Queen's Blade vs RWBY, which two swordwielders who's skills were not so great at the beginning will prove superior?

Toomi: No human ever became interesting by not failing. The more you fail and recover and improve, the better you are as a person.

Megumi: And these two are good examples of warriors who starts from the bottom and became pretty decent.

Toomi: Such as Leina Vance, the youngest daughter of the Vance family,

Megumi: And Jaune Arc, the leader of Team JNPR, she's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi.

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Leina Ad-Vances into What if Battles

<Cue: Final Song by MO>

Toomi: Leina Vance is the second eldest sister to the Royal Vance family who wanted to become strong.

Sachi: But it wasn't easy dealing with her very scornful older half sister Claudette and a very obsessive younger sister called Elina so Leina decided to run away.

Megumi: Until she encountered some shape shifting bunny girl called Melona who shoots acidic milk from her breast, yuck!

Toomi: Lacking the skills to fight, Leina was bounded to lose, until the arrival of Rusty, the benevolent Bandit who rescued her and bought her home in hopes of getting her prize money.

Megumi: Though Claudette wasn't that accommodating.

Toomi: Eventually, Leina escapes from the confines of her home, rescued Risty from the dungeons and even outsmarting Melona before it begins her journey to the a Kingdom of Gainos to participate the Queen's Blade tournament.

Sachi: As she travels on, the journey to Gainos was not an easy one, dealing with Elves, a soul sucking Temptress, becoming a slave to an Egyptian Queen, constant annoyance from an Angel and even becoming a victim to a rather perverted elf

Tomoe: Have she no shame?!

Megumi: Yeah, that's how I wonder about the creator too Tomoe.

Toomi: Soon Leina made it to Gainos where she fought through a whole lot of Warriors before she defeated the near unbeatable Queen Aldra and this becoming the new Queen.

Megumi: But she rejected the throne and her sister Claudette ruled instead, becoming a rather tyrannical leader which begins the journey of Annelot, but that's a story for another time.

Toomi: When she was young, Leina initially struggles in her training, possessing no talent in combat and was even easily surpassed by her younger sister Elina.

Sachi: Though as the series progresses, Leina' fights with various opponents and her training from Echidna improves her skills a lot, now being able to take on various opponents in battle.

Megumi: But combat isn't the only thing that this busty warrior learned, while she used to lack in skills, she made up with brains. In which she was able to outsmart Melona by squeezing her hard enough to cause her to self-destruct and even evaded her sisters long enough.

Toomi: Though just to note, Claudette is no idiot. Being a general, it has been implied that Claudette herself has lead armies into battles and won, especially when she was able to outsmart and defeat Queen Menace, the Egyptian Queen capable of creating powerful sand storms.

Sachi: But her weapon that's she uses to win her fights comes from a sword, which used to be an ordinary sword before getting upgraded by the blacksmith Cattleya

Megumi: Damn! Never knew Queen's Blade has their own version of Guts who is a really really busty mom cause damn, look at the size of those melons!

Toomi: You're not too far off that Guts part Megumi, though not as strong, similar to Guts, Cattleya's sword is not an ordinary sword, being a rather big blade designed to be powerful enough to kill giants which adds to her title, Giant Killer.

Megumi: Giant Killer, Dragon Slayer, now I get it.

Toomi: In fact, the same Giant Killer augmented her sword to the point it can not only take hard impacts from opponents as powerful as Aldra, but it is almost impossible to break.

Sachi: And she has a technique called the Dragon Tail in which she fires a powerful blast of lightning from her sword.

Toomi: Looking at her journey, Leina definitely has made it very far in her path, being able to defeat opponents like Tomoe who is far more experienced than she is, outsmart and beat down Melona who has a healing factor.

Megumi: She's also really strong, being able to injure the demon Belphe despite him being much larger than she is.

Toomi: However, Leina herself has no desire to be queen so even though she won the Queen's Blade tournament, she gave up her throne and Gainos ends up being under the rule of Claudette.

Sachi: And it doesn't change the fact that at the start of the series, she was talentless in fighting.

Megumi: And is it weird she has a sister that is very affectionate to her. And when I say affectionate, I mean like want to kiss kind of affectionate.

Toomi: But in the end, Leina still ends up learning from her mistakes and still won the Queen's Blade tournament after Aldra's winning streak.

Megumi: And she has a really nice ass!

Leina: This is what I learned from everyone, there is no other sensation than two fighters going head to head.

Jaune Arc sembles into What if Battles

Toomi: Jaune Arc was raised with seven older sisters, and from a lineage of heroes and warriors.

Megumi: Now you might think that he must be a legendary hero since after all, he was named after Joan of Arc. Except that wasn't the case.

Toomi: You see, Jaune possessed little combat ability and had received barely any previous training. making him ironically weaker than his ancestors.

Sachi: But determined to live up to his family name, Jaune snuck to Beacon Academy where at first, it was getting obvious that he was not who he claimed to be.

