Fairy Tail vs Sony Playstation, when two fire breathing dragonic warriors from an adopted past goes toe to toe, get ready for the hottest inferno as both fighters fights fire with fire.

Toomi: Natsu Dragneel, the trained dragonslayer,

Megumi: And Spyro, the powerful purple hero of the dragon realm.

Toomi: These two have been orphaned since a young age but have been trained under a mentor to utilize their gifts for good.

Megumi: And they were trained by dragons! She's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi.

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Natsu Dragneels blazes into What if Battles

<Cue: Say Yes by Loco, Punch>

Toomi: 400 years ago, Natsu was born as the younger brother of Zeref, however, he died at a young age alongside their parents, courtesy of a Dragon attack.

Megumi: This caused Zeref to research Magic and its relation to life and death and, much later, with Zeref using his dead body, he was revived as the strongest Demon: E.N.D; whose purpose was to kill Zeref.

Sachi: As E.N.D., Natsu was a Demon specializing in fire, and purportedly discovered a different route that Magic could take when it was still developing and thus created Curses.

Toomi: During this time he also met Igneel. However the Dragon chose not to kill him because he loved him extremely so. Igneel, the King of the Fire Dragons, raised the young child as his own son.

Sachi:  Igneel taught Natsu to speak, write and use his very own form of Lost Magic, Fire Dragon Slayer magic.

Megumi: Eventually, Igneel sealed his damaged soul inside Natsu's body and, along with four other Dragons and their Dragon Slayers, jumped 400 years into the future via Eclipse Gate

Toomi: While initially thought to have been abandoned by Igneel on July 7, X777, Igneel, July 7, X777 was the day and year he awoke in the future, like the other four Dragon Slayers; however, when Natsu woke, he believed that Igneel had abandoned him, not knowing that he had instead opted to reside inside his body for many years to come.

Sachi: After waking up, Natsu left on a quest to find Igneel and was eventually found by the Guild Master of Fairy Tail: Makarov Dreyar. And so, Natsu joined Fairy Tail.

Megumi: 7 years later he met a girl named Lucy in Hargeon town who aspired to join Fairy Tail. After rescuing her from some bandits later on, he took her to his guild where they formed a team, and have since then gone on numerous adventures.

Toomi: As a member of a Guild, Natsu does jobs involving magic stuff for money, which obviously requires a lot of magical skill.

Sachi: Luckily, Natsu has superhuman strength, speed, and stamina. He's a tough bastard as well, and has incredible senses of sight, smell, and hearing thanks to his Dragon Slayer training.

Toomi: Dragon Slayer Magic is Natsu's bread and butter, specifically the Fire style. Natsu has well over 2 dozen ways to incorporate fire into his martial arts skills. His punches can be embedded with fire for the Fire Dragon Iron Fist, he can spit fire from his mouth with the Fire Dragon Roar, or blast it from his hands with the Brilliant Flame.

Megumi: And he can shoot fire from his feet to boost himself into the air! No, it's not flight. Pretty close though.

Toomi: Anyways, magic energy is Fairy Tail is limited. He can't use magic forever, because it'll be run dry and he can't anymore. Luckily, he can replenish his magic whenever he needs by eating fire. No really, he literally eats fire.

Sachi: If that wasn't enough, he's practically immune to all forms of Fire. However, he cannot consume fire that he produced. It must come from something else. However, Natsu isn't restricted to relying only on fire. He can combine his fire with Lightning to utilize, Lightning Fire Dragon Magic. And if he needs another power up, he can enter the Dragon Force.

Toomi: While in the Dragon Force, Natsu's physical and magical prowess drastically increase, and brings him closer to the full power of a dragon. Hell, it even makes him start to look like a Dragon!

Megumi: The Dragon Force was Natsu's trump card for some time, until he managed to unlock the highest form available to him, the Fire Dragon King Mode.

Toomi: In the Fire Dragon King Mode, Natsu produces fire so intense his presence can evaporate water cause the ground to become an inferno. He also gains access too 4 new spells. He can power up the Iron Fist, Brilliant Flame, and Roar with the Fire Dragon King's Demolition Fist, Fire Dragon King's Brilliant Flame, and the Fire Dragon Kings Roar.

Megumi: And then there's the Fire Dragon's King Purgatory, where he basically becomes a nuclear bomb. Undoubtedly, Natsu has done some truly crazy shit.

Toomi: Natsu's powerful enough to defeat guys powerful enough to destroy entire towns without much effort. He's got resistance to poison attacks, was able to defeat almost 1000 soldiers in a single attack

Feats

Easily the most destructive Fairy Tail wizard (on purpose)

Caught and melted an axe.

