrated a masterful scheme to get his hands on the Joker by tricking Black Mask in freeing him by feigning a mob war.

Toomi: However, as tough as Red Hood is, Red Hood is still an ordinary human, possessing no superhuman level strength and durability.

Sachi: And his Helmet, though is tough, special metals like the once Talon used are strong enough to destroy it.

Megumi: But when Red Hood finds the Joker, he is gonna do what Batman always fails to do, kill him.

Batman: I don't want to fight you.

Red Hood: All evidence to the contary.

Batman: Please, I can help you. I know what happened.

Red Hood: Oh! You got to talk in grace huh? But does it make it easier for you to think that my little dip in his 'Fountain of Youth' turned me rabid? Or is this just the real me?

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Sachi: Don't forget to vote, comment what you think of the fight.

Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!

Crime Triad Hideout

<Cue: Midnight Wandering Soundtrack>

In the dark of the night, a group of thugs stood around each other, smoking their cigarettes and casually minding their own business.

However, right at that moment, the lights around them went out, leaving the triad shrouded in darkness.

Thug: Hey!

Thug: Where's the light?!

Right before any of them could even figure out what has happened, the entire room is immediately light up by the explosive hail of gunfire.

BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!

Thugs: ARGHHHHH!!!

Loud screams of agony explodes around the room follows by the tinkling sound of dented bullets dropping down onto the floor.

As the lights flickers back on, the entire floor is covered in a sea of blood.

But standing in the midst of the carnage stood two dark cladded armed figures facing each other.

One of them has a skull design on his shirt along with his face riddled with battle scars. The other one is donning a brown vest and a crimson red helmet covering his face.

Punisher looks at his opponent, saying to him.

Punisher: You shouldn't have come kid. Those men are mine to kill.

Red Hood scoffs.

Red Hood: Yours? I have an even bigger reason to kill them than you.

Punisher: Nobody steals my kill.

Red Hood: Nobody.

Red Hood agrees.

Both Red Hood and Punisher approaches each other, circling across the room before whipping out their guns, pointing them right onto each other.

Red Hood: Ready to duel with the devil?

Punisher: Lead. It does a body good.

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: Magic Lantern Soundtrack>

BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!

Gunshots explodes across the room as both men races across the building, opening fire onto each other.

CRASH!!!

Both Red Hood and Punisher crashes through the glass window, sprinting towards each other.

Red Hood jumps up, swinging his foot up only for Punisher to catch it with his arm.

Punisher lifts Red Hood up, throwing him over his shoulder before slamming him backfirst onto the ground.

CRASH!!!

Red Hood: ARGHHHH!!!

Punisher lifts up his foot, preparing to slam it down onto Red Hood.

However, Red Hood stretches his legs back up before launching himself up with his hands, his feet slams the Punisher square in the face.

WHAM!!!

Punisher: ARGHHHH!!! 

Red Hood leaps back up, saying to Punisher.

Red Hood: Don't make me snap your neck.

Punisher: The Gnucci's need adult supervision.

Punisher pulls out a shotgun, opening repeated rounds of gunfire onto Red Hood.

BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!

Red Hood runs across the floor, swiftly dodging every bullet before pulling out a rifle, slamming the butt right into Punisher's rib.

CRACK!!!

Punisher winces, grabbing the rifle before tugging it back, throwing a punch square into Red Hood's helmet.

CRACK!!!

As Red Hood staggers back, Punisher tosses the rifle aside before whipping out a dagger.

Red Hood pulls out his dagger just as Punisher says.

Punisher:  Little man with big guns. That's all you are.

Red Hood: Tough talks doesn't win fights.

CLANG!!! CLANG!!! CLANG!!!

Red Hood spins around the floor, swiping his blade at Punisher as the vigilante backs away, parrying blow after blow.

Red Hood: I'll cut your head off to set an example.

Just as Punisher swings his knife out, Red Hood ducks under him, swinging the blade across his body.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

Punisher: ARGHHHHH!!!

Punisher then dashes forward, throwing a punch right into Red Hood's helmet.

