Marvel vs My Hero Academia, two young protegies of superheroes goes out in the battle of the next gen of heroes

Toomi: Superheroes have certainly come a long way to inspire us, from stopping crime to teaching us ways of how to truly be human

Megumi: And some heroes are so inspiring that there are kids who just wanna follow in their footsteps.

Toomi: Like Miles Morales, aka the Kid Arachnid,

Megumi: And Izuku Midoriya, aka Deku, she's Sachi-san, Toomi-san and I'm Megumi-san

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armour and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Miles Morales Venom Blasts What if Battles

Toomi: Miles Morales is what a typical middle school kid, struggling with school, peer pressure and even the pressure placed on his father's expectations

Megumi: I mean damn, look at all that homework!

Sachi: Until one day, Miles was bitten by a radioactive powers, which in turned let's him do what a spider can

<Shows footages of a radioactive spider biting Miles>

Toomi: However, unlike Peter, Miles never wanted to become a hero, preferring to live a normal life despite his powers.

Sachi: However, when the Spiderman of the Ultimate universe died, Miles was forced to take on his mantle and team up with alternate versions of Spiderman along with a Peter Parker from a way different universe

Megumi: But after the events of the Secret Wars, having met the mainstream universe's Spider-Man prior, Morales ends up a resident of the mainstream universe and becomes the acting Spider-Man of New York.

Toomi: Having bitten by a radioactive spider, the radiation enhanced many of Miles' abilities, granting him superhuman strength, speed, agility, high levels of stamina, quick reflexes and peak level endurance

Megumi: But unlike our mainstream Spiderman, Miles is able to camouflage.

Miles: Can Spiderman turn invisible?

Spiderman: Not in my universe

Megumi: And he can do everything a spider can, shoot webs, the ability to cling onto any surfaces and even a spidey sense

Toomi: Spiders don't exactly shoot webs, they are able to create webbings by spinning their legs really fast to spin webs out of some kind of web fluid which like many Spider people have, are webshooters which allows them to shoot webs strong enough to restrain even the likes of the Hulk

Sachi: Miles also possesses a healing factor which allows him to heal from almost any kind of wounds and you remember the radioactive spider that bit Miles?

Megumi: Yeah, as it turns out, that spider was one of the creations of Oscorp, created by the scientist Dr. Markus to create an Oz Formula, thus also granting Miles immortality.

Megumi: He has also defeated the Green Goblin, beaten Batroc who is strong enough to crush concrete roads with his legs and also bested Black Heart who is strong enough to beat the likes of She-Hulk, Thor and Iron Man

Toomi: He's also fast enough to dodge the webbings of Main Stream Spiderman, outrun the Prowler and even dodge the firepower of War Machine Suits

Sachi: And his Venom Stings are so powerful that just one blast can knock out 616 Spiderman, destroy a Mecha-Suit Rhino and even take out Venom with a single shot

Toomi: And that's not all, Miles is also immune against Mysterio's illusions, allowing him to beat the living crap out of him while his illusions works on pretty much, everyone else

Megumi: And the fact he even defeated Kingpin and got the rest of the Spider-people back to their own universes, I'm beginning to like this Spiderman even more

Toomi: However, while Miles may possess similar abilities with Spiderman, he is rather inexperienced with his powers, and some of the time, he wasn't even sure how to use them, which puts him in a tactical disadvantage

Sachi: And while Miles sure has defeated experienced and trained fighters, he has received no form of combat training, thus making him prone to tactical errors in battle

Still a mortal human

He is inexperienced even compared to Peter Parker

Still unsure of how to use his powers effectively handicapping his abilities in a fight

Doesn't understand the gravity of his situations most of the time

Formerly only camouflages when stressed or when he feels scared

He isn't as strong or quick as the original Spider-Man

His Spider-Sense only warns him of immediate danger

Has very little to no combat training, which leaves him to making tactical mistakes in a fight

He himself admits that he relies purely on his reflexes and sometimes luck to compensate for his lack of skill

Toomi: And to add to that, Miles Morales himself has admitted that he often times rely on purely reflexes and mostly luck just to compensate his lack of skills

Sachi: And he is not as strong as the real Spiderman

Megumi: But considering the kind of opponents Miles has defeated and the amount of times he has proven himself to others, lucky or not, Miles has what it takes to succeed as the new Spiderman

Miles: Okay, let's do this quick. My name is Miles Morales, I was bitten by a radioactive spider, and for two days, I've been the one and only Spiderman. 

