Flash vs Hit

DC Comics vs Dragon Ball Super, when The Legendary Hit Man from the 6th Universe receives a bounty for The Flash's head, it's a race against time for survival in a need for speed situation

<Cue: Invader Theme>

Toomi: The Flash, the Fastest Man alive,

Megumi: And Hit, the Legendary Hit Man,

Toomi: In any situation, whether it is to run and fight, speed is always the key to success.

Megumi: And these guys makes full good use of it to save the world. She's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi.

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

The Flash races into What if Battles

<Cue: Red by Taylor Swift>

Toomi: His name is Barry Allen and he's the fastest man alive. When he was a child, he saw his mother killed by something impossible. His father went to prison for her murder. Then an accident made him the impossible.

Megumi: And the impossible is known as the Flash.

Sachi: But he wasn't always like that, when he was young, Barry Allen went through the same thing his colleagues Superman, Batman and Billy does, grow up without parents.

Toomi: His mother murdered, Barry's father was locked up after being wrongly accused of killing her and poor Barry dedicates his entire life to clearing his father's name.

Megumi: So he became a forensic scientist, what? Did you think he was going to be the Flash, remember he is a human so he is not born with super powers. But before he could prove that his dad was innocent, he died so Flash now REALLY wanted to find out the killer of his mother, but before he was able to he was struck by lightning and got hit on some chemicals, he died, the end.

Toomi: Realistically, this is how it should have happened. But since this is comics, instead of killing him, the chemicals and lightning gave Barry Allen speed beyond imagination.

<Shows footages of Barry Allen getting his powers>

Sachi: Being an embodiment of speed itself, he is known for his speed. So in a battle he relies on blitzing his opponents out of existence.

Toomi: To do that, Barry utilizes the power of the Speed Force, a secret dimension that all Flash's can use for some reason, think of it as a secret universe, that Barry can draw from to gain his speed.

Megumi: And that guy don't just run fast, he runs super fast, being able to move fast enough to look like he's teleporting, run fast enough to travel back in time and change the course of history and even shoot lightning out of his own hands.

Sachi: The Flash is also capable of vibrating every molecules in his body fast enough to phase through objects, even pulling out objects from people and like his arch nemesis Reverse Flash from our previous battle, even kill people with that.

Megumi: Afterwards he became one of the main founders of the Justice League, a team of the most powerful defenders of the alien, and these warriors have fought through multiverse destroying aliens, rich as fuck warlords, apocalyptic machines, and in the Flash's case, Captain Boomerang? Why does he get the short end of the deal, he gets the dumbest villains such as Mirror Man and Captain Cold, come on why does his D-List villains have to be such shit I mean come on.

The Flash: No honor among thieves huh?

Toomi: That I couldn't agree more though Barry's speed is more than just running fast, he can fight fast, think fast, hell Flash has even stated that perceive events that last less than an attosecond, an attosecond which is 0.000000000000000001 seconds. Now note that 12 attoseconds is the shortest time man has ever measured, and in a single second, light can circle around the Earth. 7.5 times, while in an attosecond, light itself would barely make it from one end of a molecule to another end.

Sachi: And Flash says he is much faster than that.

Megumi: And he uses that speed to an advantage, he once saved entire city with a population of 500.000 people from the nuclear explosion, stating that he has to run at 13 trillion times the speed of light

Toomi: Now since the speed of light is 186,000 miles per second, the total distance flash travelled to bring one set of people to safety will be 35 times 2 which equals 70 miles. Therefore TOTAL distance travelled is 70 times 250,000 people = 17,500,000 miles since he stated he moved two people at once, the time taken to do that was 0.00001 microsecond so the speed The Flash was travelling at was 17,500,000 divided by 0.00000000001 equals 1750000000000000000 miles per second.

Sachi: And since the speed of light was 186,000 mile per second. So The Flash was travelling at - 1750000000000000000 divided 186000 which equals 9400000000000 times the speed of light. In conclusion, it was 9,400,000 million times the speed of light.

Megumi: Damn, and to think that wasn't even his top speed, he has even performed many incredible feats without breaking a sweat, like this one time he rescued every resident from a building fire, put out the fire, researched how to build a house and rebuild the entire building before the cops could even arrive!