WHAM!!!

Red Hood: ARGHHHHH!!!

Punisher then pulls out a gun, opening fire at Red Hood several times across the body.

BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!

Red Hood: ARGHHHHH!!!

As Red Hood backs away, Punisher pulls out a grenade launcher and he opens fire.

FWOOSH!!!

At the same time, Red Hood throws a grenade across, sending it rolling right towards Punisher.

Right at the same moment, both explosive detonates, sending both Punisher and Red Hood flying.

KABOOM!!!

As the smoke dies down, Red Hood groans as he pushes himself up, his body ringing from the impact of the explosion. 

At the same time, Punisher pushes himself up, limping towards Red Hood as he pulls out a sledgehammer, preparing to finish Red Hood off.

Just as Red Hood is about to reach for his gun, Punisher whips out his handgun, using the last bullet in the magazine to shoot his enemy right in the hand.

BANG!!!

Red Hood: ARGHHHHH!!!

As Red Hood clutches his bleeding hand, Punisher steps towards him, saying.

Punisher: Bones, promises, both break. Time to call it a night.

Red Hood: I feel an urge to crush your dreams.

Before Punisher could swing his sledgehammer, Red Hood thrusts his leg out, slamming it right into his knee.

CRACK!!!

Punisher: ARGHHHHH!!!

As Punisher drops down, Red Hood slams his body into his opponent and before Punisher could react, he felt a powerful electrical current surge through his body.

BZZZZTTTT!!!

Punisher: YYYAAAHHHH!!!

Red Hood: Go to sleep, scumbag.!

Red Hood pulls out his handgun and he opens fire, shooting Punisher right in the head.

BANG!!!

Blood and gore flies across the air before the Punisher falls straight down onto the floor. 

Red Hood removes his helmet, tossing it back before walking away, brooding as he listens to the sound of his helmet detonates, going off in a fiery explosion.

KABOOM!!!

KO!

<Cue: Forever In My Dreams by Really Slow Motion>

Megumi: Well one thing for sure, no matter who wins, every criminal loses.

Toomi: Both Punisher and Red Hood are certainly evenly matched in hand to hand and weaponary but Red Hood's skills and abilities won out in the end.

Sachi: Frank may be strong enough to take on Kingpin but Red Hood was able to break out from a grip from Supergirl, who is literally strong enough to crush coal into diamond and even throw punches powerful enough to shatter buildings.

Megumi: And though Frank and Jason did well against waves and waves of thugs in their lives, Frank is only dealing mostly with street level people like Daredevil and Captain America while Jason fought against Batman, Deathstroke, Lady Shiva and Ra's Al Ghul, people who possesses heavy sets of skills and even bested enemies stronger than the ones Cap and Daredevil faced.

Toomi: Being older, Punisher definitely had an advantage in terms of experience but Red Hood's martial arts knowledge and his League of Assassins training ends up countering Punisher's limited amount of martial arts, especially since Punisher lost to Daredevil.

Megumi: But Toomi, Punisher killed the Marvel Universe. He should have won nyek nyek.

Sachi: Firstly, the story like Deadpool kills the Marvel Universe is not canon to the Ultimates or the 616 universe which is the actual canon of Marvel. And second of all, he's most relying on things like nukes or even attacking heroes by exploiting their weaknesses which in a way, doesn't really scales him to many of the heroes and villains in Marvel.

Toomi: And shooting Bruce Banner without him turning into the Hulk or a nuke that killed Apocalypse? I don't know about you but that's just lazy writing, especially since Marvel didn't really show any real explanation to, they are all like," They're dead." and that's it.

Megumi: And plus, with the likes of Hulk and Thor, Silver Surfer, Phoenix Force and even Galactus, I don't think Punisher can even kill a huge percent of the Marvel characters.

Toomi: Having the advantage in tactics, skills, intelligence, strength and speed, this is what gives Red Hood the win of this battle.

Megumi: Guess you can say that Jason's punished Frank, in da Hood.

Sachi: The winner is Red Hood.

Red Hood: Sometimes hurting people feels so good!
