Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere vs Street Fighter, two fighters who specializes mostly in dance grooves it for the dance fight of the year

Toomi: Fighting may be fun to some people, but there are few who likes to add their own style to it.

Megumi: And no once mixes dancing with fighting as well as these two.

Toomi: Like Kimi Aoi, the student of Musashi Ariadust Academy

Megumi: And Elena, the nature-loving capoeira fighter from Kenya. She's Sachi-san, Toomi-san and I'm Megumi-san

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armour and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Kimi Aoi entertains What if Battles

Toomi: Kimi Aoi is Toori's older sister and a student of Musashi Ariadust Academy. Both she and Toori were born on the same year, so they are of the same grade level.

Sachi: After the death of Horizon Ariadust, Toori fell into a state of severe depression. At this period, Toori becomes lethargic, and he refused to eat, often staying inside his room and grieving over his friend's passing.

Megumi: And one day, Kimi eventually had enough and decided to do something a good sister would do, force him into a condition where he can die if he does not make a move. 

Toomi: Kimi then tried all sorts of ways to force him to fight, like throwing him out of the window or feeding him spices to no avail.

Sachi: But eventually, Toori finally accepted that there is more to life than the loss of a loved one and with her help, Toori sealed a contract with the god Ame-no-Uzume-no-Mikoto, where he received his unique ability.

Toomi: Kimi is a shirabyoushi or a practitioner of Japanese traditional dance. 

Megumi: Her abilities are mostly defensive, and is fueled by her entertainment of other people and her constant dancing.

Kimi: Just so you know, my contracts are all related to erotica and dancing.

Sachi: Kimi's combat skill is centered on traditional Japanese dance, and her superiority in battle is dictated by how she would "entertain" her enemies.

Toomi: Kimi's original ability: Dance of the Summit, based on the concept of "The only ones who can touch me are those I wish to wither away for," this ability allows the user to control which attacks can go through her; otherwise, they are blocked using a myriad of flower-decorated Sign Frames that are created at speeds that match that of Futayo's attacks.

Megumi: Kimi sure is one force to be reckoned with. With her moves, she can dodge attacks from a physically stronger Fotoya and she was able to protect herself from Cecil's weight distribution. 

Toomi: And her tough sister act was somehow able to force a depressed Toori back to being himself.

Sachi: And with her powers, she was also able to counter Fotoya's attacks and outplay her tactics.

Toomi: Elena is a princess of an East African nation that has a cultural tradition of fighting. Her father Jafari, is the chief of the region, is a traditional healer who also qualified in France for a doctorate degree in medicine.

Sachi: But while sparring with her brother Marcus, Elena feels unsettled by the feelings she senses from the surrounding trees. Her father Jafari, the patriarch of the tribe confirms her suspicions, claiming to have already discussed the matter with the Shaman.

Megumi: There's a lot of shit mentioned that non-tribal people like us wouldn't understand, like "a bringer of death" once walked amongst their people. The "seeds of sadness" this individual has proceeded to sow around the world have caused the trees to respond with "strange noises"

Jafari: I have just spoken with the Shaman. He says that the trees have been making strange noises. A bringer of death walk among us...and he sows his seeds of sadness across the world.

Toomi: Believing that this person is associated with the upcoming S.I.N. tournament, he then reveals that he has decided to enter her into it.

Sachi: Furthermore, as head of the tribe, he then commands her (amid protests from her brother) to observe the fighters and thus determine "the truth".

Megumi: And long story short, she happily accepts.

Toomi: Elena's fighting style, Capoeira, is of West African and Brazilian origin. The style utilizes her strong, long legs to execute amazing dance-like moves and fancy legwork.

Sachi: As such, excluding grabs, her moveset consists entirely of kicks and leg throws.

Toomi: And interesting thing to note is that she is one of the only characters in the entire roster who can regenerate their health in the middle of the match.

Megumi: If there's something I can say to describe Elena is that she really has a talent with making friends with literally anyone. Heck! Even Akuma couldn't resist being with her.

Toomi: In fact, her strong connections through the sacred tree enables her to communicate with an unconscious Ryu, teaching him the 'Fist of the Wind' technique which enabled him to defeat Dudley.

Sachi: Her strong spiritual connection was also able to revert Lord Raptor back into his human form. In fact, that kind of powers is also strong enough to calm Violent Ken down to the point he reverts back into normal.

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!

