Marvel vs DC, shield vs sword, when two sons of a peak level superhero and an assassin goes toe to toe with each other, only one is the worthy son of the superhero

Toomi: Superheroes are always up and about, ready to save the day and bring peace to the universe.

Megumi: And when the time comes, it is up for their children to step up to take on the mantle

Toomi: Such as James Rogers, the son of Captain America and Black Widow,

Megumi: And Damian Wayne, the son of Batman and Talia Al Ghul, she's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

James Rogers throws his Energy Shield for a What if Battle

<Cue: If I Rule the World by Big Time Rush>

Toomi: I'm sure many people have watched that movie Age of Ultron and saw the Avengers beating him except in this Marvel timeline, Ultron pretty much killed almost every Avenger ever.

Megumi: Knowing of the danger they are in, Iron Man took in a bunch of kids who are children to the members of the Avengers and one such kid goes by the name James Rogers.

Sachi: James Rogers and the rest of his adopted siblings were secretly hidden within an arctic base to be safely raised by Tony Stark.

Megumi: Bred into a life of constant training, James eventually became weary of the constant routine and started falling behind in his training as he no longer saw any point in it.

Toomi: After the arrival of Vision, James and his siblings got too curious for their own good and followed Tony to reveal a secret entrance to a repair bay, under their parent's grave markers.

Megumi: Which cause them to see a bunch of Robo-Avengers, then they activate them which ends up getting Ultron's attention.

Sachi: With Iron Man and Betty Ross, the Next Avengers found Hulk who went into hiding after the death of many of the Avengers.

Megumi: Which is ironic cause Hulk is literally powerful enough to do this to Ultron.

Toomi: And after Torrunn safely returned from sending Ultron into the depths of space, James and the rest of the Next Avengers began setting their minds into eliminating all remaining Ultron threats and thus saving the world.

Sachi: Being the son of both Captain America and Black Widow, James possesses the Super Soldier Serum in his blood since his parents are Super Soldiers, which grants him enhanced strength.

Megumi: He's also trained in basic martial arts, a rather skilled tactician and he has endurance and stamina that exceeds that of a normal human.

Toomi: And he has an energy shield generator which is generated by his gauntlet that can project a shield that can physically block almost any energy or physical attack.

Megumi: He can alter it's size as well and even physically manipulate it to be use for throwing. Oh and he ends up getting the original Star Shield that his father used.

Sachi: And speaking of fathers, James also seem to have the same ability as Captain America, the ability to inspire hope into others, which he used to motivate the team and was even deemed a threat by Ultron because of it.

Toomi: He's also strong enough to resist Torrun's attacks despite her being an Asgardian, able to kick Azari several meters in bed and even threw an energy shield into a cliff's side hard enough to start a small landslide.

Easily kicked Azari, Black Panther's son, several meters away while being jolted out of bed.

Sachi: However, despite his enhancements, James is still pretty much one hundred percent human, having almost no superhuman durability or powers

Toomi: And his sheltered upbringing did initially cause him to feel unmotivated which resulted in him slacking off in his training as he felt like there's no point in it.

Toomi: Damian Wayne is the illegitimate son of Bruce Wayne and Talia al Ghul, making him the grandson of Ra's al Ghul.

Megumi: Damian was raised by his mother for the first ten years of his life, trained to be a formidable warrior in the League of Shadows until that fateful meeting between father and son

Damian: Don't look so stunned father, I thought you'd be taller.

Sachi: Although misguided and malicious, Damian seems to genuinely want to aid his father's war on crime and became the current Robin.

Megumi: And he began leading the Teen Titans. Oh and in some futures, Damian became the new Batman.

Toomi: Having been trained by the League of Shadows since a toddler, Damian is more physically powerful than most adults and all his physical capabilities are peak human ability as seen in his agility, pain threshold, and overpowering larger opponents.

Sachi: Damian is surprisingly smart for his age with detective skills and a mastery of stealth. And he's a pretty good marksman.

Megumi: He is a master of unarmed, melee and close quarter combat, capable of using any weapon he picks up

Sachi: But his most standard gear includes a katana, batarangs, sais and grappling hook.

Sachi: He's also rather egotistical, rude and also very blunt.

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

In the midst of Ultron city, James runs across the streets, panting.

After several minutes of running, James swerves to the side, ducking down into the back of a car, hiding behind it.

James: Whew! That was a close one.

However, right at that moment, several small sharp batarangs flies across the air, landing moments away from James's face.

TOK!!! TOK!!! TOK!!!

James: Gah!

???: Hey you!

James looks up, finding himself staring back at a young boy cladded in a costume of red, green and yellow.

The newcomer is no other than Damian Wayne, the new Robin and the son of Batman.

