Toomi: Absolute power is what these two have always desire though their reason for power comes for different reasons.

Megumi: And they will do whatever it takes to have it. She's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi.

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle.

Toomi: In the entire universe ruled by the Omni King, Zeno, there once was 18 universes.

Megumi: Until Beerus fell asleep during a game of hide of seek which pissed off the almighty God to the point he destroyed six of them, leaving only 12 universes left.

Sachi: Among them was the 11th Universe, home of the Pride Troopers.

Toomi: The Pride Troopers operate as a superhero team where they fight for truth and justice and amongst them is Jiren the Grey, the strongest hero of the 11th Universe.

Sachi: Initially starting off as a very weak child, Jiren lived a happy life until his family and village were destroyed by an evil doer. So seeking revenge, Jiren began training, growing stronger and stronger as he grows.

Toomi: Till the time comes where he and his master and comrades confronted the evil doer only to realise that despite all that training, Jiren is still not powerful enough to defeat the villain, losing his friends and master in the process.

Megumi: You know, for someone who acts like a Superman in this universe, his story is very Batman.

Sachi: But all of that eventually led him to become a member of the Pride Troopers where he fought all kinds of villains and protect the innocent.

Megumi: And when his universe is threatened for destruction thanks to a certain Saiyan, Jiren was chosen to represent his universe in the Tournament of Power.

Sachi: And with his power, Jiren stood out amongst the other fighters in the tournament, his power level and aura he emits causes his enemies to avoid direct conflict to him, letting Goku know he is not one fighter to underestimate.

Toomi: Jiren is very strong, having one shotted Maji Kayo with one punch, easily took down Berserker Kale, the very same Berserker Kale who ruptured the Kachi Katchin arena, one of the strongest material in the universe.

Megumi: And like every other Dragon Ball character, Jiren is capable of flight, ki sense, firing ki blasts and he has his own signature move, Power Impact where he fires a red-orange ki blast in the form of a fireball. It starts out relatively small but expands massively upon impact. He used this attack to stop Kale's rampage and several times throughout the Tournament of Power. While powered up greatly he can fire it like a normal ki blast but then it increases in size massively.

Sachi: Jiren also has an invisible eye blast where by widening his eyes, he emits an invisible aura in which he can attack enemies from a distance without the need to touch them, causing a great amount of damage in the process.

Megumi: And even as a God of Destruction in training, Top is powerful enough to go toe to toe with Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Vegeta in base form, toyed around with Gohan and Android 17 and took several Death Beams from Frieza

Sachi: He possesses God Ki, having the power of Destruction on his side where in his God of Destruction form, he can fire several small versions of Hakai to destroy any ki blasts regardless of size and his mere aura alone can erase anything that touches him within seconds.

At full power, his speed puts him well on top of as the fastest in Universe 11, even claiming to be the fastest in the multiverse. He can even move too fast for even the GodPad designed by the Grand Minister to perceive even at slower speeds

Toomi: And despite Hit and Goku gaining the upper hand on Dyspo by analysing his tactics and using them against him, Jiren was able to take down the two, having eliminated Hit from the Tournament of Power and beat down Goku in all his other forms. Even shocking when Top even admitted that he still has a very long way to go before he could even hold a candle to Jiren.

Sachi: And that's just his base form only, as it turns out, he has a full power form where he emits a burning red and orange aura, allowing him to take down Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-ken Goku, Super Saiyan God SS Evolved Vegeta, and Android 17 at the same time.

Megumi: And when he was awakened by a memory of his painful past, it let him awaken a much deeper level of his dormant potential. Breaking well-beyond his previous limits, Jiren unleashed a newfound power so intense, the very release of it causes him to lose his shirt and set the tournament ring ablaze with fiery ki.

Toomi: The very power alone shook the entire World of Void, and in this state, Jiren was capable of going toe-to-toe with Perfected Ultra Instinct Goku, gaining enough power to bypass the instantaneous defense impulse of Ultra Instinct and even initially overwhelming Goku in raw power

Megumi: But that's saying something how considering the fact his base form one shotted enemies like Maji Kayo and Kale without effort, beating down Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Vegeta,

Sachi: He was even able to surpass Hit's speed, bypassing his Time Skip and even while being held down in Hit's barrier, he could not only move, but even broke out of it to the point he was even mentioned to be capable of trenscending time.

Was implied to be stronger than his own universe's God of Destruction Belmod, and was shown to be superior to the (albeit new and inexperienced) God of Destruction Top.