Inside a spacious studio, Kimi Aoi stood at the side, twirling her body around as she sways her arms to the side, humming to the music.

Just then, something caught Kimi's eyes right across the studio.

Right opposite her, Elena, a rather tall dark skinned African girl somersaults across the floor, loud music blarring over Kimi's gentle music.

Annoyed, Kimi turns to face Elena, shouting out to her.

Kimi: Hey! What's the big idea?! Can't you see I'm practicing here?

Realizing what she had done, Elena apologizes to her.

Elena: Oh gee, I'm sorry.

However, instead of accepting the apology, Kimi turns to face Elena, declaring out.

Kimi: Hah! You call that dancing? Very well, show me what you can do.

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: Sun is Up by Inna>

Elena crouches down, swaying her arms and legs defensively as she lunges forward.

However, instead of moving, Kimi simply sways her body back and forth seductively, causing Elena to look at her in confusion.

Elena: Huh? What are you doing?

Kimi: What are you doing? I thought I told you to come on.

Kimi insists, prompting Elena to lung forward.

Just as the African girl swings her legs across, to her horror, she found her legs moving past Kimi's body completely, causing her jaws to drop.

Elena: What?

Elena jumps back, staring at Kimi's swaying body in shock.

Kimi: Heh. You can't even touch me.

Kimi then looks down, saying.

Kimi: Uzzi.

WHOOSH!!!

At that moment, a small mouse-like creature flies up next to Kimi, floating next to her.

Elena slides across the floor, throwing multiple kicks at Kimi.

But to her horror, none of her strikes seems to be hitting Kimi even once.

Kimi swings her hand backwards, striking into Elena.

WHAM!!!

Kimi: Hah! Pathetic!

However, Elena swings up leg upwards, striking Kimi square in the face.

WHAM!!!

Kimi: ARGHHHH!!!

Just as Kimi stumbles back, Elena throws multiple strikes right at her, striking her repeatly across her body.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Kimi: ARGHHHHH!!!

Elena jumps up, grabs Kimi by her shoulder before throwing her over head, slamming Kimi right through the studio mirror.

CRASH!!!

Elena: Awww, wanna lie down a bit?

Elena questions with glee.

Angered, Kimi pushes herself up, dusting the dirt of her pants before standing in front of Elena, shifting her body back and forth.

Elena sprints forward, swinging her legs across, only for her leg to simply phase right through Kimi's swaying body.

Suddenly, Kimi twirls her body around, causing the entire room to change into a large black void.

Elena: What?

Elena watches in shock just as several talisman flies around her, locking the two together.

Kimi laughs out, saying to the African Princess.

Kimi: Ah ha ha ha. You can't touch me.

Elena jumps up, throwing multiple kicks right at Kimi.

However, a massive number of talisman swoops down from the air, blocking everything strike thrown by Elena.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

And right at that moment...

WHOOSH!!!

Kimi unleashes a powerful blast of wind across, sending Elena flying back.

Elena: WAHHHHHH!!!

Kimi points her hand across, sending the cards flying towards her.

Twip! Twip! Twip!

Just as Elena stood up, dazed from the last attack, the cards strikes right into her, impaling right through her flesh.

SHOK!!! SHOK!!! SHOK!!!

Kimi: This ends here!

SHOOM!!!

Kimi thrusts her hand out, sending a bright light flashing across the radius.

Elena could only widen her eyes in horror just as her entire body went off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

As the explosion dies down, Kimi sighs to herself, watching as a tiny scorched piece of what remains of Elena's loincloth drops onto the floor, speaking out.

Kimi: I told you. If you can't touch me, you don't stand a chance of even winning in the first place.

KO!

<Cue: New Earth by Bruce Falconer>

Megumi: What just happened?

Toomi: Elena is certainly more skilled in combat than Kimi but that's pretty much it.

Sachi: Indeed, considering how Kimi's dances simply gave her superior speed over more experienced fighters, most of Elena's attacks could barely even touch her at all.

Megumi: And while Elena can regenerate health, she is not immune to strong fatal blows like stab wounds or explosions.

Toomi: And Elena has lost against combatant like Hugo who is a lot weaker than Fotoya. With the speed and power advantage, this is what gave Kimi Aoi the edge of this fight.

Megumi: Looks like Elena had her last dance in this rumble.

Sachi: The winner is Kimi Aoi.

Kimi: A flower's name means nothing to the flower itself.