Damian: You.

Damian draws his sword, facing James before saying.

Damian: You must be one of those machines.

James eyebrows furrows as he retorts.

James: No I'm not. But I bet you are.

Damian: Huh! Please don't make me laugh.

Damian scoffs, dashing forward just as James throws his shield up.

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: Leave It All To Me by Miranda Cosgrove feat Drake Bell>

Damian flips his body up, bouncing over the shield before jumping down, swinging his katana right at James.

WHOOM!!!

James brought up his arm, activating a Shield hologram which in thus, shielded him from a blow.

James raises up his shield, parrying Damian's attacks blow by blow before throwing a kick, striking Damian in the chest.

WHAM!!!

Damian: GAHHHH!!!

As Damian drops onto the floor, he launches himself right up, slamming his foot right into James's face.

WHAM!!!

James: Ow!

James throws his shield across, forcing Damian to roll across the floor before swinging his sword, slashing James across the body.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

Damian throws his foot out, striking James square across the cheek.

WHAM!!!

James: OW!!!

Damian: Heh! That's the best you got?

James: Please, not even close.

Damian rushes forward, throwing several batarangs across only for James to raise up his shield, causing the projectiles to bounce off the hologram.

CLANK!!!

WHAM!!!

James throws the shield across, striking it right onto Damian.

As Damian staggers back, James rushes forward, throwing multiple strikes onto the young Robin.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

James then grabs onto Damian before throwing him across the streets, causing him to crash backfirst into a car.

CRASH!!!

As Damian pushes himself up, James rushes forward, preparing to finish his opponent off.

Damian leaps over the young super soldier, throwing several batarangs down onto him.

CLANG!!! CLANG!!! CLANG!!!

The batarangs bounces off James's shield as the boy lowers his weapon, watching as Damian disappears into a nearby alleyway.

James: Oh no way you're running away from me!

James runs into the dark alleyway, giving chase to his opponent.

Just as James enters the alley, right at that moment, a smoke bomb drops right in the middle, shrouding the entire room in smoke.

WHOOSH!!!

James surveys the entire area, suspicion growing as he raises up his shield, bracing for whatever his opponent is going to throw at him.

Right at that moment, James felt a strong blow strike him from the back, causing him to wince in pain.

WHAM!!!

James turns around, throwing a punch, only to feel a sharp metal blade slicing him across his torso.

SLASH!!!

Before James could react, a blurred figure moves across the area, striking him repeatly across the body.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

James throws his shield across, watching as the shield disappears into the cloudy shroud.

Minutes past, nothing happened.

Just as James steps forward, right at that moment, he felt something sharp pierce him right in the back.

SHOK!!!

James: ARGHHHHH!!!

James lets out a loud scream of agony, his arms reaching back in an attempt to get the sai stuck in his back.

Right at that moment, James heard a familar voice saying.

Damian: Hey you!

Right as James turns around, Damian jumps up and with one powerful swing, he brought the blade right across the Kid American's neck.

SLASH!!!

Silence cuts through the air just as James's head falls onto the ground with a loud thud.

THUD!!!

Damian then bends down, picking up James's gaunlet before tapping on it, activating the hologram of the Star Shield.

Damian then playfully throws the shield across, watching it slice right through James's headless body as James's head rolls slowly across the floor.

KO!

<Cue: Forever In My Dreams by Really Slow Motion>

Megumi: Man, the Bat's victories over the American Soldiers really runs deep in the family do they?

Toomi: James's super soldier serum blood which he had inherited from his parents certainly gave him the strength and endurance advantage but Damian's resourcefulness and intelligence helps him to win the battle

Sachi: Damian himself has been training under the League of Assassins since childbirth, fighting enemies of different levels whereas James himself is only training through machines before giving up.

Megumi: And though he is able to hold his own against Torrun, the daughter of Thor is sadly nowhere near as strong as her father while Damian himself can deal with Deathstroke, Batman and Blue Beetle and survive.

Toomi: James tactical skills does help him in the battle but most of his leadership skills ends up revolving over inspiring hope to the team whereas Damian's leadership involves pretty much the same thing except he is able to analyze his enemy's weaknesses and exploit them to his advantage

Sachi: Not only that but Damian himself has also dealt with a huge number of enemies that involves parademons, ninjas and metahumans while James is only fighting Ultron drones which sad to say, is not really that impressive due to how weak most of the robots are.

Toomi: Having the advantage in skills, tactics and much wider variety of weaponary, this is what gives Damian the victory of this battle

Megumi: Looks like Damian has shown James the Way-ne of the sword

Sachi: The winner is Damian Wayne

Damian Wayne: You fight like a white belt.