Has defeated a large number of seemingly more powerful opponents

Possesses extremely good hearing, being able to hear a conversation between Lucy and Flare, despite the loudness of the crowd and being able to hear the voices of Alvarez soldiers despite being out at sea

By the year X792 after one year of training, Natsu's magic power and strength increased to the point where he can defeat Bluenote Stinger in one hit and defeat powerful opponents all by himself.

Natsu was also able to move freely in Bluenote's gravitational field.

During the Avatar Arc, Natsu killed Ikusa-Tsunagi, a God, in one hit by using Fire Dragon King's Demolition Fist.....and Natsu was using the Fire Dragon King Mode with his own magic power.

Defeated the dragon Animus in half Dragonification form.

Natsu defeated Animus when the latter was further powered by the Dragon Cry.

Using the stronger version of the Fire Dragon King Mode, Natsu was able to bring Zeref to his knees. However, Natsu was forced to retreat before he could deal the finishing blow.

As E.N.D, easily defeated Dimaria Yesta, a member of the Spriggan 12 who had the ability to stop time itself.

Natsu was able to move freely, despite time being frozen by Dimaria.

400 years ago, as E.N.D, he created Curses, power that is different from Magic. Curses are not affected by Magic nullifying effects.

Defeated Base Acnologia's spirited body in the spirit world (with the combined power of all other dragon slayers) and he and the others freed out by falling out from the broken seal in the sky.

Defeated Madmole, the Armor Dragon Slayer, and a member of Diabolos.

Defeated Mercuphobia (With Fire Dragon God induced Dragon Force), the Water Dragon God who is said to be as powerful as Acnologia.

Blocked Gajeel's Dragon Slayer Secret Art Karma Demon: Iron God Sword with his arms.

Defeated Wraith, the Ghost Dragon Slayer, and a member of Diabolos.

Natsu also defeated Wraith when the latter possessed Makarov, combining his and Makarov's magic power.

Survived being impaled by Aldoron's Thicket of Arms spell in many different areas. Natsu was able to burn out the thorns after being impaled heavily.

Defeated God Seed Aldoron (in Natural Dragon Force), who had the same amount of power as the Wood Dragon God Aldoron.

While the defeat of the other God Seeds did weaken God Seed Aldoron somewhat, it was still comparable to his full power and still performed destructive feats both inside and outside of the Wood Dragon God Aldoron.

Defeated Gajeel, Jellal, Zeref & Acnologia

Sachi: And he has defeated the entire Sabertooth guild by himself, and he beat Acnologia, who absorbed a magical artifact thingy that could possibly let him destroy entire countries

Megumi: Damn! No wonder how is he so powerful in the Fairy Tail Guild.

Toomi: That isn't to say Natsu is perfect. His magical energy, if depleted too much, would mean game over in a rough situation, and utilizing his Lightning Fire Magic drains his reserves at double the rate

Sachi: But his greatest weakness is his thick head. Often, Natsu forgo's strategy and just runs in arms blazing and picking a fight. Even if it's a bad idea.

Weakness

Magical reserve is the equivalent of a wizard's stamina, and running out completely means game over.

Like other dragon slayers, he gets motion sickness from cars, trains, or boats, however, this does not extend to being carried by his cat friend, Happy, who be states to be different as Happy is a friend, not a vehicle. (Likely indicating Natsu could potentially bypass his motion sickness if he were to view a vehicle as a friend rather than a vehicle but has never been touched upon in canon.

Cannot eat fire that he himself has produced

Can be thick-headed and doesn't always think things through, preferring to run in arms blazing rather than thinking up a strategy before picking a fight.

Eating elements other than fire can make him sick, albeit sometimes grants him extra power (Lightning Fire Dragon Mode)

Igneel's power can only be used once.

Can go on a mindless rampage after eating power extremely powerful than his.

Toomi: I disagree with you there Sachi, Natsu's greatest weakness is his motion sickness. Something about moving vesicle's overloading his dragon senses.

Megumi: Anyways, with the support of all his pals and the power of the Dragon King, Natsu finally met Zeref again, who was evil now. He beat the shit out of his brother to stop his evil plan of rewinding time and some crap, and succeeded. All in a days work for Fairy Tail's Fire Breathing Dragon Slayer.

Natsu: Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Fairy Tail's Dragon slayer!

Spyro charges into What if Battles

<Cue: Tear in my Heart by Twenty One Pilots>

Toomi: The prophecy of the purple dragon say that, an special dragon will born every ten generations, becoming the hero of the Dragon Realms.