His power shook the Tournament of Power arena in the World of Void.

Knocked Maji-Kayo out of the Tournament of Power with just the shockwave created from his punch.

Toomi: Actually yes, as it turns out, Jiren does not truly have limitless power as shown, he tends to lose power if he gets tired and injured.

Sachi: And his seemingly unlimited power can be matched and surpassed by other fighters, one such example is Goku's Mastered Ultra Instinct form which not only matched his full power form but even defeated him.

Megumi: And you remember the part where there are four universes excempted from participating, yeah, something tells me that Jiren isn't really the most powerful opponent Goku faced since there is a possibility of other beings stronger than Jiren,

Weakness

Despite his incredible power, he still has a limit that can be matched and surpassed, just as Son Goku has shown after achieving the perfected Ultra Instinct state.

Has no sense of comradery because of past experiences, and struggles to understand how others can be strong because of their comrades.

Ultimately lost in the Tournament of Power at the hands of Frieza, Goku and Android 17.

Toomi: But Jiren's biggest weakness is his lack of comraderie and his willingness to go through extreme measures to get what he wants. Due to his tragic past, Jiren treats friendship as nothing more than a liability, even openly insulting his teammates for being weak and went far enough to attack Goku's friends to prove his point.

Sachi: Though despite trumping the seven universe in terms of power level, he was defeated by the combined might of Goku, Frieza and Android 17.

Megumi: But I have to admit, his power sure has been a big stepping stone in Goku's growth of power. And that's something no one would ever forget

Toomi: Thanos is one of the last sons of the Titanian Eternals A'Lars and Sui-San, slaughtering his own people can becoming known among the galactic communities as the "Mad Titan."

Megumi: Motivated by his ambition and obsession for death, Thanos became a cosmic warlord who rules over a distant region of space called Acheron.

Sachi: His ultimate goal is the possession of the Infinity Stones so he can impress the cosmic being Mistress Death by rewriting existence itself.

Toomi: As Thanos grew, he was shunned by his own people. As a result, he became corrupted, becoming obsessed over the idea of death and power. Soon, Thanos was exiled from Titan, and soon, Thanos began a journey of obtaining power throughout the universe.

Sachi: Being a Titan,  Thanos has great strength, endurance, reflexes, and agility. He can absorb huge amounts of energy blasts, go toe to toe with some of the strongest heavy hitters in the Marvel universe and take hits from Celestial beings like Galactus.

Toomi: Thanos can manipulate large amounts of energy into cosmic energy and plasma blasts and psychic attacks, he can teleport, he can increase his body armor, and he has a knack at mind-controlling. He is also immune to heat, cold, energies, radiation, poison, aging and disease. In his universe, Thanos is known to be vastly powerful cosmic entity, known to be able to destroy solar systems.

Megumi: And you know how we mentioned earlier how he began a journey obtaining power? Well, one time he suceeded in gaining the most powerful artifact in the entire universe!

Toomi: This "weapon" is powered by 6 infinity gems, stones with great power. One gem could easily destroy a planet.

Sachi: The Time Stone, which gives the user control over time itself, ranging from reversing or accelerating the flow of time to stopping time in an instant or creating a time-loop that only the user can cancel. It can age enemies into dust; so long as they don't have eternal life.

Megumi: And there's the Space Stone, which grants the user limitless manipulation of space, allowing for teleportation, dimensional manipulation, the creation of wormholes, self-multiplication, size alteration, you name it.

Toomi: Soul Stone, which grants the user limitless manipulation of souls both alive and dead also has shown to be able to evolve or devolve a being both physically and mentally.

Sachi: Then the Reality Stone, which universally alters the natural laws of the universe to the wielder's will, draining the life force of lesser beings who possess it. It can also spontaneously create or alter any material object the wielder desires, allowing them to disable opponents or weapons by turning them into bubbles or dismantling them into cubes.

Megumi: And the Power Stone, which grants the user infinite strength and makes them invincible to physical attacks. It can be used to augment or inhibit any force, causing lesser beings holding it to combust in a massive explosion. It also increases the power of the other infinity stones.

Toomi: With the Mind Stone, it enables to the user to tap into the universal consciousness, allowing for unlimited manipulation of psionic powers including telepathy and telekinesis or to subjugate the wills of others.

Sachi: As you all know, each and every stone Thanos has are powerful in it's own way, with the power potent enough to kill any living soul just by simply touching them.

