Toomi: Life in the extraterrestial is rather intriguing to say. And with a possibility of other life forms existing, there is a chance they might want to live together with humans, build a new civilisation...

Megumi: Or just straight up take over the planet

Toomi: Like Frieza, the galactic Emperor of the Frieza Force,

Megumi: And Boros, the leader of the Dark Matter Theives, she's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi.

Sachi: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Toomi: Born as a mutant of his race like his Father King Cold, Frieza is well known for possessing an extremely high power level for his race.

Megumi: And being this strong won King Cold's respect to the point he was made Emperor of his own empire, where he began terrorizing planets in order to expand his army and empire.

Sachi: During his reign, it was when he was introduced to the Saiyans where despite dwarfing them in power levels, he was rather paranoid of their potential, especially hearing stories about a Legendary Super Saiyan powerful enough to kill him.

Toomi: As a result, he destroyed the planet completely.

<Shows footages of Frieza firing a supernova down onto Planet Vegeta, killing everyone on it>

Toomi: So for several decades, Frieza went on to rule his empire undisturbed until he discovered the existence of the Dragon Balls after hearing that Vegeta disobeyed his orders to find them on Earth.

Sachi: Knowing that Planet Namek is the original planet that created them, Frieza invaded the planet and slaughtered the natives in hopes of getting his wish for eternal life though he lost his chance and was defeated by Goku.

Megumi: I know some of you would be saying that Frieza died in the comment section below but Frieza was far from dead, apparently surviving a planet exploding around him while having a large amount of his body cut off.

Toomi: Being reborn into Mecha Frieza, Frieza then brought King Cold and several soldiers down to Earth for revenge though he was killed by a time travelling Saiyan.

Megumi: And then he comes back, gets a Golden form, had his rematch and then died again, then fought a Universal tournament, gets resurrected and then got beaten up by Broly. Man, Frieza sure is as tough as a cockroach.

Toomi: Frieza is of a race that can survive in the vacuum of outer space and whose transformation sequence restricts their full power. As he initially appeared in his first suppressed form, Frieza has a power level of 530,000.

Megumi: But when he transforms into his second form, he gains larger horns and have a power level of 1000 000. And even more when he reaches his third form.

Sachi: His most signature moves involves his Death Beam which he uses to instantly kills his opponents. He can also fire beams from his eyes and fire ki blasts.

Toomi: His high power level also includes his durability where he took blows from Nail, the strongest Namekian without flinching and basically toyed with him throughout the fight. He even took a beating from an enraged Gohan in his second form and in his third form, outclassed Piccolo in strength and speed, the same Piccolo who matched his second form.

Megumi: If you think that his power is terrifying as it is, you're wrong. As it turns out, he has a final form where he looks much smaller and slender but do not be fooled cause that's where he basically killed Vegeta.

Toomi: Frieza can even unleash his full power where his muscles grow and he fights with his fullest potential against Super Saiyan Goku but in most cases, he rarely uses that power unless he feels like it.

Megumi: But that final form, isn't even Frieza's final form. As it turns out despite his power, Frieza has never trained in his life so when he finally began training, he gained a new form, and no, it's not the same form his older brother had in our very first What if Battle

Sachi: And this is his Golden Form, as Golden Frieza, he is capable of surpassing Goku and Vegeta's Super Saiyan God forms, match Goku's Super Saiyan Blue form and after more training, he can hold that transformation long enough to go up against Dyspo and Base Top.

Toomi: But as an Emperor, Frieza does not do things alone as he has his most trusty elites serving him. One includes Zarbon, his pretty boy elite with a rather beastly transformation.

Megumi: Kill him with fire!

Sachi: And alongside Zarbon is Dodoria, the spiky headed muscle that kills his victims in the most brutal way.

Toomi: Frieza has come off as one of Goku's most toughest adversaries, matching him and Vegeta in multiple occasions and have grievously injured the likes of Piccolo, Gohan and Krillin on multiple occasions.

Megumi: He has even taken a full power ki blast from Cabba, a Saiyan from the Sixth Universe, beats down the 10th universe Napapa and alongside Goku, Vegeta, Gohan and Android 17, knocked Anilaza out of the arena during the Tournament of Power.

Sachi: His durability is nothing to joke about. During his fight against Broly, Frieza somehow managed to survived getting beating up by Berserker Broly for a whole hour, took punches and blows from Super Saiyans and survived and did I mentioned that he even survived an entire planet blowing up around him despite missing his legs, body and arms.