Midoriya returns for another semester in What if Battles

<Cue: Work This Body by Walk The Moon>

Toomi: Izuku Midoriya, just a regular middle school age kid was born in a world where 80% of it's population have superpowers, called quirks.

Megumi: As for the other 20%, they're just regular people. And to add insult to injury, Izuku is among the 20% of people without quirks.

Sachi: However, everything changed when one day, Izuku met All Might, the number on hero!

All Might: This is something I was once told: "Something that you receive because you're lucky and something that you are given because you are recognized are different in essence"

Midoriya: I took the reality that would be surprising even in comics

<All Might then holds up his hair strand and he instructs Midoriya>

All Might: Eat this

Midoriya: Huh?

Megumi: What the hell? Did he just ask him to....

Toomi: Yes Megumi, he did.

Megumi: That's just screwed up. Anyway, Izuku then ate the hair and sure enough, he immediately got the Quirk, One and All! He then went into the Academy and became one of the strongest heroes from there on.

Sachi: With One For All. Izuku can use Detroit Smash, a punch strong enough to destroy every floor of a multi story building.

Toomi: Delaware Smash, which is a huge amount of consentrated force, which was able to generate a fissure in water.

Sachi: Let's not forget about Full Cowl, which allows 5-8% of One For All to spread throughout Izuku's body, instead of it being concentrated in one location. In Full Cowl, Izuku's body won't get damaged while attacking

Megumi: And his Shoot Style, a variation Izuku made to deal with his damaged arms, by using his legs, instead!

Toomi: But, Izuku can go into even further heights than that, having One For All 100%, And even 1,000,000%! Except that 1,000,000% isn't actually 1,000,000%.

Toomi: With his newly acquired Quirk, Midoriya's strength and power greatly increases beyond average. He once destroyed a robot the size of a building with a single punch, the very same blow also tore through several floors of a building.

Sachi: And without his Quirk, Midoriya has shown the capability of Judo throwing other students without effort.

Toomi: Midoriya is also extremely fast, capable of moving faster than Testutetsu who can move in tandem with bullets. With Full Cowl he can even move faster than the eye can see and can keep up with Hero Killer Stain and react to Gran Torino's movements.

Megumi: And did I mentioned that the kid has also taken note about almost every single hero in recent history. I mean wow, even I have trouble listing out every Marvel and DC Super Hero, not to mention the others like Spawn, Hellboy, Mask, Red Sonja, you know the rest.

Sachi: Being bullied by Bakugo a lot practically means that Midoriya has been forced to take his beatings and it's impressive considering how that boy can literally create explosions from his fists.

Megumi: Damn. Someone give Micheal Bay a call.

Toomi: Midoriya is also not exception to great intelligience as well, passing the U.A High Entrance Exam and became the 4th highest performer in Midterm Exam. He's also a skilled tactician and a brilliant strategist, capable of outsmarting even the smartest and cunning of the villains.

Destroyed a robot the size of a large building with a single punch.

The sheer pressure caused by his punches was able to destroy several floors of a building.

Created a water vortex with a flick.

Can destroy Todoroki's ice structures with a single flick.

Sachi: Midoriya has one shotted Muscular and even defeated both Gentle and Overhaul all by himself.

Toomi: With both strength and intelligience on his side, Midoriya is even successful in fending off the League of Villains during their assault on the U.A

Megumi: But as powerful as Midoriya's Quirks are, they...can put quite a huge strain on his body.

Toomi: You see, the One For All is a kind of technique which can greatly damage your body as much as you can devastate your opponents with. Heck, even All Might himself has experienced it himself first hand.

Sachi: What's more, opponents that are faster than him or tougher than him are capable of overwhelming him.

Weakness

Using his stronger techniques greatly damages his body.

Opponents that can outspeed him or withstand several of his blows are capable of overwhelming him.

His strategies tend to be pretty reckless.

Constantly puts his own life at risk to protect others.

Pushed Todoroki to use his fire quirk despite the fact that he could have won against him if he didn't.

Hardly ever goes all out.

Especially against other humans.

When he feels it necessary, he will not hesitate to break most of the bones in his arms to continue fighting.

Due to the strain caused by One For All, his ligaments are greatly damaged.