Megumi: But surprisingly, he became the leader of the team JNPR where he received care and support from his fellow teammates, even getting help from Pyrrha Nikos. Until Cinder Falls killed her during the attack at Beacon Academy.

Sachi: And since the fall of Beacon, Jaune has been traveling with Ruby Rose and the remaining members of his team to Haven Academy

Toomi: Being a team leader, Jaune is incredibly adept in assessing a situation and coordinating his allies based on their abilities and skills. With his guidance, massive Grimm have been taken down by only a handful of fighters.

Megumi: And like every character in RWBY, Jaune has an aura, his comes as both a means of completely covering yourself in a force-field and a way to heal minor wounds. Whilst Jaune hadn't yet unlocked his Aura before coming to Beacon, no surprise there, his teammate Pyrrha was able to unlock it for him using hers.

Sachi: In fact, Pyrrha helped to train Jaune to make up for his lack of previous experience. And eventually Jaune unlocked his Aura's unique ability.

Toomi: It let's him amplify his own Aura, making it much stronger and resilient to attacks. But it works best in a group, letting him empower the Semblances of others or completely refill them.

Megumi: But his Aura isn't all that is impressive, his weapon too is something worth seeing.

Toomi: Crocea Mors, is actually two separate items that make up a knight's classic arsenal; a sword and a shield. But when not using either, the shield can compact down into a scabbard.

Sachi: Whilst it weights the same as it would a shield, Jaune actually seems to have little trouble carrying it around. Whilst far from high-tech, at least initially, the sword is sharp and hard enough to completely slice through Grimm bodies.

Megumi: And it wasn't only 'initially' non-high-tech, cause Jaune soon got some enhancements to this family heirloom.

Sachi: Firstly, by combining the sword and scabbard together, Jaune can increase the power of his swings. And when he got to Atlas, it was the shield that got some new boons.

Toomi: Likely outfitted with the corresponding types of dust for the new abilities, the shield can now emit gravity-based pulls or bursts, and unfold to reveal hard-light shields for additional defense.

Sachi: Fitting with his role as leader of JNPR, one that he quickly grew to more than deserve.

Toomi: He's tough enough to easily withstand the blows and hits from brutes like Cardin Winchester and effortlessly tanked a large rock to the face with enough force to send him flying into a tree.

Megumi: He's even fast enough to Ursa  so quickly that the slash looked like a blur, and has fast enough reflexes to dodge multiple mini-boulders flying his way. Plus, he can be scaled to people like Pyrrha and Tyrian, who can move at hypersonic speeds!

Despite his lack of fighting skill, he makes up for it as a tactical and natural leader.

Successfully beat team FNKI with his team and Oscar Pine.

Held his own with team JNR and Oscar Pine when fighting Neopolitan.

Killed a Teryx with one strike.

Sachi:  He's also a great tactician, as he once noticed how the Geist (a giant golem-esque Grimm) kept defending its face from attacks that unintentionally almost hit it and was able to correctly guess that it was a weak spot. Or the time that he successfully led Team JNPR to defeat a Death Stalker on an unstable bridge.

Megumi: Heck,  even guys like Cardin who used to whoop his ass now know not to mess with him after seeing what he's truly capable of.

Toomi: However, Jaune does have tons of faults. He has a huge lack of solo combat experience even when not compared to the powerhouses of his universe.

Sachi: He also doesn't have much training aside from that given to him by Pyrrha, and suffers from a lack of confidence due to his reputation as the weakest among his peers

Megumi: And though he may have improved a lot, it doesn't change the fact that he got his ass handed to him by Cardin. WHO USES A SLOW-ASS MACE!

Toomi:  Also, while his Aura is plentiful and can take quite a beating, it can be used up in quite a small period of time such as when he nearly used it all up against a single Ursa.

Sachi: Speaking of Aura, as it is basically his soul, if his Aura runs out, he dies. Plain and simple.

Megumi: Even with all of these faults, however, Jaune is still someone who shouldn't be taken lightly. If you even so much as think of trying to mess with his dear friends, the knight in shining armor will make you pay.

Jaune: Okay. Who's first?!

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Sachi: Don't forget to vote, comment what you think of the fight.

Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!

Forest

Sitting alone in the forest, Jaune sat back now as he sighs to himself.

Jaune: Ah, now that my work is done, hm. Maybe I should go and get some water.

Jaune then stands up, making his way towards the nearby stream.

However, when he got there, what he saw causes his eyes to widen in shock.

Jaune: Oh my!

Feeling his face turning red, Jaune stood there, staring at a naked and yet lean body of a tall blonde woman.

The woman turns around and upon laying eyes at Jaune, she lets out a loud shrill scream.

Leina: AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!

Jaune: Oh my! I'm so sorry!

Jaune apologises purposely as Leina quickly snatches her armor, quickly putting on her clothes as she shouts at him.

Leina: Seriously, what's wrong with you you pervert?!

