Marvel vs DC, two human pilots who gets their powers from alien sources goes out in a spatial battle

<Cue: Invader Theme>

Toomi: For years, humans have gazed at the stars, contemplating the possibilities of first contact with an alien race.

Megumi: But sometimes, the most unexpected thing can be powers

Toomi: Like Captain Marvel, the hard hitting flying Avenger, 

Megumi: And the Green Lantern, galactic lawman and bearer of the Power Ring. She's Sachi-san, Toomi-san and I'm Megumi-san

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armour and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Captain Marvel whiz-bangs into What if Battles

<Cue: Can't Hold Us Down by Christina Aguilera>

Toomi: Carol Danvers is originally a normal human working alongside a scientist named Dr. Philip Lawson. 

Megumi: Wasn't he secretly a Kree warrior by the name of Mar-Vell?

Sachi: Exactly. She is hit by an explosion caused by a Kree device called a Psyche-Magnetron. It altered her genetic code with some of Mar-Vell's altered DNA spliced into her, turning her into a Human/Kree hybrid known as Captain Marvel

Captain Marvel: Hey Peter Parker.

Toomi: With the enhancement from the explosion,Captain Marvel possesses superhuman speed, strength and invulnerability

Megumi: She can fly, shoot Binary energy from her hands and even breathe in outer space

Sachi: But none of those comes close to her Binary form, as Binary, she is extraordinarily powerful on a cosmic scale. Directly connected to the power of a white hole, Binary can control all forms of energy, fly through space, move at the speed of light, and even control gravity.

Toomi: With her slew of abilities, Captain Marvel is a force to be reckoned with. It wasn't easy for her though, and she soon found herself wandering the universe in search of purpose.

Megumi: But nobody got away with messing with her for long. She's tough enough to survive a nuclear blast, a shot from a disintegrator beam which could destroy the android Vision in one shot, and even a direct hit from a tachyon laser.

Sachi: Just to note, Tachyons are a theoretical class of particles that travel faster than the speed of light, and are capable of slicing through nearly anything.
 
Megumi: As Binary, she survived attacks from both the Phoenix Force and the Alifts, both of which are known for blowing up entire planets! Hell, she could wipe out planets on her own if she really wants to, cuz, she totally already has.

Toomi: However, even though Captain Marvel is able to absorb the powers of the Phoenix Force, even she has a limit on how much she can absorb as absorbing a large amount of energy has shown to cause her pain and even overload her

Megumi And even though she is strong, Captain Marvel is sadly nowhere near the level of even the strongest beings since Hulk defeated her with a single punch

Sachi: And I do remember the time Rogue knocked her out by absorbing her powers which by the way, did affected her.

Absorbing massive amounts of energy may overload her and cause her pain.

Once ended up in a deep coma after being attacked by Rogue.

She was once kidnapped, hypnotized, and raped by the son of the villain, Immortus

She was responsible for starting the second civil war between superheroes.

Blindly believed in visions of the future of the inhuman, Ulysses Cain, without thinking twice.

Provoked (indirectly) the deaths of War Machine, She-Hulk, and Bruce Banner

Left in the custody of an innocent person who was supposed to be an agent of HYDRA that had a bomb...

Toomi: And based on my research, she was also responsible for starting the second Civil War which ended up putting her best friend, Iron Man in a coma. Man, you Avengers just love fighting among yourselves do you?

Megumi: Eh. It can't be helped.  And since Kevin Feige called her the "Strongest Avenger" I guess we could use someone like her on the team

Captain Marvel: I've been fighting with one arm tied behind my back, but what happens...if I'm finally set free?

Green Lantern Powers Up for What if Battles

<Cue: What Are You Waiting For by Nickleback>

Toomi: Having spent almost all of his life in Coast City, California and attempting to live up to the legend of his father, the man Hal Jordan was destined for a...n above-average life.

Megumi: Then some alien named Abin-Sur crash-landed onto the Earth and... well, was pretty much almost dead. So he gave Hal this cool ring and his life was made even more above-average!

