Devil May Cry vs God of War, two half humans with Godly weapons who kills Godly beings battles it out in a battle of God Killers

Toomi: There's no doubt. People love a badass. And when you're a badass, you need to have multiple weapons.

Megumi: And these two kills beings of the supernatural, lot's and lot's of them.

Toomi: Like Dante, the second Son of Sparda.

Megumi: And Kratos, the Ghost of Sparta, she's Sachi-san, Toomi-san and I'm Megumi-san

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Dante slices into What if Battles

<Cue: Run Devil Run by Kesha>

Toomi: A long time ago there was a demon named Sparda, who abandoned demons to defend humans, he also eventually fell in love with a human named Eva, they eventually had 2 children.

Megumi: Vergil and Dante the most badaas devil hunter of all time.

Sachi: Before that Dante and his younger brother Vergil were happy with his family Heck his mother gave him and his brother one-half of an amulet however Eventually, his father Sparda died and then on his eight birth day.

Megumi: The Fire Nation Attacked!

Toomi: What?! No. Demons came and killed him.

Megumi: Oh, that still sucked though.

Toomi: But Dante survived believing his brother Vergil to be dead alone in the world he was somehow able to survive and then start his own buisness Devil May Cry.

Dante: Sorry, not open for business yet.

Sachi: Some time after he opened Devil may cry a mysterious man showed up inviting him to a "Party" which turned out to be a huge fight that had him fighting up a tower of demons.

Megumi: And remember that brother who Dante thought was dead well hes alive and dante and virgil fought and well Dante lost and got stabbed.

Toomi: Yeah and Dante survived and then fought horde after horde of demons, winning getting stronger getting more weapons and even getting a new form

Megumi: Which we will get to after talking about his abilities.

Sachi: First off there's his own personal sword rebellion which is a giant claymore then there's His own personal guns Ebony and ivory which are 2 guns that never run out of ammo since he channels his magic into them,

Megumi: But it does not stop there there is cerberus a 3 sided ice ninchaku, Agni and reguna 2 swords

Sachi: Scimitars

Megumi: Whatever anyways they are uniquely shaped and can be used in tones of combo attacks

Toomi: Theres beowulf a pair of gautlets and grivouses, Nevan an electrict guatar that can also turn into a scyth, and other fire arms include artemis it can Fire sevral shots at one time at ether one or meny enemys its shots are able to stun enemys as well and can even lock on the down side IT has a slow reload time

Toomi: Dante has perfected several Styles to help him when he uses these wide and diverse weapons theres Trickster, Swordmaster, gunslinger, Royal guard, quick silver, And finally doppleganger

Sachi: Focuses on quick dodges of enemys attacks He dashes all over the place with a reguler dash that he can use up to 3 timeshis and then there is air trick Dante dissapers in the blink of an eye With Quick high speed movements

Megumi: In other words, he's teleporting.

Toomi: Pretty much.

Megumi: On the rare occasion Dante feels he needs to get serious, he enters the Devil Trigger, a transformation which taps into his demonic heritage to unleash his true devil form. Devil Trigger dramatically increases his strength, speed, and healing power, and he can fly!

Sachi: Dante is a walking, talking, feat achieving machine. One time, after getting impaled by four demons at once, he pushed one so hard, it exploded, and dropped a ceiling fan on the other three, all while eating a slice of pizza. Oh, and when their friends showed up, he challenged them to a game of billiards.

Toomi:  He stopped a colossal punch from this titanic monster without breaking a sweat, shrugged off bombardment by meteors, and eventually avenged his mother by defeating the demon lord Mundus, in space.

Walks off impalements by his own sword.

Has unlimited ammo... somehow...

Beat Jedah Dohma (Marvel vs. Capcom).

Was smart enough to figure out that Ultron Sigma couldn't use the Soul Stone.

Megumi: You may be asking yourself, "Can anything stop this guy?" 