Toomi: And while he may be a great strategist in battle, Midoriya's tactics are somewhat reckless. He would constantly put his life at risk just to protect others and he will not hesitate to break most of his bones in his arms to continue fighting

Sachi: Midoriya has hardly gone all out for the fear of hurting others and he even pushed Todoroki to use his Fire Quirk even though he could have won without him using it.

Megumi: But even so, Midoriya will prove to the world that he can be the best hero to ever save the world.

Midoriya: It turned out our fight wasn't what I thought it would be. It didn't really matter who won or lost, that wasn't the point. But...even so...I felt like I have to go through with it. Because in that moment...I was the only person in the world to understood what Kat-chan felt.

<Midoriya then threw a kick, putting his leg on the floor as he thought to himself>

Midoriya: This is actually good. I can see whether my shoot style works against him.

<Midoriya then faces Bakugo as he declares out.>

Midoriya: If I have to do this, I'm going all out! I refuse to be your punching bag Kat-chan! Let's go!

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Sachi: Don't forget to vote, comment what you think of the fight.

Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!

Fight

Sports Hall

Inside a wide and spacious sports hall, Midoriya sat on a chair, dribbling a ball.

However, right at that moment, something smashes right through the walls, sending Midoriya flying.

CRASH!!!

Midoriya: WHOOOAAAA!!!

Just as Midoriya crashes backfirst into the ground, Juggernaut steps into the hall, rearing his arms back as he loudly declares out.

Juggernaut: You're no match for the Juggernaut!

Midoriya pushes himself up, thrusting himself backwards, instantly switching his sports attire into his Gamma Suit.

FLASH!!!

Midoriya: Here goes!

WHOOSH!!!

Midoriya lunges forward, preparing to strike.

However, at the same time, a short slender figure cladded in black and red swung down from the rooftop, his foot slamming Juggernaut square in the face.

WHAM!!!

Juggernaut: ARGHHHHHH!!!

Just as Juggernaut falls backfirst into the ground, Miles folds his arms, nodding at him.

Miles: All in a days work.

Unfortunately, right as Miles spun around, Midoriya's fist accidentally struck him right in the face, sending Miles crashing backfirst into Juggernaut's unconscious body.

THUMP!!!

Midoriaya: Whoops! Sorry!

Midoriya sheepishly apologies.

However, Miles jumps back up, pointing a finger at Midoriya and he said.

Miles: Alright pal, you're asking for it!

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: The Day by ポルノグラフィティ>

Midoriya lunges forward, thrusting his arm out just as Miles leaps over the hero.

Twip!

Miles launches a string of webbing at Midoriya before tugging the hero upwards, throwing a single punch right into his face.

WHAM!!!

Just as Midoriya crashes onto the floor, he jumps back, landing feet first onto the ground before lunging forward, screaming out.

Midoriya: Detroit Smash!

WHAM!!!

Miles: YAHHHHHH!!!

Miles screams out in agony as the blow sends him tumbling backwards.

Midoriya rushes forward throwing multiple punches at Miles.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Miles: YEOWW!!!

As Miles stumbles backwards, he shakes his head and he exclaims.

Miles: Damn! That kid is strong!

Midoriya: You're going down! Delaware Smash!

Just as Midoriya throws the attack, Miles swerves to the side before thrusting his leg outwards, striking onto him.

WHAM!!!

As Midoriya is sent flying up, Miles jumps up into the air, punching the hero repeatly.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Midoriya: YAHHHHH!!!

Miles lands feet first onto the ground, watching just as Midoriya crashes into a tree.

BAM!!!

Miles: Come on, couldn't you do better than that?

Midoriya: Air Force!

WHOOSH!!!

Miles: Say what the fu...

Before Miles could finish his sentence, Midoriya threw a single kick into Miles, sending him tumbling back.

WHAM!!!

Midoriya sprints forward, preparing to strike again.

Midoriya: Air Force!

However, this time, Miles jumps back, creating a massive spiderweb in the process.

Twip!

BOING!!!

Midoriya: WHOAAAA!!!

Midoriya screams out in shock as his entire body dangles within the webbing, sticking into his clothes.

Midoriya: Ew!

As Midoriya struggles to free himself from the webbing, right at that moment...

WHAM!!!

Midoriya shifts his eyelids back, only to find nothing behind him.

Right at that moment, Midoriya felt another blow, this time in his gut.

WHAM!!!

Midoriya: Oof!

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Midoriya grits his teeth as what felt like a thousand punches strikes him across his body

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Miles: You're done!