Sachi: As it turns out, Abin-Sur was one of many Green Lanterns, a cosmic military which was tasked with keeping peace throughout the galaxy.

Megumi: And to cover up for DC's mistake of lazy writing involving Hal ever-so-conveniently getting access to the ring, they added in that the ring seeks out those who are fit to wear it. And what decides that?

Toomi: Willpower. the ring was looking for someone whose willpower was strong enough to overcome fear. As it turned out, Hal was just the man for the job, having some of the greatest willpower that has ever been seen. As Abin-Sur took his last breaths, Hal Jordan took the ring and made history as the world's first ever human Green Lantern.

Sachi: Hal wields the Green Lantern Power Ring, which is the greatest ring since that ring from Lord of the Rings, except this one is a lot less dangerous to the plot. But it also lets him create just about anything with it!

Megumi: The ring is also capable of translating Alien Tongue, move at speeds faster than light, time-travel, reality wrapping and even create portals to other dimensions

Megumi: And best of all, Green Lanterns are also known to be able to survive the explosion of the Multiverse. I mean heck, Kilowog once took something like that.

Sachi: And he even tanked blows from Superboy-Prime, a being that can shatter reality with a single punch.

Toomi: As Green is the color of willpower, it's opposite, yellow which represents fear that drains willpower

Megumi: Wait, why the hell are they weak against yellow?

Sachi: The Green Lanterns couldn't affect anything yellow because Parallax had messed with their power source, but that is no longer the case, so Hal isn't held back by colors, and really, that's not even the worst weakness a Green Lantern ever had.

Megumi: I know, there is Alan Scott, the first Green Lantern who was weak against wood.

Guy: You're one of the most powerful Lanterns ever, but your ring is vulnerable...to wood? So what happens if a guy comes at you with a pointy stick?

Megumi: Lol. 

Weakness

Extremely reckless, sometimes does things on a whim.

If Green Lantern's willpower is affected, his power can decrease.

Fear is the best way to weaken willpower

Ring battery can drain

Constructs are easily overwhelmed by anything colored yellow (however enough willpower can negate this weakness)

Constructs can still be overpowered and broken through

Communist Superman broke out of infinite boxes constructed by the entire green-lantern corp.

He is only 100% human without his ring and heavily relies on it; which can be stolen even in battle

He can still summon his ring from a distance if this does happen

Darkseid and other powerful characters have destroyed Hal's ring.

Green Lantern rings refuse to kill and will not function if the user attempts to kill (this handicap is removed if the Guardians allow it or if the user's willpower is greater to break this code).

If Hal is made to believe he is blinded, the Green Lantern ring will function on willpower and make it so, causing him to actually turn blind, according to Batman.

Once became a supervillain after Cyborg Superman destroyed Coast City

Toomi: And though the Lantern energy construct is tough, it is not one hundred percent invincible, beings as powerful as Darkseid, Power Girl and Superman has shattered those with pure strength alone and excessive use can drain the ring's powers, forcing the Lanterns to have the need to charge their rings

Sachi: And remember the part about Alan being weak against wood? Well it turns out as willpower is the source of the ring's power, fear can causes some pretty weird side effects. As Alan Scot got an injury from wood in the past, that was what causes him to be weak to wood. And there was even one time Batman tricked Kyle Rayner into thinking he was blind and sure enough, he did.

Megumi: But with enough willpower, anything is possible for the Green Lantern Corps

Green Lantern: In...brightest day... in blackest night...

Atrocitus: Become vengeance. Join the Red Lanterns.

Green Lantern: No...evil shall escape my sight. Let those who worship evil's might! Beware my power! Green Lanterns Light!

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Sachi: Don't forget to vote, comment what you think of the fight.

Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!

City

In a hot and sunny day of Manhattan, all seems to be peaceful.

However, the tranquility of the bustling city was immediately broken by the loud sound of an explosion, followed by a figure crashing backfirst onto a bar.

CRASH!!!