Toomi: Well, the answer is yes.  Dante does have a limit to how much punishment he can take, but if there's anything that could take him down, it's his own cocky attitude.

Sachi: And he tends to hold back unless he's fighting enemies he thinks are worthy of his full potential

Holds back on enemies until deemed worthy.

Regeneration takes longer if drained.

Relinquished Yamato to Nero.

Possesses incredible bad luck.

Toomi: Not only that but Dante does possess incredible bad luck, often times finding himself in many dangerous situations

Sachi: And Devil Trigger is limited.

Megumi: But when hes taking a fight seirously RUN and PRAY he Is not fighting you 

Dante: Man, just stop talking...Let's do this!

Kratos brings war into What if Battles

<Cue: Facade by Disturbed>

Toomi: A mighty warrior of Spartan general, a demigod born from the loins of Zeus, Kratos offered a life in servitude to Ares to defeat a barbarian horde.

Megumi: But Kratos broke his oath on the day that Ares tricked him into slaughtering his own wife and daughter while burning a temple dedicated to Athena to the ground. After having the white ashes of his deceased family bound to his skin, Kratos sought repentance for his sin. 

Sachi: Though Kratos succeeded after ten years of servitude with final task involving killing Ares, Kratos finds that he would still bear the sin and eventually finds himself waging war against the Olympus itself when Zeus makes an attempt on his life.

Megumi: There's a reason for that though. When Kratos opened Pandora's Box, it released all the deadly sins in the world, corrupting the Gods in the process.

Toomi: With Deceit for Helios, Wrath for Hades, Violence for Poseidon, Mischief for Hermes, Envy for Hercules, Sloth for Hera, Greed for Athena, Lust for Aphrodite and Fear for Zeus.

Megumi: Though lust isn't really a sin for Aphrodite though. I mean wow, that Goddess is a freak in bed!

Megumi: Wished it was me in there.

Toomi: After go around killing the Sisters of Fates, Kratos used Clotho's strings to turn back time, freeing the Titans and then going to war against the Gods, killing Poseidon, Hades, Hermes, Helios, Hercules, Hephestus and Hera before going after Zeus.

Sachi: And after a final bloody battle, Zeus killed both Gaia and Zeus which brought the end of Olympus.

Megumi: That is until it turns out that the reason why Kratos won is because he had the most powerful weapon of all, Hope. Knowing that, Athena then asked Kratos to give her the power so that she can use it and become the one God of Greece.

Toomi: But Kratos overwhelmed with guilt, decided to stab himself, releasing Hope into the world before lying on the floor, dying.

Megumi: Except he didn't die. Years later, Kratos then married a Frost Giant named Faye before having a son name Atreus who is actually Loki. Yup boys and girls, the God of Mischief himself.

Sachi: And after Faye died of mysterious reasons, Kratos took his son hunting before being confronted by a stranger who is actually Baldur, the Sun God himself.

Toomi: And after meeting Frigga, a couple of dwarves, Mimir, Magni and Modi and even the World Serpent, Kratos and Atreus finally defeats Baldur before sending Faye's ashes at Jotunheim, saying goodbye to their deceased family member once and for all.

Megumi: And a confrontation with our last battle's winner. Yup, you guessed it.

Kratos: Who are you?!

<The stranger shrugs off his cape, revealing Mjonir with thunder crackling across it>

Toomi: As a resident of the militant state of Sparta, Kratos is trained to be tough and heartless while also skilled in various weapons besides the standard weapons used by Spartan warriors.

Megumi: From his time of servitude to Ares to the end of his war on Olympus, Kratos's fighting style revolves on the use of two falchion-like blades attached to long chains bound to his forearms.

Sachi: Originally Kratos used the Blades of Chaos he was given to Ares before Athena gives him the Blades of Athena to signify his brief status as the new god of war.