Feats

Being a prodigy, Frieza was ultimately recognized as one of the most powerful warriors in the universe despite having never trained himself. It was when he did that Frieza reached higher levels of power.

Presumably orchestrated numerous other genocides and killed many prior victims.

Destroyed Planet Vegeta and numerous other worlds, with Earth the last know planet he wiped out. Frieza destroying Planet Vegeta is calculated at around 530,000,000,000,000,000 Megatons of TNT Force, as it's size is roughly ten times that of Earth's, however, this is nowhere near his maximum destructive capability.

Effortlessly killed King Vegeta with one punch.

Effortlessly defeated Nail, who was the strongest warrior on Namek.

Slightly outclassed by full power Vegeta after his fight with the Ginyu's.

After training, he put Super Saiyan Gohan in a coma-like state with one a single punch in the Resurrection 'F' movie, and in the Dragon Ball Super anime, he tortured him via shooting him with his signature "Death Beam", shooting holes through his limbs.

Killed Piccolo with one shot, after 6-month training.

Survive a point-blank Energy of Destruction attack from the newly crowned God of Destruction Toppo (albeit he was forced to revert to his base form, as he had underestimated Toppo's power, thinking it would be as weak as Sidra's, who he effortlessly tanked.) However, he was still able to fight at full capacity in that form.

After surviving a beat down by god Toppo, joined by super Saiyan Goku with god ki, he beat Jiren unrestrained. (Albeit Jiren had taken a heavy beatdown from a mastered ultra instinct Goku, making him even weaker than he was at the start of the tournament.

Managed to survive a one-hour beatdown against Super Saiyan Broly despite being sorely outclassed by the latter

Toomi: Frieza despite being evil has ironically saved the universe by teaming up with Goku to attack a weakened Jiren, going all out before dragging him down the Tournament arena which thus, not only making him one of the winners of the Tournament but also saved the universe as a whole.

Megumi: And Frieza even took two Hakais from Gods of Destructions, one from Sidra and Top, a newly crowned God of Destruction.

Toomi: However, Frieza's arrogance and tendency to underestimate his opponents has lead to his downfall multiple times as he has found himself getting outclassed by stronger opponents.

Sachi: Not only that but his lack of training has held his back from his full potential as before getting his Golden form, Frieza mentioned that he has never trained a day in his life.

Megumi: And he got fodderised by Top.

Megumi: But for what it's worth, Frieza will FUCK you up!

Frieza: You meddling brats! I hope you all enjoy suffering the same fate as this planet!

Boros unrestrains himself for a What if Battle

Toomi: Known as the Dominator of the Universe, Boros is the leader of a band of criminals known as the Dark Matter Thieves who have terrorized and subjugated numerous planets while helping themselves to each world's resources.

Megumi: While revered by his followers as the most powerful being in the universe, Boros grew bored and lost the thrill from combat.

Sachi: It was only when he heard of the prophecy that he will face an opponent who can battle him that Boros believed to be the cure to his self-imposed existential crisis so he decided to go to Earth.

Toomi: Upon arriving, he unleashed a bombardment which ended up razing a large radius of the City A, forcing the Hero Association to intervene.

Megumi: While Melzagard deals against Atomic Samurai, Puri Puri Prisoner, Silver Fang and Metal Bat in battle, Saitama engaged the ship in battle, killing most of Boros's soldiers, including Goribas and Geryuganshoop, his elites in the process before confronting him.

Sachi: But that's where Boros did something everyone thought was impossible.

Toomi: As it turns out, the armor Boros wore isn't just a battle arnament, but it seals away his full power. To which was broken means that there is nothing to contain Boros unmeasurable power.

Megumi: There was a fight and long story short, Saitama beats him.

Toomi: Having originated from a planet with harsh climates, his people having evolved effective regeneration to adapt, Boros is the pinnacle of his species as he can reconstitute his body even after being blown to bits.

Sachi: He is also extremely powerful to the point that he wears armor that restricts his full power, about to keep up with Saitama in speed and able to survive a few hits from him.

Megumi: Boros can sense the aura of his opponents to measure their current power and can unleash energy attacks that would vaporize normal humans instantly

Megumi: But we have the creepy looking Melzargard who can not only shapeshift his limbs into weapons but he can heal and regenerate from any wounds. Especially since he took a beating from 4 S Class heroes and tore off A Class hero Iaron with one blow.