Feats

Justice League Founder

Can clear entire population of Tokyo in 30 seconds

Repaired part of Central City while talking to his therapist

Can react within a femtosecond

Can run on clouds

Rebooted the entire DC universe by running too fast

Can use a Green Lantern ring

Raced against Superman multiple times. Who is actually faster varies on the writer or is still up to debate: however in Flash's own words, the times he tied were for charity, and he has left Superman in the dust in other cases.

For the record, the fastest Superman has ever flew was faster than infinity.

Has broken the time barrier and dimensional barrier

His ability to travel back in time created new timelines; including Flashpoint and New 52.

Outran the Black Flash, who is basically death personified as a speedster

Like other Flashes, he can "steal" and "lend" speed, though he cannot have his speed stolen from him.

Claims that his ultimate attack, the Infinite Mass Punch, is able to strike with at least the force of a supernova.

This may not be his top speed, but its pretty fast.

Outran a teleporting god.

He was the one who broke of the nose of The Great Sphinx of Giza centuries ago

Remembered Wally and pulled him out of the speed force he was trapped in.

Wasn't responsible screwing up the DC Universe in Flashpoint (Which was Doctor Manhattan)

Undid the Unity by running far beyond the speed of light

Toomi: Not only that but The Flash has been shown to be tough enough to take on the heavy hitters in the DC Universe, he has outran Darkseid's Omega Beams, outrun The Black Flash who is Death itself and speaking of Death, Flash even became the God of Death itself!

<Shows footages of Barry showing Thawne his full speed>

Megumi: Damn, with that kind of speed, it's a wonder why does he have people like Captain Boomerang or Captain Cold as his enemies?

Toomi: However, while Flash has in power, he has many occasions where he can still get hit as other speedsters like Reverse Flash and the Black Flash can keep up and even beat him. Even more interesting to note that he is not the fastest Flash, with that honor going to Wally West.

Sachi: And while he is fast, The Flash isn't well trained in unarmed combat, which means that in terms of combat skills alone, he is nowhere near Superman, Batman or Wonder Woman's level.

Megumi: And is it weird that Flash always arrives late in places he is needed despite being I don't know...the fastest man alive?

Weakness

Despite his speed he can still be hit by slower opponents or with his guard is down

Endurance and healing factor have clear limitations.

No special defenses against piercing attacks.

Younger depictions of Flash are slower than light speed as Barry didn't initially perfect his powers.

Thought he Screwed up the DC Universe in Flashpoint

Even that is known as "the fastest man alive" Always for some reason arrives late to the places where they need it most.

Failed to save Batman of Reverse Flash, which ended with Batman received a beating by Reverse Flash.

Toomi: But the biggest flaw of Flash's powers is that his ability to change the past can also affect the future in the wrong ways, such as he thought he created the Flashpoint universe though it turns out to be the work of Dr. Manhattan.

Sachi: And plus, he is not invulnerable as piercing weapons can still hurt the Flash though he has his speed force healing to make up for it.

Megumi: But when you are talking about the hero fast enough to change anything, you can always count on the Flash to rush in and save the day.

The Flash: I'm Flash. Speed is my game.

Hit Time Skips into What if Battles

<Cue: Almost Easy by Avenged Sevenfold>

Toomi: The world of Dragon Ball is absolutely vast, home to unique beings, as well as incredible fighters, many we know today from this Death Battle Forum as well as the canon Death Battle.

Megumi: We all may remember legends like Piccolo, Gohan, Vegeta, the twins #17 and #18, Frieza, Broly, and of course the mighty champion himself, Son Goku. But after the introduction of the God of Destruction, Beerus, it turns out that there are more powerful fighters from different universes.

Sachi: And as it turns out, the Dragon Ball universe we all know and love is only the 7th out of the 12, well originally 18 but the 6 was destroyed by Zeno, making it only 12.

Toomi: But then you have the warriors of Universe 6, the twin universe of the 7th Universe. This universe is opposite to the 7th in every way, for example, while the Sayians of the 7th are an endangered species, the Sayians in 6th are alive and thriving.

Sachi: With such examples includes Caulifla and Kale from our previous battle. But while the Saiyans are powerful, there is one mighty fighter known for his incredible skills, he is a deadly assassin with many kills, gone by many names.

Megumi: But he is well known by one name, the Legendary Assassin known as simply, Hit.

Hit: Not so fast.