Toomi: This wasn't Thanos's most impressive feat, with the Gauntlet, he has went toe to toe with Celestials, survived travelling across dimensions, even took three planet shattering screams from Black Bolt with the worst it could do is annoy him.

Sachi: He has even survived getting stabbed, burned, even with entire universe distorting around him. Shrugged off hits from Hulk and Thor, cracked Captain America's shield and even wiped out the entire army of Ovin Mercenary, stated to be the deadliest army in the galaxy, out of boredom

Megumi: But Thanos doesn't do everything on his own, he is being backed up by his children, well not blood related children but adoptive children who serves as his most loyal henchmen.

Toomi: One of them is Black Dwarf, the strongest fighter of the Black Order, a member who has super-strength, enhanced density, and impenetrable skin. The same skin that allows him to take attacks from Ronan, Super-Skrull, and Annihilus at the same time without flinching.

Megumi: Damn, and he's the only person to have succeeded in possessing the Infinity Gauntlet in every version of the Marvel universe he is in. Well, except the in Avengers Endgame where the Thanos from the year 2014 time travelled and died before being able to use the gauntlet.

Sachi: And though the Infinity Gauntlet is powerful, it is not powerful enough to kill omnipotent beings like The One Above All.

Megumi: Is it weird if his biggest weakness is that he can never find love with Death?

Even in battle, Thanos has had his Infinity Gauntlet stolen by his enemies. To use the Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos must have the stones embedded in the Gauntlet. Preventing him from doing so will make him far easier to defeat.

The Infinity Stones individually have weaknesses.

Infinity Stones can be destroyed by certain magical ways (assuming Thanos doesn't reverse the damage with the Time Stone).

It is possible to make magic or technology that can contain the power of the Infinity Stones

In the city ruined from the mass fighting, corpses of heroes like Black Widow, Hawkeye, Captain America, Hulk, Iron Man, Ant Man, War Machine, Okoye, Shuri, Mantis, Drax and Spider Man could be seen lying on the floor.

At that moment, a loud scream echoes out just as Black Panther crashes backfirst into a building, collapsing onto the floor motionless.

Stepping through the ruins, Thanos leers at the remaining members of the Avengers, kicking down an injured Vision as he faces them.

Captain Marvel, Thor, Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, Star Lord and Rocket Raccoon faces Thanos, hopelessness fills the air as Thanos spoke to them.

Thanos: Fun isn't something one considers when balancing the universe.

Doctor Strange stares at him with a look of disgust.

Doctor Strange: Fun? So all this bloodshed is nothing but fun to you?

Thanos: Heh heh. No.

Thanos shakes his head before completing his sentence.

Thanos: But it does put a smile on my face.

Thor: Attack!

WHOOSH!!!

The remaining members of the Avengers rushes forward, preparing to take Thanos on only for the Mad Titan to snap his fingers.

THOOM!!!

Within seconds, Doctor Strange opens his eyes as he heard a familar voice say to him.

Captain Marvel: Strange. Get up.

Doctor Strange: Huh? Captain Marvel? Wait, where's the others.

Captain Marvel: Gone.

Both Doctor Strange and Captain Marvel watches helplessly as Thanos opens up his hand, conjuring a ball of energy as he says to the two.

Thanos: I am...inevitable.

However, right at that moment, a blast of energy shot right at Thanos, forcing the Mad Titan to jump back.

THOOM!!!

Thanos lands on the ground, looking up only to find a tall muscular figure approaching him.

Similar to Thanos, this figure possesses a muscular frame along with grayish purple skin along with a head lacking facial hair of any kind.

He is Jiren, the hero of the 11th Universe.

Jiren lands protectively in front of Captain Marvel and Doctor Strange and he instructs the two coldly.

Jiren: Go, I'll deal with this.

Without needing to be told twice, both Captain Marvel and Doctor Strange quickly flee the scene as Jiren and Thanos faces each other.

Thanos: Very interesting. Just who are you?

Jiren didn't answer, he simply clenches his fist as he says.

Jiren: All you need to know is that evil shall be brought down by me.

Thanos smirks as he sneers.

Thanos: Very well, do it then.

Announcer: Fight!

Thanos and Jiren launches towards each other, with Thanos throwing a punch only for Jiren to parry it with a swing.

Jiren then throws one powerful punch, sending Thanos flying back.

Thanos looks up, amazed by the hero's sheer power as Jiren flies forward.