Sachi: And we have his second elite, Geryuganshoop, the telekinetic alien octopus that can telekinetically throw rubble at enemies and even manipulate gravity itself to crush his opponents

Toomi: Because of Boros being able to destroy planets with little resistance met, Boros has went around as an unrivaled antagonist, having struck fear in the hearts of many and even throw Saitama around like a rag doll.

Sachi: It's even impressive to note he even punched Saitama so hard he sent the Caped Baldy straight into the moon itself.

Megumi: Damn, send Saitama straight to the moon, is he really that powerful?

First opponent since Crablante that gave Saitama an actual fight.

In the cold depths of space, Frieza sat in his small pod, brooding alongside his henchmen, Zarbon and Dodoria when all of a sudden, the trio heard the sound of a loud explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Disturbed by the explosion, Frieza questions out to his soldiers.

Frieza: What is that?

Frieza Soldier: Lord Frieza, it appears we are under attack.

Frieza: By whom?

Frieza Soldier: We do not know but this ship is approaching us.

The soldier says as he flashes the screen, revealing a long grey dark ship approaching them.

Zarbon leans in and he asks Frieza.

Zarbon: Lord Frieza, shall I send the men out to take them out?

To his surprise however, Frieza refuses.

Frieza: Hm. No. Zarbon. Dodoria, you two are coming with me. I want to settle this personally.

Outside

<Cue: Cosmic Battle>

Standing outside of his ship, Frieza, flanked by Zarbon and Dodoria stood waiting as the ship closes in, revealing the shape of a rather large muscular alien with one eye and spiky purple hair.

Flanking him is one muscular large alien with many heads and the other is a short slender octopus looking alien.

The alien smirks as he introduces himself to Frieza.

Boros: Greetings. I am Lord Boros and I have heard so much about you.

Frieza: Cut to the chase, why did you attack one of the finest ships of the Frieza force?

Boros answers his question.

Borors: Because tales of your power and reign spreads across the galaxy like a wildfire, inspiring fear from many. And such power is what I am looking for!

Frieza then looks at Boros, finding his statement amusing as he says.

Frieza: It seems you don't understand just how terrifying I can be. Well let me remind you.

Frieza clenches his fist as he and Boros faces each other before lunging forward, closing in onto each other.

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2 Opening Song>

BAM!!!

Both Frieza and Boros clashes right into each other, their arms locked in an X position.

As Frieza raises up his other hand in an attempt to punch Boros, suddenly, the Dark Matter Thieves leader throws his fist upwards, striking Frieza from under the chin.

BAM!!!

Right as Frieza is sent flying upwards, Boros jumps up into the air before swinging his arm out, sending Frieza crashing into the ground.

CRASH!!!

Boros chuckles out to himself as he lands on the floor, watching as Frieza pushes himself up, glaring hatefully at him before his scrowl twists into a sneer, then complimenting him.

Frieza: Not bad, it seems that there is a little truth in what you said.

Boros: You have survived two of my punches, I'm impressed. Now, show me what you can...

Before Boros could finish his sentence, a bright light flashes around Frieza's body.

FLASH!!!

In a flash of light, Frieza has transformed into his Final Form before teleporting right in front of Boros, sending him flying with a whip of his tail.

CRACK!!!

The impact of the blow sends Boros flying, crashing backfirst into the wall of his ship.

CRASH!!!

Now in his Final Form, Frieza smirks as he says to him.

Frieza: Is that really the best you can do?

Although his armor was cracked by the impact, Boros smirks as he pushes himself out of the wall, the agony he felt from that blow excites him even further as he shouts at Frieza.

Boros: That blow, it's incredible! Your reputation really preceeds you!

Angered, Frieza launches himself up, flying straight towards Boros.

As Frieza lunges forward, Boros leaps off from the top of the ship, raising up his fist as he engages Frieza in combat.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Both Frieza and Boros began moving across the ship, exchanging blows before Frieza throw his leg out, sending Boros flying with a kick.

WHAM!!!

Upon crashing into the wall once more, the armor around Boros shattered, damaged by the blow before Boros says to Frieza.

Boros: That armor...the one thing that restricts my full power has been destroyed, and now, I can fight you at my fullest potential!

Frieza: I don't have time for this!

WHOOSH!!!