Megumi: But a dark evil wizard called Malefor knew about this legend, and he wanted to destroy the baby, but a Guardian Dragon called Ignitus do the best thing, he throw the egg to the river, like all the good parents, wait, this guy isn't the father of Spyro, right?

Sachi: No, anyways, the egg where Spyro born was adopted by Dragonflies. Where Spyro trained with his brother Sparx, and even without fellow dragons around, Spyro grew up to be a pretty good fighter. He's strong, tough, and makes good use of his horns, tail, and claws.

Toomi: But one fateful day, everything changed. During a game of hide and seek with his quote-unquote "brother", Sparx, they got into a bit of monkey business, and in desperation, Spyro unexpectedly breathed fire, this was Spyro's first hint that he was adopted!

Megumi: Hold up! You mean he thought he was an actual dragonfly the whole time? I can think of a few other hints, like, uh, I don't know, any time he saw his reflection!

Sachi: This "revelation" prompted Spyro to go on a journey in search of his true home among other dragons, oh, and Sparx tagged along to help find treasure and protect his dragon brother from harm.

Toomi: As a purple dragon, Spyro is capable of flight, using his claws and horns for melee combat and he can of course, breath fire, but he's not limited to just his fire breath, after finding and rescuing four great dragon guardians, they each became his teachers in the arts of elemental combat.

Megumi: Ignitus taught Spyro how to control fire and focus it into huge blasts. Volteer showed him how to use electric breath to stun enemies and toss them through the air. Cyril taught him to freeze foes solid and fire ice shards, and Terrador showed him how to use earth breath to split rocks and....roll up into a ball.

Sachi: Spyro also honed his physical and chi combat with the martial art of Dragon Kata. In fact, he can also briefly slow down time to allow himself quick reaction speed.

Aether is an extremely powerful element which binds the fates of the living and the dead. With Aether, Spyro pulls from the four elements to create energy which, according to Polin, has power comparable to that of an atom smasher.

Megumi: Isn't that the thing that shoots an atom around at light speed for all sorts of sciencey stuff?

Toomi: Yes. They're particle accelerators with a moving photon beam containing 362 megajoules of energy

Sachi: On a related note, a Russian scientist named Anatoli Bugorski stuck his head in one of them. He took a beam less than a molecule thick through the skull, which obliterated all matter in its path in an instant. While he survived, half of his face around the microscopic hole in his head swelled, peeled apart and was permanently paralyzed. While he experienced the blinding light he described as "brighter than a thousand suns."

Megumi: Just imagine if that beam was the size of Spyro's super breath! No, wait, you don't need to! We've seen what it's like when he killed the Ape King!

Rescued 150 dragon eggs from Bianca and an army of Rhynocs with little help

Sachi: Aether is dependent on a balance between light and dark. Should a purple dragon fall prey to their own anger and hatred, they risk being consumed by Dark Aether, or Nether. Transforming into a blackened, rage-filled form.

Toomi: Unfortunately, when Spyro is consumed by Dark Aether, he cannot return to his old self on his own, but with friends like Sparks and Cynder at his side, he's always found his way back.

Megumi:  And after getting all these powers, saving the dragons, and defeating the dark master himself, Spyro tapped into Aether one last time, to literally pull the exploding planet back together! What? How is that possible?

Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!

Town

At a deserted town in the middle of the jungle, both Natsu is walking along, feeling rather hungry and tired.

Natsu: Man, I'm feeling really hungry. I wonder what should I eat.

Just then, Natsu suddenly bumps into something, causing him to shout.

Natsu: Hey watch it! Huh?

Natsu widens his eyes, shocked at what he saw.

Standing below him is a small purple dragon.

Spyro looks up at him, growling.

Spyro: Hey! What's your problem pal?

Natsu: Whoa! Cool! A dragon. Hey, wanna have a go?

Spyro: Seriously? That's gonna be a bad call for ya pal.

Natsu: Hey come on! I can take it!

Spyro shrugs as he says.

Spyro: Eh why not? I got nothing better to do.

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: Fire by Barns Courtney>

Spyro swoops forward, swinging his horns only for Natsu to swerve his body to the side, dodging his attacks.

Natsu raises up his hands, parrying two swings from Spyro before engulfing his hand in flames, throwing a downward punch onto Spyro.

FWOOM!!!

As Spyro is sent flying, he flaps his wings, halting just as Natsu races forward.

Both Spyro and Natsu moves across the floor, dodging and exchanging blows amongst themselves before Spyro swings his tail out, slapping Natsu across the face.

WHAM!!!

Recovering from the blow, Natsu declares out.

Natsu: Alright! Let's turn up the heat!

Natsu throws his hand out, unleashing a powerful torrent of fire only for Spyro to dive past it, unleashing a blast of ice from his mouth.