As Jiren throws a punch, Thanos raises up his hand, stopping it before throwing Jiren hard onto the ground.

CRASH!!!

Jiren thrusts both legs up, using his feet to slam right into Thanos.

WHAM!!!

As Thanos skids back, he points his Infinity Gauntlet at Jiren, firing several blasts of energy at Jiren.

THOOM!!! THOOM!!! THOOM!!!

Jiren launches himself forward, his aura dessimating each approaching energy blasts just as he fires a ki blast at Thanos.

THOOM!!!

Thanos swings his arm out, deflecting the projectile before saying to Jiren.

Thanos: Not bad. You're a lot stronger than I thought.

Jiren: I know you're not even using the fullest extend of your power. I'm surprised you lasted this long.

Thanos: No matter, you won't last long once I'm through with you.

Thanos snaps his fingers outwards, creating a massive explosion on the ground with a snap.

SNAP!!! BOOM!!!

Jiren jumps back, narrowing his eyes just as Thanos rushes forward, using the Reality Stone to summon a blade to which he use to swing it at Jiren.

Using only one hand, Jiren blocks every swing before thrusting his leg out, sending Thanos flying back with a kick.

WHAM!!!

Thanos then retaliates by throwing the blade at high speeds, forcing Jiren to swerve to the side, only to suffer a small graze on the cheek.

Jiren wipes the blood off his face as he glares at Thanos who is clenching his fist, emitting a high amount of power from the stones on his gauntlet.

With the power of the Reality Stone, Thanos began turning all the surrounding rumble into large rocks of spikes before sending them flying towards Jiren.

Twip! Twip! Twip!

Jiren swings his arms out, shattering each rock with his arms only for one to hit him in the gut.

POW!!!

Jiren: HUARGHHHHH!!!

Thanos then rushes forward, using the Power Stone to boost his strength as he throws one powerful punch, striking Jiren in the face.

THOOM!!!

The impact of the blow sends Jiren flying back, knocking through the unconscious bodies of Spider-Man and Captain America before crashing through several buildings.

Thanos then opens up a wormhole, disappearing as he teleports himself towards Jiren's location.

WHOOM!!!

As Jiren skids across the ground, Thanos reappears right behind him before throwing another punch, striking Jiren by the back of his head.

WHAM!!!

Flinching, Jiren jumps back as he narrows his eyes at Thanos.

Thanos opens up his palm, firing a blast of energy right at Jiren until right at that moment, Thanos heard a loud voice screaming out.

???: JUSTICE!!!

BOOM!!!

A large figure crashes in front of Jiren before firing a ki blast at the projectile, causing it to explode upon impact,

PIU!!! KABOOM!!!

Jiren looks just as a large bearded figure looks at him, acknowledging him.

Jiren: Top.

Top faces Jiren as he spoke.

Top: This enemy is far stronger than I thought. Looks like you could use some help.

Jiren: And the others?

???: Busy.

Jiren looks to the side, finding a rather tall lean purple rabbit stepping up to him, stretching his arms as he explains.

Dyspo: The others are fighting hordes of monsters across the planet, it looks like this guy didn't come alone.

Thanos watches as Top points a finger at him, screaming out.

Top: Your day is done villain! Soon, you shall face the true meaning of Justice!

However, Thanos ignores Top as he spoke to two figures approaching him.

Thanos: Maw. How good of you to join us.

Ebony Maw and Black Dwarf, two members of the Black Order stares at the trio in contempt as Ebony Maw says to Top,

Ebony Maw: Those big words do not define your powerE. I suggest you to comply with my leige or else you shall be exterminated.

Top: We admire your courage to face Jiren.

Dyspo: But compared to him, the two of you are nothing.

Black Dwarf: Heh.

Black Dwarf grunts as he steps forward, wielding his axe as he sprints forward, prompting Top to lunge at him as well.

Top: JUSTICE!!!

Top throws a punch, only for Black Dwarf to raise up his hand, stopping the blow midpunch

BAM!!!

Top swings his arm out, forcing Black Dwarf to block as both brutes began exchanging blows amongst themselves.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

At the same time, Ebony Maw opens up his palms, sending waves of rocks and debris flying towards Dyspo, prompting the Pride Trooper to dodge them with his speed.

ZOOM!!!

Dyspo sprints forward at supernatural speed, striking into Ebony Maw.

WHAM!!!