Both Frieza and Boros began moving up into the air, exchanging blows amongst themselves.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

At the same time, Zarbon and Dodoria faces Geryuganshoop and Melzargard as Geryuganshoop declares out.

Geryuganshoop: Give up! You stand no chance against us!

Zarbon: Fool, do you honestly think you can challenge Lord Frieza?

Melzargard: Worms like you...shall be cut down.

Dodoria: Ha! Confident eh? Show me what you can do!

Melzargard lunges out, morphing his arms into blades as he swings them at Dodoria, forcing the pink fat alien to back away while Zarbon faces off Geryuganshoop.

Geryuganshoop looks down at Zarbon and he speaks out in disdain.

Geryuganshoop: Tch! You think you can stand a chance against me?

Zarbon smirks and he retaliates.

Zarbon: Please. I don't think I would need to break a sweat dealing with you.

Geryuganshoop: You're gonna pay for your insolence!

Geryuganshoop points his tentacles forward, sending a barrage of boulders flying straight towards Zarbon to which he dodges with ease.

Geryuganshoop widens his eyes as he began unleashing a large heavy amount of gravitational force down onto the pretty boy, causing Zarbon to widen his eyes in shock.

Zarbon: What?!

As Zarbon is busy contending with Geryuganshoop, Dodoria throws multiple punches, striking Melzargard across the body.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Although wounded by the blows, Melzargard chuckles out in sheer sadism as he gets up, his wounds healing from the blow.

Dodoria growls in anger before he and Melzargard lunges towards each other, preparing for battle.

Meanwhile across the ship, explosions booms across the top of the ship as both Frieza and Boros are locked in battle, the two seemingly evenly matched.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Frieza points his finger forward, firing several Death Beams to which one of them instantly tore right through Boros's arm.

BSSSHHKKK!!!

Boros grits his teeth, feeling the agony searing through his armhole as blood drips from his wound.

As Frieza lowers his hand, he smirks as he says to Boros.

Frieza: Hm. It seems you're not as powerful as you made yourself to be.

Boros however, simply smirks.

Boros: But that is all but a scratch for you see, my race have the ability to heal any wound that is inflicted, all I need to do is to concentrate all my power on that particular spot and...

SPLOCH!!!

At that moment, a new arm regrew out of Boros's wound, replacing his arm as he smirks.

Boros: Good as new.

Boros then lunges forward, sending Frieza flying with a single punch.

WHAM!!!

As Boros flies after Frieza, the warlord spins around in the air before swinging his tail downwards, striking him down with a single whip.

WHAM!!!

Boros halts in the air before launching himself forward, throwing a barrage of punches at Frieza to which the latter dodges easily, gloating in the process.

Frieza: Having trouble keeping up aren't you.

After dodging blow after blow, Frieza swings his knee upwards, striking Boros in the gut before thrusting his hand out, firing a ki blast right at him.

THOOM!!!

Landing feet first back, Boros grits his teeth, smiling maniacally as he shouts.

Boros: Out of all the myraid beings I have fought, you are the first to have made it this far. The first to witness my true power!

<Cue: The Ruler>

BUSSSSHHH!!!

A dark purple aura engulfs Boros completely as his muscles expands, his skin turning from blue to white and his spiky hair growing longer and longer.

Now in his full power, Boros shouts.

Boros: Meteoric Burst!

WHOOSH!!!

Frieza widens his eyes in shock, not able to react just as he felt Boros's fist collides into his cheek, causing him to wince in pain.

BAM!!!

As Frieza is sent flying up through the dark void of space, Boros flies after him at full speed, striking at him repeatly.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Frieza flies back, thrusting his hand out as he fires a ki blast at Boros.

PIU!!!

Boros ducks underneath the attack before flying up, driving his knee into Frieza's gut.

BAM!!!

As Frieza coughs out in agony, Boros throws one powerful upper cut, sending him crashing back straight into the moon.

BAM!!!

CRASH!!!

As Frieza is lying backfirst on the surface of the moon, Boros lets out a loud maniacal laughter,

Boros: MWA HA HA HA HA HA!!! How does it feel? That raw power. That's the might that puts down many, the same that would put your meddling existence down!

Frieza: Hm hm hm hm hm.

The sound of a soft chuckling immediately interrupts Boros's train of thought, causing him to look down at Frieza who is now getting up.

Frieza then says to him.