Toomi: Out of all the characters I've seen in Dragon Ball, Z, GT, and even Super, this guy is just shrouded in mystery. No one know anything about this guy, whether it be what his species are, or what planet he hails from, his origin are kept in secrets.

Sachi: What we do know however is his age, despite his appearance, Hit is exactly over 1,000 years old. Thanks to his long lifespan, it has given him the opportunity to master his fighting style and use it for his job, assassination.

<Shows footages of Hit assassinating the crime boss>

Megumi: Whoa. What was that?

Toomi: That Megumi is how he performs his job. Like many of Dragon Ball's alumni, Hit can harness Ki, or one's life energy, to give him certain abilities, this includes the standard Dragon Ball package, such as sensing the Ki of others from a distance and gaining the ability to fly.

Sachi: However, unlike other Dragon Ball characters who can use their Ki for super powered energy beams that are powerful enough to obliterate mountains and destroy planets, Hit uses it for a more subtle approach, in the form of his Vital Point Attack. This fighting style focuses on fast and deadly strike by hitting the pressure points of his opponents, and is based on the actual fighting style, Phoenix Eye Fist.

Megumi: Phoenix Eye Fist? That's sounds made up.

Sachi: No, it's indeed a real fighting style. The Phoenix Eye Fist is a style that focuses on targeting one point with extreme force by focusing the energy for a strike by curling the index finger inward exposing the second joint and the thumb is then locked in behind it to support the new position. By doing this, the user can deal massive damage to their opponents in a swift strike, and this technique is similar to Bruce Lee's famous One-Inch Punch.

<Shows footages of Bruce Lee performing his one inch punch>

Toomi: With this fighting style, Hit can unleash devastating blows to his opponent without even going at full power, and if he wanted to, he can even change the impact rate of his strikes, such as putting it at low power to temporary disable his opponent or unleash max force to kill them with one brutal strike

Sachi: But that's not the only technique that Hit relies on alone. He also possesses a powerful ability that allows him to finish his opponents off, not just being able to do it in the blink of an eye, but can do it without them even knowing! This is his infamous technique known as Time-Skip

Megumi: Now I know what you guys are thinking. Hit is probably another time stopper like Esdeath, Ganondorf or Dracula and though you are right, Hit's one is rather slightly different.

Toomi: You see, unlike other time stops that last for 5 seconds, 10-20 minutes, or even 1 hour, Hit's mostly last for a tenth of a second(0.1), this means that Hit's Time-Skip last for a really short time, however, its not like he's stopping time itself, it's more of the line that his skipping it, like a certain JOJO Villain of the same ability.

Sachi: By using his Time-Skips multiple times, he is literally storing the time that was skip from his Time-Skips, by doing this, it was able to create a personal subspace within Hit's existence. With it, he gain access to an ability called Tides of Time. With this ability, Hit can transfer his physical body into this subspace, becoming intangible against his opponent's attack, while being in the physical world at the same time.

Megumi: And those are deadly especially when dealing with powerful opponents as when Hit uses his Time Skip, he moves so fast that Goku and Vegeta could not react on time.

Toomi: Hit has performed countless assassinations with this technique for 1000 years, defeated Frost easily, fodderised Vegeta during the Universe 6 tournament, outmatch Dyspo despite the latter being able to move faster than him and all of that has made him deemed as one of the strongest fighters by Champa and Vados themselves.

Sachi: His technique is so deadly that he is not only seen as a threat by Goku but is also strong enough to push Goku to use the Kaio Ken technique to counter his time skip, pushing through his own limits which is something at that time, a technique he has never used after the Frieza saga.

Megumi: And not to mention, this was the same Goku who almost destroyed the Dragon Ball universe during his fight against Beerus, and the fact that the Dragon Ball universe is 9 times bigger than our own observable universe. Damn!

Feats

Has completed several assassination jobs for over a 1,000 years

Was able to counter the speed of Universe 11's Dyspo, who can move at hypersonic

Absolutely destroyed Vegeta in mere seconds

"Killed" Goku

Can survive in the vacuum of space

Pushed Goku to the point of using his old Trump Card, the Kaioken

Defeated Vegeta, Dyspo, Frost, K'nsi, and Goku

Saved and catch Caulifia in mid air.

Toomi: Indeed, Hit was a tough customer for Goku to take, in fact, Goku even hired Hit to "kill him", just so he can learn how his Time-Skips worked, and was able to find a weak spot to beat him in battle, after he faked his death.