Toomi: But when Kratos embarks on his vendetta on Zeus, he is given the Blades of Exile as his current weapon of trade. But Kratos also obtained various weapons and spells from various gods, monsters, and heroes such as the Golden Fleece, the Bow of Apollo and even the Head of Helios.

Megumi: But sadly, many of these awesome weapons are no longer around due to how Kratos lost them. But that's where we get to his Nordic weapons.

Toomi: Kratos has Leviathan, a weapon given to him by his wife Laufey before she died. The axe is designed to oppose the mighty Mjolnir and was forged by the Huldra Brothers, Sindri and Brok.

Sachi: The axe is inscribed with several runes that grant it the ability of ice manipulation, which includes encasing the axe's blade in ice to strengthen attacks with small explosions, a spinning attack of ice that clears out surrounding enemies, unleash an omnidirectional ice shockwave that freezes nearby enemies, fire a continuous beam of freezing energy, create large fields that inflict cold damage to anyone caught in it, send forth a path of massive ice shards and summon a massive blizzard that damages surrounding enemies. 

Megumi: And like Mjolnir, the axe can be telekinetically retrieved from any distance.

Toomi: Similar to the Golden Fleece and the Sun Shield from the previous games, the Guardian Shield is a mobile, retractable arm shield that can block and parry melee attacks.

Megumi: And with all that weapons and durability, Kratos is one tough motherfucker, he has killed Ares, the original God of War, killed Poseidon and Hades, matched the strength of Hercules and even killed Cronus, who is the God of Time.

Sachi: Kratos is even strong enough to hold against the finger of Titans as big as Cronus and Atlas, and just to note, Atlas is strong enough to hold the surface of the world on his shoulder.

Toomi: Kratos has also matched against the likes of Hercules, killed the Legendary Hydra and even speed blitzed Zeus and Hermes, two speedsters who can even run faster than light

Megumi: And did I mentioned that Kratos has also overpowered Baldur, who is strong enough to throw the World Serpent himself?

Sachi: And although we don't know if Midgard is actually Earth alone or the entire universe, considering how Midgard is part of the World Tree, we can conclude that Baldur threw a serpent who is powerful enough to destroy a multiverse

Megumi: Holy hell! Now that's what I call a God Killer!

Toomi: However, Kratos is constantly tormented by his past sins, the death of his previous family and his own home haunts him to the very day

Sachi: As a result, Kratos refused to tell his son about everything that had happened in Greece, not wanting his son to follow his example.

His immense levels of anger have given him tunnel vision before

Tends to rush head first into things

Was bested by Charon in their first encounter

Tricked by Zeus into putting his godly powers into the Blade of Olympus, making him mortal again

Manipulated by Gaia as a pawn of the Titans

Kratos is commonly the one who kills them, whether be he's unaware, is forced to kill them, or they get in the way of his revenge

Toomi: And before events of the fourth game, Kratos is rather cruel and brutal, easily prone to anger and will do everything to get his revenge, including killing and hurting all those around him.

Sachi: And he was betrayed by his own family.

Megumi: But no matter how old Kratos gets, even age does not deter him from the title as the God of War.

Kratos: The Hands of Death could not defeat me. The Sisters of Fate could not hold me. And you will not see the end of this day, I will have my revenge!

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

In the dark grim world of Helhiem, the loud sounds of deathly screeches cuts through the air.

Revenants: SKREEEEARGHHHH!!!

SHOK!!!

As the revenants disappears in a puff of smoke, a tall muscular man with long white hair cladded in a red trench cold hangs Rebellion over his shoulder, scoffing out.

Dante: Tch. Thought this mission would be more exciting than that.

Right at that moment, a revenant lunges forward, preparing to strike.

Just as Dante raises Rebellion up, preparing for battle, at that exact moment, something sharp flew out of the wisp of smoke, impaling the revenant right through the back.

SHOK!!! SHOK!!!

Revenant: SKREEEEEARGHHH!!!

Dante: What the fuck?