Pushing himself off the car, Green Lantern's Ring shines brightly as Captain Marvel swoops down, saying.

Captain Marvel: You don't belong here.

Green Lantern: And neither do you.

Captain Marvel: Huh! This is gonna end badly for you mister!

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: Girls Power by Kara>

WHOOSH!!!

Both Green Lantern and Captain Marvel dives forward, their fists colliding right into each other.

THOOM!!!

Green Lantern shields himself with a shield construct as Captain Marvel strikes repeatly at him.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Green Lantern: Batter up!

WHOOM!!!

A green construct of a bat forms within Green Lantern's palms as the space warrior swings it across, sending Captain Marvel flying with a single strike.

WHAK!!!

Captain Marvel: WHOOAAAA!!!

WHOOSH!!!

Green Lantern flies up, clenching his fists as he closes in onto Captain Marvel, two constructs of fists forming beside him.

WHOOM!!!

Before Captain Marvel could react, Green Lantern throws a punch, striking her in the face.

WHAM!!!

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Captain Marvel grits her teeth as Green Lantern throws several punches at her.

Green Lantern: This ends now!

WHOOM!!!

Green Lantern raises up his arms, a machine gun construct forming within his palms as he points it at Captain Marvel, opening fire at her.

BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!

Captain Marvel narrows her eyes as she swoops forward in a speeding blazing blur, flying through the arrays of bullets.

Green Lantern: What?!

Before Green Lantern could react, Captain Marvel slams her knee straight into his gut.

BAM!!!

Green Lantern: ARGHHHH!!!

Captain Marvel: Take this!

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Captain Marvel threw multiple punches at Green Lantern before grabbing him by the arm, chucking him straight towards a nearby skyscrapper.

CRASH!!!

Green Lantern: Cough! Cough!

As Green Lantern coughs out in agony, Captain Marvel's fists began enveloping in blazing binary energy as she swoops downwards, throwing a single punch square into Green Lantern's cheek.

WHAM!!!

The sheer impact of the blow sends Green Lantern flying into space, prompting Captain Marvel to fly after him in pursuit.

WHOOSH!!!

Space

Deep in the depths of space, Green Lantern halts in midair as he looks down, his eyes widens at the sight of Captain Marvel closing onto him.

Captain Marvel: HAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!

WHOOM!!!

Green Lantern forms a mace construct over his palms and he lunges forward, swinging it at Captain Marvel.

BAM!!!

Captain Marvel reels back and she throws a kick, striking Green Lantern in the gut

BAM!!!

Green Lantern staggers back, shaking his head just as Captain Marvel closes in onto him.

Captain Marvel: This is the end for you!

Just as Captain Marvel throws her fist outwards, Green Lantern swerves his head to the side before throwing his elbow up, striking her in the chin.

WHAM!!!

WHOOM!!!

Green Lantern's fists envelops in two spiky constructs and the space warrior throws multiple blows onto the blazing Avenger.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

WHOOM!!!

Green Lantern's entire body transforms into a construct of a train and he dives forward, slamming into Captain Marvel.

THOOM!!!

Captain Marvel: WHOOOAAA!!!

Captain Marvel screams out in agony as she crashes backfirst into a meteorite.

CRASH!!!

As Captain Marvel pushes herself up, wincing in agony, Green Lantern points his ring, a powerful surge of green energy forming from the rim as he said.

Green Lantern: For the Guardians.

THOOM!!!

Green Lantern fires a powerful blast of energy from his ring at Captain Marvel, striking her square in the chest.

BOOM!!!

As the explosion dies down, Green Lantern widens his eyes in shock, staring at Captain Marvel who is now glowing in the color of bright green.

Captain Marvel is now in her Binary Form!

WHOOM!!! WHOOM!!!

Captain Marvel: Wow. Thanks for the charge buddy. 

WHOOSH!!!

Captain Marvel swoops forward, sending Green Lantern flying with a single punch.

WHAM!!!

Green Lantern: ARGHHHH!!!