BSHING!!!

The ice instantly froze the fire over, causing Natsu to shiver from the cold.

Using that to his advantage, Spyro slams his horn into Natsu, impaling him before throwing him straight into a tree.

CRASH!!!

Spyro then opens his mouth, unleashing a powerful torrent of fire right onto Natsu.

FWOOSH!!!

As fire completely engulfs the area, Spyro cheers out.

Spyro: Alright! Looks like I win this one!

However, the fight is still far from over.

Right at that moment, Spyro felt a strong gust of wind blowing his way, shocking him.

Spyro: Huh?

Spyro looks and what he saw causes his eyes to widen in shock.

There stood Natsu, inhaling the fire around him and swallowing them whole in his mouth!

Surprised, Spyro remarks.

Spyro: You know, I have seen a lot of weird things but not as weird as that.

Now charged up, Natsu smirks as he says.

Natsu: Now I'm all fired up!

FWOOSH!!!

Natsu unleashes a powerful explosion of fire, blowing Spyro back.

As Spyro lands feet first, Natsu throws a fiery kick onto his cheek.

BAM!!!

Natsu then unleashes a blast of fire right onto Spyro.

FWOOM!!!

However, Spyro simply flew through the fire, barely fazed by it before unleashing a spark of electricity, striking into Natsu.

BZZZTTT!!!

Natsu: EHHHHHHH!!!

Shocked by the electrical current, Natsu backs away wondering.

Natsu: What the hell was that?

Spyro: Electricity. I may be a dragon but I don't just breathe fire you know.

Natsu: Yeah. Same goes for me too.

Crackling with electricity, Natsu throws his hands out, firing a barrage of electrical fire balls at Spyro who basically swats them back with his tail, sending them slamming into him.

BZZZT!!! BZZZT!!! THOOM!!!

Natsu: ARGHHHHH!!!

Falling onto the floor, Natsu pushes himself up, his body engulfs in flames as he lets out one loud scream.

Natsu: HAUHHHHHHH!!!

BOOM!!!

A powerful nuclear like explosion booms across the town, incinerating everything in fire as Spyro felt himself getting blasted back.

As the fire continues to burn, Natsu stood up, his body now possessing a more dragonic appearance.

Natsu has reached his E.N.D form!

Natsu smirks as he questioned.

Natsu: Had enough?

However, right at that moment, a black energy began engulfing Spyro, turning his skin from purple to black.

Spyro has transformed into Dark Spyro!

Now empowered by their transformations, Spyro says to Natsu.

Spyro: Let's end this!

Natsu: Gladly!

WHOOSH!!!

Both Spyro and Natsu closes in onto each other, fire blazing as the two exchanged blows amongst themselves.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Natsu unleashes a powerful dragon breath onto Spyro.

FWOOM!!!

However, to his horror, Spyro simply unleashes a powerful blast of aether right at the fire, blasting it back.

THOOM!!!

Pushing back Natsu's flames, the aether struck the Dragonslayer right in the body, causing his entire body to go off in an explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Natsu: YAAAAHHHHHH!!!

Natsu's scream echoes through the entire forest as his body slowly disintergrates into nothingness as a much larger nuclear like explosion booms across the area.

KABOOM!!!

As the dust clears, Dark Spyro stares at him and he said.

Dark Spyro: Told you that was a bad call.

KO!

<Cue: Love,Again by CHIHIRO>

Megumi: A dragon killing a dragonslayer. What? Is it opposite day today?

Toomi: Being trained since young and being a two legged standing human, Natsu held the combative advantage over Spyro, using both his arms and legs to dodge and counter Spyro attacks.

Sachi: However, Spyro's flight gave him a big speed advantage, having been shown to dodge attacks faster than light, something that most of Natsu's attacks aren't.

Megumi: Both Natsu and Spyro may have an immunity to both fire and electricity and Natsu being capable of eating Spyro's fire certainly helped in boosting his power but unfortunately, it's not enough to deal against Spyro's ice magic or even aether.

Toomi: Due to aether being a form of light and dark energy of binding the living and the dead, Natsu not only has no defense against it but he is also not able to consume it.

Megumi: E.N.D may be a powerful form but his most powerful attacks have at best been comparable to a nuclear explosion while Spyro has even once pulled an entire planet back together, something that no Fairy Tail character has shown to do.

Toomi: Having the durability, strength and power advantage, once Spyro taps into Dark Spyro, this fight is pretty much a game over for Natsu.

Megumi: They may not have started this fire, but Natsu sure as hell got roasted

Sachi: The winner is Spyro

Spyro: I knew I could do it!