Dante watches just as the revenant is tugged forcefully backwards, disappearing into the smoke before the sound of the tearing of flesh cuts through the air.

Stepping out of the smoke, a large muscular man with deathly white skin and bushy beard covering the lower half of his face approaches Dante, facing him.

Dante narrows his eyes and he says.

Dante: Well, look what we have here. Stealing my kill pal?

Kratos: I see only what is in this world, I have no quarrel with you.

Dante: Sorry pal, whatever it is, I'm after it too so back off. I was paid top dollar to get it.

Kratos: No.

Dante spins Rebellion around before lunging forward, closing in onto Kratos.

Announcer: Fight!

<Blades of Chaos Battle Ost>

Kratos whips out his Leviathan Axe and he raises his weapon up, shielding himself from a blow from Rebellion.

CLANG!!!

Dante spins his leg around before thrusting it outwards, striking Kratos under the chin.

WHAM!!!

Kratos grits his teeth as the blow sends him crashing onto the ground.

Dante smirks and he runs forward.

Kratos rolls across the floor before throwing his leg out, striking Dante in the gut.

WHAM!!!

Dante: ARGHHHHH!!!

Kratos: RAARGGHHHH!!!

Kratos screams out in anger and he sprints forward, slamming bodyfirst into Dante.

BAM!!!

Kratos grabs onto Dante, smashing him through a large boulder.

CRASH!!!

Dante looks up and just as Kratos lifts up his Leviathan Axe, Dante pulls out Ebony, opening fire right into his chest.

BANG!!!

Kratos: ARGHHHHH!!!

As Kratos staggers back from the gunshot, Dante pulls out Ivory and he points his pistols at Kratos, opening repeated fire at the Ghost of Sparta.

BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!

Kratos staggers back, gritting his teeth as he feels the bullets pierce right through his skin, drawing blood.

Dante then pulls out Lucifer, raising up his hands just as the briefcase opens up.

Clik!

Kratos pulls out his Shield, watching just as the briefcase transforms into a large mass of weaponary, every gun and arsenal aiming right at Dante.

Dante: Say your prayers!

BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!

Every weapon on Lucifer opens massive rounds of fire right onto Kratos, forcing the Ghost of Sparta to raise up his shield.

CLANG!!! CLANG!!! CLANG!!!

As the bullets rains down from his shield, Kratos throws the Leviathan Axe across the land of Helhiem.

The Leviathan Axe spins in a clockwise rotation, sliding through the barrage of bullets before slamming right into Lucifer, shattering Dante's arsenal completely.

CRASH!!!

Dante: Whoa! Didn't see that coming.

The Leviathan Axe spins backwards, slamming blade first right into Dante's back.

SHOK!!!

Dante: ARGHHHHHHH!!!

Dante screams out in agony falling straight down from the air just as Kratos sprints forward.

Kratos swings his shield upwards, striking into Dante.

CLANG!!!

Kratos then throws a downward punch, striking Dante by the back of the head.

BAM!!!

Dante grits his teeth as he swings his arm outwards, sending Kratos flying with a single blow.

BAM!!!

As Kratos is up in the air, Dante clenches his fist as a powerful red aura surrounds his body completely, transforming him into an armoured demonic creature.

WHOOSH!!!

Dante has entered his Devil Trigger Mode!

Kratos pulls Leviathan Axe close to him, slamming him down.

Dante shifts his body back, watching as Kratos slams axe first onto the ground, the rocky hard ground freezing in it's place.

SHING!!!

Dante dashes forward, pulling out Yamato in the process.

Kratos swings his Leviathan Axe across, only for time around Dante to suddenly freeze in it's tracks.

SHOOM!!!

With everything frozen right in place, Dante swings Yamato across, slicing Kratos across his body repeatly.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

Dante: Die!

Dante then swings Yamato downwards, tearing a hole right through space just as Kratos is sent flying.

CRASH!!!

As Kratos falls backfirst into the void, Dante lunges forward, screaming out.