Frieza: To be honest, I was getting rather worried when you reached that transformation, only to realize just how weak you truly are. If that's really your true power then allow me to cut lose as well!

Frieza's muscles began expanding as he lets out a loud scream.

Frieza: AAAAHHHHHH!!!

BUSSSHHHHH!!!

Now engulfed in dark purple aura, Frieza, now in his full power form, lunges forward, throwing a straight punch into Boros.

WHAM!!!

As Boros recovers from the blow, Frieza slams his fist into his gut, causing Boros's eyes to shot out in pain before his mouth began spilling out black colour blood.

Boros: HUARGHHHHH!!!

Frieza: HYAAAA!!!

Frieza then began throwing a barrage of punches all over Boros, not giving the warlord a chance to recover.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Boros throws a punch, only for Frieza to duck before throwing his leg out, sending him flying with a single kick.

WHAM!!!

SHING!!!

Frieza then summons a destructo disc before throwing it upwards to which it began slicing Boros's arm off.

SLURCH!!!

Boros: ARGHHHHHH!!!

Boros lets out an agonizing scream as he clutches his wound in agony.

At that moment, Frieza began unleashing a powerful golden aura, his muscles expanding and his skin turns from deathly white to pure gold.

Frieza has transformed into Golden Frieza!

Golden Frieza then swoops forward, throwing several punches and kicks across Boros's body.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Raising up his hand, Frieza began summoning a massive dark ball of ki as he declares out.

Frieza: I've got a little present I've been dying to give you!

With one single throw, Frieza throws his supernova down onto Boros, sending the warlord flying straight towards a nearby sun to which it explodes upon impact.

KABOOM!!!

Deep within the exploding star, Boros opens his mouth, no sound escaping as he felt his body disintergrating from the sheer heat before going off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

At the same time, Dodoria opens his mouth, firing a powerful ki blast from his mouth which instantly disintergrates Melzargard.

THOOM!!!

At the same time, Zarbon's muscles began expanding, causing him to transform into a large reptilian monster before lunging towards Geryuganshoop.

Geryuganshoop: What?!

Before Geryuganshoop could react, Zarbon wraps his arms around the octopus, jumping up into the air before slamming him hard into the ground.

BOOM!!!

Both Zarbon and Dodoria watches as Frieza lowers himself down, reverting back into his final form as he scoffs out.

Megumi: Man, never thought a fight between two evil dictators would be this intense!

Toomi: Boros's healing factor certainly enabled him to take a beating from Frieza but however, this fight is far from close.

Sachi: First factor is their power level. Both combatants are powerful enough to destroy planets with ease except one of them requires his full power to do so which also involves weakening his healing factor whereas Frieza can perform the exact same feat in just his first form alone.

Megumi: Not only that but Frieza himself has went toe to toe with the likes of Goku and Vegeta whose Super Saiyan Blue forms already surpassed the Super Saiyan God form which shook the whole universe while Boros on the other hand has never performed feats like that.

Toomi: Their durability is also a big factor, I mean sure, Boros can take a beating except that every punch he took from Saitama either ends up chopping off his body parts or even damage him to the point of severe internal injuries while in full power form.

Megumi: And Frieza has taken a beating from a candidate of the God of Destruction, a being stronger than a God of Destruction, a planet exploding around him, two Super Saiyan Blues and even a one hour beating from Broly, blows that are not only more powerful than what Saitama has thrown but blows that could destroy planets, end universes and even kill any ordinary being.

Sachi: Then there is their minions to talk about, while Melzargard and Geryuganshoop's abilities are unique, they sadly fall behind in durability and strength, having lost against humans that lacks planetary level attacks while Zarbon and Dodoria were scaled to be stronger than Vegeta and Nappa from the Saiyan Arc, the same Saiyans who destroyed a planet with a single finger.

Toomi: It's even surprising to note that while Boros was considered to be Saitama's strongest opponent, Saitama did not use his full power to defeat Boros, which makes his true full power a mystery which also means that despite his power, there are many beings of a much higher level of power that can end Boros's life while Frieza took a Hakai point blank and survived.

Megumi: Yeah, all of that would have sealed Boros's fate.

Toomi: Holding the sheer advantage in power, durability, speed, skills and transformations, we can conclude that Frieza has all and more than he needs to finish off Boros and take the win.

Megumi: Looks like Boros may be a Dark Matter Thief but his life really...don't matter

Sachi: The winner is Frieza