Megumi: Ha! Only Goku would be dumb enough to put a bounty on his own head just to make himself stronger.

Toomi: He did though.

Megumi: No, the dumb part is does Goku even have the money to pay Hit?

Toomi: That I do not know. But what I do know is that like every Dragon Ball character, Hit has his own fair share of weaknesses. The most common one is that his ki is limited as it is shown that if Hit pushes himself too far, he can burn out his energy.

Sachi: And while Hit can still use ki blasts, unlike every other Dragon Ball character, Hit mostly rely more on speed, preferring to attack his opponents before they can react rather than fighting them head on.

Megumi: Not to mention that he is also bound by his own assassin code so Hit will never do anything to break his code.

Weakness

Defeated by Jiren.

The longer a Fight drags on the easier it becomes for a skilled enough opponent to read Hit's movements and pick up on the Time Skip's patterns

Limited Ki

Was completely outsped by Dyspo

Threw his fight with Monaka out of pity

Toomi: Also it's best to mention that Hit's Time-Skips aren't perfect, if someone are faster then he is, they can make it nearly impossible for him to land a single strike, and the thing about his Time-Skips are that people are not frozen when it happens, if they know and can see where Hit is, or know where his going to strike, they will seize the chance to counter, and this has happened to fighters such as Goku, Dyspo, and even Jiren, like during the Tournament of Power, Jiren was able to perfectly and precisely predict and attack where Hit was every time he used his Time-Skips, even under Hit's Cage of Time attack, Jiren was able to overpower him and bested him in battle, eventually leading to his defeat in the tournament.

Sachi: Despite it all, win or loss, job or fight, Hit has proven time and again that even with his flaws, he continues to adapt and evolve with every battle and every outcome he encounters

Megumi: When it comes to this man, never underestimate the Legendary Assassin and the strongest fighter of Universe 6, Hit the Infallible.

Hit: The only thing you will be taking with you is pain.

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Sachi: Don't forget to vote, comment what you think of the fight.

Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!

Fight

Central City

It was a peaceful afternoon in Central City.

As the people are busy with their own respective activities, little do they know that their safety is being monitored.

ZOOM!!!

Running faster than anyone could perceive, Barry Allen, also known as The Flash runs through Central City, taking out several robbers in the process before placing them in front of a police car.

Just as The Flash continues running, just then, he notices a girl standing on the roof top, before tumbling down, falling from the roof all the way down fast.

Flash: Shit!

The Flash curses out, preparing to save the girl when right at that moment...

???: Not so fast.

The Flash freezes before turning around, directing his attention towards a tall purple figure cladded in a trench coat.

Whatever this person is, he's definitely not human.

The Flash puts his hands on his hips as he says to the newcomer.

Flash: Hey, do you mind pal? There's someone who needs help.

The stranger did not reply, instead he thrusts his fist out, attacking The Flash with a one inch punch.

THOOM!!!

The Flash shifts his head, time seemingly moving slowly as he dodges the attack, causing it to hit the wall instead.

CRACK!!!

The Flash stares at the damage done, his jaws drops in shock as he questions out.

Flash: Wow. What's they big idea pal? You could have killed me.

Hit narrows his eyes as he introduces himself to the scarlet speedster.

Hit: My name is Hit. I am a legendary assassin hired to kill you.

Flash: Huh? Kill me?

Hit: That's right. It seems you are far tougher than I thought. So I will give you the chance to fight for your own survival.

Hit raises up his hands, getting into a fighting stance as The Flash looks up, watching the girl fall before shrugging, casually accepting Hit's challenge.

Flash: Eh, why not? I got time.

Hit: Then prepare yourself.

The Flash bounces in his place as both the Assassin and the speedster prepares to battle.

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: So Crazy by T-ARA>

Hit attempted to use his Time Skip, time skipping straight before thrusting his hand out only for The Flash to dodge.

Hit then throws multiple punches, prompting The Flash to dodge every blow before sprinting forward.

ZOOM!!! WHAM!!!

The single motion creates an impact powerful enough to send Hit flying.

Hit winces in pain as he lands on the ground, clutching his abdomen as he exclaims out in shock.

Hit: What?

Flash: Too fast for ya?

ZOOM!!!