Dante: You're mine!

Just as Dante closes in, right at that moment...

FWOOSH!!!

A large burst of fiery aura exploded around Kratos' body, causing Dante to freeze in his tracks.

Dante: What?!

Kratos has entered the mode of Spartan Rage!

Kratos: HUARGHHHHH!!!

FWOOSH!!!

Before Dante could react, Kratos throws a powerful downward punch, sending Dante flying back.

WHAM!!!

Dante: ARGHHHHHH!!!

As Dante crashes onto the floor, Kratos lunges forward, striking onto Dante repeatly.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Dante: ARGHHHHHH!!!

As Dante staggers backwards, Kratos pulls out his Blades of Chaos and he swings them across, slicing Dante right through his body.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

Kratos then thrusts the Blades of Chaos across, sending them striking Dante right in the chest.

SHOK!!!

Dante: HUARGHHHH!!!

Kratos then forcefully tugs Dante back, sending him flying towards him.

As Dante closes in onto Kratos, the God of War swings his blades upwards, sending Dante flying high into the sky.

SLASH!!!

Kratos then jumps up, grabbing onto Dante before spinning around, throwing him backfirst down into the ground.

CRASH!!!

As Dante crashes backfirst into the ground, Kratos then throws his Leviathan Axe across, sending it impaling Dante right in the forehead.

SHOK!!!

Dante: ARGHHHHHH!!!

Dante lets out a loud scream as his entire body began encasing itself into ice, freezing in place.

SHING!!!

Kratos then looks at both his Blades of Chaos, closing his eyes as flames completely engulfs the two weapons completely.

FWOOM!!!

Kratos snaps open his eyes and he launches himself forward, striking right into the frozen sculpture which was once Dante.

CRASH!!!

Dante's entire body instantly shattered from the blow, falling down onto the ground.

With his opponent eliminated, Kratos slides his weapons back and he solemnly said.

Kratos: I have wasted enough time, my son needs me.

Kratos then walks out of Helheim, leaving a small group of Revenants scavenging along the frozen remains of Dante.

KO!

Megumi: Man, I hope those revenants like frozen food. I wonder how Dante would taste though.

Toomi: Dante sure is strong enough to handle against Kratos' might but the God of War's power is just too much for him.

Megumi: Yeah, Kratos is strong enough to lift up the entire world of Atlas and even hold up Titans whereas, Dante has never shown to be strong enough to lift planet size beings or objects

Sachi: And though Dante's feat of surviving meteors and universal level demons is certainly impressive, Kratos has survived blows from the likes of Cronus and even Zeus. Now note that in the God of War lore, Cronus created time and even defeated Uranus, who is the embodiment of infinite universe, implying that Kratos himself has survived even worst attacks than Dante ever had.

Toomi: And to top it off, Kratos has also beaten Baldur several times and as we stated earlier, Baldur has thrown Jormungand, the serpent that coils around Midgard completely. And when Thor and Jormungand fought, it shook the Yggdrasil which exists outside of time and space, holding up nine realms which are possibly dimensions or universes, it just proves that by scaling to Kratos to Baldur, Kratos possesses near multiversal level of power

Megumi: But Dante's Devil Trigger certainly did made things a little difficult for Kratos, with his enhanced speed surpassing Kratos himself.

Toomi:  But even moving fast wouldn't exactly mattered as Kratos has shown to dodge sunlight from Helios and even killed him, proving that he is faster than light. And as a cherry on top, he is even able to react against speedsters like Hermes and Zeus.

Sachi: And not only that but his Blades of Chaos are also powerful enough to cut through divine beings and even astral or demonic beings which means they are more than capable of killing Dante completely.

Toomi: Dominating Dante in strength, combat and power, this just proves that Kratos completely outmatches Dante.

Megumi: Looks like Kratos' has made the Devil Cry one last time.

Sachi: The winner is Kratos