Just as Miles prepares to throw one final blow, Midoriya screams out.

Midoriya: Manchester Smash!

SHRIPPP!!!

The sheer tug of his arms instantly rips apart the webbings, shocking Miles.

Miles: Holy shit!

Midoriya then throws one powerful punch, striking Miles square in the face.

WHAM!!!

ZSSSTT!!! ZSSSTT!!!

The sheer impact of the blow shook Miles' body before the Kid Arachnid was sent flying up into the air.

WHOOSH!!!

Midoriya lunges upwards and he throws one single powerful kick.

BAM!!!

Just as Miles crashes into the ground, Midoriya winces in agony, thinking to himself.

Midoriya: Damn it! Why now? Right. Gotta finish this fast!

WHOOSH!!!

Midoriya: Detroit Smash!

WHAM!!!

Midoriya punches Miles across the face before thrusting his leg into his gut.

THOOM!!!

Midoriya: ST Louis Smash!

BAM!!!

The sheer impact of the blow sends Miles crashing into a nearby bus, causing him to wince in agony.

Miles: Ow.

Midoriya shifts his body back before launching himself forward, screaming out.

Midoriya: Delaware Detroit Smash!

Just as Midoriya is about to throw the fatal blow, Miles thrusts out his arm out he shout.

Miles: Not this time!

THOOM!!!

A single blast of his Venom Blast shot out of his hand, striking into Midoriya.

THOOM!!!

Midoriya: ARGHHHHHHH!!!

Midoriya screams out in agony as the blast strikes right into him, causing him to drop onto his knees.

As Midoriya struggles to rise, Miles shook his head, saying to him.

Miles: Now I've got to admit, you nearly got me there but now, it's time to end this!

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Miles throws multiple strikes at Midoriya before jumping back, shooting webbings relentlessly at Midoriya.

Twip! Twip! Twip! Twip! Twip!

Midoriya winces as he backs away, his entire body covered in webs just as the relentless barrage of webbings sticks onto him.

As Midoriya is covered in webbing, electricity flows through Miles hand as he said.

Miles: You know, there is one thing I want to say to you.

Midoriya could only look just as Miles puts his hand on his shoulder, cooly saying to him.

Miles: Hey.

And right at that moment...

BZZZTHOOM!!!

Midoriya: YAAAHHHHHHH!!!

Midoriya screams of agony rings across the district just as his body was sent crashing into a nearby fence, the splintered wood impaling right into his body.

SHOK!!!

As Midoriya's body fell limp, Miles points at him and he questions

Miles: Did that feel like a cartoon?

Miles then shoots out a single string of webbing before swinging away.

Twip!

KO!

<Cue: New Earth by Bruce Falconer>

Megumi: Two losses in a role, are you sure this is the kind of potential All Might sees in him?

Toomi: Midoriya held a complete advantage in pure strength but most of his attacks are nothing compared to what Miles had went through.

Megumi: Yeah, talking about a kid who has taken blows from Giant Woman and Batroc, who's to say he couldn't take building level blows.

Sachi: Not only that, while Midoriya did a decent job defeating Stain, that is nothing compared to Miles beating Black Heart.

Megumi: And considering how Black Heart has taken on the likes of Thor who can shatter planets with Mjonir, Miles has the upper hand in taking on opponents.

Toomi: Not only that but while Midoriya certainly has a lot of strong attacks, the biggest game changer here is Miles Venom Blast. Now considering how the Venom Blast has knocked out Spiderman and even destroyed Rhino's mecha-suit which can certainly tank building level blows, it certainly proves that Miles' Venom Blast far trumps many of Miles' techniques.

Sachi: And Miles even took on a form of Knull, the God of the Symbiotes , who can even move fast enough to blitz Celestials. And just to note, even the weakest Celestial  have immeasurable cosmic powers with seemingly no limits. They can manipulate matter and energy at will. A single Celestial has the power to threaten all the pantheons of gods in a planet. The Celestials collectively shaped the cosmos in order to create life throughout the universe, and were indirectly responsible for the emergence of the Multiverse itself

Megumi: Yeah, I don't see Todoroki or any Boku no Hero characters having feats of that kind. Well, looks like Midoriya certainly underestimated the stakes of this battle

Sachi: The winner is Miles Morales

Miles: Anyone can wear the mask. You could wear the mask. If you didn't know that before, I hope you do now. Because I'm Spider-Man. And I'm not the only one. Not by a long shot.