Green Lantern grits his teeth, feeling his body crashing through multiple meteorites.

CRASH!!! CRASH!!! CRASH!!!

Green Lantern: ARGHHHHH!!!

Bruised and battered from the last blow, Green Lantern pushes himself up just as Captain Marvel dives forward, ready to finish him off.

WHOOOM!!!

Green Lantern quickly forms a shield construct around his body as Captain Marvel flies across him, striking the shield repeatly as he shoves his ring into his charger, saying.

Green Lantern: In brightest day, in blackest night, no evil shall escape my sight. Let those who worship evil's might...

Captain Marvel: Take this!

As Captain Marvel closes in, Green Lantern's entire shield went off in a bright green explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Captain Marvel: AARRGHHHH!!!

Captain Marvel screams out just as she was blasted back from the blow.

And at that exact moment, Green Lantern's entire body glows bright green just as he throws one powerful punch.

BAM!!!

Captain Marvel: ARGHHHHH!!!

Captain Marvel lets out a loud scream of agony just as she crashes backfirst into the moon, feeling the sheer blow of impact ringing through her battered body.

CRASH!!!

WHOOM!!! 

Green Lantern swoops forward, a spear construct deep in his hand as he dives forward, slamming it square into Captain Marvel's stomach.

SHOK!!!

Captain Marvel: HUARGHHHHH!!!

Green Lantern: Green Lantern's Light!

Green Lantern swings his arms downwards, sending the injured Captain Marvel tumbling down onto Earth.

Earth

CRASH!!!

Down on the road of Manhattan, Captain Marvel lays on the floor, bleeding and shaking just as Green Lantern swoops down, smirking and saying to her.

Green Lantern: What do you know? Looks like my light is brighter than yours. Heh heh! Cough Cough! Oh it hurts when I laugh.

Green Lantern then flies away, leaving just as Kamala Kahn rushes towards Captain Marvel's side.

KO!

<Cue: New Earth by Bruce Falconer>

Megumi: Ho ho ho! That's what I call Space Police Brutality

Toomi: Both Green Lantern and Captain Marvel were certainly pushed to their limits with Captain Marvel having the superiority in terms of hand to hand combat

Sachi: But Green Lantern possesses the massive advantage in power. I mean, Green Lantern himself has been shown to take down beings that can destroy Multiverses and even shatter reality itself.

Megumi: And sad to say, Captain Marvel has lost against beings of that kind of level, especially since she lost against beings like Hulk and many other heroes and villains who are nowhere near as powerful as Parallax or Mandrakk.

Sachi: But the one thing that gives Captain Marvel the advantage is her ability to absorb the energy from the ring. And since she has absorbed the power of the Phoenix Force, who's to say she can absorb many of Green Lantern's strongest attacks.

Toomi: And even if Captain Marvel can absorb the Willpower energy from the Ring and even shatter the constructs, it doesn't really drain Green Lantern's powers away as she can only absorb projectiles that were used to attack her, not drain the energy of other people

Sachi: And contary to how many Non-DC fans think, the Ring actually does more than create energy constructs. It has been shown to travel through time, create dimensional portals and even resurrecting the host

Toomi: And in terms of speed, Green Lantern takes this by a long run, considering the one time where he once flew a plane so fast he almost entered the speed force. And to enter the speed force, one must move at the speed more than 6 billion miles per hour.

Megumi: Yeah, Captain Marvel has never traveled at that speed.

Sachi: And not only that but Green Lantern is comparable against the likes of Superboy Prime, who is not only capable of shattering reality, but is the same Superboy Prime who has bested beings as powerful as Kingdom Come Superman.

Megumi: And again, Binary don't have anything like that in her arsenal.

Toomi: By taking the homerun in speed, strength and raw power, this is what gives Green Lantern the win over Captain Marvel

Megumi: Looks like this was one Hal of a Marvel-ous fight.

Sachi: The winner is Green Lantern

Green Lantern: Once a Green Lantern, always a Green Lantern.