The Flash races across the street, striking Hit across the body repeatly.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

However, just as The Flash throws one more punch, right at that moment, his fist went through Hit, shocking the speedster.

The Flash: What?!

The Flash exclaims out in horror before he heard a voice saying.

Hit: I'll deal the final blow.

Hit then slams his fist into The Flash's back, causing him to cough out in pain.

BAM!!!

Flash: HUAGHHHH!!!

As The Flash stumbles in pain, Hit uses his Time Skip, seemingly freezing time in it's place as he began striking The Flash rapidly across his vital points.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Hit: Mission complete

POW!!!

Flash: ARGHHHHH!!!

The Flash screams out in agony as the impact of the multiple blows sends him crumbling down.

Hit stares down at his opponent as he says to The Flash.

Hit: My Time Skip is unbeatable

However, what Hit saw causes him to widen his eyes in shock.

Hit: Hm?

The Flash pushes himself up, shaking his head as he says Hit.

Flash: Maybe... But I've got the Speed Force.

Both Hit and The Flash moves across the street at super speed, with Hit and The Flash throwing rapid punches at each other.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Upon realizing that The Flash is able to keep up with his Time Skip, Hit says to him.

Hit: You seem to be improving as well. However, is not enough to beat me

Flash: You really think you're fast enough?

Hit thrusts his hand out, throwing another Vital Point Attack to which The Flash easily dodges, through the attack ends up causing the building behind him to go off in an explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Just as The Flash turns back to look, Hit teleports in front of him before delivering a hard kick.

WHAM!!!

Flash: ARGHHHH!!!

The Flash screams out in agony as he was sent rolling across the floor.

Hit puts out his hand before firing a barrage of ki blasts at The Flash.

THOOM!!! THOOM!!! THOOM!!!

Utilizing his speed, The Flash runs across the street, dodging every attack before grabbing a nearby mailbox, running past the barrage of ki blasts before slamming the object hard into Hit.

CLANG!!!

Hit: ARGHHH!!!

The Flash then moves around Hit, attacking the assassin with a rapid flurry of punches.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Hit performs his Time Skip to dodge an attack before throwing a punch, only for The Flash to disappear, dodging the attack before reappearing to throw a kick.

Hit uses his Time Skip, dodging the kick from The Flash before swinging his leg out, only for The Flash to disappear once again.

Both fighters continues appearing and reappearing, teleporting out of harms way as the two continues to dodge, neither of them gaining the upper hand.

Hit: You can't beat me with tactics alone

Flash: I run towards danger, not from it.

The Flash then thrusts himself forward just as Hit throws a punch, only for The Flash to phase through him.

Hit could barely react in time as he felt The Flash wrap his hand around his face.

Hit: MPPHHHH!!!

The Flash then grabs onto Hit, running across the city as super speed, holding Hit's body up as he smashes him through building after building.

CRASH!!! CRASH!!! CRASH!!!

Space

Up in space, a lightning speeding blur could be seen revolving rapidly around Earth as The Flash continues dragging Hit across the planet at hypersonic speed.

Earth

The Flash continues running as he slams Hit through a boulder.

CRASH!!!

The Flash then lets go of Hit before running past him.

FWOOM!!!

The Flash runs across the surface of the entire planet Earth, pulling up his fist as he closes in onto Hit, throwing one powerful upper cut.

BAM!!!

Hit: ARGHHHH!!!

As Hit is sent flying upwards, The Flash reappears above him, electricity crackling from his fist as he throws one powerful downward punch.

POW!!!

The impact creates a sonic boom that sends Hit crashing onto the ground.

CRASH!!!

As Hit winces in agony, The Flash folds his arm as he says to the Assassin.

Flash: See. Fastest man alive.

Hit grunts out in pain as he pushes himself up, struggling to stand as he says to The Flash.

Hit: I have never let a job go unfinished.

The Flash runs forward, preparing to finish Hit off only to find himself frozen right at the spot.

SHING!!!

Flash: Huh?

Hit: I have no intention of keeping a debt with you. My work is finished here.

BAM!!!

Hit then strikes The Flash straight in the heart, determined to finish the fight.

Flash: HUAGHHHH!!!

Flash coughs out blood as he clutches his heart, collapsing as Hit says.

Hit: What's wrong? Try to destroy me. I'll be back... To visit your grave, that is...