Shaking his head, Ebony Maw narrows his eyes as he uses his telekinesis, lifting Dyspo up before slamming him hard into a nearby wall.

CRASH!!!

Dyspo: HAURGHHH!!!

Completely pinning Dyspo down with the nearby debris, Ebony Maw raises up his hands, turning several rocks into needle sharp spikes as he says.

Ebony Maw: Any last words?

Dyspo: No...I won't die here! Not today!

WHOOSH!!!

Breaking himself out of his captor, Dyspo swings his leg out, striking Ebony Maw square across the face.

WHAM!!!

As Ebony is sent flying back, Dyspo dashes across the city, striking at the Black Order member repeatly with his super speed.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

At the same time, both Thanos and Jiren are locked in battle, the two seemingly evenly matched as they continue to exchange blows amongst each other.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Jiren throws multiple punches onto Thanos, forcing the Mad Titan to block as the repeated blows continues to push him back.

WHAM!!! WHAM!!! WHAM!!!

Thanos then throws his hand up, striking Jiren under the chin.

BAM!!!

Up in the air, Jiren spins around before slamming both feet downwards, forcing Thanos to jump back.

Thanos began waving his hand, causing the entire city to rupture in a massive explosion, sending a hail of fire burning across the floor.

Jiren jumps back, dodging the blazing inferno while Dyspo and Ebony Maw are still locked in battle.

Ebony Maw throws a sharp rock at Dyspo, only for the Pride Trooper to dodge before opening up his palms, charging up two spheres of ki within it.

Dyspo: Justice!

Dyspo then sends both ki blasts flying towards Ebony Maw who stopped both attacks with his telekinesis before sending them flying back towards Dyspo.

Dyspo however, began creating several afterimages of himself, surrounding Ebony Maw completely.

Gritting his teeth, Ebony Maw raises up his hands, sending large amount of rubble flying everywhere.

Nearby, Jiren, Thanos, Top and Black Dwarf leaps to the side, narrowingly dodging the flying projectiles.

As Ebony Maw is engrossed in his attempt to take down Dyspo, he fails to notice Dyspo closing in onto him until...

A bright yellow circle of energy wraps around Ebony Maw, shocking him.

Ebony Maw: What?

As Ebony Maw struggles to free himself, Dyspo stood behind him, laughing out.

Dyspo: Ah ha ha ha! Your days of evil ends here! Finish!

Ebony Maw could only look on helplessly as his entire body went off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

As burning remains of what used to be Ebony Maw rains down from the sky, Dyspo then leaps out of the scene to aid his other two allies in their fight.

Meanwhile, Black Dwarf swings his blade out, striking Top in the cheek.

WHAM!!!

Black Dwarf smirks as he slams his forehead up, slamming Top in the face.

BAM!!!

Black Dwarf then raises his blade up, swinging it down only for Top to stop it with his arm before jumping up, grabbing his head with both his feet.

Top began spinning in the air, carrying Black Dwarf up into the air before slamming him hard onto the ground.

CRASH!!!

Top then just back as he points his hand at the Black Order member, firing a barrage of ki blasts at him.

THOOM!!! THOOOM!!! THOOM!!!

KABOOM!!!

Top then lands feet first onto the ground, striking a pose as he shouts.

Top: Justice!

However, as the smoke clears, Top widens his eyes in sheer horror as he saw Black Dwarf smirking, his body completely unscathed even from the attack.

Before Top could react, he suddenly felt a powerful projectile strike him by the body, causing him to go off in an explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Jiren looks, his eyes widens as he saw Thanos turns his attention from him to Top, firing another energy blast right onto Top.

PIU!!! KABOOM!!!

Thanos then turns around, throwing a punch right into Jiren's gut.

BAM!!!

Jiren: HUARGHHHH!!!

Jiren coughs out in sheer agony as he was sent tumbling from the attack.

Thanos then turns to Black Dwarf, signalling him to continue his attack on Top as he steps towards Jiren, saying to him scornfully.

Thanos: You have failed. Your feeble attempts is useless.

However, right at that moment, Jiren lets out a loud scream, engulfing himself completely in a powerful red aura.

BWOOSH!!!

Thanos widens his eyes in shock, watching as Jiren lunges forward, throwing a punch square across Thanos' face.

BAM!!!

Thanos pushes himself up, wiping the blood off his lips only for Jiren to reappear right above him, attacking him with a combination of punches and kicks.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Thanos then grabs Jiren by the leg before slamming him onto the ground.