<Cue: Force by Alan Walker>

Without warning, Leina then grabs her sword before lunging forward, preparing to fight.

Announcer: Fight!

Jaune: YAAAAHHHH!!!

Jaune quickly draws out his own sword, raising it up as he barely parried a blow from Leina.

CLANG!!!

Jaune and Leina moves across the forest, with Leina screaming out as she slashes at him.

Leina: Have you no sense of decency?!

Jaune: Hey! I didn't even know you're here!

Jaune slams his shield forward, only for Leina to leap into the air, backflipping over him before swinging her leg up, sending him flying with a single kick.

WHAM!!!

Jaune: YAAAAHHHHH!!!

Jaune lets out a loud scream before crashing backfirst onto the floor.

Leina leaps up, narrowing her eyes as she plunges her sword down, only for Jaune to block the attack with his shield.

CLANG!!!

Activating it, the shield creates a shockwave, sending Leina flying upon impact.

Leina: AAAAHHHHH!!!

As Leina is sent flying, Jaune rushes forward and he swings his sword, cutting into her.

SLASH!!!

Leina: Ngn!

As Leina grips her wound, Jaune smirks as he asks.

Jaune: Ha! How do you like that?!

Leina narrows her eyes, glaring at him as she growls.

Leina: I'm not done yet.

Crackling with electricity, Leina raises her sword up, unleashing a powerful lightning bolt.

CRACK!!! THOOM!!!

Jaune: Whoa!

Before Jaune could react, Leina rushes forward before swinging her sword across, causing the blade to cut into him.

SLASH!!!

Jaune: ARRRRGHHHHHH!!!

Angered, Jaune swings his sword, only for Leina to raise up her shield, blocking the attack.

CLANG!!!

Just as Jaune rushes forward again, Leina ducks to the side before thrusting her leg out, striking him in the shin.

CRACK!!!

Jaune: ARRRRGHHHHH!!!

Leina swings her sword across, cutting into him.

SLASH!!!

Jaune: YAAAHHHH!!!

As Jaune backs away, covering his wound in agony, Leina swings her sword across, cutting into him.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

Jaune: ARGHHHHHH!!!

Seething in pain, Jaune grits his teeth as he activates his aura, his healing factor closing up his wounds as Leina stares at him in shock.

Leina: What? You can heal yourself.

Jaune: Yeah, but I don't think you can.

Activating his aura, Jaune rushes forward, slashing at Leina to which the latter raises up both her shield and sword, blocking the attack blow by blow.

CLANG!!! CLANG!!! CLANG!!!

As Leina backs away, she looks as Jaune began panting, catching his breath as he prepares to attack, only this time, Leina is ready for him.

Leina: Not this time!

Throwing her shield across, the tip of the weapon struck Jaune in the chest, causing him to cough out blood.

Jaune: HUAGHH!!!

As Jaune coughs out blood, Leina rushes forward, swinging her sword across his body repeatly.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

Jaune: ARGHHHHHHH!!!

Jaune screams out in agony as he stumbles back, blood pouring from his wounds as he felt both his arms fall off his shoulders.

BBBBZZZZTTTT!!!

With her sword crackling with electricity, Leina screams out.

Leina: Dragon Tail!

CRACK!!! THOOM!!!

Leina launches the attack at Jaune, sending a powerful bolt of lightning flying towards him, causing Jaune to go off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

As the smoke clears, Leina sighs out in relief before she walks away, fixing her falling pieces of armor to cover up her exposed areas.

KO!

<Cue: Love, Again by CHIHIRO>

Megumi: Sigh, man Jaune can't seem to catch a break can he.

Toomi: This certainly is an interesting match to say nonetheless, with having a more technologically advanced weapon and even being able to kill Grimms bigger than him, Jaune held a decent advantage except he lacks the skills as Leina does.

Sachi: Though we won't deny that Jaune has improved, Leina herself has already done it in just a few days through her constant battles wheareas Jaune hasn't really being doing any training during the same amount of time, only improving as he grew older.

Megumi: And even though Pyrrha's training was a great milestone for Jaune, that is surprisingly nothing compared to Leina undergoing training from Echidna. Who is an elf who has lived for hundreds of years! A warrior who not only never lost a fight in her own series but a warrior who has fought many battles and has years of experience than Pyrrha who basically died while she was still in her teens.

Toomi: While some could argue that Jaune is physically stronger due to him killing Grimms as big as bears, let's not forget that Leina herself did defeat the demon Delmore who was not only towering over all the Queen's Blade participants, but was even shown to be as tall as a small building itself, something much larger than an Ursa Major

Sachi: And though in terms of stamina, Leina pretty much had it in the bag, being shown in Season one to go through a whole three day sparring session without taking breaks while Jaune like every other character in the series has often times been shown getting tired after draining a lot of their aura.

Toomi: Having the advantage in skills, powers and stamina, all it takes for Leina is to use her Dragon Tail technique to secure her the win in the end.

Megumi: Looks like this sword fight with a Tail (Tale)