Hit then prepares to fire a ki blast only for the Flash to suddenly erupts in an explosion of electricity.

BOOM!!!

Speed Force

Hit: Huh?

Hit opens his eyes, finding himself standing in an empty white void.

Hit: What? Where am I?

Hit looks around as he hears The Flash's voice echoes across the Speed Force.

Flash: You're in the Speed Force. MY Speed Force. I'm sure you feel it, the raw energy coursing all around you. This is the source of my power.

Hit: Your power...it's similar to mine but what kind of power is this?

Flash: Still think you can take me? I'm fast enough to knock you out.

<Cue: Red by Taylor Swift, listen from 2:09-3:40>

Now fully charged, The Flash dashes forward, striking at Hit with a seemingly endless flurry of punches.

WHAM!!! WHAM!!! WHAM!!! WHAM!!! WHAM!!! WHAM!!! WHAM!!!

Hit winces in agony, barely able to comprehend, predict or react against the speed of the speedster as The Flash continues his attacking his moment getting faster and his body becoming a speeding red blur.

Flash: Let's end it, here and now.

Crackling in electricity, The Flash unleashes a powerful crackle of lightning, striking right into Hit.

CRACK!!! THOOM!!!

Hit: ARGHHHHHHH!!! Impossible!

Hit screams out in agony as he was sent flying straight out of the speed force.

Forest

Inside the forest, Yusuke is seated within rows of trees, reading a comic when Hit's body zooms past him, startling the Spirit Detective.

ZOOM!!!

Yusuke: Huh?

Yusuke looks, watching as Hit's body is sent flying before slamming into a spiky tree branch, the branch impaling the assassin in the chest.

SHOK!!!

Hit's body fell limp just as The Flash reaches him, stopping upon realising what he had done.

Flash: Oh shoot. I know you were trying to kill me and all but killing you is definitely not what I was going for. Anyway, gotta go!

ZOOM!!!

The Flash races out of the forest, leaving Hit's body behind as he runs back to the city where he caught the girl before placing her safely on the ground.

The Flash then disappears as the girl stood there, panting in shock.

KO!

<Cue: Love, Again by CHIHIRO>

Megumi: Whoa. what just happened? It's all too fast for me to see.

Toomi: Hit's knowledge of pressure points and his skills in martial arts is certainly strong enough to knock down the Flash to some extend but however, that alone is not enough to kill him.

Sachi: While Hit's Time Skip is impressive, that is nothing compared to the power of the Speed Force itself, to which Flash can use to counter everything Hit throws at him.

Megumi: Like Hit's vital points attacks, The Speed Force would just heal from that. Time Skip, The Flash has the Speed Force to counter it, having the ability to perform pretty much something similar to the Speed Force but at a much higher level.

Toomi: You see, The Speed Force does more than allow The Flash to run fast, it lets him control time, move through time, travel into other timelines or universes, a power that is far more versatile than the Time Skip which Hit can only utilize for a short time.

Sachi: But Hit's ability to improve will definitely allow him to adapt to The Flash's speed before finding the right moment to strike, especially since enemies like Superman and Doomsday though do not move as fast as him, is capable of reacting against him, waiting for the right moment before taking him out.

Toomi: Which would have been a good way for Hit to potentially defeat Flash, if he could even hit him at all.

Megumi: Since Hit has a hard time hitting Dyspo, a speedster who could utilize his speed to knock down him before he could use his Time Skip, who's to say The Flash couldn't just do the exact same thing on him.

Sachi: Especially when The Flash has the Speed Force on his side which as we established can move faster than an attosecond which is 0.000000000000000001 seconds. While Hit has no direct calculations to determine just how fast he is in real time with Time Skip, since he can only utilize the move at 10 seconds, which is much much slower compared to the amount of time The Flash needs to run.

Toomi: With all that concluded, we can establish that while Hit's martial arts skills and vital point knowledge is deadly in it's own way, he is not able to keep up with The Flash's speed. Which all The Flash needs to do is use his true speed to end off this fight.

Megumi: Looks like this fight ended in a Flash.

Sachi: The winner is The Flash

Flash: There's only one fastest man alive

Toomi: Hey guys, thank you so much for checking out our battle in What if Battles 2.

Sachi: If you want more content like this, don't forget to add this in your library and comment if you have any idea for a fight.

Megumi: Until then, next time on What if Battles....