THOOM!!!

He then picks him up before punching him several times across his body.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

He then waves his hand out, summoning several rocks to fly up, striking Jiren several times before firing one powerful blast of energy right onto Jiren.

THOOM!!!

Jiren: ARGHHHHH!!!

Jiren grunts out as he was sent tumbling across the floor.

Thanos then raises up his Infinity Gauntlet, sneering as he says.

Thanos: This universe, is better off without you.

And with that, Thanos snaps his fingers.

SNAP!!!

Right at that moment, Jiren felt something...odd? Like something is...disappearing.

Jiren looks down, staring in shock as his body slowly turns into dust.

At the same time, Dyspo stood his ground, shocked at the turn of event as he disappears.

WHOOSH!!!

As Jiren slowly dusts away, Jiren thinks to himself.

Jiren: Is this the end? No...no!

A burning red and orange aura envelops Jiren as he declares out.

Jiren: It won't end this way! Evil like you...must be exterminated!

BUSSSHHH!!!

Unleashing a powerful aura, Jiren instantly resisted the power of the Reality Stone, reforming his entire body instantly before lunging forward, punching right into Thanos.

POW!!!

As Thanos is sent flying back, Jiren unleashes a hail of ki blasts, causing Thanos' body to go off in an explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Jiren then launches himself up, striking onto Thanos repeatly.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Thanos swings his arm out, attempting to retaliate only for Jiren to dodge the attack before throwing his feet out, sending Thanos flying back.

Jiren then opens up his palm, summoning a small ki blast to which he throws it at Thanos, striking him in the gut as it sends him flying up.

Jiren then turns around, folding his arms as he declares out.

Jiren: It's over.

KABOOM!!!

Thanos then went off in a massive explosion, setting several skyscrappers ablaze.

Jiren then stood his ground just as Top lands next to him, now in his God of Destruction form.

Jiren then questions him.

Jiren: Hm? You have transformed?

Top: Yes. It seems you have done it too yourself as well.

Jiren: What about your opponent?

Top: Already dealt with him. A single Hakai was all it took to defeat him but what was that? That villain did something that caused the survivors to disappear, me too if I hadn't transformed. What's going on?

Jiren: I do not know either. I was almost erased until I unleashed my full power. Though the problem has been taken care of.

Famous last words.

Right at that moment, the ground beneath both Jiren and Top went off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Jiren and Top: ARGHHHHHHH!!!

Both Jiren and Top screams out in agony as the two were sent tumbling back, the attack burning off the top half of their uniforms in the process.

As they pushes themselves up, what they saw causes their eyes to widen in horror.

Standing above them stood Thanos, though scratched and burned, stood mostly unharmed.

Thanos then spat.

Thanos: Reality is often disappointing. Especially for the likes of you. And now, it's time to end this.

Top: This time, we'll make sure you stay dead! Hakai!

Top then fires a Hakai, only for Thanos to snap his fingers.

Snap!

Almost immediately, the Hakai disappear, causing Top to widen his eyes in horror.

Top: What?!

Thanos then pulls out a small glowing cube, holding the Cosmic Cube in his hand as he clenches his fist, complimenting Jiren.

Thanos: That form of yours is incredible. But let's see how well you fare against the power of the Cosmic Cube.

Jiren and Top rushes forward, the two exchanging blows against Thanos.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Thanos dodges a punch from Jiren before throwing a punch right into Top's cheek.

WHAM!!!

Thanos then fires a powerful blast of energy right into Top, causing the Pride Trooper to scream out in sheer agony.

Top: ARGHHHHHHHH!!!

Within seconds, his entire body went off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

With Top down, Jiren unleashes another aura as he closes in onto Thanos, with the latter clenching onto both his Infinity Gauntlet and Cosmic Cube before exchanging blows with Jiren.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Explosions booms across the planet as both Pride Trooper and Mad Titan battles blow to blow, neither willing to their opponent the upper hand.

Thanos snaps his finger, unleashing a powerful explosion over Jiren's body.

Snap! BOOM!!!

Though injured by the attack, Jiren screams out in anger.

Jiren: EARRRGHHHH!!!

Using his aura, Jiren throws them out, striking Thanos across the body with what seems like invisible hands.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Recovering from the blow, Thanos looks down before throwing his Cosmic Cube hand, punching Jiren square in the cheek.

BAM!!!

Tumbling backwards, Jiren recovers from the blow before opening up his palm, charging up a powerful sphere of ki as he throws it at Thanos, preparing to finish off the Mad Titan once and for all.

Energy sparkles across the Infinity Gauntlet as Thanos powers up the stones, charging a powerful wave of energy as he thrusts his hand out, firing a powerful blast of energy right down onto Jiren.

THOOM!!!

Both waves of energy clashes into each other, pushing back and forth with no means of either gaining the upper hand.

Thanos then clenches the cosmic cube, charging up the power within it as he places it in front of the Infinity Gauntlet, charging up the attack as he fires a much more powerful blast of energy down onto Jiren.

THOOM!!!

Overwhelmed by the blast, Jiren lets out one final scream of agony as he felt his entire body disintergrates before going off in one massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

With his opponents defeated, his mission completed, Thanos then uses the Infinity Gauntlet to open up a wormhole before disappearing from the surface of the planet.

KO!

Megumi: Oh my God. This battle is literally 2018 in a nutshell.

Toomi: This certainly was an interesting and close fight to be sure. Thanos' pure strength, experience and years of fighting various enemies of different level certainly gave him an advantage over Jiren's seemingly limitless amount of ki but Jiren's skills and power makes this a fairly challenging fight.

Sachi: Especially when Jiren scales above the Gods of Destruction and Thanos defeating Celestial level beings, both certainly had their fair share of surviving universal level damage though Thanos held a massive advantage considering how he has survived events that changes the Marvel universe while Jiren has been shown to still be vulnerable to erasure attacks.

Megumi: And Jiren's ability to transcend time grants him the speed advantage over Thanos considering how Thanos had trouble dealing with faster opponents like Thor and even against people with very fast reaction like Captain America.

Toomi: Jiren held a massive advantage in striking strength, having shook the entire World of Void with his aura alone and having sent weaker enemies like Maji Kayo flying with a single blow would have given him a potential win, that is if he could even put Thanos down at all to begin with.

Megumi: Having consistently survive planets blowing up around him and having beings of planetary to universal level hitting him, Thanos not only shrugged them off but has even been seen healing from stab wounds or burns that would have been fatal to most which makes this hard for Jiren to beat Thanos through just pure brute strength alone.

Sachi: And with the power to manipulate reality on his side, I know what you all might be thinking, Thanos could just snap his fingers, erase Jiren and it will all be over right?

Toomi: Surprisingly, it's not as simple and straight forward as most might think. Now erasing a living being from existence is a powerful move that not even herald tier characters like Goku or Thor can do but, that's surprisingly something that the Gods of Destruction are capable of doing.

Megumi: And since Jiren scales above all 12 Gods of Destruction according to an interview from the writers, it means that there is a potential of Jiren actually being able to resist the power of Hakai as he scales above Frieza and Vegeta who can do just that.

Sachi: Not to mention, shattering of dimensions is already a thing since the start of Dragon Ball Super so dimensional warping powers is not something that would easily beat Jiren.

Toomi: But all that changes once the Cosmic Cube enters the ring. As though Jiren can resist getting erased, his powers isn't limitless, having been outmatched by Mastered Ultra Instinct Goku and having never been shown to resistant to changes in the timeline and mutliverse, something the Cosmic Cube alone is capable of doing so.

Sachi: And having the raw power to enhance the power by manipulating matter and energy, Thanos can simply use it to further enhance the power of his already powerful Infinity Gauntlet to give himself the power to overwhelm Jiren's full power.

Toomi: Having the advantage in arsenal, power, experience along with the capability of performing the near impossible, all Thanos needs to do is channel the full power of both the Infinity Gauntlet and Cosmic Cube to gain the victory over Jiren.

Megumi: Looks like Jiren couldn't run the Gauntlet with this one.

Sachi: The winner is Thanos

Thanos: I will take everything! By my hand

* Despite having no name of the requester written on the top, this fight is not Danvers-Kara's idea but rather a fight request, however, Danvers-Kara lost the comment requesting the fight in What if Battles 1. * Danvers-Kara has even wanted to write this battle much much earlier since 2019 but kept pushing back the chapter until now which makes this the oldest and longest chapter to go without being updated

* The part where Megumi said the fight is basically 2018 is to recount over how practically all the hype back in 2018 was channeled into writing this battle.

* The members of the Avengers featured in the fight are the same members featured in Avengers Infinity War and Avengers Endgame
